Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of pet cleaning products, and particularly relates to a deodorizing cat litter containing yucca extract and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The stink generated by the excrement of the cat is a difficult problem and a trouble to be solved for cat nurses, and most of the existing cat litter cannot achieve real deodorization or has short deodorization duration.
At present, deodorizing components such as adsorbents such as activated carbon are added into a lot of cat litters, and although the cat litters have certain effects, the cat litters are not lasting and decline quickly; plant powder such as green tea residue having a certain deodorizing function, however, has a low content of effective active ingredients, and most of them are previously added processes, and the actual active ingredients which can come into contact with feces are extremely small, and the deodorizing performance is not ideal. Therefore, there is a need for a cat litter that has excellent and durable deodorizing properties.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a deodorizing cat litter containing yucca extract and a preparation method thereof, which can obviously improve the deodorizing performance of the cat litter, achieve no odor during use and improve the adverse effect of cat excrement malodor on human living environment.
The invention adopts the following technical scheme to solve the technical problems:
a deodorizing cat litter containing yucca extract comprises the following materials in parts by weight: 35-45% of pea fiber, 10-20% of coconut shell powder, 20-35% of corn starch, 5-15% of bagasse, 0.2-1% of yucca extract and 2-4% of locust gum.
Further, the yucca extract is a liquid extract.
Further, the content of yucca saponin in the yucca extract is not less than 70%.
The preparation method of the composition mainly comprises the following steps: the preparation method comprises the steps of weighing pea fiber, coconut shell powder, corn starch, bagasse and locust gum according to a ratio, adding water to adjust the moisture content to be 15% -20%, uniformly mixing, granulating, drying for the first time, cooling, uniformly spraying a yucca extract on the surface of cat litter particles, drying for the second time, cooling and screening to obtain a finished product.
Further, the first drying is microwave drying.
Further, the second drying temperature is 35-45 ℃, and the drying time is 3-5 min.
The invention has the advantages that:
1. the deodorizing cat litter added with the yucca extract provided by the invention adopts pure plant raw materials with extremely strong water absorbability, such as pea fibers, bagasse and the like, the produced cat litter has good water absorption and agglomeration, the added yucca extract has adsorption capacity on ammonia gas and can reduce the ammonia gas concentration, and active ingredients such as yucca saponin and the like can effectively inhibit the proliferation of harmful bacteria, so that the stink released by feces fermented continuously is inhibited, so that the aim of continuous deodorization is fulfilled, and the yucca extract can inhibit the activity of urease and prevent urine from releasing a large amount of ammonia gas under the action of the urease;
2. in the cat litter provided by the invention, the yucca extract is added later, so that the activity of the effective components is ensured, and the yucca extract is concentrated on the surface of the cat litter particles in a spraying manner, so that the cat litter can be fully contacted with feces, and the deodorization effect of the cat litter can be exerted to the maximum.
