Selecting 80 Kunming white mice with the weight of 20-22g, randomly dividing the mice into four groups, respectively marking the groups as a blank group, a control 1 group, a control 2 group and an experimental group, wherein each group comprises 20 mice, each group comprises half of the male and female, each group of the mice binds sachets under the chest, 3g of the medicine is used in each sachet, and the sachets are replaced once a week; glass beads with the same mass are placed in the blank group of sachets; control 1 group was placed with the sachet of comparative example 1; control 2 group was placed with the sachet of comparative example 2; the experiment group is provided with the sachet. Continuously feeding for 40 days; at room temperature, 10 mice were randomly selected from each group, the sachets on the mice were removed, and a piece of lead-loaded skin 5% of the weight of the mice was hung on the tail of the mice. The mice were placed in a 0.02% sulfur dioxide solution tank at 15-18 ℃ and a solution depth of 35cm, and the time from swimming initiation to death was recorded, and the test results are shown in FIG. 1:
it can be seen that the time of the white mice after using the sachet of the invention in the weight swimming is significantly longer than that of the blank group and the control group, so that the sachet of the invention has significantly improved capability of improving the resistance of the body against the adverse factors of the environment, and the mice have higher resistance and immunity in the adverse environment.
Test example 2 clinical test of the present invention:
selecting 84 novel coronary pneumonia patients, specifically showing aversion to cold, dizziness, inappetence, debilitation and dry cough, averagely dividing the patients into 2 groups, wherein each group comprises 42 patients, and recording as an experimental group and a control group; the test group patients hung the sachets of the invention on the chest, each sachet was 30g, and the control group did not use sachets. The days of hospitalization from the start of the experiment to the recovery of each group of patients were counted.
Test results
Control group Experimental group
Length of stay (sky) 11.3 8.2
