Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of honey treatment and processing, in particular to a honey after-ripening device with a sealing cover and an operation method thereof.
Background
At present, honey produced by beekeepers has low concentration, is easy to ferment and deteriorate in the storage process, so that the quality is reduced, and the commodity value is greatly reduced.
At the present stage, the honey processing mainly adopts vacuum concentration processing, and after the honey is heated, the honey is dehydrated and processed by a vacuum concentration machine set. For example, chinese patent publication No. CN104872493A discloses a honey processing process, which comprises the following steps: selecting raw material honey with a starch value of more than 8 degrees, checking whether pesticide residues are contained or not, adding the raw material honey into a heating tank, heating for 30 minutes at the temperature of 60-65 ℃, filtering the honey in a pressure filter, adding the filtered honey into a vacuum concentrator for evaporation concentration, cooling the concentrated honey to the temperature of 20-25 ℃, checking whether the water content of the honey is stabilized at 17.5-18%, and packaging after the honey is qualified.
The color and luster of the honey processed by vacuum concentration is deepened, the enzyme value is reduced, furfural is increased, the heat-sensitive components are seriously damaged, the product quality is poor, the international union of bees thinks that the immature honey is harvested, and the active dehydration by utilizing the vacuum dehydration mode is a fraudulent behavior.
In some special climates and regions, even if the honey in the honeycomb is completely covered, the water content is still higher than 20%, and the honey still can be fermented and deteriorated at a later stage.
The low concentration honey that bee farmers gathered has the risk of fermentation deterioration in the storage process, and after the honey raw materials deteriorate, the quality deterioration of honey can not be solved through processing in the later stage.
How to realize honey maturation in a bee field by using production place processing technical equipment and a method, and realizing low-temperature quick after-ripening of honey by adopting a bionic method, thereby ensuring the product quality and improving the added value of the product is an important technical means for solving the technical problems.
