step (4), placing filter residues obtained by filtering in the step (2) in a freeze drying and dehydrating mode, crushing, sieving by a 200-mesh sieve, and taking undersize to obtain a rice dyeing flower powder additive;
step (5), in the pulping link of conventional forming paper preparation, adding the rice dyeing flower powder additive obtained in the step (4) into a forming paper pulp material, fully and uniformly mixing, and preparing the forming paper added with the rice dyeing flower powder according to a conventional process;
