背景技术
在中医理论中脾虚泛指是脾气虚损造成的一系列身体脏器失调的多种生理现象。脾虚包含运化失常导致营养吸收出现障碍,水液失于布散导致体湿痰多,甚至是出现败血症。肾有先天之本的说法,而脾则是后天这本,是气血生化之源,所以脾虚不宜小看。
湿通于脾,那就首先要调理脾胃,调理脾胃的关键就是提升阳气。李东垣的理论是:“以辛甘之剂,补此中而升其阳,脾阳升则湿邪自化,犹如离照当空,阴霾自散。”

本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种升脾祛湿用固体饮料。

本发明还提供一种用于制备上述升脾祛湿用固体饮料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、按上述重量配比称取药材;
S2、将称取好的药材分别洗净干燥,后磨成粉末备用;
S3、按照配比均匀混合原料,并将混合好的粉末倒入纯化水中,进行充分搅拌,使药粉中的有效可溶物质充分溶解在水中,静置后将沉淀去除,完成配料;
S4、对混合好的液体进行预热,使混合好的液体保持40-60℃,同时密切注意均质压力,使均质压力始终保持10-18Mpa;
S5、对预热均质后的混合液体进行杀菌消毒,保持100-120℃的高温,直至混合液体的浓度变为15-18°Be即可完成干燥消毒;
S6、将干燥消毒后的混合液体倒入雾化器中,并紧固好喷枪,开启引风机并调整塔内负压,在排风温度达到75-88℃的范围内时,开始喷雾,热风即可对喷出的混合液体进行干燥,水汽被蒸发,混合液体中的有效成分变为粉子进入粉塔;
S7、当粉塔下粉后,在流化床视孔注意观察粉的运动情况,使粉子以悬浮状态均匀向前移动,经流化床冷却后的粉末过筛后即可按公知工艺进行密封包装存储。

山药:山药入药以后具有健脾、补肺以及固肾和益精等多种功效,平时可以用于人类腹泻和虚劳以及咳嗽还有男性遗精与小便频繁等多种疾病的治疗,治疗功效十分明显;山药对人类的咳嗽痰多以及气喘等症状都有很好的治疗作用,平时治疗时可以把山药捣成泥状放在碗中加入半碗榨出的新鲜甘蔗汁,然后把它们调匀,加热以后直接饮用就能起到止咳化痰和平喘的重要作用;消肿止痛也是山药的重要作用。
山楂:性味:酸、甘,微温。归经:归脾、胃、肝经。功效:消食健胃,行气散瘀,化浊降脂。主治:用于肉食积滞,胃脘胀满,泻痢腹痛,瘀血经闭,产后瘀阻,心腹刺痛,胸痹心痛,疝气疼痛,高脂血症。焦山楂消食导滞作用增强。用于肉食积滞,泻痢不爽。
麦芽:性味:甘,平;归经:归脾、胃经;功能主治:行气消食,健脾开胃,退乳消胀,用于食积不消,脘腹胀痛,脾虚食少,乳汁郁积,乳房胀痛,妇女断乳;生麦芽:健脾和胃,疏肝行气,用于脾虚食少,乳汁郁积;炒麦芽:行气消食回乳,用于食积不消,妇女断乳;焦麦芽:消食化滞,用于食积不消,脘腹胀痛。
芡实:性味:甘、涩,平;归经:归脾、肾经;功能主治:益肾固精,补脾止泻,祛湿止带,用于梦遗滑精,遗尿尿频,脾虚久泻,白浊,带下。
莲子:性平,味甘、涩;归脾经、肾经、心经;功效与作用:补脾止泻、益肾固精、养心安神,属收涩药下属分类的固精缩尿止带药。
砂仁:性味:辛,温;归经:归脾、胃、肾经;功能主治:化湿开胃,温脾止泻,理气安胎,用于湿浊中阻,脘痞不饥,脾胃虚寒,呕吐泄泻,妊娠恶阻,胎动不安。
葛根:味甘、辛、凉;归脾、胃经,主治:发表解肌,升阳止泻,解热生津,透疹。
藿香:性味:辛,微温;归经:入肺、脾、胃经;功能主治:快气,和中,辟秽,祛湿,治感冒暑湿,寒热,头痛,胸脘痞闷,呕吐泄泻,疟疾,痢疾,口臭。
木瓜:性温,味酸:归肝经、脾经;功效与作用:平肝舒筋、和胃化湿,属祛风湿药下属分类的祛风湿强筋骨药。
桔梗:宣肺,利咽,祛痰,排脓。用于咳嗽痰多,胸闷不畅,咽痛,音哑,肺痈吐脓,疮疡脓成不溃。
丁香:性味归经:温;辛;归脾、胃、肺、肾经;功能主治:温中降逆,补肾助阳,用于脾胃虚寒,呃逆呕吐,食少吐泻,心腹冷痛,肾虚阳痿。
荷叶:性味:苦,平;归经:归肝、脾、胃经;功能主治:清热解暑,升发清阳,凉血止血,用于暑热烦渴,暑湿泄泻,脾虚泄泻,血热吐衄,便血崩漏;荷叶炭收涩化瘀止血,用于多种出血症及产后血晕。
芦根:味甘,性寒;归肺、胃经,功用主治:有清热,生津,止呕,利小便的功能;治热病烦渴,口干咽燥,胃热呕吐,肺热咳嗽,肺痈,小便短赤等症;又可治感冒风热,尿路感染,吐血,衄血,肺结核,支气管扩张等;并能解河豚鱼毒。
栀子:性苦寒、无毒,归心、肝、肺、胃经,具有泻火除烦、清热利湿、凉血解毒,栀子外用具有消肿止痛的作用。
甘草:味甘,性平,归心、肺、脾、胃经,补脾益气,清热解毒,祛痰止咳,缓急止痛,调和诸药,用于脾胃虚弱,倦怠乏力,心悸气短,咳嗽痰多,脘腹、四肢挛急疼痛,痈肿疮毒,缓解药物毒性、烈性。
益智仁:性味:辛,温;归经:入脾,肾经;功能主治:温脾,暖肾,固气,涩精,治冷气腹痛,中寒吐泻,多唾,遗精,小便余沥,夜多小便。
薏苡仁:味甘、淡,凉,归脾、胃、肺经,健脾渗湿,除痹止泻,清热排浓,用于水肿,脚气,小便不利,湿痹拘挛,脾虚泄泻,肺痈,肠痈;扁平疣。
白扁豆:味甘,微温,归脾、胃经,功能主治:健脾化湿,和中消暑,用于脾胃虚弱,食欲不振,大便溏泻,白带过多,暑湿吐泻,胸闷腹胀,能健脾、化湿、消暑,兼杀酒毒,亦解河豚毒。
赤小豆:味性:甘酸,平;归经:归心、小肠经;利水除湿,和血排脓,消肿解毒;治水肿,脚气,黄疸,泻痢,便血,痈肿。
肉豆蔻:味辛,性温;归脾、胃、大肠经;功能主治:用于脾胃虚寒,久泻不止,脘腹胀痛,食少呕吐,有温中行气,固肠止泻,解酒毒,消食之功
莱菔子:性平,味辛、甘。归脾经、胃经、肺经;功效与作用:下气、祛痰、消食化积。属消食药。
紫苏子:性味辛,温。归经归肺经。功能主治:降气消痰,平喘,润肠。用于痰壅气逆,咳嗽气喘,肠燥便秘。
火麻仁:性味:甘,平;归经:归脾、胃、大肠经;功能主治:润肠通便,用于血虚津亏,肠燥便秘。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明能够通过对多种药食同源的药材,通过湿法工艺进行提取,能够调养脾胃、升阳祛湿、调和脏腑、滋养荣卫,无副作用,且服用时,热水冲调即可,简单方便,且口感以甘为主,适合广泛推广。

一种升脾祛湿用固体饮料,由以下重量的原料组成:人参100g;茯苓60g;佛手60g;山药60g;山楂50g;麦芽50g;芡实50g;莲子50g;砂仁50g;葛根100g;藿香50g;木瓜30g;桔梗30g;丁香30g;荷叶30g;芦根30g;栀子30g;甘草30g;益智仁50g;薏苡仁50g;白扁豆50g;赤小豆50g;肉豆蔻30g;莱菔子30g;紫苏子30g;火麻仁20g。
实施例二:
一种升脾祛湿用固体饮料,由以下重量的原料组成:人参80g;茯苓42g;佛手42g;山药42g;山楂25g;麦芽25g;芡实25g;莲子25g;砂仁25g;葛根80g;藿香25g;木瓜18g;桔梗18g;丁香18g;荷叶18g;芦根18g;栀子16g;甘草18g;益智仁24g;薏苡仁26g;白扁豆24g;赤小豆26g;肉豆蔻20g;莱菔子22g;紫苏子16g;火麻仁12g。
实施例三:
一种升脾祛湿用固体饮料,由以下重量的原料组成:人参125g;茯苓78g;佛手80g;山药80g;山楂76g;麦芽76g;芡实80g;莲子76g;砂仁76g;葛根120g;藿香80g;木瓜55g;桔梗55g;丁香60g;荷叶56g;芦根54g;栀子45g;甘草55g;益智仁80g;薏苡仁85g;白扁豆85g;赤小豆85g;肉豆蔻50g;莱菔子50g;紫苏子50g;火麻仁36g。
本实施例中,所述麦芽选用生麦芽。
本实施例中,所述人参入药用时须除去芦头。
本发明还提供一种用于制备上述升脾祛湿用固体饮料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、按上述重量配比称取药材;
S2、将称取好的药材分别洗净干燥,后磨成粉末备用;
S3、按照配比均匀混合原料,并将混合好的粉末倒入纯化水中,进行充分搅拌,使药粉中的有效可溶物质充分溶解在水中,静置后将沉淀去除,完成配料;
S4、对混合好的液体进行预热,使混合好的液体保持40-60℃,同时密切注意均质压力,使均质压力始终保持10-18Mpa;
S5、对预热均质后的混合液体进行杀菌消毒,保持100-120℃的高温,直至混合液体的浓度变为15-18°Be即可完成干燥消毒;
S6、将干燥消毒后的混合液体倒入雾化器中,并紧固好喷枪,开启引风机并调整塔内负压,在排风温度达到75-88℃的范围内时,开始喷雾,热风即可对喷出的混合液体进行干燥,水汽被蒸发,混合液体中的有效成分变为粉子进入粉塔;
S7、当粉塔下粉后,在流化床视孔注意观察粉的运动情况,使粉子以悬浮状态均匀向前移动,经流化床冷却后的粉末过筛后即可按公知工艺进行密封包装存储。
本实施例中,所述步骤S3中,所述配料的浓度不超过11°Be。
本实施例中,所述步骤S6中,排风温度最佳为85℃。
本实施例中,所述步骤S7中,经流化床冷却后的粉末可通入颗粒机中,制成颗粒状成品。
本实施例中,所述步骤S7中,在密封存储时,使用消毒后的遮光塑料袋进行包装,规格为5g/袋。
本发明的用法为:一日两次,一次一袋(早晚);建议用150ml的热水冲调,均匀搅拌后即可服用。
贮藏方法:密闭、置阴凉干燥处。
不适宜人群:婴幼儿。

1.一种升脾祛湿用固体饮料,其特征在于:由以下重量的原料组成:人参70-130g;茯苓35-90g;佛手35-90g;山药35-90g;山楂20-85g;麦芽20-85g;芡实20-85g;莲子20-85g;砂仁20-85g;葛根70-130g;藿香20-85g;木瓜15-60g;桔梗15-60g;丁香15-60g;荷叶15-60g;芦根15-60g;栀子15-60g;甘草15-60g;益智仁20-85g;薏苡仁20-85g;白扁豆20-85g;赤小豆20-85g;肉豆蔻15-60g;莱菔子15-60g;紫苏子15-60g;火麻仁8-45g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种升脾祛湿用固体饮料,其特征在于:由以下重量的原料组成:人参100g;茯苓60g;佛手60g;山药60g;山楂50g;麦芽50g;芡实50g;莲子50g;砂仁50g;葛根100g;藿香50g;木瓜30g;桔梗30g;丁香30g;荷叶30g;芦根30g;栀子30g;甘草30g;益智仁50g;薏苡仁50g;白扁豆50g;赤小豆50g;肉豆蔻30g;莱菔子30g;紫苏子30g;火麻仁20g。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种升脾祛湿用固体饮料,其特征在于:所述麦芽选用生麦芽。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种升脾祛湿用固体饮料,其特征在于:所述人参入药用时须除去芦头。
5.一种用于制备权利要求1或2任意一项所述的升脾祛湿用固体饮料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
S1、按上述重量配比称取药材;
S2、将称取好的药材分别洗净干燥,后磨成粉末备用;
S3、按照配比均匀混合原料,并将混合好的粉末倒入纯化水中,进行充分搅拌,使药粉中的有效可溶物质充分溶解在水中,静置后将沉淀去除,完成配料;
S4、对混合好的液体进行预热,使混合好的液体保持40-60℃,同时密切注意均质压力,使均质压力始终保持10-18Mpa;
S5、对预热均质后的混合液体进行杀菌消毒,保持100-120℃的高温,直至混合液体的浓度变为15-18°Be即可完成干燥消毒;
S6、将干燥消毒后的混合液体倒入雾化器中,并紧固好喷枪,开启引风机并调整塔内负压,在排风温度达到75-88℃的范围内时,开始喷雾,热风即可对喷出的混合液体进行干燥,水汽被蒸发,混合液体中的有效成分变为粉子进入粉塔;
S7、当粉塔下粉后,在流化床视孔注意观察粉的运动情况,使粉子以悬浮状态均匀向前移动,经流化床冷却后的粉末过筛后即可按公知工艺进行密封包装存储。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种升脾祛湿用固体饮料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S3中,所述配料的浓度不超过11°Be。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种升脾祛湿用固体饮料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S6中,排风温度最佳为85℃。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种升脾祛湿用固体饮料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S7中,经流化床冷却后的粉末可通入颗粒机中,制成颗粒状成品。
9.根据权利要求5或8所述的一种升脾祛湿用固体饮料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S7中,在密封存储时,使用消毒后的遮光塑料袋进行包装,规格为5g/袋。
