随着科技的进步,社会的发展,人们对纺织面料的需求和要求也随之增加和提高。在日常生活中,人们经常会遇到服装面料折皱的问题,市场上有些具有抗皱功能的服装价格又过高。另外,随着工业的迅速发展和人们生活水平的提高,人们对环境与健康日益重视,抗菌纺织品也越来越受到人们的追捧和喜爱,但是抗菌类产品往往忽略了抗皱的性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在于克服、补充现有技术中存在的不足,提供了一种液氨棉红豆杉抑菌抗皱功能面料。本发明的功能面料采用液氨后整理的方法进行功能性整理,添加红豆杉纤维,无需加入额外化学交联剂,使面料具有抗皱和抑菌功能,并且柔软性能优异、手感顺滑、韧性优良。
为解决现有技术存在的不足,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种液氨棉红豆杉抑菌抗皱功能面料,按质量分数计,所述面料包括红豆杉纤维10%~20%和棉纤维80%~90%,所述面料的坯布经过烧毛-退浆-精炼、漂白-丝光-液氨整理-染色及后处理-平幅烘干-预缩整理后进行抗菌整理和有机硅、有机氟整理。
所述的液氨棉红豆杉抑菌抗皱功能面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备面料
a、原料准备:按含量配比将红豆杉纤维和棉纤维混合制成均匀混纺纱线;
b、上机编织:将步骤a得到的混纺纱线编织成平纹组织坯布,克重170~200g;
c、烧毛:采用气体烧毛机、二正二反工艺进行烧毛,火焰温度800~900℃,烧毛车速80~110m/min,火焰与织物的间距2~3cm;
d、退浆:将步骤c所得的坯布采用淀粉酶过热水退浆,水洗温度90℃以上,堆置温度55~60℃,堆置时间50~55min;
e、精炼、漂白:将步骤d所得的坯布加入精炼液中进行精炼,控制精炼的温度为90~100℃,精炼时间为45~50min;将经过精炼的坯布加入漂白液中进行漂白,控制漂白的温度为10~45℃,漂白时间为5~15min;
f、丝光:将经步骤e处理后的坯布做丝光处理,丝光碱液浓度控制在钡值18~25,车速30~100m/min,pH值10~11;
g、液氨整理:将经步骤f处理后的坯布做液氨处理,车速15~30m/min,延时调节范围5~20s,强度2~4N/cm2,液氨最大循环量600~1000kg/h;
h、染色:将经步骤g处理后的坯布常温入染,升温至65~70℃,保温50~60min,浴比为10:1~20:1;
i、染色后处理:将经步骤h处理后的坯布进行皂煮处理,皂煮采用5~10g/L净洗剂,90~95℃皂洗10~20min;中和时加入冰醋酸5~15mL,常温搅拌10~15min;
j、平幅烘干整理:将经步骤i处理后的坯布脱水至含水率为25%~35%,在平幅烘干定型机中进行整理,控制温度为150~165℃,车速为15~20m/min;
k、预缩:将经步骤j处理后的坯布做预缩处理,车速25~90m/min;
(2)抗菌整理
将面料在抗菌剂中进行整理1~5min,浴比为5~40:1,处理温度为140~190℃;
(3)有机硅、有机氟整理
将经步骤(2)处理后的面料加入有机硅整理剂中浸渍1~5min,轧制,120~140℃下烘干处理5~15min;然后将面料加入有机氟整理剂中浸渍1~3min,轧制,120~150℃烘干处理1~5min。

实施例1
一种液氨棉红豆杉抑菌抗皱功能面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备面料
a、原料准备:按10wt.%红豆杉纤维、90wt.%棉的含量配比将红豆杉纤维和棉纤维混合制成均匀混纺纱线;
b、上机编织:将步骤a得到的混纺纱线编织成平纹组织坯布,克重170g;
c、烧毛:采用气体烧毛机、二正二反工艺进行烧毛处理,火焰温度800℃,烧毛车速80m/min,火焰与织物的间距2cm;
d、退浆:将步骤c所得的坯布采用淀粉酶过热水退浆,水洗温度90℃,堆置温度55℃,堆置时间50min;

k、预缩:将经步骤j处理后的坯布做预缩处理,车速40m/min;
(2)抗菌整理
将面料在抗菌剂中进行整理2min,浴比为10:1,处理温度为140℃,抗菌剂包括3%o.w.f改性二氧化钛、5%o.w.f非离子渗透剂、3%o.w.f阴非离子分散剂;

实施例2
一种液氨棉红豆杉抑菌抗皱功能面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备面料
a、按20wt.%红豆杉纤维、80wt.%棉的含量配比将红豆杉纤维和棉纤维混合制成均匀混纺纱线;
b、上机编织:将步骤a得到的混纺纱线编织成平纹组织坯布,克重200g;
c、烧毛:采用气体烧毛机、二正二反工艺进行烧毛处理,火焰温度900℃,烧毛车速80m/min,火焰与织物的间距3cm;
d、退浆:将步骤c所得的坯布采用淀粉酶过热水退浆,水洗温度90℃,堆置温度60℃,堆置时间50min;
e、精炼、漂白:将步骤d所得的坯布加入精炼液中进行精炼,控制精炼的温度为100℃,精炼时间为45min,精炼液包括4g/L针织精炼剂729、3g/L纯碱,余量为水,精炼浴比为15:1;
将经过精炼的坯布加入漂白液中进行漂白,控制漂白的温度为45℃,漂白时间为5min,漂白液为浓度20%的双氧水,漂白浴比为20:1;
f、丝光:将经步骤e处理后的坯布做丝光处理,丝光碱液浓度控制在钡值25,车速90m/min,pH值10;
g、液氨整理:将经步骤f处理后的坯布做液氨处理,车速30m/min,延时调节范围20s,强度2N/cm2,氨最大循环量600kg/h;
h、染色:将经步骤g处理后的坯布常温入染,升温至70℃,保温50min,浴比为20:1;
i、染色后处理:将经步骤h处理后的坯布进行皂煮处理。皂煮采用209净洗剂5g/L,95℃皂洗10min;中和时加入冰醋酸10mL,常温,时间10min;
j、平幅烘干整理:将经步骤i处理后的坯布脱水至含水率为25%,在平幅烘干定型机中进行整理,控制温度为150℃,车速为20m/min;
k、预缩:将经步骤j处理后的坯布做预缩处理,车速90m/min;
(2)抗菌整理
将面料在抗菌剂中进行整理5min,浴比为10:1,处理温度为190℃,抗菌剂包括2%o.w.f改性二氧化钛、3%o.w.f非离子渗透剂、3%o.w.f阴非离子分散剂;
所述改性二氧化钛的制备方法为:将10g二氧化钛粉体加入1L蒸馏水中,加入4g分散剂六偏磷酸钠,剧烈搅拌15分钟,得到混合溶液,调节混合溶液的pH值为7,加入5g硬脂酸钠,搅拌反应5小时,过滤、洗涤、干燥后在球磨机上进行研磨,得到纳米二氧化钛粉体;将纳米二氧化钛粉体加入到水中,并加入5g的聚乙二醇,剧烈搅拌反应3小时,过滤、洗涤、干燥、研磨后得到纳米改性二氧化钛。
(3)有机硅、有机氟整理
将经步骤(2)处理后的面料加入有机硅整理剂中浸渍5min,轧制,120℃下烘干处理15min,有机硅整理剂为嵌段氨基硅油柔软剂,用量为面料重量的3.5%,浴比为20:1;然后将面料加入有机氟整理剂中浸渍3min,轧制,120℃烘干处理5min,有机氟整理剂为自交联型有机氟整理剂,用量为面料重量的3%。
实施例3
一种液氨棉红豆杉抑菌抗皱功能面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备面料
a、按15wt.%红豆杉纤维、85wt.%棉的含量配比将红豆杉纤维和棉纤维混合制成均匀混纺纱线;
b、上机编织:将步骤a得到的混纺纱线编织成平纹组织坯布,克重185g;
c、烧毛:采用气体烧毛机、二正二反工艺进行烧毛处理,火焰温度800℃,烧毛车速80m/min,火焰与织物的间距2cm;
d、退浆:将步骤c所得的坯布采用淀粉酶过热水退浆,水洗温度90℃,堆置温度55℃,堆置时间50min;
e、精炼、漂白:将步骤d所得的坯布加入精炼液中进行精炼,控制精炼的温度为90℃,精炼时间为45min,精炼液包括5g/L针织精炼剂729、3g/L纯碱,余量为水,精炼浴比为20:1;
将经过精炼的坯布加入漂白液中进行漂白,控制漂白的温度为30℃,漂白时间为10min,漂白液为浓度20%的双氧水,漂白浴比为20:1;
f、丝光:将经步骤e处理后的坯布做丝光处理,丝光碱液浓度控制在钡值18,车速70m/min,pH值11;
g、液氨整理:将经步骤f处理后的坯布做液氨处理,车速30m/min,延时调节范围10s,强度3N/cm2,氨最大循环量800kg/h;
h、染色:将经步骤g处理后的坯布常温入染,升温至70℃,保温50min,浴比为15:1;
i、染色后处理:将经步骤h处理后的坯布进行皂煮处理,皂煮采用209净洗剂5g/L,95℃皂洗10min;中和时加入冰醋酸10mL,常温,时间10min;
j、平幅烘干整理:将经步骤i处理后的坯布脱水至含水率为35%,在平幅烘干定型机中进行整理,控制温度为160℃,车速为20m/min;
k、预缩:将经步骤j处理后的坯布做预缩处理,车速70m/min;
(2)抗菌整理
将面料在抗菌剂中进行整理3min,浴比为20:1,处理温度为150℃,抗菌剂包括3%o.w.f改性二氧化钛、5%o.w.f非离子渗透剂、3%o.w.f阴非离子分散剂;
所述改性二氧化钛的制备方法为:将10g二氧化钛粉体加入1L蒸馏水中,加入4g分散剂六偏磷酸钠,剧烈搅拌20分钟,得到混合溶液;混合溶液的pH值为8,加入5g硬脂酸钠,搅拌反应8小时,过滤、洗涤、干燥后在球磨机上进行研磨,得到纳米二氧化钛粉体;将纳米二氧化钛粉体加入到水中,并加入10g的聚乙二醇,剧烈搅拌反应6小时,过滤、洗涤、干燥、研磨后得到纳米改性二氧化钛。
(3)有机硅、有机氟整理
将经步骤(2)处理后的面料加入有机硅整理剂中浸渍3min,轧制,120℃烘干处理10min,有机硅整理剂为嵌段氨基硅油柔软剂,用量为面料重量的3.5%,浴比为20:1;然后将面料加入有机氟整理剂中浸渍2min,轧制,150℃烘干处理3min,有机氟整理剂为自交联型有机氟整理剂,用量为面料重量的3%。
对实施例1~3制得的面料进行相关性能的测试,测试结果见表1:

从上表可以看出,红豆杉纤维和新疆长绒棉经过混纺之后再经过抗菌整理、有机硅和有机氟整理制备的面料具有优异的抗菌性能、耐水洗性能、耐摩擦性能和色牢度,特别是金黄色葡萄球、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌的抑菌率均在90%以上,远远超过标准值。
最后所应说明的是,以上具体实施方式仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制,尽管参照实例对本发明进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的精神和范围,其均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围当中。

Claims (7)

1.一种液氨棉红豆杉抑菌抗皱功能面料,其特征在于,按质量分数计,所述面料包括红豆杉纤维10%~20%和棉纤维80%~90%,所述面料的坯布经过烧毛-退浆-精炼、漂白-丝光-液氨整理-染色及后处理-平幅烘干-预缩整理后进行抗菌整理和有机硅、有机氟整理。
2.权利要求1所述的液氨棉红豆杉抑菌抗皱功能面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备面料
a、原料准备:按含量配比将红豆杉纤维和棉纤维混合制成均匀混纺纱线;
b、上机编织:将步骤a得到的混纺纱线编织成平纹组织坯布,克重170~200g;
c、烧毛:采用气体烧毛机、二正二反工艺进行烧毛,火焰温度800~900℃,烧毛车速80~110m/min,火焰与织物的间距2~3cm;
d、退浆:将步骤c所得的坯布采用淀粉酶过热水退浆,水洗温度90℃以上,堆置温度55~60℃,堆置时间50~55min;
e、精炼、漂白:将步骤d所得的坯布加入精炼液中进行精炼,控制精炼的温度为90~100℃,精炼时间为45~50min;将经过精炼的坯布加入漂白液中进行漂白,控制漂白的温度为10~45℃,漂白时间为5~15min;
f、丝光:将经步骤e处理后的坯布做丝光处理,丝光碱液浓度控制在钡值18~25,车速30~100m/min,pH值10~11;
g、液氨整理:将经步骤f处理后的坯布做液氨处理,车速15~30m/min,延时调节范围5~20s,强度2~4N/cm2,液氨最大循环量600~1000kg/h;
h、染色:将经步骤g处理后的坯布常温入染,升温至65~70℃,保温50~60min,浴比为10:1~20:1;
i、染色后处理:将经步骤h处理后的坯布进行皂煮处理,皂煮采用5~10g/L净洗剂,90~95℃皂洗10~20min;中和时加入冰醋酸5~15mL,常温搅拌10~15min;
j、平幅烘干整理:将经步骤i处理后的坯布脱水至含水率为25%~35%,在平幅烘干定型机中进行整理,控制温度为150~165℃,车速为15~20m/min;
k、预缩:将经步骤j处理后的坯布做预缩处理,车速25~90m/min;
(2)抗菌整理
将面料在抗菌剂中进行整理1~5min,浴比为5~40:1,处理温度为140~190℃;
(3)有机硅、有机氟整理
将经步骤(2)处理后的面料加入有机硅整理剂中浸渍1~5min,轧制,120~140℃下烘干处理5~15min;然后将面料加入有机氟整理剂中浸渍1~3min,轧制,120~150℃烘干处理1~5min。
3.根据权利要求2所述的液氨棉红豆杉抑菌抗皱功能面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤e中所述精炼液包括针织精炼剂3~7g/L、纯碱1~5g/L,余量为水,精炼浴比为10~20:1。
4.根据权利要求2所述的液氨棉红豆杉抑菌抗皱功能面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤e中所述漂白液为浓度1%~40%的双氧水,漂白浴比为5~20:1。
5.根据权利要求2所述的液氨棉红豆杉抑菌抗皱功能面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中所述抗菌剂包括1.5%~5%o.w.f改性二氧化钛、2%~5%o.w.f渗透剂、1%~3%o.w.f分散剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的液氨棉红豆杉抑菌抗皱功能面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述改性二氧化钛的制备方法为:将2~15g二氧化钛粉体加入1L蒸馏水中,加入1~4g分散剂,剧烈搅拌5~20分钟,得到混合溶液;调节混合溶液的pH值为6~8,加入3~10g硬脂酸钠,搅拌反应3~10小时,过滤,洗涤,干燥,在球磨机上进行研磨,得到纳米二氧化钛粉体;将纳米二氧化钛粉体加入到水中,并加入5~10g的聚乙二醇,剧烈搅拌反应1~6小时,过滤、洗涤、干燥、研磨,得到纳米改性二氧化钛。
7.根据权利要求2所述的液氨棉红豆杉抑菌抗皱功能面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中所述有机硅整理剂为嵌段氨基硅油柔软剂,用量为面料重量的3.5~4.5%,浴比为5~20:1;所述有机氟整理剂为自交联型有机氟整理剂,用量为面料重量的1.5~3.5%。
