Abstract
本发明公开了一种覆膜金属板开口处的补强液,所述补强液各组份按重量份数计包括改性聚丁二烯树脂15‑28份,水性有机硅树脂10‑15份,水性醇酸树脂9‑19份,填料10‑15份,分散剂0.2‑0.3份,消泡剂0.1‑0.2份,水性催干剂0.5‑0.8份,水性增稠剂0.5‑1.5份,防锈剂0.5‑0.8份,流平剂0.1‑0.4份,润湿剂0.1‑0.15份,去离子水30‑45;本发明通过改性聚丁二烯树脂,水性有机硅树脂,水性醇酸树脂为主要原料,添加分散剂,消泡剂,水性催干剂,水性增稠剂,防锈剂,流平剂份,润湿剂这些助剂进行配合,达到防腐蚀效果好,易干且表面平滑,添加填料在不影响防腐功能的前提下还能降低成本,各种原料在内筒内由均质器粉碎、搅拌完成均质后符合粒径的原料由滤孔处进入出料腔内,且由出料管处排出。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种覆膜金属板开口处的补强液及加工补强液用的均质设备,属于覆膜金属板技术领域。
背景技术
覆膜金属板是以热镀锌钢板、镀铝锌钢板、电镀锌板等为基板,经表面化学转化预处理之后,在表面热帖一层或几层的高分子膜,随后经过冷却粘合固化而成的产品,其虽然具有防腐蚀的功能,但是在实际使用的过程中需要对其进行切割,切割后产生的开口由于没有覆膜而容易被腐蚀,这就需要涂一层补强液达到防腐蚀的目的,目前的补强液的防腐性能不好,且成本高,在补强液的生产过程中,其均质设备的均质效果差,粒度不均。为此,我们提出一种覆膜金属板开口处的补强液及加工补强液用的均质设备。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种覆膜金属板开口处的补强液及加工补强液用的均质设备,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种覆膜金属板开口处的补强液,所述补强液各组份按重量份数计包括改性聚丁二烯树脂15-28份,水性有机硅树脂10-15份,水性醇酸树脂9-19份,填料10-15份,分散剂0.2-0.3份,消泡剂0.1-0.2份,水性催干剂0.5-0.8份,水性增稠剂0.5-1.5份,防锈剂0.5-0.8份,流平剂0.1-0.4份,润湿剂0.1-0.15份,去离子水30-45。
进一步的,所述消泡剂为聚醚改性硅油,所述分散剂为聚乙烯蜡,所述填料为硅藻土和滑石粉的混合物,硅藻土和滑石粉的重量比为1:3。
本发明还提供一种补强液加工用的均质设备,包括支架,所述支架的顶部设有安装架,所述安装架上固定设有外筒,所述外筒的内部设置有内筒,所述内筒与外筒之间形成了加热腔,所述加热腔的下方设有位于外筒内部的出料腔,所述内筒的内部设有固定于盖体上的均质器,所述盖体卡接于固定在外筒上的安装环内。
进一步的,所述内筒包括筒体,所述筒体的外部设有两个与其一体成型的限位环,两个所述限位环之间设有绕在筒体外壁的螺旋加热管,所述筒体的底部开设有若干滤孔,筒体的顶部设有与其一体成型的顶环。
进一步的,所述外筒的内壁设有与其一体成型的且与限位环相匹配的放置环。
进一步的,所述均质器包括由电机驱动的转轴,所述转轴上安装有若干安装环,所述安装环上固定设有粉碎盘,所述粉碎盘的上方和下方均设有固定于安装环上的均质杆,所述均质杆的端部设有均质球。
进一步的,所述安装架包括固定于外筒上的固定环,所述固定环的下方设有通过纵向加强杆连接有底盘,所述底盘与固定环之间设有若干加固环。
进一步的,所述外筒的底部设有与出料腔相连通的出料管。
本发明通过改性聚丁二烯树脂,水性有机硅树脂,水性醇酸树脂为主要原料,添加分散剂,消泡剂,水性催干剂,水性增稠剂,防锈剂,流平剂份,润湿剂这些助剂进行配合,达到防腐蚀效果好,易干且表面平滑,添加填料在不影响防腐功能的前提下还能降低成本,各种原料在内筒内由均质器粉碎、搅拌完成均质后符合粒径的原料由滤孔处进入出料腔内,且由出料管处排出。

如图1至4所示,本实施例提供一种覆膜金属板开口处的补强液,所述补强液各组份按重量份数计包括改性聚丁二烯树脂15-28份,水性有机硅树脂10-15份,水性醇酸树脂9-19份,填料10-15份,分散剂0.2-0.3份,消泡剂0.1-0.2份,水性催干剂0.5-0.8份,水性增稠剂0.5-1.5份,防锈剂0.5-0.8份,流平剂0.1-0.4份,润湿剂0.1-0.15份,去离子水30-45。
进一步的,所述消泡剂为聚醚改性硅油,所述分散剂为聚乙烯蜡,所述填料为硅藻土和滑石粉的混合物,硅藻土和滑石粉的重量比为1:3。
本发明还提供一种补强液加工用的均质设备,包括支架,所述支架的顶部设有安装架,所述安装架上固定设有外筒,所述外筒的内部设置有内筒,所述内筒与外筒之间形成了加热腔,所述加热腔的下方设有位于外筒内部的出料腔,所述内筒的内部设有固定于盖体上的均质器,所述盖体卡接于固定在外筒上的安装环内。
进一步的,所述内筒包括筒体,所述筒体的外部设有两个与其一体成型的限位环,两个所述限位环之间设有绕在筒体外壁的螺旋加热管,所述筒体的底部开设有若干滤孔,筒体的顶部设有与其一体成型的顶环。
进一步的,所述外筒的内壁设有与其一体成型的且与限位环相匹配的放置环。
进一步的,所述均质器包括由电机驱动的转轴,所述转轴上安装有若干安装环,所述安装环上固定设有粉碎盘,所述粉碎盘的上方和下方均设有固定于安装环上的均质杆,所述均质杆的端部设有均质球。
进一步的,所述安装架包括固定于外筒上的固定环,所述固定环的下方设有通过纵向加强杆连接有底盘,所述底盘与固定环之间设有若干加固环。
进一步的,所述外筒的底部设有与出料腔相连通的出料管。
限位环和放置环的设置可以防止补强液从出料腔内进入加热腔而影响螺旋加热管的工作,粉碎盘、均质杆和均质球互相配合,均质的同时达到粉碎的目的,使其达到粒度均匀的效果,螺旋加热管可以在均质的过程中给原料加热,使其熔化。

1.一种覆膜金属板开口处的补强液,其特征在于:所述补强液各组份按重量份数计包括改性聚丁二烯树脂15-28份,水性有机硅树脂10-15份,水性醇酸树脂9-19份,填料10-15份,分散剂0.2-0.3份,消泡剂0.1-0.2份,水性催干剂0.5-0.8份,水性增稠剂0.5-1.5份,防锈剂0.5-0.8份,流平剂0.1-0.4份,润湿剂0.1-0.15份,去离子水30-45。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种覆膜金属板开口处的补强液,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为聚醚改性硅油,所述分散剂为聚乙烯蜡,所述填料为硅藻土和滑石粉的混合物,硅藻土和滑石粉的重量比为1:3。
3.一种权利要求1至2任一所述的补强液加工用的均质设备,包括支架,其特征在于:所述支架的顶部设有安装架,所述安装架上固定设有外筒,所述外筒的内部设置有内筒,所述内筒与外筒之间形成了加热腔,所述加热腔的下方设有位于外筒内部的出料腔,所述内筒的内部设有固定于盖体上的均质器,所述盖体卡接于固定在外筒上的安装环内。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种覆膜金属板开口处补强液加工用的均质设备,其特征在于:所述内筒包括筒体,所述筒体的外部设有两个与其一体成型的限位环,两个所述限位环之间设有绕在筒体外壁的螺旋加热管,所述筒体的底部开设有若干滤孔,筒体的顶部设有与其一体成型的顶环。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种覆膜金属板开口处补强液加工用的均质设备,其特征在于:所述外筒的内壁设有与其一体成型的且与限位环相匹配的放置环。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种覆膜金属板开口处补强液加工用的均质设备,其特征在于:所述均质器包括由电机驱动的转轴,所述转轴上安装有若干安装环,所述安装环上固定设有粉碎盘,所述粉碎盘的上方和下方均设有固定于安装环上的均质杆,所述均质杆的端部设有均质球。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种覆膜金属板开口处补强液加工用的均质设备,其特征在于:所述安装架包括固定于外筒上的固定环,所述固定环的下方设有通过纵向加强杆连接有底盘,所述底盘与固定环之间设有若干加固环。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种覆膜金属板开口处补强液加工用的均质设备,其特征在于:所述外筒的底部设有与出料腔相连通的出料管。
