Abstract
本发明提供一种红豆杉天丝棉氨纶双面功能面料,面料由红豆杉纤维、天丝、棉纤维、氨纶混纺而成,按质量分数计,面料包括10%~15%红豆杉纤维、0%~50%天丝、45%~85%棉、5%~10%氨纶。本发明的红豆杉天丝棉氨纶双面功能面料,通过加入天丝改善面料的舒适性,韧性和柔软性能;通过加入棉纤维改善面料的强度、耐摩擦牢度、亲水性能;通过加入氨纶改善面料的耐酸碱性、耐汗、耐海水性、耐干洗性、耐磨性;面料通过有机硅整理,改善红豆杉面料的尺寸稳定性能、抗皱性能、抗水性能、透气性和抗摩擦性能;通过有机氟整理改善面料的拒水性、抗油性能、抗污性能、耐洗性能、耐热性能、耐腐蚀性能;通过抗菌整理改善面料的抗菌性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种纺织面料领域,尤其是一种红豆杉天丝棉氨纶双面功能面料。
背景技术
随着科技的进步,社会的发展,人们对纺织面料的需求和要求也随之增加和提高。在日常生活中,人们不可避免的要接触到各种各样的细菌、真菌等微生物,其中一些有害生物在合适的环境条件下会迅速生长繁殖,轻则产生腐臭发生霉变,重则传播疾病,影响人们的健康,而各类纺织品是这些微生物的良好生存之地,是疾病的重要传播源,随着工业的迅速发展和人们生活水平的提高,人们对生活质量的要求越来越高,对环境与健康日益重视,抗菌纺织品也越来越受到人们的追捧和喜爱。目前,大多数抗菌纺织品都采用后整理加工法赋予纺织物抗菌功效,抗菌效果不明显,抗菌效果差,舒适度不高,水洗易脱落。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在于克服、补充现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种红豆杉天丝棉氨纶双面功能面料,其采用化学整理剂和物理工艺结合的方法进行功能性整理,无需加入额外化学交联剂,使面料具有抑菌功能,并且柔软性能优异、水洗牢度高、无色变、布面蓬松柔软。本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种红豆杉天丝棉氨纶双面功能面料,其中:所述面料由红豆杉纤维、天丝、棉纤维、氨纶混纺而成,按质量分数计,所述面料包括10%~15%红豆杉纤维、0%~50%天丝、45%~85%棉、5%~10%氨纶。
红豆杉纤维抗菌性能不佳;天丝具有舒适性高,韧性强度大和良好的柔软坠感;棉纤维具有良好的强度、耐摩擦牢度、亲水,可以迅速吸收水分,干燥速度快,纤维强度高,吸湿性能强;氨纶弹性优异,强度比乳胶丝高2~3倍,线密度也更细,并且更耐化学降解,氨纶的耐酸碱性、耐汗、耐海水性、耐干洗性、耐磨性均较好,通过加入氨纶改善红豆杉纤维的耐酸碱性、耐汗、耐海水性、耐干洗性、耐磨性;
一种红豆杉天丝棉氨纶双面功能面料的制备方法,其中:包括以下步骤:
(1)制备面料
a、原料准备:按含量配比准备红豆杉、天丝、棉纤维、氨纶;
b、上机编织:选用筒经34~38英寸、针数24~28针/英寸的双面针织纬编机将纱线编织成柸布;
c、精炼、漂白:将步骤b所得的柸布加入精炼液中进行精炼,控制精炼的温度为90~100℃,精炼时间为45~50min;将经过精炼的柸布加入漂白液中进行漂白,控制漂白的温度为10~45℃,漂白时间为5~15min;
d、染色:将经步骤c处理后的柸布常温入染,升温至65~70℃,保温50~60min,浴比为10:1~20:1;
e、染色后处理:将经步骤d处理后的柸布通过柔软剂进行处理,然后轧制、烘干;
f、平幅烘干整理:将经步骤e处理后的柸布脱水至含水率为25~35%,在平幅烘干定型机中进行整理,控制温度为150~165℃,车速为15~20m/min;
(2)抗菌整理
将步骤(1)得到的面料在抗菌剂中进行整理1~5min,浴比为5~40:1,处理温度为140℃~190℃;通过将面料进行抗菌整理,改善面料的抗菌性能。
(3)拉幅定型整理
将经步骤(2)处理后的面料进行拉幅定型整理;
(4)有机硅、有机氟整理
将经步骤(3)处理后的面料加入有机硅整理剂中浸渍1~5min,轧制,120~140℃烘干5~15min;然后将面料加入有机氟整理剂中浸渍1~3min,轧制,120~150℃烘干1~5min。面料通过有机硅整理,改善红豆杉面料的尺寸稳定性能、抗皱性能、抗水性能、透气性和抗摩擦性能;通过有机氟整理改善面料的拒水性、抗油性能、抗污性能、耐洗性能、耐热性能、耐腐蚀性能。
优选的是,所述的红豆杉天丝棉氨纶双面功能面料的制备方法,其中:所述棉纤维的纱线细度为32~40英支,纱线捻系数为325~330。
优选的是,所述的红豆杉天丝棉氨纶双面功能面料的制备方法,其中:所述步骤c的精炼液包括3~7g/L针织精炼剂729、1~5g/L纯碱,余量为水;所述精炼浴比为10~20:1。
优选的是,所述的红豆杉天丝棉氨纶双面功能面料的制备方法,其中:所述漂白液为浓度1%~40%的双氧水,漂白浴比为5~20:1。
优选的是,所述的红豆杉天丝棉氨纶双面功能面料的制备方法,其中:所述步骤e的柔软剂为弱阳离子柔软剂,弱阳离子柔软剂S200的加入量为面料重量的3.5~4.5%,浴比为5~30:1,常温浸渍1~5min后进行轧制,轧余率为50%~80%,再在140℃~180℃烘干。
优选的是,所述的红豆杉天丝棉氨纶双面功能面料的制备方法,其中:所述步骤(2)中的抗菌剂包括1.5~5%o.w.f改性二氧化钛、2~5%o.w.f渗透剂、1~3%o.w.f分散剂。
优选的是,所述的红豆杉天丝棉氨纶双面功能面料的制备方法,其中:所述改性二氧化钛的制备方法为:将2~15g二氧化钛粉体加入1L蒸馏水中,加入1~4g分散剂六偏磷酸钠,剧烈搅拌5~20分钟,得到混合溶液;采用浓度为0.01~0.5mol/L的盐酸调节混合溶液的pH值为10~11,加入3~10g硬脂酸钠,搅拌反应3~10小时,过滤,洗涤,干燥,在球磨机上进行研磨,得到纳米二氧化钛粉体;将纳米二氧化钛粉体加入到水中,并加入5~10g的PEG,剧烈搅拌反应1~6小时,过滤、洗涤、干燥、研磨,得到纳米改性二氧化钛。
优选的是,所述的红豆杉天丝棉氨纶双面功能面料的制备方法,其中:所述步骤(3)拉幅定型整理的温度为150~190℃,面料的车速为15~25m/min,上超喂量为25~35%。
优选的是,所述的红豆杉天丝棉氨纶双面功能面料的制备方法,其中:所述步骤(4)有机硅整理剂为嵌段氨基硅油柔软剂,用量为面料重量的3.5~4.5%,浴比为5~20:1;所述有机氟整理剂为自交联型有机氟整理剂,用量为面料重量的1.5~3.5%

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
一种红豆杉天丝棉氨纶双面功能面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)红豆杉面料的制作:
a、面料包括10%红豆杉纤维、85%棉、5%氨纶,棉为100%全棉精梳纱线,纱线细度为32英支,纱线捻系数为325;氨纶的纤度为15D;
b、上机编织:选用筒经34英寸、针数28针/英寸或筒经38英寸、针数24针/英寸的双面针织纬编机将纱线编织成面料;
c、精炼、漂白:对步骤(b)得到的面料进行精炼和漂白;
所述精炼的条件为:精炼液组份为:3g/L针织精炼剂729、1g/L纯碱,余量为水;精炼浴比为10:1,精炼温度为90℃,精炼时间为50min;
所述漂白的条件为:漂白液为浓度1%的双氧水,漂白浴比为5:1,漂白的温度为10℃,漂白时间为15min;
d、染色:将经步骤(c)处理后的面料进行染色;染色的过程为:面料常温入染,升温速度为1℃/min,升温至65℃,保温60min,浴比为10:1;
e、染色后处理:采用弱阳离子柔软剂S200进行处理,弱阳离子柔软剂S200的加入量为面料重量的3.5%,浴比为5:1,常温浸渍5min后进行轧制,轧余率为50%,再在140℃烘干;
f、平幅烘干整理:将步骤(e)处理后的面料经脱水至含水率为25%,在平幅烘干定型机中进行整理,温度为150℃,车速为16m/min;
(2)抗菌整理:
a、纳米改性二氧化钛的制备:将2g二氧化钛粉体加入1L蒸馏水中,再加入1g分散剂六偏磷酸钠,剧烈搅拌20分钟,搅拌速度为50转/分钟使分散均匀,得到混合溶液;采用浓度为0.01mol/L的盐酸调节混合溶液的pH值为10后,加入3g硬脂酸钠,搅拌反应10小时,搅拌速度为30转/分钟;过滤、分别采用酒精和水洗涤,于110℃干燥45分钟,在球磨机上进行研磨,研磨转速为200转/分钟,研磨时间为100分钟,得到纳米二氧化钛粉体;将纳米二氧化钛粉体加入到水中,并加入5g的PEG,剧烈搅拌反应6小时,搅拌速度为200转/分钟;过滤后,分别用水和乙醇洗涤,再于80℃干燥10小时;再在分散磨机上进行研磨,研磨转速为200转/分钟,研磨时间为100分钟,得到纳米改性二氧化钛;
b、将步骤(1)得到的红豆杉面料在抗菌剂中进行整理;所述抗菌剂的成分为:纳米改性二氧化钛:1.5%o.w.f、渗透剂XP5:2%o.w.f、分散剂CF:1%o.w.f;将纳米改性二氧化钛、渗透剂和分散剂混合后在常温下搅拌30分钟,搅拌速度为150转/分钟,将面料在抗菌剂中处理5min,浴比为5:1,处理温度为140℃;
(3)拉幅定型整理:将步骤(2)处理后的红豆杉面料进行拉幅定型整理,温度为150℃,面料的车速为15m/min,上超喂量为25%;
(4)有机硅、有机氟整理:所述有机硅整理采用嵌段氨基硅油柔软剂S200,用量为面料重量的3.5%,浴比为5:1,将面料在常温下浸渍5min后进行轧制,轧余率为50%,再在120℃烘干15分钟;所述有机氟整理采用HS1100型自交联型有机氟整理剂,用量为面料重量的1.5%,将面料在常温下浸渍3min后进行轧制,轧余率为50%,再在80℃预烘10分钟后,于120℃焙烘5min。
实施例2:
一种红豆杉天丝棉氨纶双面功能面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)红豆杉面料的制作:
a、面料包括12%红豆杉纤维、20%天丝、60%棉、8%氨纶,棉为100%全棉精梳纱线,纱线细度为32英支,纱线捻系数为325;氨纶的纤度为15D;
b、上机编织:选用筒经34英寸、针数28针/英寸或筒经38英寸、针数24针/英寸的双面针织纬编机将纱线编织成面料;
c、精炼、漂白:对步骤(b)得到的面料进行精炼和漂白;
所述精炼的条件为:精炼液组份为:7g/L针织精炼剂729、5g/L纯碱,余量为水;精炼浴比为20:1,精炼温度为100℃,精炼时间为45min;
所述漂白的条件为:漂白液为浓度40%的双氧水,漂白浴比为20:1,漂白的温度为45℃,漂白时间为5min;
d、染色:将经步骤(c)处理后的面料进行染色;染色的过程为:面料常温入染,升温速度为1.5℃/min,升温至70℃,保温50min,浴比为20:1;
e、染色后处理:采用弱阳离子柔软剂S200进行处理,弱阳离子柔软剂S200的加入量为面料重量的4.5%,浴比为30:1,常温浸渍1min后进行轧制,轧余率为80%,再在180℃烘干;
f、平幅烘干整理:将步骤(e)处理后的面料经脱水至含水率为35%,在平幅烘干定型机中进行整理,温度为165℃,车速为16m/min;
(2)抗菌整理:
a、纳米改性二氧化钛的制备:将15g二氧化钛粉体加入1L蒸馏水中,再加入4g分散剂六偏磷酸钠,剧烈搅拌5分钟,搅拌速度为150转/分钟使分散均匀,得到混合溶液;采用浓度为0.5mol/L的盐酸调节混合溶液的pH值为11后,加入10g硬脂酸钠,搅拌反应3小时,搅拌速度为100转/分钟;过滤、分别采用酒精和水洗涤,于150℃干燥5分钟,在球磨机上进行研磨,研磨转速为1000转/分钟,研磨时间为30分钟,得到纳米二氧化钛粉体;将纳米二氧化钛粉体加入到水中,并加入10g的PEG,剧烈搅拌反应1小时,搅拌速度为1000转/分钟;过滤后,分别用水和乙醇洗涤,再于120℃干燥3小时;再在分散磨机上进行研磨,研磨转速为1000转/分钟,研磨时间为30分钟,得到纳米改性二氧化钛;
b、将步骤(1)得到的红豆杉面料在抗菌剂中进行整理;所述抗菌剂的成分为:纳米改性二氧化钛:5%o.w.f、渗透剂XP70:5%o.w.f、分散剂CF:3%o.w.f;将纳米改性二氧化钛、渗透剂和分散剂混合后在常温下搅拌5分钟,搅拌速度为300转/分钟,将面料在抗菌剂中处理1min,浴比为40:1,处理温度为190℃;
(3)拉幅定型整理:将步骤(2)处理后的红豆杉面料进行拉幅定型整理,温度为190℃,面料的车速为25m/min,上超喂量为35%;
(4)有机硅、有机氟整理:所述有机硅整理采用嵌段氨基硅油柔软剂S200,用量为面料重量的4.5%,浴比为20:1,将面料在常温下浸渍1min后进行轧制,轧余率为80%,再在140℃烘干5分钟;所述有机氟整理采用HS1100型自交联型有机氟整理剂,用量为面料重量的3.5%,将面料在常温下浸渍1min后进行轧制,轧余率为80%,再在100℃预烘3分钟后,于160℃焙烘1min。
实施例3:
一种红豆杉天丝棉氨纶双面功能面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)红豆杉面料的制作:
a、面料包括15%红豆杉纤维、30%天丝、45%棉、10%氨纶,棉为100%全棉精梳纱线,纱线细度为32英支,纱线捻系数为325;氨纶的纤度为15D;
b、上机编织:选用筒经34英寸、针数28针/英寸或筒经38英寸、针数24针/英寸的双面针织纬编机将纱线编织成面料;
c、精炼、漂白:对步骤(b)得到的面料进行精炼和漂白;
所述精炼的条件为:精炼液组份为:5g/L针织精炼剂729、2g/L纯碱,余量为水;精炼浴比为15:1,精炼温度为95℃,精炼时间为46min;
所述漂白的条件为:漂白液为浓度20%的双氧水,漂白浴比为10:1,漂白的温度为30℃,漂白时间为10min;
d、染色:将经步骤(c)处理后的面料进行染色;染色的过程为:面料常温入染,升温速度为1℃/min,升温至66℃,保温55min,浴比为15:1;
e、染色后处理:采用弱阳离子柔软剂S200进行处理,弱阳离子柔软剂S200的加入量为面料重量的4%,浴比为20:1,常温浸渍4min后进行轧制,轧余率为60%,再在160℃烘干;
f、平幅烘干整理:将步骤(e)处理后的面料经脱水至含水率为30%,在平幅烘干定型机中进行整理,温度为155℃,车速为15m/min;
(2)抗菌整理:
a、纳米改性二氧化钛的制备:将10g二氧化钛粉体加入1L蒸馏水中,再加入2g分散剂六偏磷酸钠,剧烈搅拌10分钟,搅拌速度为100转/分钟使分散均匀,得到混合溶液;采用浓度为0.2mol/L的盐酸调节混合溶液的pH值为10后,加入6g硬脂酸钠,搅拌反应5小时,搅拌速度为50转/分钟;过滤、分别采用酒精和水洗涤,于120℃干燥15分钟,在球磨机上进行研磨,研磨转速为500转/分钟,研磨时间为60分钟,得到纳米二氧化钛粉体;将纳米二氧化钛粉体加入到水中,并加入6g的PEG,剧烈搅拌反应2小时,搅拌速度为500转/分钟;过滤后,分别用水和乙醇洗涤,再于100℃干燥6小时;再在分散磨机上进行研磨,研磨转速为500转/分钟,研磨时间为60分钟,得到纳米改性二氧化钛;
b、将步骤(1)得到的红豆杉面料在抗菌剂中进行整理;所述抗菌剂的成分为:纳米改性二氧化钛:4%o.w.f、渗透剂XP50:4%o.w.f、分散剂CF:2%o.w.f;将纳米改性二氧化钛、渗透剂和分散剂混合后在常温下搅拌20分钟,搅拌速度为200转/分钟,将面料在抗菌剂中处理2min,浴比为20:1,处理温度为160℃;
(3)拉幅定型整理:将步骤(2)处理后的红豆杉面料进行拉幅定型整理,温度为160℃,面料的车速为20m/min,上超喂量为30%;
(4)有机硅、有机氟整理:所述有机硅整理采用嵌段氨基硅油柔软剂S200,用量为面料重量的4%,浴比为10:1,将面料在常温下浸渍4min后进行轧制,轧余率为60%,再在130℃烘干10分钟;所述有机氟整理采用HS1100型自交联型有机氟整理剂,用量为面料重量的3%,将面料在常温下浸渍2min后进行轧制,轧余率为60%,再在90℃预烘6分钟后,于150℃焙烘4min。
下面列出实施例1~3的性能测试结果:
从上表可以看出,红豆杉纤维、天丝、棉、氨纶经过混纺之后经过抗菌整理、拉幅定型整理、有机硅和有机氟整理制备的面料具有优异的抗菌性能、耐水洗性能和耐摩擦性能,无色变,布面蓬松柔软。

Claims (10)
1.一种红豆杉天丝棉氨纶双面功能面料,其特征在于:所述面料由红豆杉纤维、天丝、棉纤维、氨纶混纺而成,按质量分数计,所述面料包括10%~15%红豆杉纤维、0%~50%天丝、45%~85%棉、5%~10%氨纶。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的红豆杉天丝棉氨纶双面功能面料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)制备面料
a、原料准备:按含量配比准备红豆杉、天丝、棉纤维、氨纶;
b、上机编织:选用筒经34~38英寸、针数24~28针/英寸的双面针织纬编机将纱线编织成柸布;
c、精炼、漂白:将步骤b所得的柸布加入精炼液中进行精炼,控制精炼的温度为90~100℃,精炼时间为45~50min;将经过精炼的柸布加入漂白液中进行漂白,控制漂白的温度为10~45℃,漂白时间为5~15min;
d、染色:将经步骤c处理后的柸布常温入染,升温至65~70℃,保温50~60min,浴比为10:1~20:1;
e、染色后处理:将经步骤d处理后的柸布通过柔软剂进行处理,然后轧制、烘干;
f、平幅烘干整理:将经步骤e处理后的柸布脱水至含水率为25~35%,在平幅烘干定型机中进行整理,控制温度为150~165℃,车速为15~20m/min;
(2)抗菌整理
将步骤(1)得到的面料在抗菌剂中进行整理1~5min,浴比为5~40:1,处理温度为140℃~190℃;
(3)拉幅定型整理
将经步骤(2)处理后的面料进行拉幅定型整理;
(4)有机硅、有机氟整理
将经步骤(3)处理后的面料加入有机硅整理剂中浸渍1~5min,轧制,120~140℃烘干5~15min;然后将面料加入有机氟整理剂中浸渍1~3min,轧制,120~150℃烘干1~5min。
3.根据权利要求2所述的红豆杉天丝棉氨纶双面功能面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述棉纤维的纱线细度为32~40英支,纱线捻系数为325~330。
4.根据权利要求2所述的红豆杉天丝棉氨纶双面功能面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤c的精炼液包括3~7g/L针织精炼剂729、1~5g/L纯碱,余量为水;所述精炼浴比为10~20:1。
5.根据权利要求2所述的红豆杉天丝棉氨纶双面功能面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述漂白液为浓度1%~40%的双氧水,漂白浴比为5~20:1。
6.根据权利要求2所述的红豆杉天丝棉氨纶双面功能面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤e的柔软剂为弱阳离子柔软剂,弱阳离子柔软剂S200的加入量为面料重量的3.5~4.5%,浴比为5~30:1,常温浸渍1~5min后进行轧制,轧余率为50%~80%,再在140℃~180℃烘干。
7.根据权利要求2所述的红豆杉天丝棉氨纶双面功能面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中的抗菌剂包括1.5~5%o.w.f改性二氧化钛、2~5%o.w.f渗透剂、1~3 %o.w.f分散剂。
8.根据权利要求7所述的红豆杉天丝棉氨纶双面功能面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述改性二氧化钛的制备方法为:将2~15g二氧化钛粉体加入1L蒸馏水中,加入1~4g分散剂六偏磷酸钠,剧烈搅拌5~20分钟,得到混合溶液;采用浓度为0.01~0.5mol/L的盐酸调节混合溶液的pH值为10~11,加入3~10g硬脂酸钠,搅拌反应3~10小时,过滤,洗涤,干燥,在球磨机上进行研磨,得到纳米二氧化钛粉体;将纳米二氧化钛粉体加入到水中,并加入5~10g的PEG,剧烈搅拌反应1~6小时,过滤、洗涤、干燥、研磨,得到纳米改性二氧化钛。
9.根据权利要求1所述的红豆杉天丝棉氨纶双面功能面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)拉幅定型整理的温度为150~190℃,面料的车速为15~25m/min,上超喂量为25~35%。
