Every "garden house in the air" all has gardens layer by layer, and every household has courtyards-namely every two or more layers have public plazas, and every household has private courtyards. The garden greening square and the private garden courtyard can be covered with soil to plant flowers, grass and trees, so that the garden greening square and the private garden courtyard can live in a high-rise building as well as a ground floor, have pavilion attics, flowers, grass, trees and movable leisure spaces, and live in the high-rise building to have the neighborhood of the streets again, so that the old people are not alone and children are not alone.

It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the orientation of the house building, and preferably all the main rooms face south, and the sub-rooms face south and south.

In addition, in the embodiment of the invention, the construction of the aerial garden dwelling house can comprise the following steps:

pouring foundations with corresponding strength according to the number of layers of the public garden leisure platform to be built;

building a first layer of public garden leisure platform on the foundation, and pouring a wall column (or assembling the wall column) on the layer of public garden leisure platform;

constructing the unit house according to the designed unit house construction requirement, wherein the unit house construction requirement comprises the spacing distance of the unit house;

building a second layer of public garden leisure platform, and pouring a wall column (or assembling the wall column) on the layer of public garden leisure platform;

building a unit house according to the position of the unit house on the public garden leisure platform which is relatively adjacent to the next layer of public garden leisure platform and the designed structure (house type, size, orientation and the like) of the unit house, wherein the unit house building requirements comprise the spacing distance of the unit house and the position of the unit house on the public garden leisure platform which is relatively lower layer (mainly embodied in the staggered arrangement of outdoor private garden courtyards on the upper and lower layers);

and building a public garden leisure platform and a unit house vertically upwards in sequence;

after the public garden leisure platform is built to a preset number of layers, the public garden leisure platform on the top layer and buildings positioned on the public garden leisure platform are built according to the requirements of the open-air buildings on the top layer, and the building of the structures such as an elevator, a fire stair, an automatic sprinkling irrigation and drip irrigation system and the like is completed.

Claims

1. An aerial garden house is characterized by comprising a public garden leisure platform and a house;

the house is arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the public garden leisure platform by taking each house or each unit as a unit, so that the public leisure platform has a plurality of air convection spaces, a living room of each house of the house is arranged at the corner of the outer wall of the house, and the living room at least has two adjacent corresponding outer wall surfaces;

each layer of public garden leisure platform is supported by wall columns and vertically arranged upwards layer by layer, and the houses arranged between each layer are arranged in one or more layers;

the total length of the house at intervals along the circumferential direction of the public garden leisure platform is not less than one fourth of the circumference of the public garden leisure platform, so that the public garden leisure platform is provided with sufficient lighting channels; the public garden leisure platform is in a courtyard type or street type.

2. An aerial garden dwelling according to claim 1, wherein: and each house entrance door of the house is opened or closed towards the direction of the public garden leisure platform.

3. An aerial garden dwelling according to claim 1, wherein: each house is provided with an outdoor private garden outside the living room, and odd and even layers are respectively arranged on two adjacent outer wall surfaces of the living room in a staggered manner.

4. An aerial garden dwelling according to claim 3, wherein: the private garden and courtyard are not arranged on the upper layer of other windowed rooms of each household of the house except the toilet.

5. An aerial garden dwelling according to claim 3, wherein: each private garden yard of the house is of a sinking plate upturning beam structure and is provided with a concave pool for covering soil and planting trees.

6. An aerial garden dwelling according to claim 5, wherein: an automatic sprinkling irrigation and drip irrigation system is installed in the private garden of the house to irrigate flowers, plants and trees.

7. An aerial garden dwelling according to claim 3, wherein: the private garden courtyard is provided with a rigid waterproof layer.

8. An aerial garden dwelling according to claim 1, wherein: the aerial garden house is provided with 2 layers to 100 layers of public garden leisure platforms, and the height of each layer of public garden leisure platform is the same as the height of all houses in the platform height of the layer.

9. An aerial garden dwelling according to claim 1, wherein: the aerial garden house further comprises an elevator and fire stairs, wherein the elevator and the fire stairs are arranged between the adjacent public garden leisure platforms and are used for communicating the adjacent public garden leisure platforms.

10. An aerial garden dwelling according to claim 9, wherein: be equipped with the parking area on the public gardens leisure platform, the elevator is including being used for transporting the vehicle to the car carrying elevator in parking area.
