Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to persistent deodorizing and bacteriostatic tea cat litter and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the field of animal feeding.
Background
As the number of cats fed indoors increases, pet owners have great demands on the cleanliness and maintenance of sanitary environments, and need to select more pet sanitary products with higher quality, such as cat litter, to maintain the environment. Cat litter is also available in increasing numbers. However, most cat litters have weak odor covering capability and pollute the air of a room due to raw materials and manufacturing processes, and have too much dust, so that the cat litters can be infected with the cat urinary tract when the cat excretes the excessive dust, common cat litters cannot kill germs in the excrement, the cat urinary tract can be further infected when the cat litters are infected with the germs in the cat urinary tract, the cat urinary tract can be infected with the germs in the cat urinary tract, and the male cats are particularly serious.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the cat litter solves the problems that the odor of the cat litter cover is weak, the indoor environment is polluted, the dust is more, and the cat litter cover nourishes bacterial viruses to cause bacterial infection, particularly lower urinary tract infection. The invention provides a persistent deodorizing and bacteriostatic tea cat litter and a preparation method thereof, and the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
the lasting deodorizing and bacteriostatic tea cat litter comprises, by weight, 40-60 parts of pea fibers, 5-10 parts of mountain flour, 5-10 parts of bamboo fibers, 8-15 parts of bacteriostatic tea powder, 20-40 parts of edible corn starch, 1-5 parts of guar gum powder, 4-10 parts of water, 2-5 parts of compound biological enzyme and 2-5 parts of tea essential oil.
The bacteriostatic tea powder comprises, by weight, 90-110 parts of tea leaves, 4-6 parts of fructus forsythiae, 2-3 parts of houttuynia cordata, 2-3 parts of purple perilla, 3-5 parts of rehmannia glutinosa and 3-5 parts of yellow wine.
50 parts of pea fiber, 8 parts of mountain flour, 8 parts of bamboo fiber, 12 parts of bacteriostatic tea powder, 30 parts of edible corn starch, 3 parts of guar gum powder, 6 parts of water, 3 parts of compound biological enzyme and 3 parts of tea essential oil.
100 parts of tea, 5 parts of fructus forsythiae, 3 parts of houttuynia cordata, 3 parts of purple perilla, 4 parts of rehmannia and 4 parts of yellow wine.
The complex biological enzyme includes but is not limited to laccase, oxidoreductase, protease, lipase, pectinase, thiolase, transaminase, dehydrogenase, or kinase.
A method for preparing persistent deodorant bacteriostatic tea cat litter comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing bacteriostatic tea powder;
(2) placing the bacteriostatic tea powder and the components of the rest raw materials into a stirring tank;
(3) fully stirring the raw materials in a stirring tank, and conveying the raw materials into a bin to be granulated through a bucket elevator;
(4) granulating the raw materials in the granulating bin in a granulator to obtain cylindrical cat litter particles with the diameter of 2mm and the length of 10-20 mm;
(5) conveying the prepared cat litter particles to a dryer through a belt, removing water in the dryer, and removing dust at one time;
(6) conveying the cat litter to a countercurrent cooler through a belt, and cooling;
(7) vibrating and screening the cooled cat litter, removing unqualified products, and removing dust for the second time;
(8) and (4) conveying the qualified cat litter to a packaging machine, dedusting for three times, and weighing and packaging the dedusted cat litter.
The step (1) is specifically as follows: mixing fructus forsythiae, herba Houttuyniae, Perillae herba, and rehmanniae radix according to weight parts to form a mixture, adding into deionized water 16-20 times of the mixture, stirring at 70-75 deg.C for 1-2 hr, and filtering to obtain extractive solution; grinding folium Camelliae sinensis, adding into 6-10 times of deionized water, standing at 50-60 deg.C for 0.5 hr, mixing with the extractive solution, and stirring; adding yellow wine into the mixed solution containing the extractive solution and folium Camelliae sinensis, sealing at 30-40 deg.C for 1-2 hr to obtain folium Camelliae sinensis wine, and spray drying to obtain antibacterial folium Camelliae sinensis powder.
The step (1) is specifically as follows: and (4) vacuum packaging is adopted in the step (8), so that the cat litter is prevented from being broken to generate dust in the storage and transportation process.
The invention has the advantages that: the cat litter produced by the invention adopts food-grade raw materials, so that the cat litter is harmless to eating by mistake and harmless to contact. The cat litter has smooth and compact surface, and can not generate a large amount of dust due to friction in the using process, thereby avoiding stimulating the urinary tract of the cat. The cat litter has a neutral pH and does not irritate the urinary tract of the cat even when contacting the lower urinary tract of the cat, causing discomfort to the cat.
The cat litter produced by the invention adopts pea fibers as bean dreg fibers produced in the bean curd production process, has good caking property, excellent water absorption and low dust, and is matched with three dedusting processes of the production process, so that the cat litter dust produced by the invention is further reduced and almost dust-free. Furthermore, pea fiber is not an allergen and has no allergy risk, while cat litter made of other raw material fibers has allergy risk.
The cat litter produced by the method adopts natural stone powder which is high in viscosity, can keep the hardness of the cat litter, is not easy to break and crush, can be fully dissolved after being wetted, and can fully bond the cat litter and excrement together to form compact lumps. The stone powder is added, so that the cat litter is not easy to be taken out of the cat basin by the cat, meanwhile, the hardness of the cat litter is ensured on the premise of enhancing the water absorption capacity of the cat litter, and the possibility of generating dust is further reduced.
The cat litter produced by the invention adopts corn starch containing a large amount of amylopectin, starch branches are interwoven with each other, and the viscosity is high. The porous structure ensures that the cat litter produced by the invention is conglomerated when being wetted for a second, is conglomerated and firm, completely wraps excrement, and the excrement can not be stained with cat bodies and pollute urinary tracts of cats.
The cat litter produced by the method adopts bamboo fibers, so that the prepared cat litter has a porous structure and good water absorption. The cat litter after absorbing water can be added into a closestool to be directly dispersed or buried as organic fertilizer, and the environment cannot be polluted. The porous structure can adsorb the peculiar smell of the cat excrement to the maximum extent and maintain the environmental health.
The food-grade guar gum powder is used as the adhesive, is purely natural and non-toxic, does not stimulate cat bodies, and is stronger in adhesive capacity, so that cat litter can be completely wrapped when meeting cat excrement, and the cat litter on the outer layer can not fall off.
The antibacterial substances adopted by the invention are all from natural plants, the substances such as tea polyphenol in tea have broad-spectrum antibacterial activity on bacteria and fungi, and also have good resistance on parasites, and the fructus forsythiae can inhibit typhoid bacillus, paratyphoid bacillus, escherichia coli, dysentery bacillus, white larynx bacillus, vibrio cholerae, staphylococcus, streptococcus and the like. Herba Houttuyniae has inhibitory effect on multiple gram positive bacteria and negative bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus albus, hemolytic streptococcus, Diplococcus pneumoniae, Catalpa, Diptheria bacillus, Proteus, Shiga, Shigella, Fowler and Shigella sonnei, and enteritis bacillus. The rehmannia has certain bacteriostatic activity on escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus and bacillus subtilis. The perilla has good bacteriostatic action on fungi and mould. Therefore, the prepared bacteriostatic tea powder has broad-spectrum bacteriostatic effect on bacteria, obvious inhibitory effect on parasites, fungi and mould, can obviously inhibit breeding of bacteria, fungi and parasites in cat litter, and plays an important role in ensuring health of cats, and the yellow wine can prolong the shelf life of the bacteriostatic tea powder and ensure long-term effectiveness of the bacteriostatic tea powder.
The cat excrement produces odor from ammonia, thiol and other substances, which are foul in odor and can stimulate oral cavity, nasal cavity and respiratory tract mucous membrane to cause diseases, and the cat excrement is added with composite biological enzyme, which is prepared with laccase, oxido-reductase, proteinase, lipase, cellulase, thiolase, transaminase, dehydrogenase, kinase, etc. and can decompose ammonia, thiol and other substances.
The biological enzyme is extracted from seabed accumulative substances, special mineral substances of volcanic substances, lotus family plant group and other plants, is nontoxic and harmless, and has no harm to human body and cat.
The invention does not add any essence, is purely natural, non-toxic and non-irritant, and has the fragrance completely coming from the faint scent of the tea.
The cat litter produced by the invention is particularly added with tea essential oil, the tea essential oil is mild in fragrance and free of stimulation, has a very good air freshening effect, and can relieve the tension of the cats. The tea essential oil added in the invention adopts a slow release technology, and the odor of excrement is covered by sustained release.
In order to ensure that the fragrance and efficacy of the tea essential oil and the compound biological enzyme are not lost, the tea essential oil and the compound biological enzyme are wrapped by a water-soluble shell to form microcapsules of 0.2-2.3 mu m, and the microcapsules are added into the cat litter. Can be released after meeting water. The technology can ensure the activity effect of the tea essential oil and the compound biological enzyme, and experiments prove that the tea essential oil has no fragrance loss and lasting fragrance within 15-20 days; the compound biological enzyme is not inactivated, and the effects of sterilization and deinsectization are fully ensured; the health of the cat is protected.
The cat excrement with ammonia, mercaptan and other matters is the first stink reason for cat excrement, and the composite biological enzyme may be coated and decomposed to eliminate stink; the reason that cat excrement is increasingly odorous is that bacteria decompose protein and vitamins in the excrement to generate a large amount of ammonia, thiol and other substances, the antibacterial tea powder has a sterilization effect which can effectively reduce the number of bacteria so as to reduce the generation of the ammonia, thiol and other substances, namely a small amount of the ammonia, thiol and other substances is generated, and the tea essential oil added in the invention can release fragrance for a long time by adopting a slow release technology to cover the foul smell of cat excrement.
