技术领域
本发明属于离型膜技术领域,具体涉及一种防蓝光保护膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
PET防蓝光保护膜是一种在电容屏玻璃上(或者下)加贴的一种功能型PET塑胶薄膜,它可以有效的阻隔电子屏幕辐射出来的HEV蓝光光线,其波长范围在455-492nm,此类光线长时间辐射会对人体视觉系统造成永久性伤害,它可直接穿透角膜和晶状体,直达黄斑区,可加速黄斑区细胞氧化,对视网膜造成光化学损害。此外,作为屏幕保护产品,还应当具有缓冲撞击,防止屏幕爆裂,或防止手机不慎撞击造成玻璃面板的破碎飞散,减少玻璃面板的隐性伤害,保障用户安全,同时还需保持屏幕面板玻璃特有的光泽,质感和提高表面硬度。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防蓝光保护膜及其制备方法,所述防蓝光保护膜具有优良的蓝光阻隔性、优秀的耐刮擦性、防指纹性以及憎水性能,达到最佳的使用效果,从而保证了最终产品使用的安全性、稳定性和持久性。
本发明所述防蓝光保护膜包括四层,第一层为蓝光阻隔涂层,第二层为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜层,第三层为胶黏剂层,第四层为离合膜层。
本发明所述蓝光阻隔涂层,以重量份数计算,由以下成分制成:
丙烯酸改性的聚氨酯60-70份、固化剂10-15份、消泡剂0.005~0.010份、流平剂0.01-0.05份、氟钛酸5-10份、溶剂50-60份,表面活性剂0.05-0.06份、纳米防蓝光材料5-10份。
其中所述的丙烯酸改性的聚氨酯由如下方法制备:
将环氧树脂50-100份、丙烯酸10-20份和三乙胺0.2-0.5份加入反应器中,在90-110℃下反应1-3小时,再加入六亚甲基二异氰酸酯5-10份,在80-90℃下反应1-3小时,最后加入三缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯即可得到丙烯酸改性的聚氨酯。
所述纳米防蓝光材料的制备方法如下:
(1)按计量比取一定体积的1 mol/L 硝酸铝水溶液,用10% 氨水滴加至pH 为7,制成溶液A ;
(2)按计量比取一定体积的1 mol/L 硝酸钨水溶液,用0.5 mol/L 碳酸钠溶液滴加至pH 为7.5,制成溶液B ;
(3)在70℃和搅拌下将步骤(2)所得的溶液B 滴加到步骤(1)所得的溶液A 中,继续搅拌3h 后冷却至室温,静置2h 时,抽滤后用无水乙醇洗涤;120℃干燥一天后在空气中以2℃/min 的速率升温至450℃,焙烧5h,最后用机械研磨法制备得到纳米防蓝光材料;其中铝和钨的摩尔比为3-4:1。
所述的固化剂为六亚甲基二异氰酸酯。
所述的消泡剂为BYK-012。
所述的流平剂为丙烯酸类流平剂。
所述的表面活性剂为十二烷基磺酸钠。
所述的溶剂为水和乙酸乙酯复配,复配重量比为1:7-10,如果水分过多,得到的涂层表面不平整,水分过少,氟钛酸发挥不了耐指纹的作用。
本发明所述蓝光阻隔涂层的制备方法如下:
(1)在搅拌釜内加入1/2的溶剂,在搅拌状态下依次加入消泡剂、丙烯酸改性的聚氨酯,2500-3000转/分下搅拌1-2小时,得到组分A。
(2)将另外1/2的溶剂、流平剂、氟钛酸和表面活性剂混合搅拌均匀,得到组分B;
(3)将固化剂和组分B加入组分A中,边搅拌边投料,2000-3000转/分下分散1-2小时,得到蓝光阻隔涂层涂料。
本发明所述的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜层,以重量份数计,由以下成分制成:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯100份、抗氧剂1-2份、钛酸酯偶联剂2-5份、成核剂0.5-1份、耐紫外光老化剂0.5-1份。
本发明聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜层的制备方法如下:
(1)将各物料按比例称好,放入高速混合机中混合均匀,混合时间5-10分钟,混合转速1000-1200转/分钟,然后放出物料;
(2)将上述混配好的物料投入到双螺杆挤出机中挤出片材,然后进行四辊压延,压延温度为195-265℃,然后在180-200℃范围内双向拉伸,即得本发明所述聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜层。
本发明所述的胶黏剂层为二甲基硅油。
本发明所述的离合膜层为聚乙烯或者PVC膜。
在上述技术方案中,所述防蓝光保护膜的厚度为50~60μm,其中,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜层的厚度为10~15μm,蓝光阻隔涂层的厚度为20~25μm,胶黏剂层的厚度为5~10μm,离合膜层的厚度为10~15μm。
本发明防蓝光保护膜的制备方法如下:
(1)将蓝光阻隔涂层涂料上机涂布,基材为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜层;
(2)然后上胶,附上离合膜即可。
本发明的有益效果如下:
所述防蓝光保护膜具有优秀的减震性及划痕复原性,它不仅可以有效缓冲撞击,防止屏幕爆裂,或不慎撞击造成玻璃、或塑胶面板的破碎飞散,减少玻璃面板的隐性伤害,还具有对硬物产生的细微刮伤产生自我修复功能,以保障用户安全,此外,它也具有良好的防指纹和憎水性,还可保持屏幕面板玻璃特有的光泽和质感。
具体实施方式
实施例1
蓝光阻隔涂层配方:
丙烯酸改性的聚氨酯65份、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯12份、消泡剂BYK-012 0.009份、丙烯酸类流平剂金团KEPERSURF-157 0.04份、氟钛酸6份、溶剂50份,十二烷基磺酸钠0.05份,纳米防蓝光材料7份,其中溶剂中水和乙酸乙酯的复配重量比为1:9。
其中丙烯酸改性的聚氨酯制备方法如下:
将环氧树脂E51 70份、丙烯酸15份和三乙胺0.4份加入反应器中,在95℃下反应2小时,再加入六亚甲基二异氰酸酯6份,在85℃下反应2小时,最后加入三缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯即可得到丙烯酸改性的聚氨酯。
所述纳米防蓝光材料的制备方法如下:
(1)按计量比取一定体积的1 mol/L 硝酸铝水溶液,用10% 氨水滴加至pH 为7,制成溶液A ;
(2)按计量比取一定体积的1 mol/L 硝酸钨水溶液,用0.5 mol/L 碳酸钠溶液滴加至pH 为7.5,制成溶液B ;
(3)在70℃和搅拌下将步骤(2)所得的溶液B 滴加到步骤(1)所得的溶液A 中,继续搅拌3h 后冷却至室温,静置2h 时,抽滤后用无水乙醇洗涤;120℃干燥一天后在空气中以2℃/min 的速率升温至450℃,焙烧5h,最后用机械研磨法制备得到纳米防蓝光材料;其中铝和钨的摩尔比为4:1。
其中蓝光阻隔涂层涂料的制备方法如下:
(1)在搅拌釜内加入1/2的溶剂,在搅拌状态下依次加入消泡剂、丙烯酸改性的聚氨酯,2500-3000转/分下搅拌1-2小时,得到组分A。
(2)将另外1/2的溶剂、流平剂、氟钛酸、纳米防蓝光材料和表面活性剂混合搅拌均匀,得到组分B。
(3)将固化剂和组分B加入组分A中,边搅拌边投料,2000-3000转/分下分散1-2小时,得到蓝光阻隔涂层涂料。
聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜层的配方如下:
聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯100份、抗氧剂1010 1份,钛酸酯偶联剂3份;成核剂二氧化硅0.6份、耐紫外光老化剂UV571 0.5份。
聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜层的制备方法如下:
(1)将各物料按比例称好,放入高速混合机中混合均匀,混合时间7分钟,混合转速1100转/分钟,然后放出物料;
(2)将上述混配好的物料投入到双螺杆挤出机中挤出片材,然后进行四辊压延,压延温度为250℃,然后在190℃范围内双向拉伸,即得所述聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜层,膜厚为15μm。
所述防蓝光保护膜的制备方法如下:
(1)将蓝光阻隔涂层涂料上机涂布,基材为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜层;
(2)然后上胶,附上离合膜即可。
其中,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜层的厚度为15μm,蓝光阻隔涂层的厚度为20μm,胶黏剂层的厚度为10μm,离合膜层的厚度为10μm。
实施例1的技术性能指标如下:
1)剥离力:≥1000 gf/25mm;
2)厚度:78±2um;
3)蓝光阻隔率≥50;
4)透光率:≥90%;
5)雾度:≤2.5;
6)硬度:2~3H;
7)水滴接触角≥105°;
8)耐磨性:≥10次;
9)初粘性:≥1000 gf;
10)持粘性:≥24h;
11)防指纹效果:不易留下指纹,一旦留下指纹,使用清洁布可轻易清除;
12)外观:无晶点、无划痕、无杂质、无气泡、无褶皱。
对比例1
与实施例1的唯一不同点在于,涂层的溶剂全部为水,得到的涂层表面不平整。
对比例2
与实施例1的唯一不同点在于,涂层的溶剂全部为乙酸乙酯,得到的涂层耐指纹性不好,擦不掉。
对比例3
与实施例1的唯一不同点在于纳米防蓝光材料是将纳米氧化钨和纳米氧化铝共混得到,其蓝光阻隔率只有30%,说明说明纳米氧化钨和纳米氧化铝接触紧密时防蓝光效果比较好,而各自分散状态效果要差。

1.一种防蓝光保护膜,其特征在于包括四层, 第一层为蓝光阻隔涂层,第二层为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜层,第三层为胶黏剂层,第四层为离合膜层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防蓝光保护膜,其特征在于所述蓝光阻隔涂层,以重量份数计算,由以下成分制成:
丙烯酸改性的聚氨酯60-70份、固化剂10-15份、消泡剂0.005~0.010份、流平剂0.01-0.05份、氟钛酸5-10份、溶剂50-60份,表面活性剂0.05-0.06份、纳米防蓝光材料5-10份。
3.根据权利要求所述2的防蓝光保护膜,其特征在于所述的丙烯酸改性的聚氨酯由如下方法制备:

(2)按计量比取一定体积的1 mol/L 硝酸钨水溶液,用0.5 mol/L 碳酸钠溶液滴加至pH 为7.5,制成溶液B ;
(3)在70℃和搅拌下将步骤(2)所得的溶液B 滴加到步骤(1)所得的溶液A 中,继续搅拌3h 后冷却至室温,静置2h 时,抽滤后用无水乙醇洗涤;120℃干燥一天后在空气中以2℃/min 的速率升温至450℃,焙烧5h,最后用机械研磨法制备得到纳米防蓝光材料;其中铝和钨的摩尔比为3-4:1。

(1)在搅拌釜内加入1/2的溶剂,在搅拌状态下依次加入消泡剂、丙烯酸改性的聚氨酯,2500-3000转/分下搅拌1-2小时,得到组分A;
(2)将另外1/2的溶剂、流平剂、氟钛酸和表面活性剂混合搅拌均匀,得到组分B;
(3)将固化剂和组分B加入组分A中,边搅拌边投料,2000-3000转/分下分散1-2小时,得到蓝光阻隔涂层涂料。
7.根据权利要求1所述的防蓝光保护膜,其特征在于所述的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜层,以重量份数计,由以下成分制成:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯100份、抗氧剂1-2份、钛酸酯偶联剂2-5份、成核剂0.5-1份、耐紫外光老化剂0.5-1份。
8.根据权利要求7所述的防蓝光保护膜,其特征在于聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜层的制备方法如下:
(1)将各物料按比例称好,放入高速混合机中混合均匀,混合时间5-10分钟,混合转速1000-1200转/分钟,然后放出物料;
(2)将上述混配好的物料投入到双螺杆挤出机中挤出片材,然后进行四辊压延,压延温度为195-265℃,然后在180-200℃范围内双向拉伸,即得本发明所述聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜层。
9.根据权利要求1所述的防蓝光保护膜,其特征在于所述的胶黏剂层为二甲基硅油,所述的离合膜层为聚乙烯或者PVC膜。
10.根据权利要求1所述的防蓝光保护膜的制备方法,其特征在于依次包括如下步骤:
(1)将蓝光阻隔涂层涂料上机涂布,基材为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜层;
(2)然后上胶,附上离合膜即可。
