Description

Essence, cigarette leaf group formula and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of flavors and fragrances, and particularly relates to a flavor, a cigarette leaf formula containing the flavor, and application of the cigarette leaf formula and the cigarette leaf formula in tobacco products.
Background
The essence and the spice are widely applied to the fields of tobacco, food, daily chemicals and the like. The tobacco essence not only endows the cigarette products with unique style characteristics, but also improves the taste of the cigarettes, and is one of important connotations for building Chinese style cigarette core competitiveness. At present, domestic cigarette products still have defects in the aspect of quality of fragrance evaluation, and a new essence for cigarettes needs to be developed urgently.
Tieguanyin belongs to oolong tea, is native to Anxi, and is called tea king. The Tieguanyin with excellent quality has unique taste, sweet and rich flavor and special 'guanyin rhyme', has aftertaste after being brewed for seven times, and has the saying that 'Guanyin is heavier than iron'. Researches find that the finished Tie Guanyin tea mainly comprises fragrance, fruit fragrance, faint scent, sweet scent, milk scent and other scents, the scent is rich, elegant and attractive, and the unique scent characteristic is mainly derived from substance conversion in the processing process.
The fragrance of the flower is an important fragrance in the fragrance style of the flue-cured tobacco type cigarette, and the fragrance of the flower can be endowed to the cigarette, and the smoking quality of the cigarette can be obviously improved.
The essence obtained by compounding the flower fragrance and the Tieguanyin tea fragrance is always a fragrance blending target which is desired but can not be achieved by a fragrance blender. Therefore, the tobacco essence with the composite flower fragrance and Tie Guanyin tea fragrance is needed urgently.
Disclosure of Invention
The essence disclosed by the invention has the fragrance of a flower fragrance (orchid fragrance, osmanthus fragrance or jasmine fragrance) compounded with the Tieguanyin tea fragrance, and can endow the fragrance characteristic of the cigarette flower fragrance compounded with the Tieguanyin tea fragrance and improve the fragrance style of cigarettes by adding the essence into cigarette tobacco shreds. On the basis, the invention provides a cigarette leaf group formula and application of essence and the cigarette leaf group formula in tobacco products.

In the present invention, the term "essential oil" is used in a broad sense to refer to a general term for volatile aromatic-containing products obtained by processing and extracting the organs of aromatic plants and animals, and in a narrow sense, to refer to aromatic-containing products obtained by steam distillation, squeezing, cold milling or dry distillation from the organs (such as flowers, leaves, branches, skins, stems, roots, fruits, seeds, etc.) of aromatic plants. In practical applications, the narrow definition is often adopted.
In the present invention, the term "absolute" is a generic term for a flavor product obtained by extracting a solution of a flavor-imparting component in an extract, a gum, a balm or a balsam with high-concentration ethanol, freezing the solution (for example, at-10 ℃ to-20 ℃), filtering off insoluble matter, and then evaporating the ethanol under reduced pressure.
In the present invention, the term "tincture" or "tincture" refers to a perfume preparation containing a certain amount of ethanol obtained by extracting perfume plant organs or exudates and perfume-containing organs of odoriferous animals or perfume-containing secretions thereof with a certain concentration of ethanol. The tincture prepared at normal temperature is called as "cold tincture"; the tincture prepared under the condition of heating reflux is called as 'hot tincture'.
In the present invention, the term "tobacco product" is a favorite product produced from tobacco leaves. According to the characteristics of different types of tobacco leaves, a variety of tobacco products are produced by different processing and manufacturing methods so as to meet the hobby requirements of different consumers. Most of them are cigarettes.

Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention will now be described more fully hereinafter with reference to the accompanying examples, in which some, but not all embodiments of the invention are shown. The following description of at least one exemplary embodiment is merely illustrative in nature and is in no way intended to limit the invention, its application, or uses. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The jasmine absolute oil, rose essential oil, osmanthus absolute oil and tree orchid absolute oil in the following examples were purchased from huabao essence and fragrance (shanghai) limited.
The preparation methods of the comparative samples related to examples 1 to 3 were as follows:
weighing 15Kg of finished Tieguanyin tea leaves, placing the finished Tieguanyin tea leaves on a sieve plate of a steam distillation kettle, introducing steam into the distillation kettle from the lower part, fully contacting with a tea material layer, dispersing and gasifying, leading out formed mixed steam of water and volatile essential oil from a steam outlet at the upper part of a distillation tank, controlling the steaming flow to be 25Kg/h, controlling the distillation time to be 2.5h, condensing the mixed steam by a condenser, and then separating the condensed steam by an oil-water separator to obtain 62.5Kg of finished Tieguanyin tea leaf hydrolat serving as a comparison sample.
