Abstract
本发明涉及一种可控产氢复合材料及其应用。其中,可控产氢复合材料包括产氢剂、控释剂和氢分子活化剂,产氢剂的质量分数为1~100%,控释剂的质量分数为0~99%,氢分子活化剂的质量分数为0~30%,产氢剂具有高的产氢量,控释剂可有效调控产氢速度,氢分子活化剂可以提高氢分子活性,高效发挥氢分子生物学效应。本发明提供的可控产氢复合材料可制成复方粉剂、胶囊、片剂、冲剂或喷剂等多种剂型,可用作化妆品添加剂、饮品添加剂、食品添加剂、饲料添加剂、植物生长调节剂和药品添加剂,广泛应用于日用养护、功能保健、氢医学和氢农业。

技术领域
本发明涉及氢科学技术领域,特别是涉及一种可控产氢复合材料及其应用。
背景技术
氢分子具有显著的抗炎抗氧化生物学效应,在诸多炎症医疗领域展现出明显的治疗效果,具有广阔的应用前景。常见的富氢产品包括富氢水、吸氢机和氢化钙胶囊。氢气在水中溶解度较低且挥发较快,导致通过饮用和沐浴富氢水难以在病灶部位达到较高的氢气剂量。吸氢气需要较长时间较大流量的连续吸入氢气才能达到较为理想的疾病治疗效果,难以获得较好的便捷性。氢化钙粉末能够遇水产生大量氢气,具有氢气载量高、释氢速度快和应用便捷的特点,但也具有释氢可控性较差、分解产物碱性较强、反应放热较大的缺点。
中国专利201110368507.9公开了一种可控型制氢添加剂,以铝和强碱NaOH作为主要原料,反应产生氢气,主要应用于工业发电。该添加剂碱性过强,难以应用于医学和农业。
中国专利201910621560.1公开了一种用于清除人体活性氧自由基的方便制氢产品及其应用,主要使用金属Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn粉末和NaBH4、KBH4、LiAlH4作为产氢剂。但金属Ca、Mg粉末和NaBH4、KBH4、LiAlH4产氢过快,而金属Fe、Zn粉末产氢过慢,都难以实现可控释氢。
因此,发展安全、便捷、高效可控的产氢材料是目前氢产品开发的重点和难点,将其作为添加剂发展多种不同用途的氢产品对全民大健康具有重要的意义。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种释氢可控性高、反应体系中酸碱度能有效调控的可控产氢复合材料及其应用。
为实现本发明的目的,本发明提供了一种可控产氢复合材料,包括产氢剂、控释剂和氢分子活化剂,其中,所述产氢剂的质量分数为1~100%,所述控释剂的质量分数为0~99%,所述氢分子活化剂的质量分数为0~30%。
在其中一个实施例中,所述产氢剂为金属粉体和金属化合物的混合物,所述金属粉体和所述金属化合物物通过置换反应生成两相或多相金属复合物,所述金属粉体为钙、镁、铝、锌、铁、铜中的一种或多种;所述金属化合物为金属氯化物、金属氢化物、金属硝酸盐、金属硫酸盐、有机金属盐中的一种或多种。
在其中一个实施例中,所述控释剂为甘氨酸、谷氨酸、天冬氨酸、精氨酸、丙氨酸、维生素C、苹果酸、葡萄糖酸、乳酸、山梨酸、柠檬酸、乙酸、透明质酸、海藻酸、盐酸、硝酸、硫酸、磷酸、水杨酸、苯磺酸、琥珀酸、酒石酸、马来酸、富马酸、甘油酸、碳酸、乙二胺四乙酸、丙二酸、丙酸、丙酮酸、丁酸、乙醇酸、乙二酸中的一种或多种。
在其中一个实施例中,所述氢分子活化剂为钯纳米粒、铂纳米粒、钌纳米粒、金纳米粒、镍纳米粒、钴纳米粒、铁纳米粒、辅酶、维生素C、维生素B2、维生素B5、维生素B12、叶绿素、血蓝素、血红素、细胞色素、羟高铁血红素、氯化血红素、血红蛋白、肌红蛋白中的一种或多种。
本发明还提供了一种可控产氢复合材料的应用,上述的可控产氢复合材料制成粉剂、胶囊、片剂、冲剂或喷剂,使用时直接服用、饮用或喷洒;用于化妆品添加剂,与化妆品原料进行混合,做成多种形式的产氢化妆品,包括面膜、面霜、防晒霜、精油、精华液、洗面奶、香皂、沐浴剂、泡澡剂、洗发剂、发乳、发胶、染发剂、育毛剂、香粉、爽身粉、散粉、洁肤粉或蜜粉;用于饮品添加剂,加入饮料中产生氢气,供饮用;用于食品添加剂,与食品原料进行混合,做成富氢食品;用于饲料添加剂,与饲料粉末进行混合,做成富氢饲料;用于植物生长调节剂,直接施用或与肥料进行混合做成复合肥料施用;或用于药品添加剂,与药物复合,制成复方粉剂、胶囊、片剂、冲剂、喷剂、敷贴、凝胶或注射液。
与传统的产氢技术相比,本发明提供的可控产氢复合材料可通过置换反应形成两相或多相金属复合物控制金属产氢行为,使钙、镁、氢化钙和氢化镁等高活性物质钝化,使铝、锌和铁等低活性物质活化,从而提高各种产氢金属和金属化合物的应用效果,并拓展其应用范畴;添加控释剂可方便调控反应体系的酸碱度,能够根据各种不同的应用场景进行可控产氢,实现高效缓控释氢,解决高活性产氢剂产氢过快、低活性产氢剂产氢过慢的问题,同时也可解决一些分解产物碱性过强导致的不利因素;添加微量的氢分子活化剂,可以显著提高氢分子的还原活性,显著提升氢分子清除毒性自由基的能力,增强其生物学效应。

本发明提供了一种可控产氢复合材料,包括产氢剂、控释剂和氢分子活化剂,其中,产氢剂的质量分数为1~100%,控释剂的质量分数为0~99%,所述氢分子活化剂的质量分数为0~30%,
具体地,产氢剂可以为金属粉体和金属化合物的混合物,金属粉体和金属化合物物通过置换反应生成两相或多相金属复合物,金属粉体为钙、镁、铝、锌、铁、铜中的一种或多种任意组合;金属化合物为金属氯化物、金属氢化物、金属硝酸盐、金属硫酸盐、有机金属盐中的一种或多种任意组合。

为更清楚地解释本发明提供的可控产氢复合材料的应用,提供以下实施例进行相应说明:
实施例1
配置0.3%的乙酸溶液作为控释剂,加入20mg上述的可控产氢复合材料,摇匀,立马产生大量微纳米气泡,30min后用亚甲基蓝滴定液测得氢浓度高达3.5ppm,如图1所示。该配方可以作为干湿混合面膜添加剂,持续高浓度给氢,清除面部炎症。通过调节控释剂用量可以调节释氢速度和浓度。
实施例2
取100mg上述的可控产氢复合材料,与1mg氢分子活化剂和400mg羧甲基纤维素钠充分混合,压制成小药丸。将小药丸加入到在模拟胃酸溶液中,能够持续产氢10小时以上,如图2所示,并在氢分子活化剂的催化下快速消除羟基自由基,如图3所示,有利于长效方便清除胃肠道炎症,改善肠道菌群,提高人体免疫力。通过调控羧甲基纤维素钠的含量可以控制氢气缓释速度,调控氢分子活化剂含量可以调控羟基自由基清除速度。
实施例3
将上述的可控产氢复合材料与碳酸氢钠等崩解剂混合均匀,压制成富氢泡腾片。将富氢泡腾片投入矿泉水、果汁、牛奶、咖啡、可乐和凉茶等饮品中,立即快速溶解并产生大量氢气,快速形成超饱和富氢饮料,供即时饮用。
实施例4
将一份上述的可控产氢复合材料与九份动物饲料粉末混合均匀,造粒形成富氢饲料。给信鸽食用,可长效改善其乳酸代谢,增强其耐力和免疫力。

Claims (11)
1.一种可控产氢复合材料,其特征在于,包括产氢剂、控释剂和氢分子活化剂,其中,所述产氢剂的质量分数为1~100%,所述控释剂的质量分数为0~99%,所述氢分子活化剂的质量分数为0~30%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可控产氢复合材料,其特征在于,所述产氢剂为金属粉体和金属化合物的混合物,所述金属粉体和所述金属化合物通过置换反应生成两相或多相金属复合物,所述金属粉体为钙、镁、铝、锌、铁、铜中的一种或多种;所述金属化合物为金属氯化物、金属氢化物、金属硝酸盐、金属硫酸盐、有机金属盐中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可控产氢复合材料,其特征在于,所述控释剂为甘氨酸、谷氨酸、天冬氨酸、精氨酸、丙氨酸、维生素C、苹果酸、葡萄糖酸、乳酸、山梨酸、柠檬酸、乙酸、透明质酸、海藻酸、盐酸、硝酸、硫酸、磷酸、水杨酸、苯磺酸、琥珀酸、酒石酸、马来酸、富马酸、甘油酸、碳酸、乙二胺四乙酸、丙二酸、丙酸、丙酮酸、丁酸、乙醇酸、乙二酸中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的可控产氢复合材料,其特征在于,所述氢分子活化剂为钯纳米粒、铂纳米粒、钌纳米粒、金纳米粒、镍纳米粒、钴纳米粒、铁纳米粒、辅酶、维生素C、维生素B2、维生素B5、维生素B12、叶绿素、血蓝素、血红素、细胞色素、羟高铁血红素、氯化血红素、血红蛋白、肌红蛋白中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的可控产氢复合材料的应用,其特征在于,所述可控产氢复合材料制成粉剂、胶囊、片剂、冲剂或喷剂,使用时直接服用、饮用或喷洒。
6.根据权利要求1所述的可控产氢复合材料的应用,其特征在于,所述可控产氢复合材料用于化妆品添加剂,与化妆品原料进行混合,做成多种形式的产氢化妆品,包括面膜、面霜、防晒霜、精油、精华液、洗面奶、香皂、沐浴剂、泡澡剂、洗发剂、发乳、发胶、染发剂、育毛剂、香粉、爽身粉、散粉、洁肤粉或蜜粉。
7.根据权利要求1所述的可控产氢复合材料的应用,其特征在于,所述可控产氢复合材料用于饮品添加剂,加入饮料中产生氢气,供饮用。
8.根据权利要求1所述的可控产氢复合材料的应用,其特征在于,所述可控产氢复合材料用于食品添加剂,与食品原料进行混合,做成富氢食品。
9.根据权利要求1所述的可控产氢复合材料的应用,其特征在于,所述可控产氢复合材料用于饲料添加剂,与饲料粉末进行混合,做成富氢饲料。
10.根据权利要求1所述的可控产氢复合材料的应用,其特征在于,所述可控产氢复合材料用于植物生长调节剂,直接施用或与肥料进行混合做成复合肥料施用。
11.根据权利要求1所述的可控产氢复合材料的应用,其特征在于,所述可控产氢复合材料用于药品添加剂,与药物复合,制成复方粉剂、胶囊、片剂、冲剂、喷剂、敷贴、凝胶或注射液。
