And testing the initial concentration of ammonia in the test chamber, and testing the concentration of ammonia after 12 h. The test instrument is an Edekex ammonia gas detector (model: EDKORS-1, measuring range: 0-100ppm, parameter: zero point fine adjustment: -0000, and instrument minimum detection limit ≧ 3 ppm).

And (3) sterilization test:
300g of each cat litter finished product prepared in examples 1-4 and comparative example 1 was placed in sample boxes of 40cm × 30 cm × 30 cm and laid flat, 60ml of simulated cat urine was poured into the test boxes of examples 1-4 and comparative example 1, 5g of cat litter which was a wetted part of the simulated cat urine was dispersed in 100ml of water at 30min, 90 min and 270 min, and cultured at a constant temperature of 36 ℃ for 24h, and then the number of bacteria contained in the dispersion was measured to calculate the sterilization rate.
The test conditions are as follows: the temperature is 26 +/-2 ℃, and the relative humidity is 50 +/-10%.
The results are reported in table 2:

As can be seen from tables 1 and 2: the composite biological enzyme deodorizing cat litter can effectively decompose ammonia substances in cat excrement and improve the sterilizing effect.
Compared with the traditional bentonite cat litter, the health hidden danger is caused; and the defects of high manufacturing cost and grain waste of the bean curd cat litter are overcome, the main raw materials adopted by the invention are industrial and agricultural wastes, the cost is low, the grain is saved, the environment is protected, the degradation is realized, and the environment is protected.
The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art should be considered to be within the technical scope of the present invention, and the technical solutions and the inventive concepts thereof according to the present invention should be equivalent or changed within the scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. The environment-friendly composite biological enzyme deodorant cat litter is characterized by comprising the following raw materials: 300-350 parts of wood powder, 150-200 parts of straw fiber, 90-100 parts of corn starch, 90-100 parts of tea waste residue, 50-70 g of activated carbon, 40-50 g of food-grade guar gum and 30-40 parts of biological enzyme deodorant.
2. The environment-friendly composite biological enzyme deodorant cat litter according to claim 1, wherein the water content of the sawdust is not more than 10%, and the particle size is 60-100 mesh.
3. The environment-friendly composite biological enzyme deodorant cat litter according to claim 1, wherein the biological enzyme deodorant is a capsule structure in which a water-soluble shell covers the environment-friendly composite biological enzyme.
4. The environment-friendly composite biological enzyme deodorant cat litter according to claim 1, wherein the straw fiber is prepared by the following method:
cutting the straw into 10-12mm length, mixing with hydrogen chloride solution, stirring and dispersing at normal temperature for 40-60 min, filtering, washing and draining, adding water and surfactant, stirring and dispersing for 20-40 min, filtering, washing and drying, crushing and sieving to obtain straw fiber.
5. The environment-friendly composite biological enzyme deodorant cat litter according to claim 4, wherein the mass fraction of the hydrogen chloride solution is 5%, the mixing mass ratio of the straw and the hydrogen chloride solution is 1:20, the surfactant is polyethylene glycol, and the amount of the surfactant is 1% of the mass of the straw.
6. The environment-friendly composite biological enzyme deodorant cat litter according to claim 3, wherein the biological enzyme deodorant is prepared by the following method:
1) uniformly mixing lysozyme, protease, oxidoreductase and cyclodextrin to obtain a mixture, adding 30% by mass of an ethanol aqueous solution, mixing to prepare a wet material, and then extruding and granulating at normal temperature to prepare environment-friendly composite biological enzyme deodorizing granules; the adding amount of the ethanol water solution is 10-15% of the total mass of the mixture;
2) mixing hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, propylene glycol, talcum powder and water, and stirring until the mixture is uniformly dispersed to obtain capsule shell slurry;
3) placing the environment-friendly composite type biological enzyme deodorizing particles prepared in the step 1) in a fluidized bed, adding the capsule shell slurry prepared in the step 2) into a liquid reservoir of the fluidized bed, controlling the internal temperature of the fluidized bed to be 38-42 ℃, spraying the capsule shell slurry on the environment-friendly composite type biological enzyme deodorizing particles until the environment-friendly composite type biological enzyme deodorizing particles are completely coated, and drying to obtain the biological enzyme deodorant.
7. The environment-friendly composite bio-enzyme deodorant cat litter according to claim 6, wherein the addition amounts of the lysozyme, the protease, the oxidoreductase and the cyclodextrin in the step 1) are as follows: the weight percentage of the components is 2-4% of lysozyme, 8-10% of protease, 2-5% of oxidoreductase and 82-90% of cyclodextrin.

The environment-friendly composite bio-enzyme deodorant cat litter according to claim 6, wherein the addition amounts of the hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, the propylene glycol, the talc powder and the water in the step 2) are as follows: 50-60% of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 2-10% of propylene glycol, 5-10% of talcum powder and the balance of water.
9. The preparation method of the environment-friendly composite biological enzyme deodorant cat litter according to any one of claims 1-8, comprising the following steps:
(1) putting the tea waste residue into a drying oven, drying at 45-55 ℃, and putting into a crusher to crush into 100-mesh 200-mesh tea powder;
(2) mixing 60-100 mesh wood powder with water content below 10%, rice straw fiber, activated carbon and the tea powder prepared in the step (1) to obtain mixed powder;
(3) mixing corn starch and food-grade guar gum, adding into water, and stirring uniformly to obtain a mixed solution;
(4) mixing and stirring the mixed powder obtained in the step (2) and the mixed liquid obtained in the step (3) to prepare a wet material, feeding the wet material into a granulator for granulation, and drying granules to obtain a dried material;
(5) and (4) adding a biological enzyme deodorant into the dried material obtained in the step (4) to finish the preparation of a finished product.
10. The preparation method of the environment-friendly composite biological enzyme deodorant cat litter of claim 9, wherein the particle diameter of the drying material in step 3) is 2.0-4.0 mm, the length is 5-8 mm, and the water content is not higher than 8-10%.
