Abstract

本发明是烟火启动打开的车门窗,目的是万一车内发生火灾时能及时自动停车将门窗自动打开,让车内的人能有机会及时逃生,也方便救援人员能快速救人救火。主要通过在车内安装烟火探测控制器和制动、断油气、自动开门窗等智能电器配件组合构成自动停车开启门窗的智能系统。可有效在火灾发生时实现自动停车开门窗的发明目的,值得广大车辆用户选用。

技术领域:本发明是烟火启动打开的车门窗,属救灾设备领域。
背景技术:到目前为止,世界上的车门窗在车内发生火灾事故时都是靠人去打开或碰烂玻璃窗而逃生的,因此造成很多案例因烟火封堵等多种原因让人无法及时顺利打开门窗逃生而被活活烧死!怎么办?本发明便是解决这些问题的技术方案。
发明内容:为了实现在车内发生突发性火灾时,该车的所有车门窗都能自动打开,或者有一半以上的车门窗能顺利自动打开,那么坐在里面的人便可获得及时逃生的机会,不会被活活烧死。但要实现这个目的可采用烟火控制器与电动门窗开启器结合安装在车门窗设定的位置与专用储电池连通备用。利用烟火感应传感器将车箱内发生火灾的信息传递给烟火控制器通电让电动门窗开启器及时自动打开门窗,让里面的人能及时逃离或让外界的人能及时进入救人救物及灭火。该车烟火控制器还预设有另一条控制车辆自动停车的线路,能同时启动自动停车和打开门窗的双向动作,实现救灾防灾的目的。该自动停车控制系统由烟火感应传感器与电动停车器,即制动器和油气阻断器与储电池电连接组合构成停车系统总成。安装于预设定的位置备用。所述的油气阻断器系在车辆的脚踏或手动的加油加气的踏板底或推杆的前面预装一个电磁铁拉动的电磁分离器,利用通电时拉动油门拉线把车油气门关闭,同时拉动制动器进行制动停车,然后门窗随即自动打开。所述的烟火传感器便是采用现有的产品,温控器和烟雾感应控制器,都是用直流电控制电磁铁通断电形成拉动或推动制动器和油气门制动或断油气的。该系统也可由司机操作电源开关控制。所述的电动门窗开启器是电动推拉的常用的门窗开启器,或者采用现有的气动式门窗开关器,但要与备有储气筒的车辆才可组合配合。因要用压缩空气来推动门窗开关器,或者采用液压式门窗开关配合液压系统并与电动液压泵联合使用,这些配件都有成熟的产品无需另行发明制造,只要按使用说明安装组合联用即可。主要要解决的问题是:当车辆内部发生火灾时如何通过传感控制器把信息传递到门窗开关器和油气门开关及制动器使之及时把门窗打开,并提前一刻断油气及制动停车。
具体实施方案:为了实现发明目的,具体的实施方案分开切断油气及时制动和开启门窗,三个步骤进行;第一方案其特征是:切断燃油或燃气,在车箱内前中后三个位置的顶部安装烟气传感器,并分别与电源连接。烟气传感器与油气门之电磁推拉器电连接。用于当车箱发生火灾时,烟火传感器感应到温度及烟气时自动导通油气门之电磁推拉器将油气门断绝供油致使发动机停车熄火。第二步骤是及时制动,在车箱顶部安装的烟火传感器与安装在制动器旁边的电磁推拉器电连接。用于当车箱内发生火灾时,全自动由烟火传感器将火灾讯息传递给电磁推拉器动作,将制动器拉紧制动停车。第三步骤是打开车门窗,在车箱内顶部安装的烟火传感器或者是温度控制器与车箱内的专用储电池电连接,该传感器或控制器与车门窗旁边安装的门窗开启器电连接。用于当车箱内发生火灾时,烟火传感器或温度控制器会自动启动门窗开启器通电开门开窗,让车箱内的人及时逃生或让外援人进入车箱救人救物灭火。
积极效果:本发明具有可靠的智能控制系统,所有用到的电器配件都是现有市场可买到的成熟的产品,如烟火传感器、门窗开启器、电磁推拉器、温控器等电子配件都是可靠的产品,只要买来按使用说明组合安装即可调试使用。一旦安装使用成功将对车箱火灾的防救具有重要的实用意义,值得向全国推广使用。

1.烟火启动打开的车门窗其特征是:第一方案其特征是:切断燃油或燃气,在车箱内前中后三个位置的顶部安装烟气传感器,并分别与电源连接;烟气传感器与油气门之电磁推拉器电连接;用于当车箱发生火灾时,烟火传感器感应到温度及烟气时自动导通油气门之电磁推拉器将油气门断绝供油致使发动机停车熄火。
2.烟火启动打开的车门窗其特征是:第二步骤是及时制动,在车箱顶部安装的烟火传感器与安装在制动器旁边的电磁推拉器电连接;用于当车箱内发生火灾时,全自动由烟火传感器将火灾讯息传递给电磁推拉器动作,将制动器拉紧制动停车。
3.烟火启动打开的车门窗其特征是:第三步骤是打开车门窗,在车箱内顶部安装的烟火传感器或者是温度控制器与车箱内的专用储电池电连接,该传感器或控制器与车门窗旁边安装的门窗开启器电连接;用于当车箱内发生火灾时,烟火传感器或温度控制器会自动启动门窗开启器通电开门开窗,让车箱内的人及时逃生或让外援人进入车箱救人救物灭火。
