Carrying out experimental tests, wherein the specific method comprises the following steps: 1) selecting a tested person group: the test population is 110 subjects with red blood streak on face, the age is 18-30 years old, all volunteers have no significant difference (P is more than 0.05) when not taking allergy treatment medicines within 3 months, the test population is comparable, meets the volunteer selection standard of the subjects, is divided into eleven groups, and the test is carried out according to the proportion in the table one; 2) allergic reaction patch test: taking 0.02mL of sample by using a quantitative pipette, placing the sample in a medicine chamber of a spot tester, longitudinally sticking a hypoallergenic adhesive tape for the spot tester on normal skin on the bent side of the left forearm of a subject from the lower part, lightly pressing the hypoallergenic adhesive tape with a palm to uniformly stick the hypoallergenic adhesive tape on the skin, removing the hypoallergenic adhesive tape after 24 hours, marking a test part for convenient observation, and observing skin reactions of the test part after 0.5 hour, 6 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours and 48 hours of removing the spot tester respectively; 3) and (3) detecting the water content of the skin: applying the sample to the face of a subject at an application amount of 2mg/CM, waiting for 3min to allow the sample to be naturally dried, measuring by using a skin moisture tester CM825 (Corneometer CM 825) produced by Germany CK company for 5 times, averaging, and measuring the water content of the skin after the sample is used for 0 day, 7 days, 14 days and 28 days, wherein the specific detection results are shown in the following table 2; 4) measurement of skin oil content: applying the sample to the face of a subject with the application amount of 2mg/cm, waiting for 3min to allow the sample to be naturally dried, measuring 3 times by using a Sebumeter produced by CK company of Germany, averaging, and measuring the skin oil content after the sample is used for 0 day, 7 days, 14 days and 28 days, wherein the specific detection results are shown in the following table 3; 5) each group of volunteers used the corresponding lotion according to the regulations, the lotion was used for 28 days continuously in the morning and at night every day, the sensitive parts of the face were photographed and filed, the photos before use and the photos after 28 days use were compared, and the effect evaluation criteria were as follows: more than 30% of red blood streak is obviously removed and effective; 5 to 30 percent of red blood streak is effectively removed; the red blood streak has no effect of dispelling less than 5 percent, and all volunteers have no adverse reaction in the using process, and the specific detection results are shown in the following table 4.
TABLE 1 ratio of astringent used in experimental groups
Table 2 skin moisture content measurements
As can be seen from table 2 above, examples 1 to 3 all can significantly increase the moisture content of the skin 7 days after use, and increase the moisture content of the skin more than that of the comparative example, wherein the increasing effect of example 3 is the most significant, which indicates that the composition containing the calendula extract, the speranskia herb extract, the honeysuckle flower extract, the houttuynia cordata extract, the burdock root extract and the ivy extract has a synergistic effect of increasing the moisture content of the skin.
TABLE 3 measurement of skin oil content
As can be seen from table 3 above, examples 1 to 3 all have a significant effect of reducing the skin oil content within one week, and are more significant than comparative examples in reducing the skin oil content, wherein the reduction in skin oil content in example three is most excellent, which indicates that the composition containing calendula extract, speranskia herb extract, honeysuckle extract, houttuynia cordata extract, burdock root extract and ivy extract has a synergistic effect in reducing the skin oil content.
TABLE 3 Red blood streak removal results
The results in table 3 show that: examples 1-3 have an effective repair rate of up to 100% for sensitive myoglobin filaments, with the significant efficiency of example three being up to 80% higher.
