Abstract
本发明涉及板材加工技术领域,尤其为一种一次性成型双色地板及其加工工艺,其中,双色地板后原色竹丝和碳化竹丝上胶后冷压成型而成,原色竹丝和碳化竹丝均通过防腐处理,延长地板的使用寿命。本发明中,使用两种颜色的竹丝一次性冷压成型制成双色地板,外观美观自然,结构稳定,具备良好的防腐防潮性能,适宜推广使用。

本发明涉及板材加工技术领域,具体为一种一次性成型双色地板及其加工工艺。
背景技术
目前市场上存在的大部分双色地板大都是利用两种不同颜色的板材拼接而成,结构不稳定,长期使用容易脱胶,导致板材破裂,因此,针对上述问题提出一种一次性成型双色地板及其加工工艺。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种一次性成型双色地板及其加工工艺,使用两种颜色的竹丝一次性冷压成型制成双色地板,外观美观自然,结构稳定,具备良好的防腐防潮性能,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种一次性成型双色地板的加工工艺,包括如下步骤:
1.原色竹丝制作:原色竹丝制作:将竹材去青去黄后,切削成竹片,后爆破制丝,爆破制丝具体操作为:将竹片放入压力罐内,加入总体积10-15%的水,在20分钟内升压至20kg/cm2,温度上升至130℃,维持30分钟后,泄压,取出竹片,完成爆破制丝操作,制得的竹丝放入防腐液中浸泡,浸泡时长为8-15h,浸泡后的竹丝进行干燥、梳理后,得到原色竹丝;
2.碳化竹丝制作:将竹材去青去黄后,切削成竹片,后进行爆破制丝处理,制得竹丝进行干燥、梳理后,放入碳化箱内进行碳化处理,其中,碳化温度控制在150-180℃之间,湿度控制在30-50%之间,维持2-5小时,得到碳化后的竹丝;
3.将原色竹丝和碳化竹丝分别放入浸胶池内,过酚醛树脂浸胶后,把竹丝吊出晾干,直至竹丝含水量在1-7%;
4.将浸胶后的原色竹丝和碳化竹丝按颜色分布依次放入冷压机送料机自动送入冷压机的成型钢膜内,后进行冷压定型,冷压时长为10-12h,压力控制在1.2-1.5MPa之间;
5.将压制成型的双色板进行固化处理,固化包括第一固化区和第二固化区,第一固化区的固化温度为95℃,固化时长控制在2h,第二固化区的固化温度为130℃,固化时长控制在1h;
6.将固化后的双色板冷却处理后进行分切,得到竹材双色板。
优选的,碳化竹丝制作过程中,竹丝碳化后的含水量控制在5%左右。
优选的,防腐液其原料成分以重量份计为五朵云5份、乙醇5份、藿香10份、桂皮20份、对羧基苯甲酸甲酯15份、山梨酸钾25份、丙二醇15份。
一种一次性成型双色地板,双色地板后原色竹丝和碳化竹丝上胶后冷压成型而成。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:使用两种颜色的竹丝一次性冷压成型制成双色地板,外观美观自然,结构稳定,具备良好的防腐防潮性能,适宜推广使用。

本发明提供一种技术方案:
一种一次性成型双色地板的加工工艺,包括如下步骤:
1.原色竹丝制作:原色竹丝制作:将竹材去青去黄后,切削成竹片,后爆破制丝,爆破制丝具体操作为:将竹片放入压力罐内,加入总体积10-15%的水,在20分钟内升压至20kg/cm2,温度上升至130℃,维持30分钟后,泄压,取出竹片,完成爆破制丝操作,制得的竹丝放入防腐液中浸泡,浸泡时长为8-15h,浸泡后的竹丝进行干燥、梳理后,得到原色竹丝;

3.将原色竹丝和碳化竹丝分别放入浸胶池内,过酚醛树脂浸胶后,把竹丝吊出晾干,直至竹丝含水量在1-7%;
4.将浸胶后的原色竹丝和碳化竹丝按颜色分布依次放入冷压机送料机自动送入冷压机的成型钢膜内,后进行冷压定型,冷压时长为10-12h,压力控制在1.2-1.5MPa之间;
5.将压制成型的双色板进行固化处理,固化包括第一固化区和第二固化区,第一固化区的固化温度为95℃,固化时长控制在2h,第二固化区的固化温度为130℃,固化时长控制在1h;
6.将固化后的双色板冷却处理后进行分切,得到竹材双色板。
优选的,碳化竹丝制作过程中,竹丝碳化后的含水量控制在5%左右。

Claims (4)
1.一种一次性成型双色地板的加工工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
1)原色竹丝制作:将竹材去青去黄后,切削成竹片,后爆破制丝,爆破制丝具体操作为:将竹片放入压力罐内,加入总体积10-15%的水,在20分钟内升压至20kg/cm2,温度上升至130℃,维持30分钟后,泄压,取出竹片,完成爆破制丝操作,制得的竹丝放入防腐液中浸泡,浸泡时长为8-15h,浸泡后的竹丝进行干燥、梳理后,得到原色竹丝;
2)碳化竹丝制作:将竹材去青去黄后,切削成竹片,后进行爆破制丝处理,制得竹丝进行干燥、梳理后,放入碳化箱内进行碳化处理,其中,碳化温度控制在150-180℃之间,湿度控制在30-50%之间,维持2-5小时,得到碳化后的竹丝;

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种一次性成型双色地板的加工工艺,其特征在于:防腐液其原料成分以重量份计为五朵云5份、乙醇5份、藿香10份、桂皮20份、对羧基苯甲酸甲酯15份、山梨酸钾25份、丙二醇15份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种一次性成型双色地板,其特征在于:所述双色地板后原色竹丝和碳化竹丝上胶后冷压成型而成。
