本实用新型包括可移动机架(1)、电机(6)、固定杆(10)。在所述的可移动机架上设有固定板(2)，上滑轮组(4)，下滑轮组(3)，并且上滑轮组(4)与固定杆(10)相连。在固定杆上设有轴承架(9)、操作手柄(5)、安全罩(8)、电机(6)、后备装置(7)、锯片(11)。上述的锯片可为多种材质、多种型号的锯片。上述的后备装置由一个轮轴组成，此轮轴上可以安装一个砂轮，并通过皮带与电机(2)相连，以便于将因使用而变钝的锯片打磨至锋利。

3.如权利要求1所述的多功能多用途铡刀式切割仪，其特征在于后备装置的轮轴上可以安装一个砂轮，通过皮带与电机相连，以便于将因使用而变钝的锯片打磨至锋利。
