The principle of the automatic lubricating grease filling system for the vehicle and the truck provided by the embodiment of the invention is as follows:
because the lubricating grease pump 4 is fixed on the frame 1, and the lubricating grease pump 4 respectively fills lubricating grease into the steel plate spring pin 21 and the lug pin 31 through the filling pipeline 5, the filling pipeline 5 can be arranged between the gaps of the parts around the steel plate spring pin 21 and the lug pin 31, so that a large space is not occupied, the lubricating grease cannot be filled due to shielding of the surrounding parts, the steel plate spring pin 21 and the lug pin 31 can be filled with the lubricating grease only by opening the lubricating grease pump 4, a special tool is not required to be manually stretched into the steel plate spring pin 21 and the lug pin 31 for filling, the link of periodically filling the lubricating grease into a maintenance shop can be cancelled, the maintenance cost is saved, the operation is convenient, all required parts can be filled at one time, the time is saved, and the operating efficiency of the vehicle is improved, and, the controller 6 with the lubricating grease oil pump 4 hard-line connection, through the controller 6 can realize automatic filling according to the cycle of setting for to can set for the filling cycle of lubricating grease according to the in-service use operating mode, standardize the filling cycle, can avoid because of forgetting the unusual wearing and tearing damage of connecting piece that the filling caused, improve the life of connecting piece.

Claims (10)

1. An automatic filling system of vehicle grease is characterized by comprising:
a grease pump (4) for fixing to the frame (1);
one end of the filling pipeline (5) is connected with the lubricating grease oil pump (4), and the other end of the filling pipeline is respectively used for filling lubricating grease to the steel plate spring pin (21) and the lifting lug pin (31) on the frame (1);
a controller (6) for controlling a grease filling cycle and a filling operation, which is hard-wired to the grease pump (4).
2. The automatic grease filling system for vehicles according to claim 1, characterized in that:
the filling pipeline (5) comprises a main pipeline (51), one end of the main pipeline (51) is connected with the grease pump (4), and a first branch pipeline (52) and a second branch pipeline (53) which are respectively connected with the other end of the main pipeline (51),
the first branch pipeline (52) is used for filling lubricating grease to the steel plate spring pin (21), and the second branch pipeline (53) is used for filling lubricating grease to the lug pin (31).
3. An automatic vehicle grease filling system according to claim 2, wherein:
the tail end of the first branch pipeline (52) is provided with a first straight-through pipe joint (54), and the first branch pipeline (52) is connected with the steel plate spring pin (21) through the first straight-through pipe joint (54);
the tail end of the second branch pipeline (53) is provided with a second straight-through pipe joint (55), and the second branch pipeline (53) is connected with the lug pin (31) through the second straight-through pipe joint (55).
4. The automatic grease filling system for vehicles according to claim 1, characterized in that:
the controller (6) comprises a mode selection module (61), and a first button (62) corresponding to the mode selection module (61), the control mode of the controller (6) can be selected through the first button (62),
wherein the control modes include at least an automatic mode and a manual mode.
5. The automatic grease filling system for vehicles according to claim 4, characterized in that:
the controller (6) further comprises a period setting module (64) and a second button (65) corresponding to the period setting module (64), and the filling period of the lubricating grease can be selected through the second button (65).
6. An automatic vehicle grease filling system according to claim 5, wherein:
when the automatic mode is selected in the control mode and the filling period reaches a set period, and the vehicle speed is 0km/h, the controller (6) controls the lubricating grease pump (4) to start for a preset time and then stop.
7. The automatic grease filling system for vehicles according to claim 6, characterized in that:
the controller (6) further comprises a buzzer (67), wherein when the grease oil pump (4) is started, the buzzer (67) sounds for a long time, and when the grease oil pump (4) is stopped, the buzzer (67) is stopped.
8. An automatic vehicle grease filling system according to claim 5, wherein:
the controller (6) further comprises a buzzer (67);
when the manual mode is selected in the control mode and the filling period reaches a set period, and the vehicle speed is 0km/h, the controller (6) controls the buzzer (67) to sound for a long time;
the operating handle of the grease oil pump (4) is started to fill grease into the steel plate spring pin (21) and the lug pin (31).

the bicycle frame (1), wherein a first bracket (11) and a second bracket (12) are fixedly arranged on the bicycle frame (1);
a leaf spring (2) which is articulated with the first bracket (11) by a leaf spring pin (21);
a lifting lug (3) which is hinged with the second bracket (12) through a lifting lug pin (31);
the automatic lubricating grease filling system for the vehicle comprises a lubricating grease oil pump (4) and a filling pipeline (5), wherein the lubricating grease oil pump (4) and the filling pipeline (5) are fixed on the vehicle frame (1), one end of the filling pipeline (5) is connected with the lubricating grease oil pump (4), and the other end of the filling pipeline extends to the steel plate spring pin (21) and the lug pin (31) respectively;
a controller (6) for controlling a grease filling cycle and a filling operation, which is hard-wired to the grease pump (4).
10. The truck of claim 9, wherein:
the filling pipeline (5) comprises a main pipeline (51), one end of the main pipeline (51) is connected with the grease pump (4), and a first branch pipeline (52) and a second branch pipeline (53) which are respectively connected with the other end of the main pipeline (51),
the first branch pipe (52) is connected with the steel plate spring pin (21) through a first straight-through pipe joint (54), and the second branch pipe (53) is connected with the lifting lug pin (31) through a second straight-through pipe joint (55).
