Abstract

A scraper 104c is obliquely arranged at the middle position of the stirring collecting box 104, the scraper 104c inclines towards the collecting piece 301, a notch 104d is arranged at the lower edge of the scraper 104c, and the position of the notch 104d corresponds to the position of the scraper rod 301b in the axial direction of the round roller 301 a.
