Cervical spondylosis is a typical one of bone diseases, and the incidence rate of the cervical spondylosis is higher and higher due to the fact that modern people lean down to operate a mobile phone for a long time or work at desk for a long time, and the cervical spondylosis tends to be younger. Acute and chronic injuries of the cervical intervertebral disc can be caused by long-time improper working posture, poor sleeping position and unscientific physical exercise, and the degenerative change of the intervertebral disc is accelerated. Patients with cervical spondylosis often feel soreness and distension in the neck and shoulders, pain and discomfort, sensory and motor dysfunction of the limbs, and even seriously affect work and life.
The current methods for treatment of bone diseases are mainly surgical treatment and non-surgical treatment, and the non-surgical treatment methods include physical therapy, exercise therapy and drug therapy; most of the traditional Chinese medicines and western medicines in the pharmacotherapy have the effect of temporarily relieving pain, and the problem cannot be fundamentally solved; the Chinese medicinal preparation has unique curative effect on treating the bone diseases, can relieve and contact discomfort caused by the related bone diseases, can delay the progress of the disease development, and effectively prevent and control the relapse of the bone diseases. For example, the cervical pain granules for cervical spondylosis in the prior art can activate blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis, promote qi circulation to relieve pain, and can treat cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Safety test
Taking 10 mice, and randomly dividing the mice into two groups, namely a control group and an experimental group; the mice in the control group were given physiological saline, the mice in the control group were given the medical nutrition meal of example 1, dissolved in warm water, and subjected to intragastric administration once a day in an intragastric administration manner at an intragastric administration dose of 2 g/kg. All mice were fed for 7 days in the same environment and the health status of both groups of mice was observed, including mental status, eating status and defecation status.
The mice in the experimental group are good in health condition and do not have any uncomfortable symptoms through feeding observation for 7 days.
Effect test
1. The intervention test of the medical nutrition meal beneficial to medicine absorption and recovery for rehabilitation of bone disease patients on mice comprises the following steps:
in the experiment, the traditional Chinese medicine preparation selects the neck pain granules, and the compositions of the neck pain granules known in the prior art are pseudo-ginseng, ligusticum wallichii, corydalis tuber, white paeony root, clematis chinensis, kudzu root and notopterygium root. According to the patent CN104887771A, the ginsenoside Rg1 is a typical component in the granules for relieving the neck pain, so the absorption and utilization conditions of the granules for relieving the neck pain are proved by detecting the ginsenoside Rg1 in the test.
Taking 150 mice, randomly dividing into 5 groups, feeding the cervicodynia granules to the mice in the group 1 in an intragastric manner, taking 20mg/kg of medicine dosage, taking venous blood of the mice according to the medicine taking time of 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10h, and detecting the content of ginsenoside Rg1 in the serum of the mice;
group 2 mice were given the 2g/kg medical nutrition meal prepared in example 1 and 20mg/kg of cervicodynia granules; group 3 mice were given the medical nutrition meal prepared in comparative example 1 at a dose of 2g/kg and the cervicodynia granules at a dose of 20 mg/kg; group 4 mice were given the medical nutrition meal prepared in comparative example 2 at a dose of 2g/kg and the cervicodynia granules at a dose of 20 mg/kg; group 5 mice were given the medical nutrition meal prepared in comparative example 3 at a dose of 2g/kg and the cervicodynia granules at a dose of 20 mg/kg; after the medical nutrition meal and the cervicodynia granules are taken, venous blood of the mice is extracted according to the taking time of 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 hours, and the content of the ginsenoside Rg1 in the blood serum of the mice is detected.
The detection result is shown in fig. 1, and the ordinate of fig. 1 is the content of ginsenoside Rg1, unit μ g/mL; as can be seen from the figure, the content of the ginsenoside Rg1 in the serum of the control group mouse is lowest, the content of the ginsenoside Rg1 in the serum of the group mouse in the example 1 is highest, and along with the metabolism of the drug in the blood, the content of the ginsenoside Rg1 in the serum of the group mouse in the example 1 is always higher than that of the control group mouse, which indicates that the medical nutrition meal prepared in the example 1 can effectively promote the absorption and utilization of the drug components in the cervicodynia granules by the mouse, so that the rehabilitation of cervical spondylosis can be promoted.
And the medical nutritional meal composition of the invention can help to relieve symptoms of patients with bone diseases due to the presence of the components of edible hyaluronic acid, vitamin K2, vitamin D, calcium lactate, D-glucosamine hydrochloride and chondroitin sulfate.
2. 26 patients with nerve root type cervical spondylosis who used the medical nutrition meal of the invention were followed up in the form of questionnaire, and the 26 patients all took the traditional Chinese medicine preparation for treating nerve root type cervical spondylosis. The follow-up results show that: 24 patients fed back that one of the breakfast, the lunch and the dinner is replaced by the medical nutrition meal every day, the medical nutrition meal is used consistently, the taste is good, the medical nutrition meal is considered to be effective from the sense, and the investigation result of other 2 patients is lost.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
