随着社会的发展,生活水平的提高,我国近年来生活用纸,抽纸的消费量十分的大。抽纸在加工过程中会使用到抽纸加工设备。
如公开号CN112536831A专利涉及一种裁剪设备,尤其涉及一种抽纸生产用自动裁剪设备。该发明提供一种能够在切割时将长抽纸夹紧、能够将切割后的抽纸拨正以及自动化程度较高的抽纸生产用自动裁剪设备。一种抽纸生产用自动裁剪设备,包括:底座,底座顶部设有切割机构;间歇运料机构,切割机构上设有间歇运料机构。本发明通过切割机构以实现对长抽纸的切割动作,接着在间歇运料机构的配合下,实现对长抽纸的等距切割;通过切割机构与侧夹紧机构之间的配合,当切割机构向下移动对长抽纸进行切割时,侧夹紧机构将长抽纸的两边夹紧,如此就便于切割机构对长抽纸的切割。
但是上述装置还存在以下问题,第一,在对抽纸进行切断时,只能对抽纸单一位置进行切断,导致不能对抽纸加工两端进行剪断作业,第二,在对抽纸进行切断后,不能对抽纸进行压平,导致抽纸在切断时有翘边的产生,影响后续的使用。

本发明实施例采用下述技术方案:一种抽纸加工用切断设备,包括安装台、侧边切断机构、切断固定机构、抽纸切断机构、两个废纸粉碎机构和两个切断压平机构,所述安装台上设有两个对称设置的切割槽,所述侧边切断机构架设在安装台的顶部,所述切断固定机构设置在安装台上,所述抽纸切断机构位于切断固定机构的旁侧,两个所述废纸粉碎机构对称设置在两个切割槽内,两个所述切断压平机构对称设置在安装台的顶部且切断压平机构位于安装台的出料端,所述安装台的两端分别设有抽纸进料机构和抽纸出料机构。

本发明的工作原理:本发明在使用时,抽纸进料机构将抽纸向前输送,移动电机212工作带动移动齿轮213转动,移动齿轮213转动从而带动两个移动齿板214通过两个滑块215在安装架211上进行相向移动,两个移动齿板214移动带动两个切割盘移动,将两个切割刀盘223的位置移动至适合的位置,切割电机222工作带动切割刀盘223转动对抽纸的两端侧壁进行切割作业,在对抽纸的两端进行切割后的废料向前移动,此时粉碎电机51工作粉碎刀辊52转动,粉碎刀辊52转动对废料进行粉碎后落入集料罩12内,通过吸风机14将粉碎的废料向外排放,在对抽纸进行横向切断时,需要对抽纸进行固定此时固定电机32工作带动固定转架33在固定架31上进行转动,固定转架33转动带动固定座34转动对安装台1上待切割的抽纸进行固定,防止在切割的过程中抽纸的位置发生偏移,在进行切割时,转动电机41工作带动转动杆42转动,转动杆42转动带动转动盘43转动,转动盘43转动带动滑动槽431转动从而带动驱动柱46转动使得连接架45在定位杆44上进行转动,连接架45转动带动连接杆47转动从而带动滑动架48上下移动,滑动架48上下移动从而带动两个滑动杆492上下移动,滑动杆492上下移动从而带动切割座49移动,切割座49移动带动切割刀片491移动对抽纸横向进行切断作业,在对抽纸进行切断后,需要对抽纸进行压平,此时驱动电缸62向下移动将压平轮65移动至抽纸的上方,此时压平电机64工作带动压平轮65在压平座63上进行转动,对抽纸由于切断产生的翘边进行压平作业,将抽纸整平,以便后续对抽纸的加工。

1.一种抽纸加工用切断设备,其特征在于,包括安装台(1)、侧边切断机构(2)、切断固定机构(3)、抽纸切断机构(4)、两个废纸粉碎机构(5)和两个切断压平机构(6),所述安装台(1)上设有两个对称设置的切割槽(11),所述侧边切断机构(2)架设在安装台(1)的顶部,所述切断固定机构(3)设置在安装台(1)上,所述抽纸切断机构(4)位于切断固定机构(3)的旁侧,两个所述废纸粉碎机构(5)对称设置在两个切割槽(11)内,两个所述切断压平机构(6)对称设置在安装台(1)的顶部且切断压平机构(6)位于安装台(1)的出料端,所述安装台(1)的两端分别设有抽纸进料机构和抽纸出料机构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抽纸加工用切断设备,其特征在于:所述侧边切断机构(2)包括切断移动件(21)和两个抽纸切割件(22),所述切断移动件(21)位于安装台(1)的顶部,两个所述抽纸切割件(22)对称设置在切断移动件(21)上,所述切断移动件(21)包括安装架(211)、移动电机(212)、移动齿轮(213)、两个移动齿板(214)和两个滑块(215),所述安装架(211)位于安装台(1)的顶部,所述移动电机(212)位于安装架(211)的顶部,所述移动齿轮(213)与移动电机(212)的主轴连接,两个所述滑块(215)分别设置在两个移动齿板(214)上,两个所述移动齿板(214)通过两个滑块(215)滑动连接在安装架(211)的底部,两个所述移动齿板(214)与移动齿轮(213)啮合,每个所述移动齿板(214)上均设有与安装架(211)滑动配合的移动杆(216)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种抽纸加工用切断设备,其特征在于:每个所述抽纸切割件(22)均包括电机座(221)、切割电机(222)和切割刀盘(223),所述电机座(221)固定连接在移动齿板(214)的底部,所述切割电机(222)位于电机座(221)上,所述切割刀盘(223)与切割电机(222)的主轴连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抽纸加工用切断设备,其特征在于:所述切断固定机构(3)包括固定架(31)、固定电机(32)、固定转架(33)和固定座(34),所述固定架(31)位于安装台(1)上,所述固定转架(33)转动连接在固定架(31)上,所述固定电机(32)位于固定架(31)上且固定电机(32)的主轴与固定转架(33)传动连接,所述固定座(34)位于固定转架(33)上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抽纸加工用切断设备,其特征在于:所述抽纸切断机构(4)包括转动电机(41)、转动杆(42)、转动盘(43)、定位杆(44)、连接架(45)、驱动柱(46)、连接杆(47)、滑动架(48)、切割座(49)、切割刀片(491)和两个滑动杆(492),所述转动杆(42)转动连接在安装台(1)上,所述转动电机(41)设置在安装台(1)上且转动电机(41)的主轴与转动杆(42)传动连接,所述转动盘(43)固定连接在转动杆(42)上,所述转动盘(43)上设有滑动槽(431),所述定位杆(44)固定连接在安装台(1)上,所述连接架(45)转动连接在定位杆(44)上,所述驱动柱(46)连接在连接架(45)的一端,所述驱动柱(46)与滑动槽(431)滑动配合,两个所述滑动杆(492)对称滑动连接在安装台(1)上,所述滑动架(48)与两个滑动杆(492)的底部固定连接,所述连接杆(47)的两端分别与连接架(45)和滑动架(48)转动连接,所述切割座(49)位于两个滑动杆(492)的顶部,所述切割座(49)上设有两个滑动配合的限位杆(493),所述切割刀片(491)位于两个限位杆(493)的底部,每个所述限位杆(493)上均设有连接弹簧(494),所述安装台(1)位于切割刀片(491)的底部设有切断槽。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种抽纸加工用切断设备,其特征在于:每个所述废纸粉碎机构(5)均包括粉碎电机(51)和粉碎刀辊(52),所述粉碎刀辊(52)的两端转动连接在切割槽(11)的两个侧壁上,所述粉碎电机(51)位于安装台(1)上,所述粉碎电机(51)与粉碎刀辊(52)传动连接。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种抽纸加工用切断设备,其特征在于:每个所述切割槽(11)的底部均设有集料罩(12),两个所述集料罩(12)上设有相连通的出料管(13),所述出料管(13)上设有吸风机(14)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种抽纸加工用切断设备,其特征在于:每个所述切断压平机构(6)均包括放置座(61)、驱动电缸(62)、压平座(63)、压平电机(64)和压平轮(65),所述放置座(61)位于安装台(1)上,所述驱动电缸(62)位于放置座(61)上,所述压平座(63)与驱动电缸(62)的伸缩端连接,所述压平轮(65)转动连接在压平座(63)上,所述压平电机(64)位于压平座(63)上且压平电机(64)的主轴与压平轮(65)传动连接。
