本发明提供一种包装印刷机的剪切机构,包括底板、刻度尺、电动缸、刀壳、刀片、限位板以及矩形框,所述底板右端焊接电动缸,所述电动缸后端固定刀壳,所述刀壳设在底板后侧,所述刀片安装在刀壳下端并延伸入刀壳内部,所述底板左端焊接刻度尺,所述刻度尺安装在刀壳下侧,所述刻度尺矩形外端设有矩形框,所述矩形框右端焊接限位板,所述限位板以及矩形框均安装在刀壳后侧,与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下的有益效果:实现对剪切尺寸进行测量,有效保证剪切合格率。

技术领域
本发明是一种包装印刷机的剪切机构,属于剪切技术领域。
背景技术
在使用包装印刷机之前或者印刷之后,需要将用于印刷的承印物剪切成合适尺寸,现有技术中印刷机的输送机构将承印物输送至剪切机构上,然后进行剪切,且通过控制输送机构的速度而实现改变剪切尺寸。但是剪切前工作人员不便于对剪切的尺寸进行检测,从而导致一批承印物剪切完成后才发生尺寸不合格,进而容易导致承印物发生浪费。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明目的是提供一种包装印刷机的剪切机构,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题,本发明操作简单,便于调节,有效保证剪切合格率。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:一种包装印刷机的剪切机构,包括底板、电动缸、刀壳以及刀片,所述底板右端固定电动缸,所述电动缸后端固定刀壳,所述刀壳设在底板后侧,所述刀片安装在刀壳下端并延伸入刀壳内部,所述底板左端焊接刻度尺,所述刻度尺安装在刀壳下侧,所述刻度尺矩形外端设有矩形框,所述矩形框右端焊接限位板,所述限位板以及矩形框均安装在刀壳后侧。
进一步地,所述刻度尺上端面加工有刻度线。
进一步地,所述刀壳后端安装锁紧螺栓,且锁紧螺栓前端穿过刀壳与刀片后端相接触,且锁紧螺栓通过螺纹与刀壳相啮合。
进一步地,所述刀壳上端设有导杆,且导杆下端穿过刀壳与刻度尺上端相焊接,且导杆设在刀片左侧。
进一步地,所述矩形框上端安装紧固螺栓,且紧固螺栓下端穿过矩形框与刻度尺上端相接触,且紧固螺栓通过螺纹与矩形框相啮合。
进一步地,所述刻度尺后端焊接固定板。
进一步地,所述电动缸后端固定连杆,且连杆焊接在刀壳前端,所述电动缸通过连杆与刀壳相固定。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的一种包装印刷机的剪切机构,本发明通过增加底板、刻度尺、电动缸、刀壳、刀片、限位板以及矩形框,该设计将限位板移动至合适位置,此时矩形框前端面到底板后端面之间的距离即为需要裁剪的尺寸,然后利用输送机构将需要剪切的承印物输送至底板上端,同时利用电动缸带动刀壳以及刀片上下运动对承印物进行剪切,同时观察承印物与限位板之间的位置,若承印物与限位板前端进行接触,则剪切的小尺寸承印物合格,反之,则剪切的小尺寸承印物不合格,然后停止输送机构,并对输送机构的速度进行调节,直至剪切的小尺寸合格,进而有效提高剪切的合格率,本发明操作简单,便于调节,有效保证剪切合格率。

具体实施方式
为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
请参阅图1-图6,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种包装印刷机的剪切机构,包括底板1、电动缸3、刀壳4以及刀片5,底板1右端通过螺栓固定电动缸3,电动缸3后端固定刀壳4,刀壳4设在底板1后侧,刀片5安装在刀壳4下端并延伸入刀壳4内部,底板1左端焊接刻度尺2,刻度尺2安装在刀壳4下侧,刻度尺2矩形外端设有矩形框7,矩形框7右端焊接限位板6,限位板6以及矩形框7均安装在刀壳4后侧,工作人员先利用螺栓将底板1固定在输送机构出口位置,然后在底板1后端放置用于承接的收集箱,且收集箱安装在刀壳4正下方,然后工作人员沿着刻度尺2前后移动矩形框7,从而带动限位板6前后运动至合适位置,然后对矩形框7进行固定,此时限位板6前端面到底板1后端面之间的距离即为需要裁剪的尺寸,然后工作人员利用输送机构将需要剪切的承印物输送至底板1上端,此时刀片5处于承印物上方,同时启动电动缸3,电动缸3工作带动刀壳4上下运动,从而带动刀片5上下运动,进而使刀片5与承印物接触并对承印物进行剪切,然后剪切下的小尺寸承印物在自身重力作用下落入下方的收集箱内部,同时观察承印物与限位板6之间的位置,若承印物与限位板6前端进行接触,则剪切的小尺寸承印物合格,如果承印物处于限位板6前端或者超过限位板6的限制,且剪切的小尺寸承印物不合格,然后停止输送机构,并对输送机构的速度进行调节,直至剪切的小尺寸合格,进而有效提高剪切的合格率,由于输送机构为现有技术,这里就不做进一步赘述。
刻度尺2上端面加工有刻度线,便于获知矩形框7与底板1之间的距离,进而便于获知限位板6与底板1之间的距离,进而便于获知剪切尺寸。
刀壳4后端安装锁紧螺栓,且锁紧螺栓前端穿过刀壳4与刀片5后端相接触,且锁紧螺栓通过螺纹与刀壳4相啮合,工作人员将刀片5放入刀壳4内部,然后转动锁紧螺栓,锁紧螺栓在螺纹的作用下向前运动,进而与刀片5接触并对刀片5进行压紧,进而实现刀壳4与刀片5的固定,进而便于对刀片5进行固定。
刀壳4上端设有导杆,且导杆下端穿过刀壳4与刻度尺2上端相焊接,且导杆设在刀片5左侧,实现对刀壳4进行导向,有效保持刀壳4上下直线运动。
矩形框7上端安装紧固螺栓,且紧固螺栓下端穿过矩形框7与刻度尺2上端相接触,且紧固螺栓通过螺纹与矩形框7相啮合,工作人员转动紧固螺栓,紧固螺栓在螺纹的作用下先向上运动,并与刻度尺2进行分离,然后工作人员前后移动矩形框7,从而带动限位板6前后运动至合适位置,然后反向转动紧固螺栓,紧固螺栓向下运动并对刻度尺2压紧,进而实现对限位板6以及矩形框7进行固定。
刻度尺2后端焊接固定板,实现对矩形框7进行限位,有效防止矩形框7掉落。
电动缸3后端固定连杆,且连杆焊接在刀壳4前端,电动缸3通过连杆与刀壳4相固定,实现电动缸3与刀壳4之前的固定,且电动缸通过电线与外接电源以及控制开关串联连接,实现为电动缸3提供电源以及便于控制电动缸3启停,且电动缸3的工作原理以及电路连接均为现有技术,这里就不做进一步赘述。

1.一种包装印刷机的剪切机构,包括底板、电动缸、刀壳以及刀片,其特征在于:所述底板右端固定电动缸,所述电动缸后端固定刀壳,所述刀壳设在底板后侧,所述刀片安装在刀壳下端并延伸入刀壳内部,所述底板左端焊接刻度尺,所述刻度尺安装在刀壳下侧,所述刻度尺矩形外端设有矩形框,所述矩形框右端焊接限位板,所述限位板以及矩形框均安装在刀壳后侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种包装印刷机的剪切机构,其特征在于:所述刻度尺上端面加工有刻度线。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种包装印刷机的剪切机构,其特征在于:所述刀壳后端安装锁紧螺栓,且锁紧螺栓前端穿过刀壳与刀片后端相接触,且锁紧螺栓通过螺纹与刀壳相啮合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种包装印刷机的剪切机构,其特征在于:所述刀壳上端设有导杆,且导杆下端穿过刀壳与刻度尺上端相焊接,且导杆设在刀片左侧。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种包装印刷机的剪切机构,其特征在于:所述矩形框上端安装紧固螺栓,且紧固螺栓下端穿过矩形框与刻度尺上端相接触,且紧固螺栓通过螺纹与矩形框相啮合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种包装印刷机的剪切机构,其特征在于:所述刻度尺后端焊接固定板。
