(3) preparation of the compound indicator: dissolving methyl red and bribromphenol blue in 3% ethanol solution, dissolving Tween 60 and span 80 in 3% ethanol solution, mixing the two solutions, stirring at 30 deg.C for 4 hr, and diluting with pure water to indicator concentration of 0.1%;
(4) adding the modified bean dreg powder, the modified plant fiber, the filler, the plant adhesive and the functional additive into a mixer, mixing for 30 minutes at 400rpm/min, adding the compound indicator, and mixing for 60 minutes at 800 rpm/min;
(5) putting the mixture into a box type dryer to carry out aging reaction for 6 hours at the temperature of 60 ℃;
(6) passing the prepared composite raw material through a 60-mesh screen;
(7) and conveying the fine powder after being screened to a screw extrusion granulator through a conveying belt for compression molding, reacting the prepared molded particles for 2 hours at normal temperature, drying the particles for 1 hour in a dryer, and packaging to obtain the finished product.

(3) preparation of the compound indicator: dissolving methyl red and bribromphenol blue in 8% ethanol solution, dissolving Tween 60 and span 80 in 8% ethanol solution, mixing the two solutions, stirring at 40 deg.C for 6 hr, and diluting with pure water until indicator concentration is 1%;
(4) adding the modified bean dreg powder, the modified plant fiber, the filler, the plant adhesive and the functional additive into a mixer, mixing for 30 minutes at 600rpm/min, adding the compound indicator, and mixing for 50 minutes at 1000 rpm/min;
(5) putting the mixture into a box type dryer to carry out aging reaction for 3 hours at the temperature of 80 ℃;
(6) sieving the prepared composite raw material with a 80-mesh sieve;
(7) and conveying the fine powder after being screened to a screw extrusion granulator through a conveying belt for compression molding, reacting the prepared molded particles for 2 hours at normal temperature, drying the particles for 2 hours in a dryer, and packaging to obtain the finished product.

(2) preparing modified plant fibers: soaking plant fiber in alkaline protease with certain concentration for 4 hr, rinsing at 80 deg.C, adding polyethylene glycol 4000 with certain concentration, soaking for 6 hr, taking out, controlling water, and oven drying at 100 deg.C;
(3) preparation of the compound indicator: dissolving methyl red and bribromphenol blue in 6% ethanol solution, dissolving Tween 60 and span 80 in 6% ethanol solution, mixing the two solutions, stirring at 35 deg.C for 5 hr, and diluting with pure water to indicator concentration of 0.5%;
(4) adding the modified bean dreg powder, the modified plant fiber, the filler, the plant adhesive and the functional additive into a mixer, mixing for 35 minutes at 500rpm/min, adding the compound indicator, and mixing for 55 minutes at 900 rpm/min;
(5) putting the mixture into a box type dryer to carry out aging reaction for 5 hours at the temperature of 70 ℃;
(6) passing the prepared composite raw material through a 70-mesh screen;
(7) and conveying the fine powder after being screened to a screw extrusion granulator through a conveying belt for compression molding, reacting the prepared molded particles for 2.5 hours at normal temperature, drying the particles for 1.5 hours in a dryer, and packaging to obtain the finished product.
Claims (6)
1. A preparation method of a functional color-developing health indication plant deodorization cat litter is characterized in that the cat litter consists of the following components in parts by weight: 40-60% of modified bean dregs powder, 15-30% of modified plant fiber, 10-30% of filler, 1-10% of plant adhesive, 10-20% of compound indicator and 1-10% of functional additive.
2. The method for preparing the plant deodorant cat litter with the functional color development health indicator as claimed in claim 1, wherein the filler in the composition is composed of 5-15% of wheat bran, 3-10% of bagasse and 2-5% of coconut shell powder.
3. The method for preparing the functional color developing health indicator plant deodorizing cat litter of claim 1, wherein the plant binder in the composition is one or more of modified starch, algin, and sodium carboxymethylcellulose.
4. The method for preparing the plant deodorizing cat litter with the functional color development health indication function according to claim 1, wherein the compound indicator in the components consists of 5-10% of methyl red and 5-10% of bromocresol blue.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the functional additive is selected from the group consisting of garlic extract, rosemary extract, tea tree extract, mint extract, eucalyptus extract, thyme extract, lavender extract, bamboo extract, and tea leaf extract.
6. The method for preparing the plant deodorization cat litter with the functional color development health indication function according to any one of claims 1 to 5, which comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing modified bean dreg powder: soaking bean dreg powder in alkaline protease with certain concentration for 3-5 hours, rinsing at high temperature of 70-90 ℃, adding polyethylene glycol 4000 with certain concentration, soaking for 4-8 hours, taking out, controlling water, and drying at 90-110 ℃;
(2) preparing modified plant fibers: soaking plant fibers in alkaline protease with a certain concentration for 3-5 hours, rinsing at a high temperature of 70-90 ℃, adding polyethylene glycol 4000 with a certain concentration, soaking for 4-8 hours, taking out, controlling water, and drying at a temperature of 90-110 ℃;
(3) preparation of the compound indicator: dissolving methyl red and bribromphenol blue in 3-8% ethanol solution, dissolving Tween 60 and span 80 in 3-8% ethanol solution, mixing the Tween 60 and the span 80 at 30-40 ℃, stirring for 4-6 hours, and adding pure water to dilute until the concentration of the indicator is 0.1-1%;
(4) putting the modified bean dreg powder, the modified plant fiber, the filler, the plant adhesive and the functional additive into a mixer, mixing for 30-40 minutes at 400-600 rpm/min, adding the compound indicator, and then fully mixing for 50-60 minutes at 800-1000 rpm/min;
(5) putting the mixture into a box type dryer, and carrying out aging reaction for 3-6 hours at the temperature of 60-80 ℃;
(6) sieving the prepared composite raw material by a 60-80-mesh sieve;
(7) and conveying the fine powder after being screened to a screw extrusion granulator through a conveying belt for compression molding, reacting the prepared molded particles for 2-3 hours at normal temperature, drying the particles for 1-2 hours in a dryer, and packaging to obtain the finished product.
