对于中和的苯丙类树脂,分子量(重均)优选在约2,000至18,000的范围内,更优选在约3,000至10,000的范围内。中和的苯丙类树脂的玻璃化转变温度Tg (DSC)优选在约100℃至120℃的范围内。组合物中固态的中和的苯丙类树脂的总量在约0.5重量%至20重量%的范围内。
可商购的苯丙类树脂的非限制性实例为Joncryl (来自BASF),Thyon (来自Diransa),HSU-688 (来自Jiangsu Chemical Co.)。
苯丙类聚合物的非限制性实例为可商购自Dow Chemical公司的Rhoplex。
组合物的剩余部分包含诸如水的载剂。
组合物可任选地包含以下中的一者或多者:增塑剂,非离子型表面活性剂,含氟表面活性剂,聚结溶剂,蜡,香料,和另外的聚合物。
增塑剂的一个非限制性实例为磷酸三(丁氧基乙基)酯。增塑剂优选以0重量%至约2重量%的范围存在,更优选以约0.05重量%至1.5重量%的范围存在。
非离子型表面活性剂优选在0重量%至0.5重量%的范围内。可商购的非离子型表面活性剂的一个非限制性实例为Tomadol 91-2.5。
聚结溶剂的一个非限制性实例为二乙二醇单乙醚。这种可商购的聚结溶剂的一个实例为来自Clariant的Hostaphat TBEP。聚结溶剂优选在0重量%至2重量%的范围内,更优选在0.2重量%至1重量%的范围内。
蜡的一个非限制性实例为基于氧化聚乙烯蜡的乳剂。这种可商购的蜡的一个实例为MegHWax AC 392 N35。蜡优选在0重量%至1重量%的范围内。
香料优选以0重量%至1.5重量%的范围存在。
载剂、优选水为组合物的剩余部分。
在本发明的一个实施方案中,提供了一种在添加入组合物之前中和聚合物或树脂的方法。该方法包括用氨中和聚合物或树脂。该方法在表面上留下了更耐久的层。为了从表面上去除该层,使用或者含有更多氨或者另一种碱的碱性洗涤液来洗涤表面以去除残留层。
在本发明的一个实施方案中,提供了另一种在添加入组合物之前中和聚合物或树脂的方法。该方法包括用胺诸如单乙醇胺(MEA)、三乙醇胺(TEA)等中和聚合物或树脂。用胺中和使得表面上留下的层更易溶于水。例如,如果想要去除残留层,浸湿在水中的破布就可去除残留层。因为如MEA的胺是比杀生物活性剂季胺更强的碱,它们支配树脂间的酸/碱平衡,而留季胺活性剂来中和微生物。
对于树脂中和剂,优选包含MEA或TEA或它们的共混物的胺。氨也可作为中和剂。添加的量取决于树脂的酸值以达到中和。树脂的最佳酸值为200至250。
本发明的组合物是透明的,具有非条纹状的残留物,并且可容易去除并提供残留消毒。

制品可为织物或布。制品可包括合成或天然材料或合成和天然材料的共混物。天然材料的实例包括但不限于棉、亚麻(linen)、丝、羊毛、大麻和亚麻纤维(flax)。合成材料的实例包括但不限于聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯、聚酯、尼龙、人造丝、丙烯酸类和斯潘德克斯纤维。基材可为织造或非织造的。基材可包括熔喷聚合物材料。
在本发明的一个实施方案中,制品是具有至最多24小时的残留消毒活性的擦拭物。擦拭物能够保护硬表面免受微生物生长并防护细菌,而不留下明显的残留物或累积物。

Claims (36)
1.一种用于残留消毒的组合物,其包含:
中和的丙烯酸类聚合物,中和的丙烯酸类树脂,或它们的组合,
杀生物活性剂,和
载剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其中所述杀生物活性剂为季胺或季胺的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其中所述杀生物活性剂为聚六亚甲基双胍(PHMB)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其中所述杀生物活性剂为硅烷化季胺或硅烷化季胺的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其中所述杀生物活性剂以约0.05重量%至2重量%的量存在。
6.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其中所述载剂为水。
7.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其中所述中和的丙烯酸类聚合物为中和的苯丙类聚合物。
8.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其中所述中和的丙烯酸类树脂为中和的苯丙类树脂。
9.根据权利要求8所述的组合物,其中所述中和的苯丙类树脂具有在约2,000至18,000的范围内的分子量(重均)。
10.根据权利要求9所述的组合物,其中所述中和的苯丙类树脂具有在约3,000至10,000的范围内的分子量(重均)。
11.根据权利要求8所述的组合物,其中所述中和的苯丙类树脂具有在约100℃至120℃的范围内的玻璃化转变温度Tg (DSC)。
12.根据权利要求8所述的组合物,其中所述中和的苯丙类树脂呈固体的形式。
13.根据权利要求12所述的组合物,其中所述组合物中所述固态的中和的苯丙类树脂在约0.5重量%至20重量%的范围内。
14.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其还包含选自由增塑剂、非离子型表面活性剂、含氟表面活性剂、聚结溶剂、蜡、香料、第二聚合物和它们的组合组成的组的组分。
15.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其中所述增塑剂为磷酸三(丁氧基乙基)酯。
16.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其中所述增塑剂以0.05重量%至约2重量%的范围存在。
17.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其中所述非离子型表面活性剂以至最多约0.5重量%的范围存在。
18.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其中所述聚结溶剂为二乙二醇单乙醚。
19.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其中所述聚结溶剂以至最多约2重量%的范围存在。
20.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其中所述蜡为基于氧化聚乙烯蜡的乳剂。
21.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其中所述蜡以至最多1重量%的范围存在。
22.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其还包含苄醇。
23.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其中所述苄醇以0.25重量%至1.5重量%的量存在。
24.一种制备组合物的方法,所述方法包括:
用碱中和苯丙类聚合物、苯丙类树脂或它们的组合;并且
将中和的苯丙类聚合物、中和的苯丙类树脂或它们的组合加入包含载剂和杀生物活性剂的组合物。
25.根据权利要求24所述的方法,其中所述杀生物活性剂选自由季胺或季胺的混合物、聚六亚甲基双胍(PHMB)、硅烷化季胺或硅烷化季胺的混合物和它们的组合组成的组。
26.根据权利要求24所述的方法,其中所述组合物还包含苄醇。
27.根据权利要求24所述的方法,其中所述碱选自由氨、胺和它们的组合组成的组。
28.根据权利要求24所述的方法,其中所述胺选自由单乙醇胺(MEA)、三乙醇胺(TEA)和它们的组合组成的组。
29.一种已用用于残留消毒的组合物处理的制品,所述组合物包含:
中和的丙烯酸类聚合物,中和的丙烯酸类树脂,或它们的组合,
杀生物活性剂,和
载剂。
30.根据权利要求29所述的制品,其中所述制品呈擦拭物的形式。
31.根据权利要求29所述的制品,其中所述制品包括合成材料、天然材料或合成和天然材料的共混物。
32.根据权利要求31所述的制品,其中所述天然材料选自由棉、亚麻、丝、羊毛、大麻、亚麻纤维和它们的组合组成的组。
33.根据权利要求31所述的制品,其中所述合成材料选自由聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯、聚酯、尼龙、人造丝、丙烯酸类、斯潘德克斯纤维和它们的组合组成的组。
34.一种使用组合物的方法,所述方法包括:
用包含中和的丙烯酸类聚合物、中和的丙烯酸类树脂或它们的组合、杀生物活性剂和载剂的组合物处理基材。
35.根据权利要求34所述的方法,其还包括:
使用已处理的基材以赋予表面残留消毒活性。
36.根据权利要求34所述的方法,其中所述已处理的基材具有至最多24小时的残留消毒活性。
