Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the upper layer of the windowed room of each house 2 is not provided with a private garden yard, but the upper layer of the windowed room of the toilet can be excluded.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the odd-numbered outdoor private garden yard 5 and the even-numbered outdoor private garden yard 6 are arranged in both directions of the outer corner of the house 2 and are completely isolated from the main rooms of the house 2, such as the bedroom. It should be noted that each room unit can still be arranged to have one floor, two floors or even more floors. Illustratively, one room unit, two room units, or a plurality of room units may be provided at one side, both sides, or the periphery of the public garden leisure platform 1, which will not be described herein.

pouring foundations with corresponding strength according to the number of layers of the public garden leisure platform to be built;
building a first layer of public garden leisure platform on the foundation, and pouring a wall column (or assembling the wall column) on the layer of public garden leisure platform;
constructing the unit house according to the designed unit house construction requirement, wherein the unit house construction requirement comprises the spacing distance of the unit house;
building a second layer of public garden leisure platform, and pouring a wall column (or assembling the wall column) on the layer of public garden leisure platform;
building a unit house according to the position of the unit house on the public garden leisure platform which is relatively adjacent to the next layer of public garden leisure platform and the designed structure (house type, size, orientation and the like) of the unit house, wherein the unit house building requirements comprise the spacing distance of the unit house and the position of the unit house on the public garden leisure platform which is relatively lower layer (mainly embodied in the staggered arrangement of outdoor private garden courtyards on the upper and lower layers);
and building a public garden leisure platform and a unit house vertically upwards in sequence;
after the public garden leisure platform is built to a preset number of layers, the public garden leisure platform on the top layer and buildings positioned on the public garden leisure platform are built according to the requirements of the open-air buildings on the top layer, and the building of the structures such as an elevator, a fire stair, an automatic sprinkling irrigation and drip irrigation system and the like is completed.
