本发明提供了一种用于SCR后处理系统的尿素箱及其箱盖,该箱盖安装在尿素箱的箱体的注液口处,箱盖的与注液口对应的部分开设有透气孔,透气孔由防水透气膜(5)覆盖,箱盖的与注液口对应的部分还开设有进气孔和排气孔(11),箱盖上安装有第一定压单向阀(3)和第二定压单向阀(4),第一定压单向阀(3)的入口与排气孔(11)对接,第一定压单向阀(3)的出口与箱体的外部连通,第二定压单向阀(4)的入口与进气孔对接,第二定压单向阀(4)的出口与箱体的内部连通。采用本发明提供的箱盖后,箱体的内压和外压不会因防水透气膜透气能力不足而发生严重失衡,因而能够有效地避免吸瘪变形或鼓胀变形的发生,使尿素箱更加安全、可靠。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及柴油发动机技术领域,特别是涉及一种用于SCR后处理系统的尿素箱及其箱盖。
背景技术
现在有关汽车排放的法规越来越严格,也在不断地对汽车排气后处理提出更高的要求。SCR催化还原技术是降低柴油发动机NOx排放,满足国IV及以上排放法规的重要技术路线。
SCR后处理系统包括一个尿素水溶液存储装置,称为尿素箱,尿素箱主要由箱体、箱盖和传感器组成,尿素箱需具备透气功能以保证箱体内外压力的平衡,通常是通过在箱盖上打孔来实现,为防止灰尘通过透气孔进入尿素箱造成尿素溶液污染,会在透气孔上覆盖一层防水透气膜。
然而,防水透气膜的通气能力有限,而气助式尿素泵进行下电反吹时的气压及气流量较大,因此防水透气膜容易被吹破,进而失去防尘功能。另外,当外界雨、水不慎进入箱盖后,防水透气膜容易被浸没堵塞,进而导致透气功能失效,于是,当尿素泵从尿素箱吸尿素时,尿素泵吸液阻力增大,建压困难,尿素箱被吸瘪,甚至发生破裂;当(气助式)尿素泵下电反吹时,向尿素箱内输送的高压空气无法及时排出,造成尿素箱鼓胀、破裂。
综上所述,如何改进尿素箱以提高可靠性,成为了本领域技术人员亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种用于SCR后处理系统的尿素箱及其箱盖,该箱盖能够使尿素箱更加安全、可靠。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种用于SCR后处理系统的尿素箱的箱盖,所述箱盖安装在所述尿素箱的箱体的注液口处,所述箱盖的与所述注液口对应的部分开设有透气孔,所述透气孔由防水透气膜覆盖,所述箱盖的与所述注液口对应的部分还开设有进气孔和排气孔,所述箱盖上安装有第一定压单向阀和第二定压单向阀,所述第一定压单向阀的入口与所述排气孔对接,所述第一定压单向阀的出口与所述箱体的外部连通,所述第二定压单向阀的入口与所述进气孔对接,所述第二定压单向阀的出口与所述箱体的内部连通。
优选地,在上述箱盖中,所述第一定压单向阀的压力阈值和所述第二定压单向阀的压力阈值均可调。
优选地,在上述箱盖中,所述第一定压单向阀包括筒体和位于所述筒体内的挡片,所述挡片与所述筒体活动连接,所述筒体的一端封闭,另一端的端口为所述第一定压单向阀的入口,所述第一定压单向阀的出口开设在所述筒体的筒壁上;
所述挡片用于覆盖所述第一定压单向阀的入口,所述筒体内设置有用于使所述挡片复位的弹性件。
优选地,在上述箱盖中,所述弹性件为弹簧。

根据上述技术方案可知,本发明提供的用于SCR后处理系统的尿素箱的箱盖中,箱盖的与箱体的注液口对应的部分除了开设有透气孔,开设有进气孔和排气孔,透气孔由防水透气膜覆盖,而排气孔处安装有第一定压单向阀,进气孔处安装有第二定压单向阀,第一定压单向阀的入口与排气孔对接,第一定压单向阀的出口与箱体的外部连通,第二定压单向阀的入口与进气孔对接,第二定压单向阀的出口与箱体的内部连通。
箱盖安装在箱体的注液口处,防水透气膜正常工作时可以为箱体提供所需的透气功能,此时第一定压单向阀和第二定压单向阀都处于关闭状态,而当防水透气膜的透气能力不足时,例如防水透气膜被外界雨、水等浸没堵塞时,无论是尿素泵从箱体向外吸液,还是尿素泵下电进行反吹,都会造成箱体内外压差增大,一旦内外压差增大到定压单向阀的压力阈值,第一定压单向阀或第二定压单向阀就会打开,若是尿素泵下电进行反吹的情况,打开的是第一定压单向阀,此时箱体内部的空气可以通过排气孔排到箱体外,避免箱体鼓胀变形产生裂纹;若是尿素泵从箱体向外吸液的情况,打开的则是第二定压单向阀,此时箱体外部的空气可以通过进气孔进入箱体内,避免箱体被吸瘪。由此可见,采用本发明提供的箱盖后,箱体的内压和外压不会因防水透气膜透气能力不足而发生严重失衡,因而能够有效地避免吸瘪变形或鼓胀变形的发生,使尿素箱更加安全、可靠。

参见图1~图4,图1是本发明实施例提供的一种用于SCR后处理系统的尿素箱的箱盖的示意图,图2是图1中的B-B剖视图,图3是图2中A处的放大图,图4是图1的仰视图。
本发明实施例提供的箱盖安装在尿素箱的箱体的注液口处,箱盖的与注液口对应的部分开设有透气孔,透气孔由防水透气膜5覆盖,如图4所示。同时,箱盖的与注液口对应的部分还开设有进气孔(图中未标记)和排气孔11,如图2和图3所示,箱盖上安装有第一定压单向阀3和第二定压单向阀4,第一定压单向阀3的入口与排气孔11对接,第一定压单向阀3的出口与箱体的外部连通,第二定压单向阀4的入口与进气孔对接,第二定压单向阀4的出口与箱体的内部连通。
本发明实施例提供的箱盖的工作原理如下:
防水透气膜5正常工作时可以为箱体提供所需的透气功能,此时第一定压单向阀3和第二定压单向阀4都处于关闭状态,而当防水透气膜5的透气能力不足时,例如防水透气膜5被外界雨、水等浸没堵塞时,第一定压单向阀3和第二定压单向阀4分别工作于以下两种情况:
a)尿素泵下电进行反吹,一开始箱体内的气压逐渐增大,箱体的内外压差随之增大,当内外压差增大到第一定压单向阀3的压力阈值时,第一定压单向阀3在压差作用下被打开,于是箱体内部的空气可以通过排气孔11排到箱体外,避免箱体鼓胀变形产生裂纹;
b)尿素泵从箱体向外吸液,一开始箱体内的气压逐渐减小,导致箱体的内外压差增大,当内外压差增大到第二定压单向阀4的压力阈值时,第二定压单向阀4在压差作用下被打开,于是箱体外部的空气可以通过进气孔进入箱体内,避免箱体被吸瘪。
由上述工作原理可知,采用本发明提供的箱盖后,箱体的内压和外压不会因防水透气膜5透气能力不足而发生严重失衡,因而能够有效地避免吸瘪变形或鼓胀变形的发生,使尿素箱更加安全、可靠。
具体实际应用中,第一定压单向阀3的压力阈值和第二定压单向阀4的压力阈值一般为3kPa~5kPa,为了便于用户设定压力阈值,第一定压单向阀3和第二定压单向阀4均可以设计为压力阈值可调的。
参见图1和图2,本实施例中,箱盖包括桶形的内壳1和帽状的外壳2,透气孔、进气孔和排气孔11均开设在内壳1的桶底部,内壳1的桶口先向外翻折,再向内壳1的桶体翻折以形成筒形的连接部,外壳2罩于内壳1的连接部上,连接部的外壁与外壳2的内壁之间具有用于通气的缝隙,连接部的内壁上开设有用于与箱体连接的内螺纹。
为了便于制作,第一定压单向阀3和第二定压单向阀4一般选用同一类型的单向阀,即第一定压单向阀3与第二定压单向阀4结构相同,只需在安装时按照相反的方向布置即可,这样能保证气体在第一定压单向阀3和第二定压单向阀4内具有相反的流通方向,从而满足尿素箱的进排气需要。
下面以第一定压单向阀3为例介绍本实施例所设计的定压单向阀的具体结构,参见图5~图7,第一定压单向阀3包括筒体(图中未标记)和位于筒体内的挡片31,挡片31与筒体活动连接,筒体的一端封闭,另一端的端口为第一定压单向阀3的入口,第一定压单向阀3的出口开设在筒体的筒壁上,挡片31用于覆盖第一定压单向阀3的入口,而且,筒体内设置有用于使挡片31复位的弹性件。
具体实际应用中,弹性件可以为弹簧,如图7所示,本实施例中,弹性件为套在阀杆33上的压缩弹簧32,阀杆33的一端与挡片31固定连接,阀杆33与筒体活动连接,挡片31在压缩弹簧32的作用下顶在筒体的端口(即第一定压单向阀3入口)上,如图2和图4所示,当尿素泵下电进行反吹时,如果防水透气膜5排气能力不足导致尿素箱的箱体内的压力逐渐升高,那么随着内外压力差升高到第一定压单向阀3的压力阈值,第一定压单向阀3入口处的挡片31就会被顶开,于是箱体内的高压空气迅速地由排气孔11排出,避免箱体内长时间压力过高。
具体实际应用中,挡片31与阀杆33可以为一体式结构。为了便于与第一定压单向阀3的入口形成严密接触,挡片31的材质一般选用橡胶。
本发明还提供一种用于SCR后处理系统的尿素箱,该尿素箱包括上述实施例公开的箱盖。由于上述实施例公开的箱盖具有上述技术效果,因此具有该箱盖的尿素箱同样具有上述技术效果,本文在此不再赘述。
对所公开的实施例的上述说明,使本领域专业技术人员能够实现或使用本发明。对实施例的多种修改对本领域的专业技术人员来说将是显而易见的,本文中所定义的一般原理可以在不脱离本发明的精神或范围的情况下,在其他实施例中实现。因此,本发明将不会被限制于本文所示的实施例,而是要符合与本文所公开的原理和新颖特点相一致的最宽的范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种用于SCR后处理系统的尿素箱的箱盖,所述箱盖安装在所述尿素箱的箱体的注液口处,所述箱盖的与所述注液口对应的部分开设有透气孔,所述透气孔由防水透气膜(5)覆盖,其特征在于,所述箱盖的与所述注液口对应的部分还开设有进气孔和排气孔(11),所述箱盖上安装有第一定压单向阀(3)和第二定压单向阀(4),所述第一定压单向阀(3)的入口与所述排气孔(11)对接,所述第一定压单向阀(3)的出口与所述箱体的外部连通,所述第二定压单向阀(4)的入口与所述进气孔对接,所述第二定压单向阀(4)的出口与所述箱体的内部连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的箱盖,其特征在于,所述第一定压单向阀(3)的压力阈值和所述第二定压单向阀(4)的压力阈值均可调。
3.根据权利要求1所述的箱盖,其特征在于,所述第一定压单向阀(3)包括筒体和位于所述筒体内的挡片(31),所述挡片(31)与所述筒体活动连接,所述筒体的一端封闭,另一端的端口为所述第一定压单向阀(3)的入口,所述第一定压单向阀(3)的出口开设在所述筒体的筒壁上;
所述挡片(31)用于覆盖所述第一定压单向阀(3)的入口,所述筒体内设置有用于使所述挡片(31)复位的弹性件。
4.根据权利要求3所述的箱盖,其特征在于,所述弹性件为弹簧。
5.根据权利要求4所述的箱盖,其特征在于,所述筒体内设置有与所述筒体活动连接的阀杆(33),所述挡片(31)与所述阀杆(33)的一端固定连接,所述弹性件为套在所述阀杆(33)上的压缩弹簧(32)。
6.根据权利要求1~5中任意一项所述的箱盖,其特征在于,所述第二定压单向阀(4)与所述第一定压单向阀(3)结构相同。
7.根据权利要求6所述的箱盖,其特征在于,所述箱盖包括桶形的内壳(1)和帽状的外壳(2),所述透气孔、所述进气孔和所述排气孔(11)均开设在所述内壳(1)的桶底部,所述内壳(1)的桶口先向外翻折,再向所述内壳(1)的桶体翻折以形成筒形的连接部,所述外壳(2)罩于所述连接部上,所述连接部的外壁与所述外壳(2)的内壁之间具有用于通气的缝隙,所述连接部的内壁上开设有用于与所述箱体连接的内螺纹。
8.根据权利要求5所述的箱盖,其特征在于,所述挡片(31)与所述阀杆(33)为一体式结构。
9.根据权利要求3、4、5或8所述的箱盖,其特征在于,所述挡片(31)的材质为橡胶。
10.一种用于SCR后处理系统的尿素箱,包括箱盖,其特征在于,所述箱盖为如权利要求1~9中任意一项所述的箱盖。
