Abstract
本发明涉及一种聚乙烯膜及其制备方法,其是将高压低密度聚乙烯15-25份、线性低密度聚乙烯20-35份、辛烯-乙烯聚合物30-70份、爽滑剂1-4份、消泡剂0.01-0.05份在螺杆挤出机中塑化挤出,经T型平缝模头挤出成片材,由压花钢辊和橡胶辊压合定型,再经牵引、切耳边制成。本发明使用聚乙烯和聚乙烯基弹性体为主要原料,制备的聚乙烯膜厚度为0.015mm,柔软度佳,耐水压5.5kPa,伸长率≥800%,完全能够满足家纺和服装用防水膜的使用要求;本发明的聚乙烯膜成本低,与聚氨酯膜相比,成本降低了大约50%,具有更高的经济效益。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种聚乙烯膜及其制备方法。
技术背景
目前,绝大多数家纺和服装等纤维织物都不能防水,为使其具有防水性能,常见的处理方式是复合一层防水薄膜,而家纺和服装对于防水复合薄膜的要求不同于其他行业,必须要柔软、抗水洗、不能对原纤维材质的柔软的优点有所影响。目前市场上普遍采用热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)薄膜,聚氨酯薄膜的弹性好、柔软度佳、各种机械强度都很好,与纤维织物复合,几乎不会影响其柔软亲肤的特性。但是热塑性聚氨酯薄膜价格昂贵,其优良的物性在一些应用领域有些“性能过剩”。因此,开发一种柔软亲肤且成本低的防水薄膜具有重要意义。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够满足家纺和服装使用要求,柔软度佳且成本低的聚乙烯膜。
本发明的另一个目的是提供上述聚乙烯膜的制备方法。
本发明解决上述技术问题采取的技术方案:
一种聚乙烯膜,其特征在于其由如下重量份的组分制成:高压低密度聚乙烯15-25份、线性低密度聚乙烯20-35份、辛烯-乙烯聚合物30-70份、爽滑剂1-4份、消泡剂0.01-0.05份。
所述辛烯-乙烯聚合物的分子量为66000~68000。
所述爽滑剂为油酸酰胺、芥酸酰胺或己撑双油酸酰胺。
所述消泡剂为硅醚接枝类、亚胺或酰胺类消泡剂。
一种制备上述聚乙烯膜的方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)称取如下重量份的组分:高压低密度聚乙烯15-25份、线性低密度聚乙烯20-35份、辛烯-乙烯聚合物30-70份、爽滑剂1-4份、消泡剂0.01-0.05份;
(2)将上述组分在拌料机中搅拌均匀后,送入螺杆挤出机中塑化挤出,所述螺杆挤出机设有7个加热区,一区至七区温度依次分别为160℃、180℃、200℃、220℃、240℃、260℃、260℃;
(3)将步骤(2)中螺杆挤出机挤出的塑化的物料经T型平缝模头挤出成片材,所述T型平缝模头设有11个加热区,各区温度均为260℃;
(4)将上述片材由压花钢辊和橡胶辊压合定型,所述压花钢辊和橡胶辊中通入冷却水,使上述片材冷却定型成膜;
(5)牵引,切耳边,卷取成卷即成。
本发明采用上述技术方案取得的有益效果:本发明使用聚乙烯和聚乙烯基弹性体为主要原料,制备的聚乙烯膜厚度为0.015mm,柔软度佳,耐水压5.5kpa,伸长率≥800%,完全能够满足家纺和服装用防水膜的使用要求;本发明的聚乙烯膜成本低,与聚氨酯膜相比,成本降低了大约50%,具有更高的经济效益。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种聚乙烯膜,其由如下重量份的组分制成:高压低密度聚乙烯15份、线性低密度聚乙烯28份、辛烯-乙烯聚合物(分子量约为66000~68000)70份、油酸酰胺2份、亚胺消泡剂0.01-0.05份。
本实施例聚乙烯膜的制备方法为:
(1)称取如下重量份的组分:高压低密度聚乙烯(燕山石化公司生产)15份、线性低密度聚乙烯(沙特沙比克公司生产)28份、辛烯-乙烯聚合物(分子量为66000~68000,韩国LG化学生产)70份、油酸酰胺2份、亚胺消泡剂(武汉佳华园化工有限公司)0.01-0.05份;
(2)将上述组分在拌料机中搅拌均匀后,送入螺杆挤出机中塑化挤出,所述螺杆挤出机设有7个加热区,一区至七区温度依次分别为160℃、180℃、200℃、220℃、240℃、260℃、260℃;
(3)将步骤(2)中螺杆挤出机挤出的塑化的物料经T型平缝模头挤出成片材,所述T型平缝模头设有11个加热区,各区温度均为260℃,连接器、弯头、计量泵、静态混合器的温度也均设置为260℃;
(4)将上述片材由压花钢辊和橡胶辊压合定型,所述压花钢辊和橡胶辊中通入冷却水,使上述片材冷却定型成膜;
(5)牵引,切耳边,卷取成卷即成。
实施例2
一种聚乙烯膜,其由如下重量份的组分制成:高压低密度聚乙烯20份、线性低密度聚乙烯35份、辛烯-乙烯聚合物(分子量约为66000~68000)50份、芥酸酰胺1份、THIX-299 硅醚消泡剂0.05份。
本实施例聚乙烯膜的制备方法为:
(1)称取如下重量份的组分:高压低密度聚乙烯20份、线性低密度聚乙烯35份、辛烯-乙烯聚合物(分子量约为66000~68000)50份、芥酸酰胺1份、THIX-299 硅醚消泡剂0.05份;
(2)将上述组分在拌料机中搅拌均匀后,送入螺杆挤出机中塑化挤出,所述螺杆挤出机设有7个加热区,一区至七区温度依次分别为160℃、180℃、200℃、220℃、240℃、260℃、260℃;
(3)将步骤(2)中螺杆挤出机挤出的塑化的物料经T型平缝模头挤出成片材,所述T型平缝模头设有11个加热区,各区温度均为260℃,连接器、弯头、计量泵、静态混合器的温度也均设置为260℃;
(4)将上述片材由压花钢辊和橡胶辊压合定型,所述压花钢辊和橡胶辊中通入冷却水,使上述片材冷却定型成膜;
(5)牵引,切耳边,卷取成卷即成。
实施例3
一种聚乙烯膜,其由如下重量份的组分制成:高压低密度聚乙烯25份、线性低密度聚乙烯20份、辛烯-乙烯聚合物(分子量约为66000~68000)30份、乙撑双油酸酰胺4份、聚丙烯酰胺消泡剂0.03份。
本实施例聚乙烯膜的制备方法为:
(1)称取如下重量份的组分:高压低密度聚乙烯25份、线性低密度聚乙烯20份、辛烯-乙烯聚合物(分子量约为66000~68000)30份、乙撑双油酸酰胺4份、聚丙烯酰胺消泡剂0.03份;
(2)将上述组分在拌料机中搅拌均匀后,送入螺杆挤出机中塑化挤出,所述螺杆挤出机设有7个加热区,一区至七区温度依次分别为160℃、180℃、200℃、220℃、240℃、260℃、260℃;
(3)将步骤(2)中螺杆挤出机挤出的塑化的物料经T型平缝模头挤出成片材,所述T型平缝模头设有11个加热区,各区温度均为260℃,连接器、弯头、计量泵、静态混合器的温度也均设置为260℃;
(4)将上述片材由压花钢辊和橡胶辊压合定型,所述压花钢辊和橡胶辊中通入冷却水,使上述片材冷却定型成膜;

Claims (5)
1.一种聚乙烯膜,其特征在于其由如下重量份的组分制成:高压低密度聚乙烯15-25份、线性低密度聚乙烯20-35份、辛烯-乙烯聚合物30-70份、爽滑剂1-4份、消泡剂0.01-0.05份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚乙烯膜,其特征在于所述辛烯-乙烯聚合物的分子量为66000~68000。
3.根据权利要求1所述的聚乙烯膜,其特征在于所述爽滑剂为油酸酰胺、芥酸酰胺或己撑双油酸酰胺。
4.根据权利要求1所述的聚乙烯膜,其特征在于所述消泡剂为硅醚接枝类、亚胺或酰胺类消泡剂。
5.一种制备权利要求1所述的聚乙烯膜的方法,其特征在于具体步骤如下:
(1)称取如下重量份的组分:高压低密度聚乙烯15-25份、线性低密度聚乙烯20-35份、辛烯-乙烯聚合物30-70份、爽滑剂1-4份、消泡剂0.01-0.05份;
(2)将上述组分在拌料机中搅拌均匀后,送入螺杆挤出机中塑化挤出,所述螺杆挤出机设有7个加热区,一区至七区温度依次分别为160℃、180℃、200℃、220℃、240℃、260℃、260℃;
(3)将步骤(2)中螺杆挤出机挤出的塑化的物料经T型平缝模头挤出成片材,所述T型平缝模头设有11个加热区,各区温度均为260℃;
(4)将上述片材由压花钢辊和橡胶辊压合定型,所述压花钢辊和橡胶辊中通入冷却水,使上述片材冷却定型成膜;
(5)牵引,切耳边,卷取成卷即成。
