Background
The garbage classification is one of important means for resource saving and recycling, and the current more refined garbage classification policy has certain difficulty in popularization nationwide, so that most communities still adopt a relatively extensive garbage classification mode of not classifying or only adopting 'recoverable', 'unrecoverable' and 'harmful'; the classification mode still has heavy burden on the classification work of a subsequent garbage station, so that harmful garbage such as batteries and the like, and recoverable garbage such as metal objects, glass bottles, plastic bottles, large-volume cartons and the like are removed from the classified recoverable garbage, but kitchen garbage and part of daily life garbage with small volume are still mixed and are difficult to separate, and the classification utilization has great difficulty; therefore, it is necessary to design an automatic sorting recycling bin for finely sorting the coarsely sorted domestic garbage.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing an automatic garbage classification recycling bin and a using method thereof, solves the problem that the existing classification garbage bin only can carry out rough classification and cannot carry out fine classification on various non-recyclable garbage such as kitchen garbage, small-volume household garbage and the like mixed together after rough classification, and has the characteristics of high automation degree, capability of finely classifying the non-recyclable garbage after rough classification, low cost and convenience for popularization in a large range.
In order to realize the design, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: an automatic garbage classification recycling bin comprises a classification bin with an opening on the upper surface, wherein the bottom of the classification bin is connected with a vertical partition plate, and the classification bin is divided into a collection cavity and a crushing cavity by the partition plate; the inner part of the collecting cavity is connected with a turnover plate which is of a sandwich structure, and a pressure sensor is arranged in the sandwich structure; the upper surface of the turnover plate is connected with a plurality of barbs for hooking the input bagged garbage; the inner wall of the crushing cavity is connected with a baffle parallel to the bottom plate of the classification box, a vibrating screen is connected above the baffle, an annular recovery barrel is arranged in the crushing cavity below the baffle, and the lower surface of the annular recovery barrel is connected with a centrifugal separator; the baffle surface is provided with a through hole to communicate the vibrating screen and the annular recycling bin.
Preferably, the partition board is divided into a first partition board at the upper part and a second partition board at the lower part, and a certain distance is formed between the first partition board and the second partition board to form a communicating groove for communicating the collecting cavity with the crushing cavity.
Preferably, the upper surface of the second clapboard is connected with a cambered groove, and a rotating shaft is arranged in the groove; one end of the rotating shaft is connected with the bearing on the inner wall of the classifying box, and the other end of the rotating shaft penetrates through the outer surface of the classifying box and is connected with a gear which is meshed and matched with the gear at the output end of the first motor.
Preferably, the surface of the rotating shaft is provided with a plurality of semi-annular grooves; one end of the turnover plate is connected with the outer surface of the rotating shaft; the surface of the turnover plate is provided with a plurality of mutually parallel cutter grooves; the number of the cutter grooves is the same as that of the annular grooves; one end of the cutter groove extends to the semi-annular groove on the surface of the rotating shaft.
Preferably, the rotating shaft is of a hollow structure, a connecting rod penetrates through the rotating shaft, one end of the connecting rod is connected with a bearing on the inner wall of the classification box, and the other end of the connecting rod penetrates through the outer surface of the classification box and is connected with a gear which is in meshing fit with a gear at the output end of the second motor; the surface of the connecting rod is connected with a plurality of cutters, and the cutters penetrate through the semi-annular groove and are in splicing fit with the cutter grooves.
Preferably, the vibrating screen is of a flat plate structure with a plurality of through holes formed in the surface; the lower surface of the vibrating screen is connected with a vibrating motor; four corners of the lower surface of the vibrating screen are connected with the upper surface of the baffle through springs.
Preferably, the inner wall of the classification box above the vibrating screen is connected with a plurality of lead screws driven by a servo motor, and the outer surfaces of the lead screws are sleeved with connecting blocks provided with internal threads; a push broach is connected on the side surface of the connecting block; the push broach is a block body with one side surface connected with a tool bit; the lower surface of the push broach is provided with a convex sliding block, and the upper surface of the vibrating screen is provided with a corresponding sliding chute in sliding fit with the sliding block.
Preferably, the annular recycling bin comprises a plurality of hollow cylindrical structures with different diameters, which are connected to the bottom of the crushing cavity, and the cylindrical structures are nested with each other from large to small according to the diameters; the diameters of the plurality of cylindrical structures are gradually reduced from the outer ring to the inner ring, and the heights of the cylindrical structures are gradually reduced; the gaps between the cylindrical structures form a plurality of storage chambers of different heights.
Preferably, the centrifugal separator is a funnel-shaped structure with an open upper surface and a closed lower surface; a plurality of through holes with different heights are formed in the side surface of the centrifugal separator; the through holes with different heights are matched with the storage cavities with corresponding heights of the annular recycling barrel; the bottom end of the centrifugal separator is connected with a servo motor, and the servo motor is connected to the center of the bottom surface of the annular recovery barrel; the side surface of the classification box is connected with a controller, and the controller is electrically connected with the servo motor, the pressure sensor, the vibration motor, the first motor and the second motor.
The use method of the automatic garbage sorting and recycling bin comprises the following steps:
s1: when the kitchen garbage bag is poured into the collection cavity of the classification box, the garbage bag is hooked on the barb on the upper surface of the turnover plate in the falling process; at the moment, a pressure sensor in the turnover plate sends a signal to a controller, the controller controls a second motor to work, and the cutter is driven to rotate through a gear and a connecting rod so as to cut and break the garbage bag; then controlling a first motor to work, driving the turnover plate to rotate through a gear and a rotating shaft, and pouring the garbage onto a vibrating screen of the crushing cavity;
s2: the lead screw is rotated under the action of the servo motor through the controller, and the connecting block drives the push knife to reciprocate to cut and crush the garbage; meanwhile, the vibrating motor is matched with the spring to vibrate the vibrating screen, so that the chopped garbage enters the centrifugal separator, the centrifugal separator is driven by the servo motor to rotate rapidly, and due to different garbage densities, high layering can be formed in the rotation and enters storage cavities of different ring layers of the lower annular recovery barrel, and classified recovery is realized;
s3: after the garbage on the surface of the vibrating screen is cut and screened, the turnover plate and the cutter are reset through the controller, and the steps are repeated after the bagged garbage is put into the vibrating screen next time.
The invention provides an automatic garbage sorting and recycling bin and a using method thereof, which have the following beneficial effects:
1, adopting a turnover plate with a pressure sensor, wherein one side of the turnover plate is provided with a cutter; when recognizing that garbage is thrown in, the garbage bag is automatically cut and the garbage is overturned to be thrown into the crushing cavity, so that the degree of automation is high.
2, sliding and cutting the garbage by adopting a reciprocating push broach, wherein the push broach is a block-shaped body with a thicker structure, and the edge of the block-shaped body is set as a blade, so that the strength is higher; through reciprocating sliding and the extrusion cutting rubbish of box inner wall, can provide great cutting force, guarantee push-type broach self structure not damaged simultaneously.
3, separating the garbage by adopting a rotating mode of a centrifugal separator, wherein the volume difference of the cut garbage is small, but the volumes of different substances have larger difference, and separating the small-density plastics, paper products and the like in the liquid garbage and the solid garbage and the large-density kitchen garbage into a storage box with a lower inner and outer multilayer structure by adopting a centrifugal separation mode, so that automatic classification is realized; the design has good separation effect and extremely low cost, and is beneficial to popularization in a larger range.

As shown in fig. 1 to 6, an automatic garbage classification recycling bin comprises a classification box 1 with an opening on the upper surface, wherein a vertical partition plate is connected to the bottom of the classification box 1, and divides the classification box 1 into a collection cavity 12 and a crushing cavity 13; the interior of the collection cavity 12 is connected with a turnover plate 2, the turnover plate 2 is of a sandwich structure, and a pressure sensor is arranged in the sandwich structure; the upper surface of the turnover plate 2 is connected with a plurality of barbs 21 for hooking the input bagged garbage; the inner wall of the crushing cavity 13 is connected with a baffle 131 parallel to the bottom plate of the classification box 1, a vibrating screen 3 is connected above the baffle 131, an annular recovery barrel 14 is arranged in the crushing cavity 13 below the baffle 131, and the lower surface of the annular recovery barrel 14 is connected with a centrifugal separator 4; the baffle 131 is provided with a through hole on the surface to communicate the vibrating screen 3 and the annular recycling bin 14.
In a preferred embodiment, the partition plates are divided into an upper first partition plate 111 and a lower second partition plate 112, and the first partition plate 111 and the second partition plate 112 are spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance to form a communication groove 113 for communicating the collection chamber 12 with the pulverization chamber 13.
In a preferred scheme, the upper surface of the second partition plate 112 is connected with a cambered groove, and a rotating shaft 22 is arranged in the groove; one end of the rotating shaft 22 is connected with the bearing on the inner wall of the classifying box 1, and the other end thereof passes through the outer surface of the classifying box 1 and is connected with a gear which is engaged and matched with the gear at the output end of the first motor 51.
In a preferred scheme, a plurality of semi-annular grooves 221 are formed in the surface of the rotating shaft 22; one end of the turnover plate 2 is connected with the outer surface of the rotating shaft 22; the surface of the turnover plate 2 is provided with a plurality of mutually parallel knife grooves 23; the number of the cutter grooves 23 is the same as that of the annular grooves; one end of the knife groove 23 extends to a semi-annular groove 221 on the surface of the rotating shaft 22.
In a preferred scheme, the rotating shaft 22 is of a hollow structure, the connecting rod 24 penetrates through the inside of the rotating shaft 22, one end of the connecting rod 24 is connected with a bearing on the inner wall of the classifying box 1, and the other end of the connecting rod 24 penetrates through the outer surface of the classifying box 1 and is connected with a gear which is meshed and matched with a gear at the output end of the second motor 52; the surface of the connecting rod 24 is connected with a plurality of cutters 25, and the cutters 25 penetrate through the semi-annular groove 221 and are in inserted fit with the cutter grooves 23.
In a preferred scheme, the vibrating screen 3 is a flat plate structure with a plurality of through holes formed on the surface; the lower surface of the vibrating screen 3 is connected with a vibrating motor 31; four corners of the lower surface of the vibrating screen 3 are connected with the upper surface of the baffle 131 through springs 35.
In a preferred scheme, the inner wall of the classification box 1 above the vibrating screen 3 is connected with a plurality of screw rods 32 driven by a servo motor, and the outer surface of each screw rod 32 is sleeved with a connecting block 33 provided with an internal thread; a push broach 34 is connected to the side surface of the connecting block 33; the push broach 34 is a block body with a tool bit connected to one side surface; the lower surface of the push broach 34 is provided with a convex slide block, and the upper surface of the vibrating screen 3 is provided with a corresponding slide groove in sliding fit with the slide block.
In a preferred scheme, the annular recycling bin 14 comprises a plurality of hollow cylindrical structures with different diameters, which are connected to the bottom of the crushing cavity 13, and the cylindrical structures are nested with each other from large to small according to the diameters; the diameters of the plurality of cylindrical structures are gradually reduced from the outer ring to the inner ring, and the heights of the cylindrical structures are gradually reduced; the gaps between the cylindrical structures form a plurality of storage chambers of different heights.
In a preferred embodiment, the centrifugal separator 4 is a funnel-shaped structure with an open upper surface and a closed lower surface; a plurality of through holes with different heights are formed in the side surface of the centrifugal separator 4; the through holes with different heights are matched with the storage cavities with the corresponding heights of the annular recycling bin 14; the bottom end of the centrifugal separator 4 is connected with a servo motor, and the servo motor is connected to the center of the bottom surface of the annular recycling bin 14; the side surface of the classification box 1 is connected with a controller 6, an 80C51 single chip microcomputer is arranged in the controller 6, and the pressure sensor is a flexible film pressure sensor with the model of RP-S40-ST; the controller 6 is electrically connected to the servo motor, the pressure sensor, the vibration motor 31, the first motor 51 and the second motor 52.
The use method of the automatic garbage sorting and recycling bin comprises the following steps:
s1: when the kitchen garbage bag is poured into the collection cavity 12 of the classification box 1, the garbage bag is hooked on the barb 21 on the upper surface of the turnover plate 2 in the falling process; at this time, the pressure sensor in the turnover plate 2 sends a signal to the controller 6, the controller 6 controls the second motor 52 to work, and the cutter 25 is driven to rotate by the gear and the connecting rod 24 to cut and break the garbage bag; then, controlling the first motor 51 to work, driving the turnover plate 2 to rotate through the gear and the rotating shaft 22, and pouring the garbage onto the vibrating screen 3 of the crushing cavity 13;
s2: the screw rod 32 is rotated under the action of the servo motor through the controller 6, so that the connecting block 33 drives the push knife 34 to reciprocate to cut and crush the garbage; meanwhile, the vibrating motor 31 is matched with the spring 35 to vibrate the vibrating screen 3, so that the chopped garbage enters the centrifugal separator 4, the centrifugal separator 4 is driven by the servo motor to rotate rapidly, and different types of garbage have different densities, so that high layering can be formed in the rotation and enter storage cavities of different ring layers of the lower annular recovery barrel 14, and classified recovery is realized;
s3: after the garbage on the surface of the vibrating screen 3 is cut and screened, the controller 6 resets the turnover plate 2 and the cutter 25, and the steps are repeated after the bagged garbage is put into the machine for the next time.
