Abstract
本发明涉及一种富氢面膜及其制备方法。其中,富氢面膜包括面膜基质和营养物质,营养物质包括质量分数为0.01~2%的产氢基础组分、质量分数为0.05~5%的氢气控释组分、质量分数为0~0.5%的氢分子活化组分、质量分数为0.01~2%的补水保湿组分、余量为水。本发明提供的富氢面膜可以制成多种不同的产品形式,包括干面膜、干膜‑湿液组合面膜、湿膜‑干粉组合面膜。本发明提供的富氢面膜具有持续高效产生高浓度活性氢的特点,反应分解产物对人体安全无毒,产生的高浓度活性氢可以高效抗炎抗氧化,具有改善皮肤炎症、除痘、增强水分和活性成分的渗透和吸收、美白除斑、抗皱纹、褪疤痕等功效。

技术领域
本发明涉及氢科学技术领域,特别是涉及一种富氢面膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
氢气分子具有抗氧化和抗炎效应,在诸多炎症医疗领域展现出明显的抗炎效果。因此,氢气分子对于皮肤美白、抗皱、抗衰老和祛痘等方面具有较高的应用价值。此外,氢气分子尺寸最小,皮肤组织渗透性强,能显著改善皮肤微循环,有利于促进各种营养大分子的皮肤渗透。因此,以面膜作为载体,进行氢分子的面部可控递送,对于改善皮肤功能具有重要意义。
中国专利201910597727.5公开了一种富氢水素面膜及其制备方法、中国专利申请201610693705.5公开了一种含有氢气的凝胶面膜、中国专利申请201610485146.9公开了一种富氢面膜、中国专利申请201710740832.0公开了一种富氢抗氧化抗衰面膜的生产方法、中国专利申请202010038438.4公开了一种防脱氢的富氢面膜,这些专利都是将氢气物理溶解在面膜精华液中,普遍存在溶解的氢分子易于溢出,不利于长期保存和长时间使用问题。
中国专利201910814669.7公开了一种具有抗氧化作用的富氢面膜及其使用方法,使用时将以氢化珊瑚粉为基础产氢成分的软膜粉和精华液进行混合后直接涂抹在脸上,达到即可产氢的目的。中国专利201811520801.5公开了一种富氢面膜及其制备方法,使用时将镁粉和氢化珊瑚钙粉与和精华液进行混合后产氢。这两种面膜使用的产氢原料分解产生强碱性的氢氧化钙和氢氧化镁,容易灼伤皮肤;在没有控释剂存在的情况下,反应产氢过快,不利于长效释氢。
因此,发展安全、高效、可控的富氢面膜是目前氢面膜产品开发的重点和难点。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种安全、高效、可控的富氢面膜及其制备方法。
为实现本发明的目的,本发明提供了一种富氢面膜,包括面膜基质和营养物质,所述营养物质包括质量分数为0.01~2%的产氢基础组分、质量分数为0.05~5%的氢气控释组分、质量分数为0~0.5%的氢分子活化组分、质量分数为0.01~2%的补水保湿组分、余量为水。
在其中一个实施例中,所述产氢基础组分为金属粉体和金属化合物的混合物、多种金属粉体的混合物/复合物、或多种金属化合物的混合物/复合物;其中,金属元素为钙、镁、铝、锌、铁、铜中的一种或多种,金属化合物为金属氯化物、金属氢化物、金属硝酸盐、金属硫酸盐、有机金属盐中的一种或多种。
在其中一个实施例中,所述氢气控释组分为甘氨酸、谷氨酸、天冬氨酸、精氨酸、丙氨酸、维生素C、苹果酸、葡萄糖酸、乳酸、山梨酸、柠檬酸、乙酸、透明质酸、透明质酸钠、海藻酸、盐酸、硝酸、硫酸、磷酸、水杨酸、苯磺酸、琥珀酸、酒石酸、马来酸、富马酸、甘油酸、碳酸、乙二胺四乙酸、丙二酸、丙酸、丙酮酸、丁酸、乙醇酸、乙二酸中的一种或多种。
在其中一个实施例中,所述氢分子活化组分为钯纳米粒、铂纳米粒、钌纳米粒、金纳米粒、镍纳米粒、钴纳米粒、铁纳米粒、辅酶、维生素C、维生素B2、维生素B5、维生素B12、叶绿素、血蓝素、血红素、细胞色素、羟高铁血红素、氯化血红素、血红蛋白、肌红蛋白中的一种或多种。
在其中一个实施例中,所述补水保湿组分为透明质酸钠、海藻酸钠、芦荟、黄原胶、葡聚糖、甘油、聚乙二醇、山梨醇、生物糖胶中的一种或多种。
在其中一个实施例中,所述富氢面膜具有多种产品形式,包括干面膜、干膜-湿液组合面膜、湿膜-干粉组合面膜。
本发明还提供了一种富氢面膜的制备方法,所述干面膜是通过将除水以外的所有组分以干粉的形式压制在面膜基质中制成干面膜,使用时将干面膜泡水后敷脸;所述干膜-湿液组合面膜是通过将包括所述产氢基础组分在内的部分组分压制在面膜基质中制成干膜,将包括所述氢气控释组分在内的其余组分制成湿液,使用时将干膜浸泡在湿液中,待干膜吸收湿液后敷脸;所述湿膜-干粉组合面膜是通过将包括所述氢气控释组分在内的部分组分分散在面膜基质中制成湿膜,将包括所述产氢基础组分在内的其余组分制成干粉,使用时将干粉撒在湿膜上后敷脸。
本发明提供的富氢面膜及其制备方法,其中,富氢面膜包括产氢基础组分、氢气控释组分、氢分子活化组分、补水保湿组分、面膜基质和水。富氢面膜可以制成多种不同的产品形式,包括干面膜、干膜-湿液组合面膜、湿膜-干粉组合面膜。本发明提供的富氢面膜具有持续高效产生高浓度活性氢的特点,反应分解产物对人体安全无毒,产生的高浓度活性氢可以高效抗炎抗氧化,具有改善皮肤炎症、除痘、增强水分和活性成分的渗透和吸收、美白除斑、抗皱纹、褪疤痕等功效。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明提供了一种富氢面膜,包括面膜基质和营养物质,营养物质包括质量分数为0.01~2%的产氢基础组分、质量分数为0.05~5%的氢气控释组分、质量分数为0~0.5%的氢分子活化组分、质量分数为0.01~2%的补水保湿组分、余量为水。当然,也可以根据用户的实际需求添加其它营养成分,本实施例不作限制。
其中,产氢基础组分可以为金属粉体和金属化合物的混合物、多种金属粉体的混合物/复合物、或多种金属化合物的混合物/复合物;其中,涉及到的金属元素为钙、镁、铝、锌、铁、铜中的一种或多种任意组合;金属化合物为金属氯化物、金属氢化物、金属硝酸盐、金属硫酸盐、有机金属盐中的一种或多种任意组合。
氢气控释组分可以为甘氨酸、谷氨酸、天冬氨酸、精氨酸、丙氨酸、维生素C、苹果酸、葡萄糖酸、乳酸、山梨酸、柠檬酸、乙酸、透明质酸、透明质酸钠、海藻酸、盐酸、硝酸、硫酸、磷酸、水杨酸、苯磺酸、琥珀酸、酒石酸、马来酸、富马酸、甘油酸、碳酸、乙二胺四乙酸、丙二酸、丙酸、丙酮酸、丁酸、乙醇酸、乙二酸中的一种或多种。
氢分子活化组分可以为钯纳米粒、铂纳米粒、钌纳米粒、金纳米粒、镍纳米粒、钴纳米粒、铁纳米粒、辅酶、维生素C、维生素B2、维生素B5、维生素B12、叶绿素、血蓝素、血红素、细胞色素、羟高铁血红素、氯化血红素、血红蛋白、肌红蛋白中的一种或多种。
补水保湿组分可以为透明质酸钠、海藻酸钠、芦荟、黄原胶、葡聚糖、甘油、聚乙二醇、山梨醇、生物糖胶中的一种或多种。
具体地,本发明提供的富氢面膜可制成多种不同的产品形式,如干面膜、干膜-湿液组合面膜、湿膜-干粉组合面膜等。
本发明提供的富氢面膜,在产氢基础组分中使用多种金属粉末和/或多种金属化合物的混合物,调控金属分解产氢的活性;添加氢气控释组分可调控产氢速度和浓度,既能节省原料又能提高富氢面膜的效果;添加氢分子活化组分可提高氢分子的抗炎抗氧化效果。
相比于传统的富氢面膜,本发明提供的富氢面膜具有氢气释放可控性高,反应产物安全性高,产生的氢分子浓度高和抗氧化活性高的优点。
本发明还提供了一种富氢面膜的制备方法,干面膜是通过将除水以外的所有组分以干粉的形式压制在面膜基质中制成干面膜,使用时,将干面膜浸泡在水中,待干面膜吸收水后即可敷脸使用;干膜-湿液组合面膜是通过将包括产氢基础组分在内的部分组分压制在面膜基质中制成干膜,将包括氢气控释组分在内的其余组分制成湿液(精华液),使用时,将干膜浸泡在精华液中,待干膜吸收精华液后即可敷脸使用;湿膜-干粉组合面膜是通过将包括氢气控释组分在内的部分组分分散在面膜基质中制成湿膜,将包括产氢基础组分在内的其余组分制成干粉,使用时,将干粉撒在湿膜上后即可敷脸使用。
为更清楚地解释本发明提供的3种不同产品形式的富氢面膜的制备方法,提供以下实施例进行相应说明:
实施例1
将10mg产氢基础组分、200mg氢气控释组分、1mg氢分子活化组分、60mg低分子量透明质酸钠和100mg黄原胶共混,然后在氮气保护下研磨1小时,通过静电喷涂法均匀喷涂在面膜基质表面,然后以三明治形式压制成干面膜,最后密封为成品。使用时,撕开包装袋,往其中加入20~30mL的温水,浸泡5~10分钟,然后敷在脸上15~30分钟。反应过程中,使用商用亚甲基蓝滴定液跟踪测试氢分子浓度,如图1所示。该富氢面膜工艺简单,使用方便,产氢稳定。
实施例2
将10mg产氢基础组分和100mg低分子量透明质酸钠干粉共混均匀,封装于A瓶中;将200mg氢气控释组分、1mg氢分子活化组分和100mg黄原胶完全溶解在20mL水中,封装于B瓶中;将一片常规面膜基质封装于C袋中。使用时将B瓶中的溶液倒入A瓶中,摇匀,然后加入C袋中浸泡5~10分钟,最后敷在脸上15~30分钟。反应过程中,使用商用亚甲基蓝滴定液跟踪测试氢分子浓度,如图2所示,展示出良好的氢气缓释行为。
实施例3
将100mg产氢基础组分制成干粉,封装于A瓶中;将200mg氢气控释组分、1mg氢分子活化组分、60mg低分子量透明质酸钠和100mg黄原胶完全溶解在10~20mL水中制成精华液,然后灌注到面膜基质中形成湿膜,封装于B袋中。使用时将A瓶中干粉均匀喷洒在湿膜表面,浸泡5~10分钟,最后敷在脸上15~30分钟。反应过程中,使用商用亚甲基蓝滴定液跟踪测试氢分子浓度,如图3所示,展示出良好的氢气缓释行为。
实施例4
为了检测氢分子活化组分对氢分子活性的影响,按实施例2同样的工艺制备一份不含氢分子活化组分的富氢面膜供对比,并使用不含铂纳米粒的亚甲基蓝作为氧化剂探测氢分子的还原能力。如图4所示,不含氢分子活化组分的富氢面膜产生的氢分子对亚甲基蓝无明显还原能力,表明其抗氧化能力较弱;而含氢分子活化组分的富氢面膜产生的氢能快速完全还原亚甲基蓝,表明其非常高的抗氧化能力,能够更显著的清除脸部炎症。

Claims (9)
1.一种富氢面膜,其特征在于,包括面膜基质和营养物质,所述营养物质包括质量分数为0.01~2%的产氢基础组分、质量分数为0.05~5%的氢气控释组分、质量分数为0~0.5%的氢分子活化组分、质量分数为0.01~2%的补水保湿组分、余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的富氢面膜,其特征在于,所述产氢基础组分为金属粉体和金属化合物的混合物、多种金属粉体的混合物/复合物、或多种金属化合物的混合物/复合物;其中,金属元素为钙、镁、铝、锌、铁、铜中的一种或多种,金属化合物为金属氯化物、金属氢化物、金属硝酸盐、金属硫酸盐、有机金属盐中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的富氢面膜,其特征在于,所述氢气控释组分为甘氨酸、谷氨酸、天冬氨酸、精氨酸、丙氨酸、维生素C、苹果酸、葡萄糖酸、乳酸、山梨酸、柠檬酸、乙酸、透明质酸、透明质酸钠、海藻酸、盐酸、硝酸、硫酸、磷酸、水杨酸、苯磺酸、琥珀酸、酒石酸、马来酸、富马酸、甘油酸、碳酸、乙二胺四乙酸、丙二酸、丙酸、丙酮酸、丁酸、乙醇酸、乙二酸中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的富氢面膜,其特征在于,所述氢分子活化组分为钯纳米粒、铂纳米粒、钌纳米粒、金纳米粒、镍纳米粒、钴纳米粒、铁纳米粒、辅酶、维生素C、维生素B2、维生素B5、维生素B12、叶绿素、血蓝素、血红素、细胞色素、羟高铁血红素、氯化血红素、血红蛋白、肌红蛋白中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的富氢面膜,其特征在于,所述补水保湿组分为透明质酸钠、海藻酸钠、芦荟、黄原胶、葡聚糖、甘油、聚乙二醇、山梨醇、生物糖胶中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的富氢面膜,其特征在于,所述富氢面膜具有多种产品形式,包括干面膜、干膜-湿液组合面膜、湿膜-干粉组合面膜。
7.根据权利要求6所述的富氢面膜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述干面膜是通过将除水以外的所有组分以干粉的形式压制在面膜基质中制备而成;使用时将干面膜泡水后敷脸。
8.根据权利要求6所述的富氢面膜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述干膜-湿液组合面膜是通过将包括所述产氢基础组分在内的部分组分压制在面膜基质中制成干膜;将包括所述氢气控释组分在内的其余组分制成湿液;使用时将干膜浸泡在湿液中,待干膜吸收湿液后敷脸。
9.根据权利要求6所述的富氢面膜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述湿膜-干粉组合面膜是通过将包括所述氢气控释组分在内的部分组分分散在面膜基质中制成湿膜;将包括所述产氢基础组分在内的其余组分制成干粉;使用时将干粉撒在湿膜上后敷脸。
