本发明涉及一种TPU复合膜生产用多层黏胶装置,包括机体及设置于机体上的上料机构、粘合机构,所述上料机构包括TPU料辊,其特征在于:所述粘合机构包括上胶组件、压合组件、干胶组件,所述TPU料辊与上胶组件之间设有可对TPU膜进行张紧力调节的第一张紧机构,所述机体上设有覆合膜料辊,所述覆合膜料辊朝向输送方向一侧设有可对复合膜进行张紧力调节的第二张紧机构,所述干胶组件位于压合组件朝向输送方向一侧,所述第一张紧机构包括张紧辊、滑块、丝杆、电机、张力感应器,本发明的有益效果为:提供一种TPU复合膜生产用多层黏胶装置,避免发生起皱现象,上胶更加均匀,提高制品合格率。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及薄膜生产设备技术领域,具体涉及一种TPU复合膜生产用多层黏胶装置。
背景技术
TPU(热塑性聚氨酯)是环保高分子聚合物,它克服了PVC和PU皮的诸多缺陷,不但拥有橡胶及普通塑料的大部分特性,而且还拥有优良的综合物理及化学性能,所以又被称为未来素材。TPU薄膜是采用TPU粒料,通过特殊工艺制成的薄膜,它继承了TPU的优秀物性,应用范围极为广泛。由于具有无毒性的优点,符合环保要求,TPU薄膜产品被广泛应用于鞋面、桌垫、手袋、箱包和工艺品等领域,通常选取离型纸和PET薄膜分别复合在TPU薄膜的两侧形成TPU复合膜,从而兼顾三种材质的优点。
TPU复合膜在生产过程中,先进行单层TPU膜制备,而后在单层TPU膜上下进行覆盖粘贴膜,最终才能得到TPU复合膜,而此过程必然会经历涂胶装置,而现有技术中TPU复合膜生产设备都存在涂胶不均匀,且由于各层膜在放卷过程中,易存在张紧程度不一致,易导致各层膜之间粘结起皱,报废率较高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种TPU复合膜生产用多层黏胶装置,避免发生起皱现象,上胶更加均匀,提高制品合格率。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种TPU复合膜生产用多层黏胶装置,包括机体及设置于机体上的上料机构、粘合机构,所述上料机构、粘合机构之间通过牵引辊进行联接,所述上料机构包括TPU料辊,其特征在于,所述粘合机构包括上胶组件、压合组件、干胶组件,所述上胶组件设置于TPU料辊朝向输送方向一侧,所述TPU料辊与上胶组件之间设有可对TPU膜进行张紧力调节的第一张紧机构,所述压合组件位于上胶组件朝向输送方向一侧,所述机体位于压合组件与上胶组件之间设有覆合膜料辊,所述覆合膜料辊朝向输送方向一侧设有可对复合膜进行张紧力调节的第二张紧机构,所述干胶组件位于压合组件朝向输送方向一侧,所述第一张紧机构包括张紧辊,所述张紧辊联动有滑块,所述滑块螺纹连接有丝杆,所述丝杆一端联动有电机,所述张紧辊端部设置有张力感应器。
采用上述技术方案,通过设置第一张紧机构、第二张紧机构,可分别对TPU膜、覆合膜上料过程进行实时张紧力调节,从而可降低各层膜在粘合过程中发生起皱现象,从而降低报废率;进一步将第一张紧机构设置于之间TPU料辊与上胶组件,可促使上胶更加均匀;进一步设置干胶组件,可加速TPU膜、覆合膜两者粘合,提高生产效率。
上述的一种TPU复合膜生产用多层黏胶装置可进一步设置为:所述上胶组件包括上胶辊,所述上胶辊周面设有纹路,所述上胶辊联动有滴胶盒,上胶辊两侧设有压面辊,所述压面辊中心轴线以机体为基准高度方向高于上胶辊中心轴线。
采用上述技术方案,上胶辊在滴胶盒内进行上胶,便于对TPU膜进行涂抹,而设置滴胶盒可便于添加及更换胶水,进一步在上胶辊外周面设置纹路,一方面可提升上胶辊一次性的取胶量,使得TPU膜涂胶更均匀,降低露涂的风险,另一方面还可起到对TPU膜展平的作用,避免起皱;进一步设置压面辊,促使TPU膜横截面呈V形,更易上胶。
上述的一种TPU复合膜生产用多层黏胶装置可进一步设置为:所述压合组件包括对称设置的胶面展平辊,对称设置的胶面展平辊之间设有TPU膜与覆合膜可通过的间隙区域,所述胶面展平辊朝向输送方向一侧对称设有压合辊。
采用上述技术方案,通过设置胶面展平辊,在TPU膜与覆合膜两者压合之前,先将两层膜之间的胶水进行均匀化,促使各处胶水含量一致,在经历压合辊进行压合之后,得到的复合膜表面更平展,无凸起、气泡等。
上述的一种TPU复合膜生产用多层黏胶装置可进一步设置为:所述干胶组件包括对称设置的干胶面板,所述干胶面板内设有冷却液通道,对称设置的干胶面板分别与TPU复合膜两端面接触,所述干胶面板联动有推出机构。
上述的一种TPU复合膜生产用多层黏胶装置可进一步设置为:所述推出机构包括设置于干胶面板两侧的传动齿轮,所述传动齿轮啮合传动有齿条,所述齿条相对于联动传动齿轮一端联动有电机。
采用上述技术方案,可加速TPU膜、覆合膜两者粘合,提高生产效率,往干胶面板内导通温度较低的冷却液,进而干胶面板即可对TPU复合膜两端面进行降温。
本发明的有益效果:采用上述技术方案,通过设置第一张紧机构、第二张紧机构,可分别对TPU膜、覆合膜上料过程进行实时张紧力调节,从而可降低各层膜在粘合过程中发生起皱现象,从而降低报废率;进一步将第一张紧机构设置于之间TPU料辊与上胶组件,可促使上胶更加均匀;进一步设置干胶组件,可加速TPU膜、覆合膜两者粘合,提高生产效率;整体结构简单,操作方便。

如图1至3所示的一种TPU复合膜生产用多层黏胶装置,包括机体及设置于机体上的上料机构、粘合机构,所述上料机构、粘合机构之间通过牵引辊进行联接,所述上料机构包括TPU料辊1,所述粘合机构包括上胶组件3、压合组件4、干胶组件5,所述上胶组件3设置于TPU料辊1朝向输送方向一侧,所述TPU料辊1与上胶组件3之间设有可对TPU膜进行张紧力调节的第一张紧机构6,所述压合组件4位于上胶组件3朝向输送方向一侧,所述机体位于压合组件4与上胶组件3之间设有覆合膜料辊2,所述覆合膜料辊2朝向输送方向一侧设有可对复合膜进行张紧力调节的第二张紧机构7,所述干胶组件5位于压合组件4朝向输送方向一侧,所述第一张紧机构6包括张紧辊61,所述张紧辊61联动有滑块62,所述滑块62螺纹连接有丝杆63,所述丝杆63一端联动有电机64,所述张紧辊61端部设置有张力感应器65。所述上胶组件3包括上胶辊31,所述上胶辊31周面设有纹路311,所述上胶辊31联动有滴胶盒32,上胶辊31两侧设有压面辊33,所述压面辊33中心轴线以机体为基准高度方向高于上胶辊31中心轴线。所述压合组件4包括对称设置的胶面展平辊41,对称设置的胶面展平辊41之间设有TPU膜与覆合膜可通过的间隙区域411,所述胶面展平辊41朝向输送方向一侧对称设有压合辊42。所述干胶组件5包括对称设置的干胶面板51,所述干胶面板51内设有冷却液通道,对称设置的干胶面板51分别与TPU复合膜两端面接触,所述干胶面板51联动有推出机构。所述推出机构包括设置于干胶面板51两侧的传动齿轮,所述传动齿轮啮合传动有齿条52,所述齿条52相对于联动传动齿轮一端联动有电机64。
工作原理:TPU料辊1提供TPU膜,经过张紧辊61,张紧辊61端部联动的张紧力感应器随时检测TPU膜的张力变化并反馈至电机64,电机64带动丝杆63转动,滑块62从而带动张紧辊61沿着丝杆63轴线方向作往复直线运动,从而实现张力调节,TPU膜而后经过上胶辊31进行上胶,于此同时覆合膜料辊2提供所需粘合的覆合膜,经过第二张紧机构7,第二张紧机构7与第一张紧机构6结构相同,而后TPU膜与覆合膜同时穿过胶面展平辊41,将TPU膜与覆合膜之间的胶水进行展品均匀化,在经过压合辊42进行压合即可,得到TPU复合膜,TPU复合膜在经过干胶面板51进行快速干胶。

1.一种TPU复合膜生产用多层黏胶装置,包括机体及设置于机体上的上料机构、粘合机构,所述上料机构、粘合机构之间通过牵引辊进行联接,所述上料机构包括TPU料辊,其特征在于:所述粘合机构包括上胶组件、压合组件、干胶组件,所述上胶组件设置于TPU料辊朝向输送方向一侧,所述TPU料辊与上胶组件之间设有可对TPU膜进行张紧力调节的第一张紧机构,所述压合组件位于上胶组件朝向输送方向一侧,所述机体位于压合组件与上胶组件之间设有覆合膜料辊,所述覆合膜料辊朝向输送方向一侧设有可对复合膜进行张紧力调节的第二张紧机构,所述干胶组件位于压合组件朝向输送方向一侧,所述第一张紧机构包括张紧辊,所述张紧辊联动有滑块,所述滑块螺纹连接有丝杆,所述丝杆一端联动有电机,所述张紧辊端部设置有张力感应器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种TPU复合膜生产用多层黏胶装置,其特征在于:所述上胶组件包括上胶辊,所述上胶辊周面设有纹路,所述上胶辊联动有滴胶盒,上胶辊两侧设有压面辊,所述压面辊中心轴线以机体为基准高度方向高于上胶辊中心轴线。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种TPU复合膜生产用多层黏胶装置,其特征在于:所述压合组件包括对称设置的胶面展平辊,对称设置的胶面展平辊之间设有TPU膜与覆合膜可通过的间隙区域,所述胶面展平辊朝向输送方向一侧对称设有压合辊。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种TPU复合膜生产用多层黏胶装置,其特征在于:所述干胶组件包括对称设置的干胶面板,所述干胶面板内设有冷却液通道,对称设置的干胶面板分别与TPU复合膜两端面接触,所述干胶面板联动有推出机构。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种TPU复合膜生产用多层黏胶装置,其特征在于:所述推出机构包括设置于干胶面板两侧的传动齿轮,所述传动齿轮啮合传动有齿条,所述齿条相对于联动传动齿轮一端联动有电机。
