Abstract

本发明提出了一种制造标牌的简便方法，它既使符号凸出标牌的本底面，又保持了原来的表面状态，例如用反光薄膜涂覆过的标牌板坯。此法首先将符号深冲在板坯上，然后将标牌的其余表面上色，使已深冲的符号保持不上色；最后将未上色符号反冲突出标牌本底面，并与之形成鲜明的颜色对比。

Description

制造汽车标牌的方法
本发明涉及标牌，尤其是汽车标牌的一种制造方法，此法是把符号从标牌本底面压凸出来，在标牌上色后，符号具有标牌板坏本底面原来的状态和特性。
德国专利DE 43 02 208 A1提出了一种制造汽车反光标牌的方法，使凸起的符号反光，而本底的反光性则较弱。首先将反光膜涂到标牌板坯上，然后将文字符号冲压凸出标牌的前面，随后进行滚压，用某种物质覆盖住文字符号，但不牢固在文字符号上。而后，将整个标牌上色，最后清除掉文字符号上的颜色，于是文字符号便保留反光膜本来的特点，而标牌的本底则不太反光，从而产生对比度，使标牌上的识别文字符号更清晰。
此法不仅繁复，而且不可靠。该专利没有说明用何种方法把未加详述的某种物质的不易附着的首层与文字符号上混在一起的颜色从文字符号上清除掉。如所周知，例如在中国，是用许多劳动力来进行费力的手工清除的。
德国专利DE 43 02 208 A1也论及了制造标牌的问题，标牌具有暗的本底和亮的文字符号，亦即在暗的本底上显出反光的文字符号。即首先将文字符号向下冲压即深冲，并将标牌的其余全部面积进行上色。但是，多数国家都不用或者不允许用这种深冲符号的汽车标牌。
本发明的任务在于，提出一种制造标牌的简易方法，使标牌上的文字符号凸出来，而又保持原来的表面状态，例如反光性，不需要在标牌上色后将颜色或特殊的保护层从凸起的符号上清除掉。
按照本发明，上述任务的解决方案在于，该方法的工序是：
a)首先在有底色或涂覆色的标牌板坏上进行符号深冲；
b)然后将本底面要求的颜色通过滚压或薄膜热压对标牌上色，此时已深冲的符号保持不上色；
c)最后，将未上色的符号反冲突出本底面。
兹借助于附图来说明本发明的方法，此附图表示标牌简化的部分放大断面。
在放有一层反光膜3的汽车标牌2的板坯1上，首先将符号4(字母、数字和/或其他标记)进行深冲，如虚线所示。然后在整个标牌2的本底面上通过滚压或热压加上色层5，这时深冲的符号4不受任何影响。下一道工序是用第二套适当的冲压模具(图中未示出)将符号4反冲凸出标牌正面，如实线所示。这样，符号不仅立体凸出，而且与标牌2的本底形成鲜明的颜色对比。

Claims (1)

1.制造标牌，尤其是制造汽车标牌的方法，此方法将符号凸出，即从标牌本底面冲压凸出，标牌上色后，符号显示出标牌板坏本底面原来的状态和特性，其特征在于：有下述的工序：
a)首先在有底色或涂覆色的标牌板坏上进行符号深冲；
b)然后将本底面要求的颜色通过滚压或薄膜热压对标牌上色，此时已深冲的符号保持不上色；
c)最后，将未上色的符号反冲突出本底面。
