Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a composition for tightening skin, a preparation method and an application thereof, in particular to a composition for tightening skin, a preparation method and an application thereof, and tightening essence containing the composition for tightening skin, and belongs to the field of cosmetics.
Background
In the world, people's lives are plagued by the problems of skin aging and looseness. Generally, skin aging and skin relaxation are caused by the following four factors: natural aging of human body: loss of collagen with age causes aging and laxity of the skin; the microbial balance of the skin is disrupted, and the skin is also subject to aging and laxity; exposure to a contaminated environment, exposure to sunlight also causes the aging and laxity of the skin; gravity, etc. can also cause the skin to sag and loosen.
Among them, collagen is mainly produced by fibroblasts of the dermis layer, is a main component of the dermis layer, and can maintain the structure of the skin and endow the skin with toughness and elasticity. The collagen content and distribution determine the youth or not of the skin. However, an abnormal decrease in collagen content causes thinning of the dermal layer, skin relaxation, loss of elasticity, and wrinkles. Furthermore, human skin is an ecosystem consisting of a wide variety of bacterial, fungal and viral habitats. Despite frequent washing and exposure to bacteria-rich objects, our personal skin microbial environment remains highly stable over time. However, if the balance of the skin's microbiome is disrupted, the skin may also relax, lose elasticity, and wrinkle.
In order to prevent skin from sagging, losing elasticity, forming wrinkles, and the like, and to keep skin young, anti-aging products mixed with various components such as hydrolyzed collagen, hyaluronic acid, polypeptide, retinol and derivatives thereof have been proposed in the prior art. However, if these ingredients are used in large amounts, problems arise in the actual anti-aging effect, the feeling of use, and safety. If the molecular weight of the hydrolyzed collagen is too large, the hydrolyzed collagen is not easy to permeate the skin barrier of the human body to reach the dermis; hyaluronic acid cannot essentially slow down the loss of collagen; the polypeptide and the retinol have certain irritation and safety risks to the skin, and the like.
Citation 1 provides an anti-aging cosmetic composition for improving skin elasticity, comprising the following components in parts by weight: retinol palmitate: 0.001-0.5 parts; wrapping retinol: 0.001-2 parts; fermentation product: 0.0001-20 parts; nicotinamide: 2-4 parts; citrus peel extract: 2-4 parts; soluble proteoglycan: 0.1-5 parts; artocarpus heterophyllus leaf/stem extract: 0.1-5 parts; carnosine: 0.001-0.2 parts; 3-o-ethyl ascorbic acid: 0.001-3 parts. The use of various functional ingredients in the composition results in high cost, and the use of encapsulated retinol causes certain irritation and safety risk to the skin.
Citation 2 discloses an anti-aging and repairing skin care composition containing symbiotic bacteria combined fermentation product, essence milk, and a preparation method and application thereof. The anti-aging and repairing skin care composition comprises symbiotic bacteria combined leavening, decarboxylated carnosine, palmitoyl pentapeptide-4, tocopherol acetate, a buddleja officinalis extract, resveratrol, a pomegranate fruit extract and a narcissus bulb extract; the symbiotic bacteria of the symbiotic bacteria combined fermentation product comprise the combination of schizophyllum commune, thermus thermophilus, saccharomycetes and lactobacillus; the fermentation raw materials of the symbiotic bacteria combined fermentation product comprise rice, Sichuan millet seeds, ginseng, kelp and raspberry. Wherein also the use of a plurality of active ingredients results in a cost which is too high and wherein the use of a larger number of bacterial species may further disrupt the microbial balance of the skin.
Therefore, it is an urgent technical problem to be solved to research a composition for skin tightening that can supplement collagen and promote the propagation of beneficial bacteria in the skin, thereby protecting and balancing the flora of the skin and slowing down the aging and laxity of the skin.

Among them, palmitoyl tripeptide-5 is a chemical substance capable of activating a tissue growth factor, which can accelerate collagen production and wrinkle repair. Palmitoyl tripeptide-5 produces collagen by tissue growth factor (TGF- β) mimicking the human body's own mechanism. Therefore, palmitoyl tripeptide-5 is an excellent ingredient for tightening the skin, and does not irritate the skin.
Specifically, in the present invention, palmitoyl tripeptide-5 is added in an amount of 0.1 to 1.5%, preferably 0.3 to 1%, more preferably 0.5 to 1%, and further preferably 0.6 to 1%, based on 100% by mass of the total skin-tightening composition; the solubility of palmitoyl tripeptide-5 in water is low, if the addition amount of palmitoyl tripeptide-5 is more than 1.5%, the palmitoyl tripeptide-5 is precipitated, and if the content of palmitoyl tripeptide-5 is more than 1%, a small amount of palmitoyl tripeptide-5 is precipitated; if the amount of palmitoyl tripeptide-5 added is less than 0.1%, the effect is not as good. The alpha-glucan oligosaccharide is obtained from a plant substrate through enzyme catalytic synthesis, and is specifically operated by using glucosyltransferase to react sucrose with maltose; the alpha-glucan oligosaccharide can be selectively absorbed by beneficial bacteria, promotes the growth and the propagation of the beneficial bacteria without being utilized by pathogenic bacteria, and competitively inhibits pathogenic bacteria, thereby recovering the stable population number of the beneficial bacteria on the skin. The alpha-glucan oligosaccharide acts on the skin and can activate the gene expression of beta-defensin 2. The beta-alexin 2 is a micromolecular antibacterial peptide and has good killing effect on pathogenic bacteria on the skin, so that the reproduction of the pathogenic bacteria is inhibited.

Specifically, in the present invention, the α -glucan oligosaccharide may be added in an amount of 6%, 7%, 9%, 11%, 13%, 14%, 18%, etc.
Inulin can be selectively absorbed by beneficial bacteria, promotes the growth and the propagation of the beneficial bacteria without being utilized by pathogenic bacteria, generates competitive inhibition on pathogenic bacteria, and further restores the population number of the skin beneficial bacteria to be stable. D0 | 1013.90 | 1013.90 | 1013.83 | 1013.83 |
D28 | 1190.10 | 1231.11 | 1231.52 | 1230.98 |
As can be seen from table 3 above, the firming essence of the present invention can increase the skin thickness, and the calculation using the firming essence 3 as an example shows that D28 is increased by 21.47% compared with D0.
2. Intensity analysis of dermis
The results of the dermal layer strength measurements after application of the test product are compared to a baseline value (D0), and the skin thickness at D28 is shown in Table 4:
