Abstract
本发明公开一种电气开关及控制装置(1),其有一个壳体(2)并带一体结构的插头(7)和带有一个附加的印刷线路板(17)。在插头侧的壳体(2)中设置一个层件(12),以屏蔽电磁辐射作用。在壳盖(3)之背离插头(7)的侧面上设置一个金属的结构层件(13),它通过过孔触点连接(14)与插头(7)相连并通过过孔触点连接(16)与印刷线路板(17)相连接。该层件(13)可屏蔽该开关及控制装置(1)免受外部的电气或电磁类影响,该开关及控制装置(1)被确定应用于机动车上。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电气开关及控制装置。
背景技术
这种开关及控制装置已由DE3310477A1所公开。
在这种公知的开关及控制装置中,在一个插头体中安装了金属销,以便构成一个机械保护的刀条。但是这个刀条不能提供对电气和电磁影响的防护。另外,也不能防止其环境受到影响,而这些影响是通过开关及控制装置的辐射产生的。
发明内容
本发明任务是设置一个电气开关及控制装置并可避免上述缺陷,本装置可防止外部的电气或电磁的影响并能保护开关及控制装置的环境免受辐射的影响,而这些辐射是在开关及控制装置中由于本身根源所产生的。另外,在作为电路载体的印刷线路板和插头及与该插头通过一个对置插接件连接的电缆束之间应能实现一个可靠的和自由结构设置的连接。
按照本发明,提出了一种用于机动车的电气开关及控制装置,具有一个壳体,它在一个侧面上置有一个插头用于容置一个对置插头以构成一个电气插接连接;该插头包括多个相互绝缘的金属销柱,它们构成一个刀条,对置插头的对置接触元件在插合时与其形成电气连接;还具有一个在壳体上安置的印刷线路板,它设有电气结构元件和导体线路,其与插头相接触,其中,该插头在为了容置所述对置插头而设置的侧面上在内表面上和底表面上设置一个层件,它可屏蔽电磁辐射;还在壳盖之相对刀条背离的侧面上设置一个金属的结构层件,它一方面通过过孔触点连接与刀条的销柱相连接;另一方面通过过孔触点连接与印刷线路板相连接,该层件可屏蔽住该开关及控制装置免受外部的电气或电磁类的影响。
按照一有利的实施形式,在金属的结构层件上可配置电子构件,如电容器。
另外,有利的是,在壳体之面对着印刷线路板的壁面上设置塑料支架,其上固定安置通向印刷线路板的过孔触点连接件。
本发明技术方案的有利的变型方案,还给出在以后的附图及说明中。

具体实施方式
一个未作全部细节描述的开关及控制装置1具有一个由塑料制成的壳体2并带有多个壳体盖,其中,在图1中描述了两个:一个侧向的壳体盖3和一个下边的壳体盖4。
该侧向的壳体盖3以至少两个侧壁5和6搭接一个插头7的中空腔,其装备数个销柱8,它们构成一个所谓的刀条9。该插头7被确定用它的刀条9与一个未再描绘的电缆束插头相连接。该插头7的内表面即侧壁5和6的内表面10和插头7的一个底表面11设有一个金属的覆层12,它被确定用于屏蔽电磁的辐射。(射入和射出)。刀条9可在一个回流式一焊接工艺中被加工处理。
销柱8贯穿壳盖3并在内侧面上亦即壳体2之内部被嵌置在一个金属的结构层件13中。这个壳体2之内侧面还被称为规划(Layout)侧并描述在图2中。该层件13是在MID技术工艺中(模制的内连接装置)制造的。
在这种工艺中,应用耐热的塑料,其一方面可很好地在注塑工艺中被加工,另一方面可确保一个稳定的导电材料之粘附作用。以这种技术制造的构件可在标准的电子技术制造中被加工,即,所述焊接工序既可以在回流式炉(Reflow-Ofen)中完成又可以在一个射流焊接(Loetwelle)中实现。
在图2中描述的带有点的圆圈表示用于连接销柱的过孔触点连接14;而白色的方块代表的是电气或电子构件,如电容器15;而白色的圆圈则描述的是过孔触点连接16以用于接触一个电路载体侧18的印刷线路板17,其描绘在图1中。这些过孔触点连接14和16用于信号的中继传输。若不用印刷线路板17可以采用一个薄膜或一个基底。
为了固定印刷线路板17到壳体2上及为了其接触而设置了覆层的塑料一支架19,它们构成焊接位置。这些支架19可以按照不同方式如粘接,融合,或回流焊与印刷线路板17相连接。在本实施例中按照BGA工艺(Ball Grid Array)在回流式焊接工艺中被焊接完成。
该BGA-工艺被特别应用在结构元件中,它们具有大量的连接件。这些连接件总是包括一个从结构元件体垂直伸出的销柱8,其自由端部上设置一个球形的焊剂。该销柱8被置于印刷线路板17的连接区域上,该焊剂被熔化,因此,在销柱8和与之对应的连接区域之间形成一个电气连接。
在壳体2之内部安置的层件13用于使开关及控制装置1免受外部的、如电的和/或电磁形式的影响。另外,壳体2提供一个机械的保护作用。
在刀条9的区域内设有覆层12的插头7具有这样的特性,即,它能屏蔽住该开关和控制装置的环境免受电磁的辐射作用。
基于过孔触点连接14和16就可简单地实现必需的电气横向连接,例如在一个销柱8和印刷线路板17上的任意一点之间的横向连接(又被称为电流回路连接)。
最后在需要时可以简单的方式在刀条上安装其它的电子构件如电容器。
Claims (4)
1、用于机动车的电气开关及控制装置(1)具有一个壳体(2),它在一个侧面上置有一个插头(7)用于容置一个对置插头以构成一个电气插接连接;该插头(7)包括多个相互绝缘的金属销柱(8),它们构成一个刀条(9),对置插头的对置接触元件在插合时与其形成电气连接;还具有一个在壳体(2)上安置的印刷线路板(17),它设有电气结构元件和导体线路,其与插头(7)相接触,其特征在于:该插头(7)在为了容置所述对置插头而设置的侧面上在内表面(10)上和底表面(11)上设置一个层件(12),它可屏蔽电磁辐射;还在壳盖(3)之相对刀条(9)背离的侧面上设置一个金属的结构层件(13),它一方面通过过孔触点连接(14)与刀条(9)的销柱(8)相连接;另一方面通过过孔触点连接(16)与印刷线路板(17)相连接,该层件(13)可屏蔽住该开关及控制装置(1)免受外部的电气或电磁类的影响。
2、按权利要求1所述的电气开关及控制装置,其特征在于:
在金属的结构层件(13)上可配置电子构件。
3、按权利要求1或2所述的电气开关及控制装置,其特征在于:
在壳体(2)之面对着印刷线路板(17)的壁面上设置塑料支架(19),其上固定安置通向印刷线路板(17)的过孔触点连接件。
4、按权利要求1所述的电气开关及控制装置,其特征在于:
在金属的结构层件(13)上可配置电容器(15)。
