Abstract
一种甘蔗等距自动切断装置,包括:工作台、支撑架、电机、曲柄传动机构、导向柱、导向块、滑台、调节柱、夹取块、锥齿轮组、切割刀盘、甘蔗和控制开关;其通过一个电机和曲柄传动机构相配合,实现甘蔗的连续自动夹取和自动切断功能,从而替代人工切割甘蔗,大大提高了工作效率,减轻了人们的劳动强度,同时保护了人的安全。

技术领域
本发明涉及农业技术领域,特别涉及一种甘蔗等距自动切断装置。
背景技术
甘蔗是一种常见的农业种植品,是一种老少皆宜的水果,为了方便甘蔗的售卖,人们一般用刀将其切割成等距的一段一段的甘蔗段来售卖,而人工切断费时费力,还容易发生割手危险;
因此,我们急需发明一种甘蔗等距自动切断装置来解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发提供一种甘蔗等距自动切断装置,其通过一个电机和曲柄传动机构相配合,实现甘蔗的连续自动夹取和自动切断功能,从而替代人工切割甘蔗,大大提高了工作效率,减轻了人们的劳动强度,同时保护了人的安全。
本发明所使用的技术方案是:一种甘蔗等距自动切断装置,包括:工作台、支撑架、电机、曲柄传动机构、导向柱、导向块、滑台、调节柱、夹取块、锥齿轮组、切割刀盘、甘蔗和控制开关;
所述工作台固定安装在加工平面上,所述支撑架的底部固定安装在工作台的后侧面,所述曲柄传动机构安装在支撑架的上部;所述电机也固定安装在支撑架的上部,其电机轴与所述曲柄传动机构相连接,所述控制开关设置在电机的背面;所述导向柱上端与曲柄传动机构相连接,下端与导向块滑动连接,所述导向块与滑台的后侧面固定连接;
所述滑台滑动安装在工作台的滑槽中;所述调节柱与曲传动机构螺纹连接,所述夹取块固定安装在调节柱的底部,且位于滑台的正上方;所述锥齿轮组的输入端与曲柄传动机构相连接,输出端与切割刀盘相连接,通过电机驱动曲柄传动机构旋转,从而同步带动滑台和夹取块动作,与此同时,曲柄传动机构带动锥齿轮组转动,进而使切割刀盘旋转切割;
将待切断甘蔗放置到滑台中,通过控制开关启动电机,所述电机驱动曲柄传动机构逆时针旋转,所述曲柄传动机构同步带动滑台和夹取块夹紧甘蔗后向右侧移动一定距离后通过切割刀盘将甘蔗切断,然后夹取块和切割刀盘继续逆时针向上并同步向左运动与甘蔗分离,同时滑台也向左运动,对下一段甘蔗进行夹取,然后重复上述操作,完成整个甘蔗的等距离自动切断工作。
进一步地,所述曲柄传动机构包括:曲柄和安装架;
所述曲柄有两个,一个与所述电机的电机轴相连接,另一个转动安装在支撑架上,两个曲柄之间通过安装架相连接;所述安装架整体呈倒F形状。
进一步地,所述锥齿轮组由两个相互垂直设置的锥齿轮组合而成,两个锥齿轮的中心分别通过转轴与曲柄和切割刀盘相连接。
进一步地,所述夹取块的夹取面上设置有防滑橡胶。
进一步地,所述切割刀盘由碳素工具钢经过淬火加工而成。
由于本发明采用了上述技术方案,本发明具有以下优点:
(1)本发明通过一个电机和曲柄传动机构相配合,实现甘蔗的连续自动夹取和自动切断功能,减少了电机数量,节约了能源,利用机器自动切断的方式替代人工切割甘蔗,大大提高了工作效率,减轻了人们的劳动强度,同时保护了人的安全;
(2)本发明通过电机连续不断的运转,实现甘蔗的连续夹取和切割,大大提高了切割效率。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例,并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明,但是本发明能够以很多不同于在此描述的其它方式来实施,本领域技术人员能够在不违背本发明内涵的情况下做类似改进,因此本发明不受下面公开的具体实施例的限制。
实施例,如图1-6所示,一种甘蔗等距自动切断装置,包括:工作台1、支撑架2、电机3、曲柄传动机构4、导向柱5、导向块6、滑台7、调节柱8、夹取块9、锥齿轮组10、切割刀盘11、甘蔗12和控制开关;
工作台1固定安装在加工平面上,支撑架2的底部固定安装在工作台1的后侧面,曲柄传动机构4安装在支撑架2的上部;电机3也固定安装在支撑架2的上部,其电机轴与曲柄传动机构4相连接,控制开关设置在电机3的背面;导向柱5上端与曲柄传动机构4相连接,下端与导向块6滑动连接,导向块6与滑台7的后侧面固定连接;
滑台7滑动安装在工作台1的滑槽中;调节柱8与曲传动机构4螺纹连接,夹取块9固定安装在调节柱8的底部,且位于滑台7的正上方;锥齿轮组10的输入端与曲柄传动机构4相连接,输出端与切割刀盘11相连接,通过电机3驱动曲柄传动机构4旋转,从而同步带动滑台7和夹取块9动作,与此同时,曲柄传动机构4带动锥齿轮组10转动,进而使切割刀盘11旋转切割;
使用时,将待切断甘蔗12放置到滑台7中,将装置与电源接通,通过控制开关启动电机3,电机3驱动曲柄传动机构4逆时针旋转,曲柄传动机构4同步带动滑台7和夹取块9夹紧甘蔗12后向右侧移动一定距离后通过切割刀盘11将甘蔗12切断,然后夹取块9和切割刀盘11继续逆时针向上并同步向左运动与甘蔗12分离,同时滑台7也向左运动,对下一段甘蔗进行夹取,然后重复上述操作,完成整个甘蔗12的等距离自动切断工作;过一个电机3和曲柄传动机构4相配合,实现甘蔗12的连续自动夹取和自动切断功能,减少了电机3数量,节约了能源,利用机器自动切断的方式替代人工切割甘蔗,大大提高了工作效率,减轻了人们的劳动强度,同时保护了人的安全。
本发明实施例的一个可选实施方式中,曲柄传动机构4包括:曲柄401和安装架402;曲柄401有两个,一个与电机3的电机轴相连接,另一个转动安装在支撑架2上,两个曲柄401之间通过安装架402相连接;安装架402整体呈倒F形状;从而方便导向柱5、调节柱8以及锥齿轮组10的转轴的安装;
锥齿轮组10由两个相互垂直设置的锥齿轮组合而成,两个锥齿轮的中心分别通过转轴与曲柄401和切割刀盘11相连接,从而将曲柄401水平旋转转换为切割刀盘11的竖直旋转;
夹取块9的夹取面上设置有防滑橡胶,可以更好的夹紧甘蔗,切割刀盘11由碳素工具钢经过淬火加工而成,可以提高装置的使用寿命。

Claims (5)
1.一种甘蔗等距自动切断装置,其特征在于,包括:工作台(1)、支撑架(2)、电机(3)、曲柄传动机构(4)、导向柱(5)、导向块(6)、滑台(7)、调节柱(8)、夹取块(9)、锥齿轮组(10)、切割刀盘(11)、甘蔗(12)和控制开关;
所述工作台(1)固定安装在加工平面上,所述支撑架(2)的底部固定安装在工作台(1)的后侧面,所述曲柄传动机构(4)安装在支撑架(2)的上部;所述电机(3)也固定安装在支撑架(2)的上部,其电机轴与所述曲柄传动机构(4)相连接,所述控制开关设置在电机(3)的背面;所述导向柱(5)上端与曲柄传动机构(4)相连接,下端与导向块(6)滑动连接,所述导向块(6)与滑台(7)的后侧面固定连接;
所述滑台(7)滑动安装在工作台(1)的滑槽中;所述调节柱(8)与曲传动机构(4)螺纹连接,所述夹取块(9)固定安装在调节柱(8)的底部,且位于滑台(7)的正上方;所述锥齿轮组(10)的输入端与曲柄传动机构(4)相连接,输出端与切割刀盘(11)相连接,通过电机(3)驱动曲柄传动机构(4)旋转,从而同步带动滑台(7)和夹取块(9)动作,与此同时,曲柄传动机构(4)带动锥齿轮组(10)转动,进而使切割刀盘(11)旋转切割;
将待切断甘蔗(12)放置到滑台(7)中,通过控制开关启动电机(3),所述电机(3)驱动曲柄传动机构(4)逆时针旋转,所述曲柄传动机构(4)同步带动滑台(7)和夹取块(9)夹紧甘蔗(12)后向右侧移动一定距离后通过切割刀盘(11)将甘蔗(12)切断,然后夹取块(9)和切割刀盘(11)继续逆时针向上并同步向左运动与甘蔗(12)分离,同时滑台(7)也向左运动,对下一段甘蔗进行夹取,然后重复上述操作,完成整个甘蔗(12)的等距离自动切断工作。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种甘蔗等距自动切断装置,其特征在于,所述曲柄传动机构(4)包括:曲柄(401)和安装架(402);
所述曲柄(401)有两个,一个与所述电机(3)的电机轴相连接,另一个转动安装在支撑架(2)上,两个曲柄(401)之间通过安装架(402)相连接;所述安装架(402)整体呈倒F形状。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种甘蔗等距自动切断装置,其特征在于,所述锥齿轮组(10)由两个相互垂直设置的锥齿轮组合而成,两个锥齿轮的中心分别通过转轴与曲柄(401)和切割刀盘(11)相连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种甘蔗等距自动切断装置,其特征在于,所述夹取块(9)的夹取面上设置有防滑橡胶。
5.根据权利要求1-4任意一项权利所述一种甘蔗等距自动切断装置,其特征在于,所述切割刀盘(11)由碳素工具钢经过淬火加工而成。
