the motor 304 drives the chain wheel set D305 to rotate so as to drive the main connecting shaft 206 to rotate so as to drive the half gear set 307 and the chain wheel set C303 to rotate, the chain wheel set C303 drives the belt B302 to rotate, cigarette ends conveyed by the movable baffle 207 are conveyed into holes of the belt C308 under the limitation of the limiting supporting plate 301, and the chain wheel set D305 drives the worm wheel set D306 to rotate so as to drive the belt C308 to rotate so as to convey the cigarette ends to a specified position;
the telescopic controller 404 presses the clamping stop 309 to clamp the cigarette ends, the main connecting shaft 206 drives the half gear 407 to rotate and then drives the chain wheel set E401 to rotate so as to drive the rotary blade 402 and the rotary hook 403 to rotate, then paper outside the cigarette ends is cut off, then the fiber hooks inside the cigarette ends are conveyed to the fiber recovery box 405, and the paper moves along with the belt C308 to the paper skin recovery box 406. The cigarette ends are separated at one time, manpower needed when the cigarette ends are separated is saved, and the working efficiency of separation is improved.

Claims (7)

1. the lower fixing plate (101) is rectangular, fixing blocks are arranged on two sides of the lower part of the lower fixing plate, and supporting plates without baffles are arranged on the upper part and the right side of the lower fixing plate; the shaft of the wheel (102) is rotatably arranged in a hole of a fixed block at the lower end of the lower fixed plate (101); the upper fixing plate (103) is fixedly arranged above the movable supporting part (1) 0; the overturning control plate (104) is fixedly arranged on the upper side of the upper surface of the upper fixing plate (103).

a gear at one end of the chain wheel group A (209) is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the screw group (208), and a gear at the other end of the chain wheel group A (209) is fixedly arranged at the lower end of a rod of the worm gear group B (210); the shaft of the wheel of the worm gear set B (210) is rotatably arranged in a hole of a fixed block of the upper fixed plate (103), and the middle part of the rod of the worm gear set B (210) is rotatably arranged in a hole of the upper fixed plate (103); a gear on one side of the control gear set B (211) is fixedly arranged in the middle of the main connecting shaft (206), and a gear on the other side of the control gear set B (211) is movably arranged at the left end of a shaft of the worm gear set B (210); a gear at the lower end of a chain wheel group B (212) is fixedly arranged in the middle of a main connecting shaft (206), a gear at the upper end of the chain wheel group B (212) is fixedly arranged on a rod of a worm wheel group C (213), a shaft of a wheel of the worm wheel group C (213) is fixedly arranged on a shaft at one side of a belt A (214), and two ends of the rod of the worm wheel group C (213) and the shaft of the wheel are rotatably arranged in holes of a fixing block in the middle of the upper fixing plate (103); the shaft of the belt A (214) is rotatably arranged in a hole of a fixed block at the upper part of the upper end of the upper fixed plate (103); the cigarette end recovery box (215) is placed on the upper part of the lower fixing plate (101).

An environmentally friendly cigarette end separating device based on environmental protection as claimed in claim 1, wherein said conveying part (3) further comprises: the chain wheel assembly comprises a belt B (302), a chain wheel assembly C (303), a motor (304), a chain wheel assembly D (305), a worm gear assembly D (306), a half gear assembly (307) and a clamping stop block (309);
