技术领域
本发明涉及一种营养保健品,具体地说是一种具有美容养颜、延缓衰老作用的鹿胎珍珠胶囊。
背景技术
随着现代文明的不断发展,人们对容颜俊美的追求越来越迫切,且追求程度呈不断提高的趋势。人们在追求容颜俊美的过程中,分别采用不同的方式。但在诸多方式中,外求容颜年轻俊美,内求延缓衰老已成为大多数人的首选措施。目前,为了减缓面部皮肤的衰老,通常采用外用化妆品,通过皮肤渗透,促进皮肤新陈代谢,加速加倍吸收营养的方式,达到保养皮肤的目的。亦有用口服促进机体新陈代谢和延缓衰老的保健药,但方法传统,效果微弱,不利于使用者自身功能的提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是根据美容延年之机理,提供一种为妇女美颜调经、延缓更年期的口服保健品鹿胎珍珠胶囊。
本发明的鹿胎珍珠胶囊,其特征在于它的活性原料组成及重量份配比为:马鹿胎粉3~8份、丹参5~10份、珍珠粉10~15份、葡萄籽提取物20~25份。
本发明的鹿胎珍珠胶囊优选方案是它的活性原料组成及重量份配比为:马鹿胎粉5~6份、丹参7~8份、珍珠粉12~13份、葡萄籽提取物22~23份。
本发明的鹿胎珍珠胶囊最佳方案由下列重量份配比的活性原料组成:马鹿胎粉5.5份、丹参7.5份、珍珠粉12.5份、葡萄籽提取物22.5份。
本发明的鹿胎珍珠胶囊制备方法是:按上述比例称取马鹿胎粉、丹参粉、珍珠粉、葡萄籽提取物粉混合搅拌均匀制得本发明的活性成分组合物,将活性成分组合物装入胶囊制得本发明鹿胎珍珠胶囊。
当然,也可以将活性成分组合物按现有的制作工艺,加工成其它剂型,如:片剂、软胶囊等。
所述的马鹿胎粉可以采用如下工艺制得:
(1)将冷好的马鹿胎及马鹿胎盘在低温水中缓化;
(2)将缓化的马鹿胎及马鹿胎盘清洗干净,去除结缔组织和污血,而后切块绞碎,加生理盐水,提取,将提取液进行过滤,反复进行2~3次;
(3)超低温冷冻干燥获取超微粉。
所述的葡萄籽提取物,其制备方法为现有技术,可通过极性溶剂如醇或含水醇类溶剂提取来获得。
本发明的鹿胎珍珠胶囊内含的主要成分马鹿胎通过滋补肝肾、健脾养血、补充雌性激素来达到平衡内分泌、调节皮肤组织新陈代谢的目的;配入珍珠粉诱导表皮干细胞增殖分化,珍珠中含有的表皮生长因子(HEGF)能激活过氧化歧化酶(SOD)的活性,促进胶质和透明质酸合成,修复受损皮肤、防止皮肤老化,抑制色素沉着、延缓皱纹形成;葡萄籽提取物所含的原花青素具有抗菌消炎作用,能抑制人体低密度质蛋白的氧化,有抗诱变活性作用。丹参含有维生素E及微量元素锌、铁、铜等,能促进毛发黑色素的生长,对面部色素沉着性疾病如黄褐斑、雀斑等也有较好的治疗作用。四者配伍合用,使药物的生物利用度大大提高,药物之间相互协同,对皮肤深层直接起作用,从根本上改善皮质,使皮肤变得红润、光滑、富有弹性。
本发明的鹿胎珍珠胶囊经过动物功能试验和人群食用试验证明,具有下述优点:急性毒性试验和亚急性毒性试验说明,本发明的鹿胎珍珠胶囊无任何毒副作用,符合保健品的要求和发展趋势。通过日常服用,能够活化皮肤微循环,激活细胞再生,促使褐斑溢出脱落,延缓女性更年期。适用于气血两虚、面色苍白、失眠多梦、月经不调、头昏眼花、胃口不好的女性服用。
具体实施方式
实施例1:马鹿胎粉50克、丹参粉60克、珍珠粉120克、葡萄籽提取物粉220克。混合搅拌制得本发明的活性成分组合物,将该组合物装入胶囊、装瓶,包装入盒即制得鹿胎珍珠胶囊。胶囊每粒含活性成分组合物0.4克,服用方法:每日2-3次,每次1-4粒。
实施例2:马鹿胎粉32克、丹参粉55克、珍珠粉145克、葡萄籽提取物粉240克。混合搅拌制得本发明的活性成分组合物,将该组合物装入胶囊、装瓶,包装入盒即制得鹿胎珍珠胶囊。胶囊每粒含活性成分组合物0.4克,服用方法:每日2-3次,每次1-4粒。
实施例3:马鹿胎粉70克、丹参粉90克、珍珠粉110克、葡萄籽提取物粉210克。混合搅拌制得本发明的活性成分组合物,将该组合物装入胶囊、装瓶,包装入盒即制得鹿胎珍珠胶囊。胶囊每粒含活性成分组合物0.4克,服用方法:每日2-3次,每次1-4粒。

1.一种鹿胎珍珠胶囊,其特征在于它的活性原料组成及重量份配比为:马鹿胎粉3~8份、丹参5~10份、珍珠粉10~15份、葡萄籽提取物20~25份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的鹿胎珍珠胶囊,它的活性原料组成及重量份配比为:马鹿胎粉5~6份、丹参7~8份、珍珠粉12~13份、葡萄籽提取物22~23份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的鹿胎珍珠胶囊,其中各活性原料的重量份配比是:马鹿胎粉5.5份、丹参7.5份、珍珠粉12.5份、葡萄籽提取物22.5份。
