The invention can effectively overcome the defects of low absorptivity of the hyaluronic acid facial mask and poor effect of the traditional whitening facial mask, can deeply and durably keep skin moisture, nourish and fade fine wrinkles, effectively inhibit the generation of melanin, whiten skin and make skin tender and moist.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of skin care products, and particularly relates to a hyaluronic acid moisturizing and whitening mask.
Background
When women need skin care, the main focus is on moisturizing, conditioning, whitening, reviving and repairing. At present, a large number of facial masks exist, but the whitening and moisturizing effects of the facial masks are not good enough, so that a facial mask which can deeply and durably moisturize and has an obvious whitening effect is needed.
In a technical scheme disclosed in patent document CN111346044A, a large amount of Chinese herbal medicines such as white atractylodes rhizome and white ginseng are ground into powder and mixed with milk to form a paste, and then the paste is applied to the face to prepare the traditional Chinese medicine anti-wrinkle whitening mask. The traditional Chinese medicine composition is complex, is prepared by directly mixing dry powder, is fine and smooth and has poor compliance, and the whitening effect is considered. In the technical scheme disclosed in patent document CN111346042A, plant ingredients such as schisandra chinensis, polygonum cuspidatum and the like are ground, sieved and extracted to prepare functional ingredients, so that the whitening mask solution is relatively complex in ingredients, wherein hyaluronic acid is only used as a small amount of additive, and the moisturizing effect is not good enough. In the technical scheme disclosed in patent document CN104644510A, hyaluronic acid and aloe extracts are used in combination to repair and relieve sensitive skin, which cannot meet the requirements of whitening and moistening.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the problems in the background art, the invention provides the hyaluronic acid moisturizing and whitening mask which can be used for deeply and durably moisturizing and has an obvious whitening effect.
Therefore, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: a hyaluronic acid moisturizing and whitening facial mask comprises facial mask essence and facial mask cloth; the facial mask essence is characterized by comprising the following raw material components in parts by weight: 0.05-0.2 part of sodium hyaluronate with the molecular weight of 120k-160kDa, 0.05-0.3 part of sodium hyaluronate with the molecular weight of 60k-100kDa, 0.2-0.5 part of sodium hyaluronate with the molecular weight of 10k-60kDa, 0.1-0.2 part of hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate with the molecular weight of 3k-9kDa, 0.005-0.04 part of ganoderma lucidum extract, 0.05-0.2 part of cucumber extract, 0.02-0.2 part of aloe extract, 0.05-0.2 part of purslane extract, 0.01-0.04 part of raspberry extract, 0.005-0.03 part of rose fermentation broth extract and 0.1-1 part of nicotinamide; 0.01-0.05 part of stabilizer, 0.001-0.01 part of aromatic, 0.1-0.35 part of preservative, 0.1-0.2 part of thickener, 0.05-0.2 part of humectant and pure water.
Preferably, the feed comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.1 part of sodium hyaluronate with the molecular weight of 120k-160kDa, 0.2 part of sodium hyaluronate with the molecular weight of 60k-100kDa, 0.4 part of sodium hyaluronate with the molecular weight of 10k-60kDa, 0.1 part of hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate with the molecular weight of 3k-9kDa, 0.01 part of lucid ganoderma extract, 0.2 part of cucumber extract, 0.05 part of aloe extract, 0.1 part of purslane extract, 0.03 part of raspberry extract, 0.01 part of rose fermentation broth extract and 1 part of nicotinamide; 0.03 part of stabilizer, 0.002 part of aromatic, 0.3 part of preservative, 0.15 part of thickener, 0.1 part of humectant and pure water. 1 part of nicotinamide; 0.03 part of stabilizer, 0.002 part of aromatic, 0.3 part of preservative, 0.15 part of thickener, 0.1 part of humectant and pure water.
The stabilizer, the aromatic, the preservative, the thickening agent and the humectant can adopt corresponding auxiliary agents suitable for the mask, and can be purchased and obtained from the market. Nicotinamide is also commercially available as a whitening ingredient. Preferably, the stabilizer IS dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, the aromatic IS essence, the preservative IS Germall IS-45 (a compound preservative of American ASHLAND company), the thickening agent IS xanthan gum, and the humectant IS butanediol.
The cucumber extract can be obtained by market purchase, such as a cucumber extract (with the component being more than or equal to 10%) of Guangzhou American-exemplary Biotechnology Limited company; or directly preparing the facial mask essence before preparing the facial mask essence. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mashing sliced cucumber, grinding, filtering, extracting with organic solvent, evaporating, concentrating to obtain extract, and dissolving with water to obtain extract solution. The cucumber extract is rich in vitamin C and amino acids, and has effects of relieving, moisturizing and brightening skin.
The aloe extract has rich market raw materials, such as aloe vera extract (the component is more than or equal to 10%) of Guangzhou American-exemplary biotechnology limited company; or directly preparing the facial mask essence before preparing the facial mask essence. The preparation method comprises the following steps: cleaning fresh Aloe, peeling, cutting, homogenizing, filtering, extracting with organic solvent, evaporating, concentrating to obtain extract, and dissolving with water to obtain extract solution. The aloe extract contains amino acids and compound polysaccharides, and can supplement water loss of skin, and keep skin soft, smooth and elastic.
The herba Portulacae extract can be obtained commercially, such as herba Portulacae extract (with component not less than 10%) from American-exemplary Biotech limited, Guangzhou. The extractive solution belongs to cosmetic skin care raw material, and can be used as anti-irritant bioactive additive.
The Ganoderma extract is prepared by slicing Ganoderma fruiting body, drying, pulverizing, extracting with solvent, evaporating, concentrating to obtain extract, and dissolving with water to obtain extract solution; or extracting with Ganoderma fermentation broth, evaporating, concentrating to obtain extract, and dissolving with water to obtain extract solution. The ganoderma lucidum extract is rich in a large amount of active ingredients such as polysaccharide, amino acid and the like, and can obviously remove free radicals of organisms and delay cell aging.
The raspberry extract can be prepared by pulverizing lyophilized raspberry, extracting with organic solvent, evaporating and concentrating to obtain extract, and dissolving with water to obtain extract solution; or grinding fresh raspberry, filtering, extracting with organic solvent, evaporating, concentrating to obtain extract, and dissolving with water to obtain extract solution. The raspberry is used as a third-generation fruit in the world, is rich in a large amount of antioxidant active substances such as flavone and polyphenol, and can clear free radicals, inhibit tyrosinase and whiten skin.
The rose fermentation liquor extract can be prepared by dissolving and sterilizing lyophilized powder of rose, fermenting and culturing with microorganism, sterilizing the culture solution, filtering, centrifuging, collecting supernatant, freeze drying to obtain rose fermentation liquor extract, and dissolving with water to obtain extract solution. Research shows that the rose fermentation liquor extract has higher skin safety and has the effects of resisting oxidation, inhibiting tyrosinase activity and inhibiting melanin generation.
Preferably, the mask cloth is a hidden silk mask, and the market resources are rich, such as a feather wing mercerized mask of Nantong Congji non-woven fabrics Limited.
According to the invention, the hyaluronic acid moisturizing and whitening mask adopts four sodium hyaluronate formulas with different molecular weights, so that the problem of low absorption rate is effectively solved, and meanwhile, components such as lucid ganoderma, raspberry, rose fermentation liquor extract, nicotinamide and the like are combined, so that deep moisturizing, fine lines fading, melanin precipitation inhibiting and skin whitening and moisturizing can be realized.
Detailed Description

The preparation process of the hyaluronic acid hydrating and whitening mask of examples 1-3 is explained, the preparation steps of examples 1-3 are the same, except that the raw material formula is different (see table 1), and the preparation process comprises the following steps:
s1-1, mixing and proportioning sodium hyaluronate with different molecular weights according to the mixing proportion in Table 1, and stirring and dissolving to obtain phase A;
s1-2, slicing Ganoderma fruiting body, drying, pulverizing, filtering with 20 mesh screen, extracting with ethanol in ultrasonic water bath for 24 hr, filtering, rotary evaporating (set temperature: 55 deg.C), concentrating, dissolving with purified water, filtering for sterilization, sealing penicillin bottle with plug;
s1-3, crushing the freeze-dried raspberry, leaching the crushed raspberry in an ethanol ultrasonic water bath for 24 hours, filtering, rotating, evaporating and concentrating the crushed raspberry (the set temperature is 50 ℃), dissolving the crushed raspberry in purified water, filtering and sterilizing the crushed raspberry, and plugging and sealing a penicillin bottle for later use;
s1-4, freeze drying flos Rosae Rugosae, pulverizing, sieving, dissolving in purified water, performing wet heat sterilization, shake culturing with yeast liquid at 35 deg.C for 30h, wet heat sterilization, filtering, centrifuging, collecting supernatant, freeze drying, dissolving in purified water, filtering, sterilizing, plugging penicillin bottle, and sealing.
S1-5, purchasing aloe, cucumber and purslane extracts, nicotinamide, xanthan gum and other cosmetic raw materials for later use by qualified suppliers. (wherein the extracts of Aloe, Cucumis sativus and Portulaca oleracea are added in an amount of 10%)
S1-6, mixing the extracts of Ganoderma lucidum, raspberry, cucumber, aloe, purslane and rose fermentation liquor according to the formula in Table 1 to obtain phase B.
S1-7, mixing and stirring the two phases, putting the humectant, the preservative, the stabilizer, the aromatic and the like into a mixing tank according to the weight percentage, stirring, controlling the stirring time according to the preparation amount, ensuring that the product is dissolved and the product is uniformly stirred, and obtaining the hyaluronic acid moisturizing and whitening mask essence;
s1-8, transferring the essence obtained in the step S1-7 to a filling machine;
s1-9, folding the invisible silk mask, weighing the mask and placing the mask into an aluminum foil packaging bag after recording the weight;
s1-10, filling 20g of essence into a packaging bag by using a filling machine, and performing heat seal to obtain the product.
The preparation steps of the samples of comparative examples 1 and 2 are basically the same, the raw material formulas are different (see table 1), and the sodium hyaluronate component is not added in the comparative example 1; comparative example 2 no combination of four different molecular weight formulations of sodium hyaluronate were selected. The preparation process comprises the following steps:
s2-1, stirring and dissolving the sodium hyaluronate raw material according to the formula shown in the table 1 to obtain a phase A; comparative example 1 No such procedure

s2-4, freeze drying flos Rosae Rugosae, pulverizing, sieving, dissolving in purified water, performing moist heat sterilization, shake culturing with yeast liquid at 35 deg.C for 30h, moist heat sterilization, filtering, centrifuging, collecting supernatant, plugging penicillin bottle, and sealing.
S2-5, purchasing aloe, cucumber and purslane extracts, nicotinamide, xanthan gum and other cosmetic raw materials for later use by qualified suppliers. (wherein the extracts of Aloe, Cucumis sativus and Portulaca oleracea are added in an amount of 10%)
S2-6, mixing the extracts of Ganoderma lucidum, raspberry, cucumber, aloe, purslane and rose fermentation liquor according to the formula in Table 1 to obtain phase B.
S2-7, placing the two phases, the humectant, the preservative, the stabilizer, the aromatic and the like in a mixing tank according to the weight percentage, stirring, controlling the stirring time according to the preparation amount, and ensuring that the product is dissolved and is uniformly stirred to obtain the hyaluronic acid moisturizing and whitening mask essence; (comparative example 1 No phase A, i.e. only phase B and formula required weight fractions of moisturizer, preservative, stabilizer, fragrance, etc.)
S2-8, transferring the obtained essence to a filling machine;

the formulas of the hyaluronic acid moisturizing and whitening essence liquids of the examples 4 to 13 are the same as those of the essence liquids of the examples 1 to 3 and the comparative examples 1 and 2, and the specific correspondence relationship is shown in table 2; the preparation process of the essence corresponds to the preparation method of the above examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1 and 2; the mask cloth used subsequently has differences (see table 2), and the subsequent preparation process comprises the following steps:
s3-1, preparing hyaluronic acid moisturizing and whitening essence according to the preparation methods of the examples 1-3 and the comparative examples 1 and 2 according to the formula corresponding relation of the examples 4-13 in the table 2 and the formulas of the examples 1-3 and the comparative examples 1-2 in the table 1;
s3-2, selecting corresponding mask membrane cloth (chitosan mask or biomass fiber membrane) according to the table 2, folding in the same way, weighing the recorded weight, and putting into an aluminum foil packaging bag;
s3-3, filling 20g of essence into a packaging bag by using a filling machine, and performing heat seal to obtain the product.

The adsorption capacity of the mask cloth to the mask essence was tested for the samples of examples 1 to 13 and comparative examples 1 to 2. Three sets of parallel data are set.
The experimental method comprises the following steps: three samples of the above examples 1-13 and comparative examples 1-2 were taken, and the mask cloth weight M was recorded0. Tearing the sample by using the tearing opening at normal temperature, unfolding the mask cloth, suspending in the air for 30s, and weighing the weight M of the mask cloth1. And (3) analysis: the products of examples 1-13 and comparative examples 1-2 have different adsorption rates in different mask cloths; the adsorption rate of the same mask cloth to different formulas is different. The adsorption rate of the invisible silk mask is higher than that of the rest two mask cloths. The invisible silk mask with high adsorption rate is selected, has silk-like touch and good fitting property, and can obviously improve the moisturizing effect and the user experience.
Experimental example 2
The indexes of the samples of examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 and 2 were measured, and the results are shown in the following Table 4:

And (3) analysis: in examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-2, the combined application of multiple sodium hyaluronate and whitening functional components in the hyaluronic acid moisturizing and whitening facial mask, and the amount and proportion of the preservative and the additive meet the requirements of physicochemical, sensory and microbial properties in the industrial standard.
Experimental example 3
Skin feel of use
The experimental method comprises the following steps: 40 women of age 25-35 with dry skin were randomly selected and divided into 5 groups of 8 people each, and the use of the above examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1, 2 was performed three times a week for 15-20 minutes each, followed by washing the face and performing a conventional skin care procedure. After continuously using for 2 weeks, 4 weeks and 8 weeks, recording indexes of the skin after using for 2 hours by using a skin moisture tester (ensuring the environment: room temperature 25 +/-2 ℃ and relative humidity 50 +/-5%); the face condition of the user is continuously observed. Questionnaire scoring collection was performed on facial mask users after 8 weeks of use, scoring criteria: the effects of moisturizing and whitening are not good for 1 minute; the effects of moisturizing and whitening are generally 2 points; the water replenishing is lasting, the whitening effect is good, but the later use is not considered for 3 minutes; the moisturizing effect is lasting and good, the whitening effect is obvious, and the follow-up use for 4 minutes can be considered; the moisturizing and nourishing effects are lasting, the whitening effect is particularly obvious, and the skin is obviously improved by 5 minutes. the skin feeling experiment results of the products of examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-2 show that after 40 users use the hyaluronic acid moisturizing and whitening facial mask essence, the skin resists dryness and has obvious moisturizing and whitening effects by combining the facial mask cloth of the invisible silk facial mask.
The difference between the example 1 and the comparative example 1 is that the comparative example 1 is mainly characterized in that sodium hyaluronate is not added, and obvious water replenishing effect of hyaluronic acid is reflected according to the change of water content of skin before and after use (example 1: 24.9%; comparative example 1: 18.2%); the main difference between example 1 and comparative example 2 is that comparative example 2 did not employ multiple sodium hyaluronate combination formulation and skin use was rated as "not easily absorbed, superficial hyaluronic acid film, tight feel evident". The application of the multiple sodium hyaluronate combination can solve the problems of low absorptivity and unobvious moisturizing effect of the sodium hyaluronate mask. The invention adds the raspberry extract, the rose fermentation liquor extract, the nicotinamide and other main whitening functional components. The skin whitening effect is achieved by removing free radicals and inhibiting tyrosinase through the components with obvious antioxidant effects such as microbial fermentation polysaccharide and arbutin.
Through statistical data of skin feeling test results and continuous observation of the skin of a user, the skin of the user in the test group of the embodiment is improved, wherein the comprehensive evaluation of the test group of the embodiment 1 is up to 38 points (total points are 40 points), and the requirement of modern women on the efficacy of the moisturizing and whitening mask is met.

the four sodium hyaluronate with specific molecular weight are combined as follows: 0.05-0.2 part of sodium hyaluronate with the molecular weight of 120k-160kDa, 0.05-0.3 part of sodium hyaluronate with the molecular weight of 60k-100kDa, 0.2-0.5 part of sodium hyaluronate with the molecular weight of 10k-60kDa and 0.1-0.2 part of hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate with the molecular weight of 3k-9 kDa.

The hyaluronic acid hydrating and whitening mask as claimed in claim 1, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.1 part of sodium hyaluronate with the molecular weight of 120K-160kDa, 0.2 part of sodium hyaluronate with the molecular weight of 60K-100kDa, 0.4 part of sodium hyaluronate with the molecular weight of 10K-60kDa, 0.1 part of hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate with the molecular weight of 3K-9kDa, 0.01 part of lucid ganoderma extract, 0.2 part of cucumber extract, 0.05 part of aloe extract, 0.1 part of purslane extract, 0.03 part of raspberry extract, 0.01 part of rose fermentation broth extract and 1 part of nicotinamide; 0.03 part of stabilizer, 0.002 part of aromatic, 0.3 part of preservative, 0.15 part of thickener, 0.1 part of humectant and pure water.
3. The hyaluronic acid hydrating and whitening mask according to claim 1, wherein the stabilizer IS dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, the aromatic IS an essence, the preservative IS Germall IS-45, the thickener IS xanthan gum, and the humectant IS butylene glycol.
4. The hyaluronic acid hydrating and whitening mask of claim 1, wherein the mask cloth is a hidden silk mask.
