starting a machine, pushing sugarcane to be treated into the machine from a U-shaped driving wheel 13 on one side of an inlet by an operator, keeping a center line of the sugarcane at a certain height under the action of a conveying wheel made of elastic rubber, driving a transmission shaft A39 to rotate by a motor A15 through a coupling 16, driving a bevel gear A32 at one end of a transmission shaft A39 to drive a bevel gear B33 meshed with the transmission shaft A to rotate and further drive a shaft B44 to rotate, simultaneously rotating a shaft B44 and a shaft A45 under the action of a V-belt wheel group III 20, driving a V-belt wheel group I19 and a V-belt wheel group II 21 on the shaft to rotate, further driving two U-shaped driving wheels 13 positioned below on a support 11 to rotate, enabling the sugarcane to move towards the inside of the device, and enabling the U-shaped driving wheels; when the sugarcane enters the peeling mechanism, the stepping motor 24 can rotate forwards or reversely according to the thickness of the sugarcane, at the moment, the gear ring 28 is relatively static, the planet wheel 27 rotates around the gear ring 28 to ensure that the diameter of the cutter 17 just removes the sugarcane peel without damaging the fruit pulp, after the position of the cutter 17 is adjusted, the stepping motor 24 stops working, the V belt wheel B19 on the transmission shaft A39 drives the V belt wheel A9 to rotate through the V belt 7, and then the rotation shaft B26 is driven to rotate, meanwhile, the rotation shaft A12 rotates simultaneously, and the shaft B26 is relatively static to drive the cutter 17 to rapidly remove the sugarcane peel; when peeled sugarcanes pass through the cutting mechanism, the crank slider device 22 pushes the cutting tool 29 on the knife rest 30 to slide up and down along the rail under the action of the motor B25 so as to realize cutting, a user can adjust the speed of the motor B25 to adjust the cutting length, the cut sugarcanes enter the classification box 1, the sugarcane which does not need to be juiced is directly discharged and collected by stirring the turning plate 2, and the juiced sugarcanes enter the juicing mechanism; at the moment, the bevel gear C38 rotates under the action of the bevel gear B33 and drives the transmission shaft B43 to rotate, the transmission shaft B43 drives the roller shaft 35 at the lower end of the juice extracting box to rotate through the gearbox 37, the coarse roller 34 and the fine roller 41 rotate towards the center and are pressurized under the action of the gear 40 and the V belt pulley group IV 36, juice and pulp of the sugarcane entering the juice extracting box 3 are guaranteed to be separated, the separated juice and pulp pass through the filter screen 42, residual pulp is left in the collecting box 4, the juice is separated into the juice extracting box 5, and peeling, cutting and juice extracting of the sugarcane can be achieved by repeating the operations.
Claims (6)
1. The integrated sugarcane processing device is characterized by comprising a peeling mechanism arranged on a rack (6), wherein three groups of cutters (17) are arranged in the peeling mechanism and used for removing sugarcane peels, the three groups of cutters (17) are respectively and correspondingly connected and fixed with three planet wheels (27) at one end of a rotating shaft B (26), gear rings (28) meshed with the three planet wheels (27) are arranged on the outer sides of the three planet wheels (27), the gear rings (28) are fixed in the rotating shaft A (12), one planet wheel (27) is fixedly connected with a stepping motor (24) fixed on the outer side of the rotating shaft B (26) and used for adjusting the peeling thicknesses of the three groups of cutters (17) and ensuring that the sugarcanes with different thicknesses are completely peeled; the rear end of the peeling mechanism is also provided with a cutting mechanism, the cutting mechanism comprises a cutting tool (29) fixed in a guide rail (31), the cutting tool (29) is fixed in a tool rest (30), the lower end of the tool rest (30) is provided with a slider-crank device (22) for controlling the cutting tool (29) to slide up and down to complete cutting operation, one side of the cutting tool (29) is provided with a classification box (1), the classification box (1) is used for collecting cut sugarcane and leading the sugarcane to be juiced into a juicing mechanism, the juicing mechanism is fixed at the lower end of the classification box (1) and comprises a group of coarse rollers (34) fixed in the juicing box (3), the lower end of the coarse rollers (34) is provided with a group of fine rollers (41) for realizing juicing operation of the sugarcane, and the lower end of the juicing box (3) is provided with a filter screen (42) and a juice box (5).

The integrated sugarcane processing device according to claim 1, wherein the peeling mechanism is specifically structured as follows: including setting up bearing frame B (8) in frame (6), be equipped with in bearing frame B (8) pivot B (26), pivot B (26) are the hollow shaft, on pivot B (26) port circumference position was evenly arranged in to three planet wheels (27) of group, it is fixed through major axis (23) one end between planet wheel (27) and pivot B (26), every major axis (23) other end with cutter (17) are fixed, three group's cutter (17) set up in one side outer end of pivot A (12), be used for getting rid of the sugarcane skin, pivot A (12) are located the pivot B (26) outside, pivot A (12) are fixed on frame (6) through bearing frame A (10), the inside ring gear (28) that is equipped with of pivot A (12) one end that three group's cutter (17) were located, ring gear (28) are engaged with capable star wheel (27), be used for supporting pivot B (26) and guarantee that three group are capable of group cutter (17) that capable of being, the peeling center line is unchanged, a stepping motor (24) is arranged between a rotating shaft A (12) and a rotating shaft B (26), the stepping motor (24) is fixed on the rotating shaft B (26), an output shaft of the stepping motor (24) is fixedly connected with one long shaft (23) and used for controlling a planet wheel (27) to rotate, one end of the rotating shaft B (26), close to a bearing seat B8, is also provided with a V belt wheel A (9), the V belt wheel A (9) is connected and driven with a V belt wheel B (19) fixed on a transmission shaft A (39) through a V belt (7) below the V belt wheel A, one end of the transmission shaft A (39) is connected with a motor A (15) through a coupler (16), the motor A (15) is fastened on a lower plate of a rack (6), and the other end of the transmission shaft;
