Abstract

本发明属于棉柔巾技术领域,公开了一种抑菌亲油棉柔巾及其制备方法,本发明将竹、麻纤维进行亲油处理,之后依次梳棉、铺网、牵伸、水刺、干燥、取卷即得水刺无纺布。本发明不仅使得竹、麻纤维具有良好的亲油性,同时很好的保留了竹、麻纤维天然的抑菌性,采用上述无纺布制得的棉柔巾具有良好的抑菌亲油性,可广泛应用于油性皮肤的人群。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种棉柔巾的制备方法,特别是涉及一种抑菌亲油棉柔巾及其制备方法。
背景技术
棉柔巾是采用100%棉纤维为原料生产的棉巾产品,其具有柔软细腻、不掉屑、天然可降解等优点,是洗脸巾、化妆棉、纸巾等产品的新型环保替代品
棉纤维的主要成分是纤维素,同时是一种多孔性物质的纤维,其表面具有许多亲水基团(-OH),吸水性良好,由其制作的棉柔巾适用于非油性皮肤的人群,对于油性皮肤的人群就不适用,同时棉纤维不具备由抑菌性能,而使用不能提供稳定持久的无菌环境。
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明申请公开了一种抑菌亲油棉柔巾及其制备方法。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种抑菌亲油棉柔巾及其制备方法,采用本发明不仅使得竹、麻纤维具有良好的亲油性,同时很好的保留了竹、麻纤维天然的抑菌性,真正适用于油性皮肤的人群。
本发明通过以下技术方案解决上述问题:一种抑菌亲油棉柔巾及其制备方法,该制备方法包含以下步骤:
S1:亲油溶液制备:将植物甘油三酸酯按照一定比例溶于乙醇或丙酮中制成均匀的溶液;
S2:竹、麻纤维亲油处理:将竹、麻纤维浸渍于S1溶液中对竹、麻纤维进行表面亲油处理;
S3:将步骤S2中的竹、麻纤维进行纯纺或者混纺制得无纺布卷;
S4:将步骤S3中制得的无纺布卷经分切得到幅宽为20~30cm的无纺布卷,然后经断点卷绕或分切得到棉柔巾。
进一步地,所述亲油溶液制备采用的是高压均质。
进一步地,步骤S1中,所述植物甘油三酸酯为大豆油、油菜籽油、橄榄油中的一种或几种。
进一步地,所述植物甘油三酸酯质量分数为0.5~1.5%。
进一步地,步骤S2中,所述竹、麻纤维亲油处理温度为40~50℃,时间为30~50min。
再进一步地,步骤S3中,所述无纺布采用纯纺或混纺,混纺比例为:竹纤维:麻纤维=40~60:60~40。

具体实施方式
实施例1
一种抑菌亲油棉柔巾及其制备方法,如下:
S1:亲油溶液制备:将植物甘油三酸酯大豆油乙醇中采用高压均质的方法制成大豆油含量为1%均匀的溶液;
S2:竹纤维亲油处理:将竹纤维浸渍于步骤S1制得的亲油溶液对竹纤维进行表面亲油处理,其中处理温度为40℃,处理时间为50min;
S3:将步骤S2中制得的竹纤维进行纯纺制得无纺布;
S4:将步骤S3中制得的无纺布进行分切,得到幅宽为22cm的无纺布卷,然后经断点卷绕或分切得到棉柔巾1。
实施例2
一种抑菌亲油棉柔巾及其制备方法,如下:
S1:亲油溶液制备:将植物甘油三酸酯橄榄油乙醇中采用高压均质的方法制成橄榄油含量为1%均匀的溶液;
S2:竹纤维亲油处理:将竹纤维浸渍于步骤S1制得的亲油溶液对竹纤维进行表面亲油处理,其中处理温度为45℃,处理时间为45min;
S3:将步骤S2中制得的竹纤维进行纯纺制得无纺布;
S4:将步骤S3中制得的无纺布进行分切,得到幅宽为25cm的无纺布卷,然后经断点卷绕或分切得到棉柔巾2。
实施例3
一种抑菌亲油棉柔巾及其制备方法,如下:
S1:亲油溶液制备:将植物甘油三酸酯大豆油乙醇中采用高压均质的方法制成大豆油含量为1%均匀的溶液;
S2:竹、麻纤维亲油处理:将竹、麻纤维分别浸渍于步骤S1制得的亲油溶液对竹、麻纤维进行表面亲油处理,其中处理温度为50℃,处理时间为30min;
S3:将步骤S2中制得的竹纤维进行混纺制得无纺布,其中竹纤维:麻纤维=60:40;
S4:将步骤S3中制得的无纺布进行分切,得到幅宽为22cm的无纺布卷,然后经断点卷绕或分切得到棉柔巾3。

S1:亲油溶液制备:将植物甘油三酸酯按照一定比例溶于乙醇或丙酮中制成均匀的溶液;
S2:竹、麻纤维亲油处理:将竹、麻纤维浸渍于S1溶液中对竹、麻纤维进行表面亲油处理;
S3:将步骤S2中的竹、麻纤维进行纯纺或者混纺制得无纺布卷;
S4:将步骤S3中制得的无纺布卷经分切得到幅宽为20~30cm的无纺布卷,然后经断点卷绕或分切得到棉柔巾。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抑菌亲油棉柔巾及其制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S1中,所述亲油溶液制备采用的是高压均质。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抑菌亲油棉柔巾及其制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S1中,所述植物甘油三酸酯为大豆油、油菜籽油、橄榄油中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抑菌亲油棉柔巾及其制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S1中,所述植物甘油三酸酯质量分数为0.5~1.5%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抑菌亲油棉柔巾及其制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S2中,所述竹、麻纤维亲油处理温度为40~50℃,时间为30~50min。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种抑菌亲油棉柔巾及其制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S3中,所述无纺布采用纯纺或混纺,混纺比例为:竹纤维:麻纤维=40~60:60~40。
