Abstract
一种自我修复涂料,以重量份数计算,由以下成分制成:丙烯酸改性的聚氨酯40‑60份、固化剂10‑15份、消泡剂0.005‑0.010份、流平剂0.01‑0.05份、氟钛酸5‑10份、溶剂50‑60份,乳化剂0.05‑0.06份。所述自我修复涂料具有优秀的减震性及划痕复原性,它不仅可以有效缓冲撞击,防止屏幕爆裂,或不慎撞击造成玻璃、或塑胶面板的破碎飞散,减少玻璃面板的隐性伤害,还具有对硬物产生的细微刮伤产生自我修复功能,以保障用户安全,此外,它也具有良好的防指纹和憎水性,还可保持屏幕面板玻璃特有的光泽和质感。

技术领域
本发明属于涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种自我修复涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
减震防护膜,是一种贴在手机前后屏(玻璃、或塑胶)上的一种高分子保护膜,由于此类材料具有优秀的减震性及划痕复原性,它不仅可以有效缓冲撞击,防止屏幕爆裂,或不慎撞击造成玻璃、或塑胶面板的破碎飞散,减少玻璃面板的隐性伤害,还具有对硬物产生的细微刮伤产生自我修复功能,以保障用户安全,此外,它也具有良好的防指纹和憎水性,还可保持屏幕面板玻璃特有的光泽和质感。
因此,有必要开发一种自我修复涂料,用来制作减震防护膜。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种自我修复涂料及其制备方法,所述自我修复涂料具有优秀的减震性及划痕复原性,它不仅可以有效缓冲撞击,防止屏幕爆裂,或不慎撞击造成玻璃、或塑胶面板的破碎飞散,减少玻璃面板的隐性伤害,还具有对硬物产生的细微刮伤产生自我修复功能,以保障用户安全,此外,它也具有良好的防指纹和憎水性,还可保持屏幕面板玻璃特有的光泽和质感。
本发明所述自我修复涂料,以重量份数计算,由以下成分制成:
丙烯酸改性的聚氨酯40-60份、固化剂10-15份、消泡剂0.005-0.010份、流平剂0.01-0.05份、氟钛酸5-10份、溶剂50-60份,乳化剂0.05-0.06份。
其中所述的丙烯酸改性的聚氨酯由如下方法制备:
将环氧树脂50-100份、丙烯酸10-20份和三乙胺0.2-0.5份加入反应器中,在90-110℃下反应1-3小时,再加入六亚甲基二异氰酸酯5-10份,在80-90℃下反应1-3小时,最后加入三缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯即可得到丙烯酸改性的聚氨酯。
所述的固化剂为六亚甲基二异氰酸酯。
所述的消泡剂为BYK-012。
所述的流平剂为丙烯酸类流平剂。
所述的乳化剂为十二烷基磺酸钠。
所述的溶剂为水和乙酸乙酯复配,复配重量比为1:7-10,如果水分过多,得到的涂层表面不平整,水分过少,氟钛酸发挥不了耐指纹的作用。
本发明所述自我修复涂料的制备方法如下:
(1)在搅拌釜内加入1/2的溶剂,在搅拌状态下依次加入消泡剂、丙烯酸改性的聚氨酯,2500-3000转/分下搅拌1-2小时,得到组分A。
(2)将另外1/2的溶剂、流平剂、氟钛酸和乳化剂混合搅拌均匀,得到组分B;
(3)将固化剂和组分B加入组分A中,边搅拌边投料,2000-3000转/分下分散1-2小时,得到自我修复涂层涂料。
本发明的有益效果如下:所述自我修复涂料具有优秀的减震性及划痕复原性,它不仅可以有效缓冲撞击,防止屏幕爆裂,或不慎撞击造成玻璃、或塑胶面板的破碎飞散,减少玻璃面板的隐性伤害,还具有对硬物产生的细微刮伤产生自我修复功能,以保障用户安全,此外,它也具有良好的防指纹和憎水性,还可保持屏幕面板玻璃特有的光泽和质感。
具体实施方式
实施例1
自我修复涂层配方:
丙烯酸改性的聚氨酯45份、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯12份、消泡剂BYK-012 0.009份、丙烯酸类流平剂金团KEPERSURF-157 0.04份、氟钛酸6份、溶剂50份,乳化剂TX-10 0.06份,其中溶剂中水和乙酸乙酯的复配重量比为1:9。
其中丙烯酸改性的聚氨酯制备方法如下:
将环氧树脂E51 70份、丙烯酸15份和三乙胺0.4份加入反应器中,在95℃下反应2小时,再加入六亚甲基二异氰酸酯6份,在85℃下反应2小时,最后加入三缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯即可得到丙烯酸改性的聚氨酯。
其中自我修复涂层涂料的制备方法如下:
(1)在搅拌釜内加入1/2的溶剂,在搅拌状态下依次加入消泡剂、丙烯酸改性的聚氨酯,2500-3000转/分下搅拌1-2小时,得到组分A。
(2)将另外1/2的溶剂、流平剂、氟钛酸和乳化剂混合搅拌均匀,得到组分B。
(3)将固化剂和组分B加入组分A中,边搅拌边投料,2000-3000转/分下分散1-2小时,得到自我修复涂层涂料。
聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜层的配方如下:
聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯100份、抗氧剂1010 1份,钛酸酯偶联剂3份;成核剂二氧化硅0.6份、耐紫外光老化剂UV571 0.5份。
聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜层的制备方法如下:
(1)将各物料按比例称好,放入高速混合机中混合均匀,混合时间7分钟,混合转速1100转/分钟,然后放出物料;
(2)将上述混配好的物料投入到双螺杆挤出机中挤出片材,然后进行四辊压延,压延温度为250℃,然后在190℃范围内双向拉伸,即得所述聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜层,膜厚为15μm。
所述自我修复涂料的制备方法如下:
(1)将自我修复涂层涂料上机涂布,基材为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜层;
(2)然后上胶二甲基硅油,附上离合膜即可。
其中,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜层的厚度为15μm,自我修复涂层的厚度为20μm,胶黏剂层的厚度为10μm,离合膜层的厚度为10μm。
实施例1的技术性能指标如下:
1)剥离力:≥80-120 gf/25mm;
2)厚度:90±2um;
3)透光率:≥90%;
4)雾度:≤1.0;
5)自修复性:≤2S(750gf*专用铜丝刷) ;
6)水滴接触角≥105°;
7)气味:无;
8)防指纹性:对于指纹印,容易擦拭。
对比例1
与实施例1的唯一不同点在于,涂料的溶剂全部为水,得到的涂层表面不平整。
对比例2
与实施例1的唯一不同点在于,涂料的溶剂全部为乙酸乙酯,得到的涂层耐指纹性不好,指纹印擦不掉。
Claims (5)
1.一种自我修复涂料,其特征在于,以重量份数计算,由以下成分制成:
丙烯酸改性的聚氨酯40-60份、固化剂10-15份、消泡剂0.005-0.010份、流平剂0.01-0.05份、氟钛酸5-10份、溶剂50-60份,乳化剂0.05-0.06份。
2.根据权利要求所述1的自我修复涂料,其特征在于所述的丙烯酸改性的聚氨酯由如下方法制备:
将环氧树脂50-100份、丙烯酸10-20份和三乙胺0.2-0.5份加入反应器中,在90-110℃下反应1-3小时,再加入六亚甲基二异氰酸酯5-10份,在80-90℃下反应1-3小时,最后加入三缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯即可得到丙烯酸改性的聚氨酯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的自我修复涂料,其特征在于所述的固化剂为六亚甲基二异氰酸酯,所述的消泡剂为BYK-012,所述的流平剂为丙烯酸类流平剂,所述的乳化剂为TX-10。
4.根据权利要求所述1的自我修复涂料,其特征在于所述的溶剂为水和乙酸乙酯复配,复配重量比为1:7-10。
5.根据权利要求1所述自我修复涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)在搅拌釜内加入1/2的溶剂,在搅拌状态下依次加入消泡剂、丙烯酸改性的聚氨酯,2500-3000转/分下搅拌1-2小时,得到组分A;
(2)将另外1/2的溶剂、流平剂、氟钛酸和乳化剂混合搅拌均匀,得到组分B;
(3)将固化剂和组分B加入组分A中,边搅拌边投料,2000-3000转/分下分散1-2小时,得到自我修复涂层涂料。
