本发明提供了一种再生锦纶针织面料,其制得的再生锦纶针织面料绿色环保、可回收循环利用的同时,吸湿性优于再生涤纶面料,且更易染色,弹性佳,具有棉的柔肤和再生锦纶的爽滑触感。其包括20%‑40%质量分数的再生锦纶、50%‑60%质量分数的精梳棉纱和10%‑20%质量分数的氨纶;再生锦纶通过每米80‑200个空气交络与氨纶进行复合,或以每米200‑1500捻的方式与氨纶进行复合制得再生锦纶包覆丝,将所述再生锦纶包覆丝与所述精梳棉纱一隔一穿纱,采用罗纹或双罗纹组织进行编织得到毛坯,所述毛坯经过前处理、预定型、双浴染色、后整理工序得到再生锦纶针织面料。

技术领域
本发明涉及锦纶面料技术领域,具体为一种再生锦纶针织面料。
背景技术
随着社会发展的需要,作为工程塑料的尼龙材料在人类的生产生活中的应用越来越广泛,如家用器具、汽车、服装、运动器材、渔具等领域,从而产生了大量的废旧尼龙制品,对生态环境造成巨大压力。在纺织行业,涤纶再生纤维的使用以及获得普遍的认可,再生尼龙及再生锦纶纤维面料也是势在必行,是今后发展的趋势。这既节省了石油资源,大大节约了能耗,达到了生态与经济二个系统的良性循环。
发明内容
针对现在一般采用再生涤纶制作面料的问题,本发明提供了一种再生锦纶针织面料,其制得的再生锦纶针织面料绿色环保、可回收循环利用的同时,吸湿性优于再生涤纶面料,且更易染色,弹性佳,具有棉的柔肤和再生锦纶的爽滑触感。
其技术方案是这样的:一种再生锦纶针织面料,其特征在于:其包括20%-40%质量分数的再生锦纶、50%-60%质量分数的精梳棉纱和10%-20%质量分数的氨纶;所述再生锦纶通过每米80-200个空气交络与氨纶进行复合,或以每米200-1500捻的方式与氨纶进行复合制得再生锦纶包覆丝,将所述再生锦纶包覆丝与所述精梳棉纱一隔一穿纱,采用罗纹或双罗纹组织进行编织得到毛坯,所述毛坯经过前处理、预定型、双浴染色、后整理工序得到再生锦纶针织面料,所述再生锦纶针织面料的克重为200-400g/m2;所述前处理的步骤为:加入水和去油剂,浴比为1:15-1:20,以1.5-2℃/min的速度升温至70-80℃并保温15-20min,再对其进行水洗完成前处理;毛坯前处理后经定型机定型,定型温度为180-190℃;所述双浴染色的步骤为:将毛坯置入染缸中,加入水、双氧水、液体烧碱,以2-3℃/min的速度升温至95-98℃并保温18-22min,对胚布进行前处理去除棉纱中的杂质,降温到38-42℃保温8-12min,加入染色助剂和棉染料并使浴比为1:15-1:25,染色助剂包括元明粉、冰醋酸、匀染剂、释酸剂,以2-3℃/min的速度升温至118-122℃,保温10-20min,完成对棉的染色,洗去浮色后降温排水,输入PH值为6-7的清水后以3-4℃/min的速度升温至38-42℃,加入锦纶染料,元明粉、冰醋酸、匀染剂、释酸剂,然后再以2-3℃/min的速度升温至95-98℃,保温10-20min,最后使用固色剂固色,通过排水、皂洗完成染色;后整理定型时定型温度为110℃-130℃,定型速度为25-35m/min。
其进一步特征在于:
所述染色助剂包括2-3g/L的元明粉,0.4-0.6g/L的冰醋酸,1.6-1.9g/L的匀染剂和0.7-0.9g/L的释酸剂;
后整理采用亲水性柔软剂、抗静电剂、硅油。
本发明的有益效果为:用再生锦纶代替再生涤纶,制得的再生锦纶针织面料绿色环保、可回收循环利用的同时,吸湿性优于再生涤纶面料,且更易染色,弹性佳,具有棉的柔肤和再生锦纶的爽滑触感;用再生锦纶包覆丝代替氨纶面料,将氨纶包覆在再生锦纶中,不仅具有氨纶的良好弹性,同时会大大提高氨纶的耐久性,改善氨纶易老化的问题;在染色过程中控制升温速率及时间、降温速率及时间、保温速率及时间,严格控制各阶段温度,保证了染色的稳定性、面料的色牢度。
具体实施方式
实施例1:一种再生锦纶针织面料,其包括30%质量分数的再生锦纶、55%质量分数的精梳棉纱和15%质量分数的氨纶;所述再生锦纶通过每米200个空气交络与氨纶进行复合,或以每米850捻的方式与氨纶进行复合制得再生锦纶包覆丝,将所述再生锦纶包覆丝与所述精梳棉纱一隔一穿纱,采用罗纹或双罗纹组织进行编织得到毛坯,所述毛坯经过前处理、预定型、双浴染色、后整理工序得到再生锦纶针织面料,所述再生锦纶针织面料的克重为200g/m2;所述前处理的步骤为:加入水和去油剂,浴比为1:20,以1.8℃/min的速度升温至70℃并保温20min,再对其进行水洗完成前处理;毛坯前处理后经定型机定型,定型温度为185℃;所述双浴染色的步骤为:将毛坯置入染缸中,加入水、双氧水、液体烧碱,以2℃/min的速度升温至98℃并保温20min,对胚布进行前处理去除棉纱中的棉籽壳等杂质,降温到40℃保温10min,加入染色助剂和棉染料并使浴比为1:19,染色助剂包括2g/L的元明粉,0.5g/L的冰醋酸,1.8g/L的匀染剂和0.9g/L的释酸剂,以2℃/min的速度升温至120℃,保温15min,完成对棉的染色,洗去浮色后降温排水,输入pH值为6的清水后以4℃/min的速度升温至40℃,加入锦纶染料,2g/L的元明粉,0.5g/L的冰醋酸,1.8g/L的匀染剂和0.9g/L的释酸剂,然后再以2℃/min的速度升温至98℃,保温15min,最后使用固色剂固色,通过排水、皂洗完成染色;后整理定型时定型温度为120℃,定型速度为27m/min,后整理采用亲水性柔软剂、抗静电剂、硅油,使面料更为柔软同时能够抗静电。
实施例2:一种再生锦纶针织面料,其包括20%质量分数的再生锦纶、60%质量分数的精梳棉纱和20%质量分数的氨纶;所述再生锦纶通过每米110个空气交络与氨纶进行复合,或以每米200捻的方式与氨纶进行复合制得再生锦纶包覆丝,将所述再生锦纶包覆丝与所述精梳棉纱一隔一穿纱,采用罗纹或双罗纹组织进行编织得到毛坯,所述毛坯经过前处理、预定型、双浴染色、后整理工序得到再生锦纶针织面料,所述再生锦纶针织面料的克重为300g/m2;所述前处理的步骤为:加入水和去油剂,浴比为1:15,以1.5℃/min的速度升温至75℃并保温15min,再对其进行水洗完成前处理;毛坯前处理后经定型机定型,定型温度为180℃;所述双浴染色的步骤为:将毛坯置入染缸中,加入水、双氧水、液体烧碱,以3℃/min的速度升温至95℃并保温18min,对胚布进行前处理去除棉纱中的棉籽壳等杂质,降温到38℃保温12min,加入染色助剂和棉染料并使浴比为1:25,染色助剂包括2.5g/L的元明粉,0.6g/L的冰醋酸,1.6g/L的匀染剂和0.8g/L的释酸剂,以2.5℃/min的速度升温至122℃,保温10min,完成对棉的染色,洗去浮色后降温排水,输入PH值为7的清水后以3℃/min的速度升温至38℃,加入锦纶染料,2.5g/L的元明粉,0.6g/L的冰醋酸,1.6g/L的匀染剂和0.8g/L的释酸剂,然后再以3℃/min的速度升温至95℃,保温10min,最后使用固色剂固色,通过排水、皂洗完成染色;后整理定型时定型温度为130℃,定型速度为25m/min,后整理采用亲水性柔软剂、抗静电剂、硅油,使面料更为柔软同时能够抗静电。
实施例3:一种再生锦纶针织面料,其包括40%质量分数的再生锦纶、50%质量分数的精梳棉纱和10%质量分数的氨纶;所述再生锦纶通过每米80个空气交络与氨纶进行复合,或以每米1500捻的方式与氨纶进行复合制得再生锦纶包覆丝,将所述再生锦纶包覆丝与所述精梳棉纱一隔一穿纱,采用罗纹或双罗纹组织进行编织得到毛坯,所述毛坯经过前处理、预定型、双浴染色、后整理工序得到再生锦纶针织面料,所述再生锦纶针织面料的克重为400g/m2;所述前处理的步骤为:加入水和去油剂,浴比为1:17,以2℃/min的速度升温至80℃并保温17min,再对其进行水洗完成前处理;毛坯前处理后经定型机定型,定型温度为190℃;所述双浴染色的步骤为:将毛坯置入染缸中,加入水、双氧水、液体烧碱,以2.5℃/min的速度升温至96℃并保温22min,对胚布进行前处理去除棉纱中的棉籽壳等杂质,降温到42℃保温8min,加入染色助剂和棉染料并使浴比为1:15,染色助剂包括3g/L的元明粉,0.4g/L的冰醋酸,1.9g/L的匀染剂和0.7g/L的释酸剂,以3℃/min的速度升温至118℃,保温20min,完成对棉的染色,洗去浮色后降温排水,输入pH值为7的清水后以3.5℃/min的速度升温至42℃,加入锦纶染料,3g/L的元明粉,0.4g/L的冰醋酸,1.9g/L的匀染剂和0.7g/L的释酸剂,然后再以2.5℃/min的速度升温至97℃,保温20min,最后使用固色剂固色,通过排水、皂洗完成染色;后整理定型时定型温度为110℃,定型速度为25m/min,后整理采用亲水性柔软剂、抗静电剂、硅油,使面料更为柔软同时能够抗静电。
分别从实施例1、实施例2和实施例3制得的面料上裁取2.5cm*3cm的试样,并取3根长20cm宽2.5cm的棉添付白布,将试样置于棉添付白布下,在与其重叠1.5cm处两端各缝一条线,然后调配非离子界面活性剂溶液:将0.5g非离子界面活性剂溶解到1000ml的蒸馏水中,将试样的一端浸在试验溶液中2cm深, 在常温下根据各公司的基准方法放置2小时,移走溶液,让试样在原状态下自然晾干,用JIS沾色灰卡对试样进行评级,三个试样的色牢度均在4级以上。

1.一种再生锦纶针织面料,其特征在于:其包括20%-40%质量分数的再生锦纶、50%-60%质量分数的精梳棉纱和10%-20%质量分数的氨纶;所述再生锦纶通过每米80-200个空气交络与氨纶进行复合,或以每米200-1500捻的方式与氨纶进行复合制得再生锦纶包覆丝,将所述再生锦纶包覆丝与所述精梳棉纱一隔一穿纱,采用罗纹或双罗纹组织进行编织得到毛坯,所述毛坯经过前处理、预定型、双浴染色、后整理工序得到再生锦纶针织面料,所述再生锦纶针织面料的克重为200-400g/m2;所述前处理的步骤为:加入水和去油剂,浴比为1:15-1:20,以1.5-2℃/min的速度升温至70-80℃并保温15-20min,再对其进行水洗完成前处理;毛坯前处理后经定型机定型,定型温度为180-190℃;所述双浴染色的步骤为:将毛坯置入染缸中,加入水、双氧水、液体烧碱,以2-3℃/min的速度升温至95-98℃并保温18-22min,对胚布进行前处理去除棉纱中的杂质,降温到38-42℃保温8-12min,加入染色助剂和棉染料并使浴比为1:15-1:25,染色助剂包括元明粉、冰醋酸、匀染剂、释酸剂,以2-3℃/min的速度升温至118-122℃,保温10-20min,完成对棉的染色,洗去浮色后降温排水,输入PH值为6-7的清水后以3-4℃/min的速度升温至38-42℃,加入锦纶染料,元明粉、冰醋酸、匀染剂、释酸剂,然后再以2-3℃/min的速度升温至95-98℃,保温10-20min,最后使用固色剂固色,通过排水、皂洗完成染色;后整理定型时定型温度为110℃-130℃,定型速度为25-35m/min。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种再生锦纶针织面料,其特征在于:所述染色助剂包括2-3g/L的元明粉,0.4-0.6g/L的冰醋酸,1.6-1.9g/L的匀染剂和0.7-0.9g/L的释酸剂。
