Description

Traditional Chinese veterinary medicine composition for treating African swine fever
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of traditional Chinese veterinary medicines, relates to a traditional Chinese veterinary medicine composition, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese veterinary medicine composition for treating African swine fever.
Background
African swine fever: african Swine Fever (ASF) is an acute, hemorrhagic and virulent infectious disease caused by African Swine Fever Virus (ASFV) infecting domestic pigs and various wild pigs (such as African wild pigs, European wild pigs and the like). The world animal health Organization (OIE) classifies the animal epidemic disease as a legal report animal epidemic disease, and the disease is also a type of animal epidemic disease which is mainly prevented in China. The acute cough-relieving and acute infection has the characteristics of short disease process, high mortality rate of the most acute and acute infections up to 100%, fever (up to 40-42 ℃) as clinical manifestations, accelerated heartbeat, dyspnea, partial cough, serous or mucoid purulent secretion of eyes and nose, cyanosis of skin and obvious bleeding of lymph nodes, kidney and gastrointestinal mucosa.
At present, the treatment of the African swine fever is a weak link, effective preparations and means are lacked, and new safe and effective medicines with quick response are developed and are especially important for controlling the current African swine fever epidemic situation.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a traditional Chinese veterinary medicine composition for treating African swine fever, which has the advantages of quick curative effect, good effect, capability of enhancing the immunity and disease resistance of pigs, greenness and no pollution.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a traditional Chinese veterinary medicine composition for treating African swine fever comprises the following raw material medicines in parts by weight: 15-19 parts of pseudo-ginseng, 10-12 parts of ginseng leaf, 8-12 parts of acanthopanax, 9-12 parts of gynostemma pentaphylla, 6-8 parts of cortex lycii radicis, 10-12 parts of cogongrass rhizome, 9-11 parts of radix pseudostellariae, 8-12 parts of barbed skullcap herb, 8-10 parts of barberry root, 6-9 parts of tree peony bark, 6-10 parts of spearmint, 6-8 parts of saffron crocus and 8-10 parts of liquorice.

The invention is used for treating African swine fever, achieves better effect, and the case statistics are shown in the following table:
african swine fever treatment statistical table (time: 10 months in 2018-4 months in 2019)
Item Total treatment number Number of cure cases Effective number of cases Number of invalid cases Effective rate (%)
Acute/subacute African swine fever 1533 1076 372 85 94.46
Chronic African swine fever 1229 1039 123 67 94.55
Total up to 2762 2315 295 152 94.50
The above statistics are mainly based on the following:
(one) determination of statistical cases:
the first diagnosis can be made according to epidemiology, clinical symptoms and pathological changes, and then the cases except the non-Zhou swine fever can be excluded by a laboratory diagnosis means (adopting immunofluorescence technology). The method comprises the following specific steps:
A. acute type
Subcutaneous bleeding in sick pigs, excess body fluid present in the heart (pericardial hydrops with yellowish fluid) and body cavities (edema, ascites), bleeding spots on the heart surface (epicardium), bladder and kidneys (cortex and renal pelvis), possibly engorgement and stasis spots in the lungs; there is foam in the trachea and bronchi, severe alveolar and interstitial pulmonary edema; ecchymosis, ecchymosis (major bleeding), excessive clotting in the stomach, small intestine and large intestine; hepatic congestion and gallbladder hemorrhage; lymph node (especially gastrointestinal and renal) enlargement, edema, and whole lymph node bleeding, with a morphology similar to a blood clot; the spleen is enlarged and embrittled, and the round edge becomes dark red or even black; and a spot on the kidney capsule (spotting).
B subacute type
The main clinical manifestations are: subacute african swine fever is caused by moderately virulent strains and may occur in endemic regions. The clinical symptoms are similar to those observed in the acute form, except for the more pronounced vasculopathy, mainly bleeding and edema. Fever of different degrees is common, accompanied by indigestion and loss of appetite; pain may occur while walking and joints often swell due to fluid accumulation and fibrosis. There may be signs of dyspnea and pneumonia; pregnant sows may be aborted and serous pericarditis (fluid filling around the heart) often progresses to more severe cellulosic, sexual pericarditis.
C. Slow type
The clinical symptoms of the main table are: the clinical symptoms are mild fever starting 14 to 21 days after infection with mild dyspnea and moderate to severe joint swelling. Erythema, bulging, and necrosis of the skin also commonly occur. Autopsy showed pneumonia with caseous necrosis (sometimes with localized calcification) in the lungs, fibrous pericarditis; and enlargement of lymph nodes (mainly mediastinal lymph nodes) and regional bleeding.
Laboratory diagnostics
On the basis of the primary diagnosis, the fluorescence quantitative PCR examination is adopted for confirmation.
(II) evaluating the curative effect:
and (3) curing: the symptoms completely disappear, and the main physical and chemical inspection indexes are normal;
the method has the following advantages: all aspects of symptoms are improved compared with before treatment;
and (4) invalidation: compared with the prior treatment, all symptoms are not obviously improved.
Effective rate (number of cure cases + number of effective cases)/total number of treatment cases.

15g of pseudo-ginseng, 12g of ginseng leaves, 9g of acanthopanax, 11g of gynostemma pentaphylla, 8g of cortex lycii radicis, 10g of cogongrass rhizome, 11g of radix pseudostellariae, 9g of sculellaria barbata, 8g of barberry root, 6g of moutan bark, 7g of spearmint, 6g of saffron crocus and 8g of liquorice which are not damaged by worms or rotten are respectively taken for later use.
Can be increased in proportion to the veterinary composition according to the required amount of the veterinary composition.
Cleaning the above materials, drying, pulverizing, sieving (seven sieve), mixing, sterilizing, and packaging according to 50g per bag.
The using method comprises the following steps: the medicine is taken according to the dosage of 150g for about 25kg of piglets per day, the dosage of each kg of body weight of other sick pigs is 6g, and the pigs are fed for three times in the morning, in the middle and in the evening.
When the veterinary drug composition is fed, for sick pigs with remarkably reduced appetite and even dead eating, the veterinary drug composition is added into a certain amount of concentrated feed, is uniformly stirred, is kept at a moderate temperature (no cold or no hot), and is then drenched. For sick pigs with better appetite, the traditional Chinese veterinary medicine composition can be mixed in complete formula feed for the sick pigs to eat. Three days is a course of treatment, and generally, the patients can be cured after being fed for 1-2 courses of treatment. In the treatment process, sick pigs need to be isolated and treated independently, and uninfected pigs can also be prevented by using the medicine.
This example is suitable for the treatment of chronic African swine fever with mild epidemic.
