Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of tobacco industry application, and particularly relates to a tobacco material with spicy flavor, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The spice is generally derived from spice, which has a pungent odor, and natural spice can be extracted from leaves, branches, stems, flowers, fruits, seeds, bark, wood, roots, etc. of spice plants. Common natural spicy fragrance comprises fructus Anisi Stellati, fructus Foeniculi, fructus Zanthoxyli, flos Caryophylli, cortex Cinnamomi Japonici, cortex Cinnamomi, laurel leaf, semen Myristicae, etc. The synthetic natural spice comprises anethole, eugenol, cinnamaldehyde, etc. The spicy flavor has more application in the aspect of edible flavoring, and can remove fishy smell and promote appetite. In the essence for cigarettes, if the essence is added properly, the product types can be enriched, and the style characteristics of the cigarette products can be highlighted.
At present, some natural spices are influenced by the production place and the quality of raw materials, the quality fluctuation of the spice substances in the extracts is large, the quality is unstable, and in addition, impurities are difficult to remove in the extraction process, so that the smell of the spice is difficult to reach an ideal state. Some synthetic spices have poor flavor and are difficult to achieve a coordinated feel, so that the application of the spices in tobacco is hindered.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention discloses a tobacco material with spicy flavor, which comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
(1) 1% -3% of 2, 5-dimethyl-2-isopropenyl-1-cyclohexanone;
(2) 2% -6% of 4-isopropenyl cyclohexanone;
(3) 3% -7% of 4-isopropyl-l-methyl-1-cyclohexene-3-one;
(4) 4% -8% of 3-ethyl-4-phenyl-2 (3H) -triazolethione;
(5) 2% -6% of 3-methyl hexyl butyrate;
(6) 10-15% of propylene glycol and 60-75% of ethanol.
Preferably, the mass concentration of the ethanol is 65-70%.
Preferably, the sum of the mass percentages of the components (1) - (6) is 100%.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for preparing a tobacco material having a spicy note according to the first aspect, the method comprising the steps of:
and (3) sequentially taking the substances (1) - (6) according to the mass percentage of the spice, oscillating at room temperature, and mixing the obtained solutions to obtain the tobacco material with the spicy flavor.
The third aspect of the invention discloses the application of the spicy flavor tobacco material in cigarettes.
Preferably, the material for cigarettes with the spicy note is added to cut tobacco, cigarette bobbin paper or cigarette filter.
Preferably, the cigarette material is added into the cut tobacco of the cigarette according to the dosage of 3-5wt%, and the rest formula is unchanged, so that the cigarette sample is prepared.
Preferably, the cigarette material is sprayed on cigarette bobbin paper according to the dosage of 1-3wt%, and the rest formula is unchanged, so that the cigarette sample is prepared.
Preferably, the cigarette material is added into a cigarette filter according to the dosage of 0.5-1wt%, and the rest formula is unchanged, so that the cigarette sample is prepared.
The cigarette comprises conventional cigarette or heating non-combustible cigarette.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. according to the invention, 2, 5-dimethyl-2-isopropenyl-1-cyclohexanone, 4-isopropenyl cyclohexanone, 4-isopropyl-l-methyl-1-cyclohexene-3-ketone, 3-ethyl-4-phenyl-2 (3H) -triazolethione and 3-methyl hexyl butyrate are combined according to a certain proportion, so that a tobacco material with obvious spicy flavor is obtained. And the fragrance is fine and soft, and has no rough feeling and other bad smell.
2. The spicy and fragrant tobacco material prepared by the invention does not contain impurities, has simple formula and is simple and efficient.
3. The cigarette material prepared by the method is used for cigarettes, and the product has obvious spicy flavor, and has better performance in improving the taste of cigarettes, improving the quality of the aroma and enriching the aroma.
