The invention provides a compound fertilizer containing biological enzyme, which comprises biological enzyme, microbial inoculum, inorganic nutrient and organic matter, and the like, wherein the mass part ratio of the biological enzyme to the microbial inoculum to the inorganic nutrient to the organic matter is 0.1-1: 70-98: 1-5. The invention also provides a preparation method of the compound fertilizer containing the biological enzyme. The yield and the content of nutrient components of crops can be obviously improved by applying the compound fertilizer containing the biological enzyme to the crops.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of fertilizer preparation, and particularly relates to a compound fertilizer containing biological enzyme and a preparation method thereof.
Background
At present, the main situations faced by cultivated land in China are soil hardening caused by excessive fertilization and blind fertilization, organic matter reduction, beneficial microorganism reduction, soil acidification and salinization. The fertilizer sold in the market is mainly a high inorganic nutrient fertilizer, which only provides nutrients and does not play a role in soil improvement; and the other is organic fertilizer which has a certain effect on soil improvement, but needs to be applied with simple substance fertilizer or compound fertilizer to provide nutrients. At present, a fertilizer is urgently needed, which can improve soil, improve soil hardening, increase soil microorganisms, provide nutrients and promote crop growth.
CN 103708890A discloses a biological enzyme fertilizer, which comprises, by weight, 4-6 parts of biological enzyme, 290-310 parts of agricultural wastes, 310-330 parts of livestock and poultry manure, 40-60 parts of amino acids, 90-110 parts of humic acid, 40-60 parts of plant ash, 15-25 parts of shell powder, 4-6 parts of fermentation enzyme agent, 40-60 parts of mineral powder and 90-110 parts of boric soil powder. The preparation process comprises pulverizing the above raw materials, mixing and stirring to obtain mixture; fermenting the mixture at normal temperature, and when the internal fermentation temperature of the mixture reaches 60-65 ℃, completing fermentation to obtain a fermented mixture; crushing the fermented mixture again, granulating and drying to obtain a finished product; has the advantages of wide raw material source, large quantity, complete nutrients, low content, slow and long fertilizer effect, good soil improving and fertilizing effects, simple manufacture, environmental protection and the like.
CN 105399493A discloses a special biological enzyme fertilizer for peach trees and a preparation method thereof, wherein the fertilizer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight, crop straws, concentrated phosphoric acid, ethanol, enzyme, rice bran, a microbial agent, perilla oil meal, urea, ammonium monohydrogen phosphate, kaolin, tea leaves, an amino acid solution, a binder and a proper amount of water. The invention solves the problem that most of fertilizers containing enzymes are affected by the pH of soil or the temperature and chemical salts after entering the soil, and are not decomposed and invalid under the influence of the pH or the chemical salts, and microbial agents and enzymes are protected by the adsorption of amino acid and biomass charcoal particles, so that the free state scattering form is effectively reduced and distributed in the soil, the vitality of the enzymes is greatly improved, and the action time of the functional fertilizers is prolonged.
CN 108383621A discloses a compound bio-enzyme fertilizer, which comprises livestock and poultry manure, straws, turf, potassium chloride, humic acid, calcium carbonate, sodium sulfite, a plurality of microbial agents, a plurality of bio-enzyme preparations and a fermentation accelerator. The compound biological enzyme fertilizer can be used for quickly decomposing organic matters and metabolizing antioxidant substances under the synergistic effect of various microbial preparations, inhibiting the growth and reproduction of harmful microorganisms, improving florae in soil, repairing soil environment and playing a positive role in promoting the growth of crops.
However, the bio-enzyme fertilizers prepared by the prior art are all organic fertilizers or bio-organic fertilizers, and no compound fertilizer is used, so that the nutrition cannot be balanced, and the growth promoting effect is slow.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention aims to overcome the problems of the prior art, and provide a compound fertilizer containing bio-enzyme and a preparation method thereof, which can improve the content of soil active enzyme, increase microorganisms, improve the content of organic matters, and simultaneously can improve the photosynthetic utilization rate, promote the growth of crops, and increase the yield of grains.
The compound fertilizer containing the biological enzyme comprises the biological enzyme, a microbial agent, inorganic nutrients and organic matters, wherein the mass part ratio of the biological enzyme to the microbial agent to the inorganic nutrients to the organic matters is 0.1-1: 70-98: 1-5.
Preferably, the biological enzyme comprises one or more of protease, amylase, mannanase and chitosanase. More preferably, the biological enzyme adopts one or more of protease 10-30 parts, amylase 20-40 parts, mannanase 15-30 parts, chitosanase 10-30 parts and the like.
Preferably, the microbial agent comprises one or more of bacillus subtilis, bacillus licheniformis, bacillus amyloliquefaciens and bacillus mucilaginosus. More preferably, the microbial agent comprises one or more of 30-50 parts of bacillus subtilis, 10-20 parts of bacillus licheniformis, 20-40 parts of bacillus amyloliquefaciens and 5-15 parts of bacillus mucilaginosus. More preferably, the addition amount of the microbial agent is such that the content of effective viable count in the fertilizer reaches 2000 ten thousand per gram.
Preferably, the inorganic nutrients comprise three or more of urea, ammonium sulfate, monoammonium phosphate, potassium sulfate, potassium chloride, magnesium sulfate, zinc sulfate, boric acid, ferrous sulfate, manganese sulfate and stone powder. More preferably, the inorganic nutrient comprises three or more of 30-42 parts of urea, 2.8-5.5 parts of ammonium sulfate, 8-32 parts of monoammonium phosphate, 0-28 parts of potassium sulfate, 2-16 parts of potassium chloride, 0-0.4 part of magnesium sulfate, 0-0.4 part of zinc sulfate, 0-0.3 part of boric acid, 0-0.2 part of ferrous sulfate, 0-0.2 part of manganese sulfate and 0-30 parts of stone powder.
Preferably, the organic matter is one or more of biochemical potassium fulvate, amino acid and alginic acid. More preferably, the organic matter is biochemical potassium fulvate.
Preferably, the compound fertilizer containing the biological enzyme further comprises a plate prevention agent, wherein the plate prevention agent comprises one or more of solid paraffin, stearic acid, humic acid and a surfactant.
Preferably, the mass part ratio of the biological enzyme to the microbial agent to the inorganic nutrient to the organic matter is 0.25: 0.4: 95: 4.1.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the compound fertilizer containing the biological enzyme, which is characterized in that the compound fertilizer containing the biological enzyme comprises the biological enzyme, a microbial agent, inorganic nutrients and organic matters, and comprises the following steps of
(1) Mixing inorganic nutrients and organic matters, performing high tower granulation to obtain granular fertilizer, and cooling and screening to ensure that the temperature of the granular fertilizer is not higher than 70 ℃;
(2) mixing a microbial agent, a biological enzyme and a plate prevention agent to obtain a coating agent;
(3) and (3) spraying oil, spraying powder and coating the granular fertilizer prepared in the step (1) by using the coating agent prepared in the step (2) in a coating cylinder, and then packaging.
Preferably, the dosage of the coating agent accounts for 0.1-1% of the weight of the granular fertilizer.
The biological enzyme-containing compound fertilizer prepared by the invention has the following effects
1. The biological enzyme is rich in high-activity biological enzyme, can stimulate the activity of the roots of crops, enhance the root pricking force and increase the number of fibrous roots, thereby strengthening the roots, strengthening the seedlings, promoting the growth, improving the photosynthesis of the crops, increasing the accumulation of sugar and protein in the plants and improving the mouthfeel of the crops;
2. the high-activity biological enzyme and the microorganism have synergistic interaction, and can dissolve phosphorus and potassium, promote the absorption and utilization of the crops to nutrients, reduce the loss of the fertilizer and improve the utilization rate of the fertilizer;
3. increase the organic matter content of soil, promote the proliferation of microbes, improve soil environment and strengthen the disease resistance and stress resistance of crops.

The invention provides a compound fertilizer containing biological enzyme, which comprises biological enzyme, microbial agent, inorganic nutrient and organic matter, wherein the mass part ratio of the biological enzyme to the microbial agent to the inorganic nutrient to the organic matter is 0.1-1: 70-98: 1-5.
Preferably, the biological enzyme comprises one or more of protease, amylase, mannanase and chitosanase. More preferably, the biological enzyme adopts one or more of protease 10-30 parts, amylase 20-40 parts, mannanase 15-30 parts, chitosanase 10-30 parts and the like.
The biological enzyme is rich in high activity, can stimulate the activity of the roots of crops, enhance the root pricking force and increase the number of fibrous roots, thereby strengthening the roots, strengthening the seedlings, promoting the growth, improving the photosynthesis of the crops, increasing the accumulation of sugar and protein in the plants and improving the taste of the crops. In addition, most of the preferred biological enzymes in the application are polymer substances, and the polymer biological enzymes can effectively fix other nutrient components in the compound fertilizer and promote the absorption and utilization of the biological enzymes and other nutrient components by crops.

The high-activity biological enzyme and the microorganism have synergistic effect, and can dissolve phosphorus and potassium, promote the absorption and utilization of the crops to nutrients, reduce the loss of the fertilizer and improve the utilization rate of the fertilizer. The bacillus subtilis successfully colonizes the rhizosphere, the body surface or the body of a plant, competes with pathogenic bacteria for nutrition around the plant, secretes antibacterial substances to inhibit the growth of the pathogenic bacteria, and induces a plant defense system to resist the invasion of the pathogenic bacteria, so that the aim of biological control is achieved, various plant diseases caused by filamentous fungi and other plant pathogenic bacteria can be inhibited, and crops and crop root systems can be effectively protected. The bacillus licheniformis can produce active resisting matter, has unique biological oxygen-depriving action mechanism and can inhibit the growth and propagation of pathogenic bacteria. The bacillus amyloliquefaciens can produce a plurality of alpha-amylase and protease, is very similar to the bacillus subtilis in the aspects of shape, culture characteristics and physiological and biochemical characteristics, belongs to facultative anaerobe, can effectively inhibit harmful bacteria in the growth process of crops, and improves the growth environment of the crops. The bacillus mucilaginosus can dissolve phosphorus and potassium, release soluble phosphorus and potassium elements and medium and trace elements such as calcium, sulfur, magnesium, iron, zinc, molybdenum, manganese and the like, and is more beneficial to the absorption of crops. The cooperation of the microorganisms and the synergistic effect of the microorganisms and the biological enzyme can effectively promote the absorption and utilization of nutrients by crops, reduce the loss of fertilizer, improve the utilization rate of the fertilizer, improve the growth environment of the crops and improve the growth activity of the crops.
Preferably, the inorganic nutrients comprise three or more of urea, ammonium sulfate, monoammonium phosphate, potassium sulfate, potassium chloride, magnesium sulfate, zinc sulfate, boric acid, ferrous sulfate, manganese sulfate and stone powder. Preferably, the organic matter is one or more of biochemical potassium fulvate, amino acid and alginic acid. More preferably, the organic matter is biochemical potassium fulvate. Increase the organic matter content of soil, promote the proliferation of microbes, improve soil environment and strengthen the disease resistance and stress resistance of crops. The organic matter can provide nutrient components for microorganisms to promote propagation, and can be matched with the inorganic nutrient components to promote the absorption of inorganic nutrient components by crops.
Preferably, the compound fertilizer containing the biological enzyme further comprises a plate prevention agent, wherein the plate prevention agent comprises one or more of solid paraffin, stearic acid, humic acid and a surfactant.
Preferably, the mass part ratio of the biological enzyme to the microbial agent to the inorganic nutrient to the organic matter is 0.25: 0.4: 95: 4.1. The preferable proportion enables the crops to grow better.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the compound fertilizer containing the biological enzyme, which is characterized in that the compound fertilizer containing the biological enzyme comprises the biological enzyme, a microbial agent, inorganic nutrients and organic matters, and comprises the following steps of
(1) Mixing inorganic nutrients and organic matters, performing high tower granulation to obtain granular fertilizer, and cooling and screening to ensure that the temperature of the granular fertilizer is not higher than 70 ℃;
(2) mixing a microbial agent, a biological enzyme and a plate prevention agent to obtain a coating agent;
(3) and (3) spraying oil, spraying powder and coating the granular fertilizer prepared in the step (1) by using the coating agent prepared in the step (2) in a coating cylinder, and then packaging.
Preferably, the dosage of the coating agent accounts for 0.1-1% of the weight of the granular fertilizer.
The advantageous effects of the present invention will be described below by way of specific examples.
Example 1
The biological enzyme-containing compound fertilizer comprises, by mass, 0.2: 0.4: 0.3: 97.9: 2.1 of biological enzyme, microbial agent, anti-caking agent, inorganic nutrient and organic matter.
The biological enzyme comprises 15 parts of protease, 28 parts of amylase, 22 parts of mannase and 18 parts of chitosanase.
The microbial agent comprises 30 parts of bacillus subtilis, 20 parts of bacillus licheniformis, 30 parts of bacillus amyloliquefaciens and 10 parts of bacillus mucilaginosus.
The inorganic nutrient comprises 32 parts of urea, 5.4 parts of ammonium sulfate, 31 parts of monoammonium phosphate, 26 parts of potassium sulfate, 3 parts of potassium chloride, 0.2 part of magnesium sulfate, 0.2 part of zinc sulfate and 0.1 part of boric acid
The organic matter is potassium fulvate.
The preparation method of the compound fertilizer containing the biological enzyme comprises the following steps of
(1) Mixing inorganic nutrients and organic matters, performing high tower granulation to obtain granular fertilizer, and cooling and screening to ensure that the temperature of the granular fertilizer is not higher than 70 ℃;
(2) mixing a microbial agent, a biological enzyme and a plate prevention agent to obtain a coating agent;

Example 2
The biological enzyme-containing compound fertilizer comprises, by mass, 0.3 part of biological enzyme, 0.3 part of microbial agent, 0.3 part of anti-hardening agent, 0.3 part of inorganic nutrient and 96 parts of organic matter.
The biological enzyme comprises 26 parts of protease, 35 parts of amylase, 18 parts of mannase and 12 parts of chitosanase.
The microbial agent comprises 40 parts of bacillus subtilis, 14 parts of bacillus licheniformis, 40 parts of bacillus amyloliquefaciens and 5 parts of bacillus mucilaginosus.
The inorganic nutrient comprises 38 parts of urea, 4.6 parts of ammonium sulfate, 20 parts of monoammonium phosphate, 21 parts of potassium sulfate, 3 parts of potassium chloride, 0.1 part of zinc sulfate, 0.2 part of ferrous sulfate, 0.1 part of manganese sulfate and 9 parts of stone powder

The biological enzymes comprise 30 parts of protease, 20 parts of amylase, 28 parts of mannanase and 26 parts of chitosanase.
The microbial agent comprises 50 parts of bacillus subtilis, 10 parts of bacillus licheniformis, 22 parts of bacillus amyloliquefaciens and 15 parts of bacillus mucilaginosus.
The inorganic nutrient comprises 40 parts of urea, 3 parts of ammonium sulfate, 9 parts of monoammonium phosphate, 15 parts of potassium chloride, 0.2 part of zinc sulfate, 0.2 part of boric acid and 28.6 parts of stone powder
The organic matter is potassium fulvate.

Effects of the embodiment
Taking the cabbage as an example, the influence of the fertilizer on the growth vigor, yield and quality of the cabbage heart compared with other brands of fertilizers with the same content under the same condition is researched.

As shown in Table 1, the weight of each individual plant of the flowering cabbage to which the present compound fertilizer containing a biological enzyme was applied was increased by 13.22% and 20.27%, respectively, the yield per mu was increased by 11.65% and 18.68%, respectively, the weight of each individual plant was increased by 34.38% and 59.26%, the protein was increased by 22.58% and 31.03%, respectively, and the soluble sugar was increased by 15.77% and 18.08%, respectively, as compared with the weight of each individual plant to which the same amount of the commercial product A and the same amount of the commercial product B were applied, respectively.
Comparative examples
Comparative example 1 compared with example 1, only one bio-enzyme is used, the bio-enzyme is protease, and other conditions are the same as example 1.
Comparative example 2 compared with example 1, only one bio-enzyme was used, the bio-enzyme was amylase, and other conditions were the same as in example 1.
Comparative example 3 compared with example 1, only one microbial agent is adopted, the microbial agent is bacillus subtilis, and other conditions are the same as those in example 1.
Comparative example 4 compared with example 1, only one microbial agent is adopted, the microbial agent is bacillus licheniformis, and other conditions are the same as example 1.
Compared with the embodiment 1, the dosage of the microbial agent is reduced, and the mass part ratio of the biological enzyme, the microbial agent, the anti-plate caking agent, the inorganic nutrient and the organic matter is 0.2: 0.01: 0.3: 97.9: 2.1. Other conditions were the same as in example 1.
Compared with the example 1, the dosage of the biological enzyme is reduced, and the mass portion ratio of the biological enzyme to the microbial agent to the anti-plate caking agent to the inorganic nutrient to the organic matter is 0.005: 0.4: 0.3: 97.9: 2.1. Other conditions were the same as in example 1.
Effects of the embodiment
Using cabbage heart as an example, the effect of the fertilizer prepared in example 1 and comparative examples 1 to 6 on the growth vigor, yield and quality of cabbage heart was investigated under the same conditions.

As can be seen from Table 2, compared with the example 1, the single plant weight and soluble sugar of the Chinese cabbage are reduced by only using one biological enzyme in the comparative example 1 and the comparative example 2, which shows that the effect of using the mixed microbial enzyme in the example 1 is better than that of using a single biological enzyme, because the multiple microbial enzymes can promote the root activity of crops, enhance the root system pricking force and increase the number of fibrous roots, thereby strengthening the roots, strengthening the seedlings, promoting the growth of the crops, improving the photosynthesis of the crops, increasing the accumulation of sugar and protein in the plants, and synergistically increasing the effect with the microbial inoculum, dissolving phosphorus and potassium, promoting the absorption and utilization of the crops to nutrients, reducing the loss of fertilizers and improving the utilization rate of the fertilizers.
Compared with the example 1, the comparative example 3 and the comparative example 4 have the advantages that the single-plant weight, the yield, the root weight and the like of the Chinese flowering cabbage are reduced due to the adoption of only one microbial agent. This shows that the effect of the mixed microbial agent in example 1 is better than that of a single microbial agent, because the multiple microbial agents can act synergistically, the soil quality is improved, the absorption and utilization of nutrients by crops are promoted, the loss of fertilizers is reduced, and the utilization rate of the fertilizers is increased.
Compared with the example 1, the single plant weight, the yield, the root weight and the like of the Chinese flowering cabbage are reduced due to the reduction of the using amount of the microbial agent, and the crop yield is reduced.
Compared with the example 1, the root weight, protein, soluble sugar and the like of the Chinese cabbage are reduced due to the reduction of the dosage of the biological enzyme, and the taste of the crops is reduced.
In conclusion, the proportion of the invention has better effect.

The compound fertilizer containing the biological enzyme is characterized by comprising the biological enzyme, a microbial agent, inorganic nutrients and organic matters, wherein the mass part ratio of the biological enzyme to the microbial agent to the inorganic nutrients to the organic matters is 0.1-1: 70-98: 1-5.
2. The compound fertilizer containing biological enzymes as claimed in claim 1, wherein the biological enzymes comprise one or more of protease, amylase, mannanase and chitosanase.
3. The bio-enzyme containing compound fertilizer according to claim 1, wherein the microbial agent comprises one or more of bacillus subtilis, bacillus licheniformis, bacillus amyloliquefaciens and bacillus mucilaginosus.
4. The compound fertilizer containing biological enzyme as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the microbial agent is added in an amount to make the content of effective viable count in the fertilizer reach 2000 ten thousand/g.
5. The bio-enzyme-containing compound fertilizer as claimed in claim 1, further comprising an anti-plate agent, wherein the anti-plate agent comprises one or more of paraffin wax, stearic acid, humic acid, and surfactant.

The bio-enzyme-containing compound fertilizer according to claim 1, wherein the inorganic nutrients include three or more of urea, ammonium sulfate, monoammonium phosphate, potassium sulfate, potassium chloride, magnesium sulfate, zinc sulfate, boric acid, ferrous sulfate, manganese sulfate, and stone powder.
7. The compound fertilizer containing biological enzyme as claimed in claim 1, wherein the organic matter is one or more of biochemical potassium fulvate, amino acid and alginic acid.
8. The compound fertilizer containing biological enzyme as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the ratio of biological enzyme, microbial agent, inorganic nutrient and organic matter is 0.25: 0.4: 95: 4.1.
9. A method for preparing a bio-enzyme-containing complex fertilizer according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the method comprises the steps of
(1) Mixing the inorganic nutrients and the organic matters, performing high tower granulation to obtain granular fertilizer, and cooling and screening to ensure that the temperature of the granular fertilizer is not higher than 70 ℃;
(2) mixing the microbial agent, the biological enzyme and the anti-plate caking agent to obtain a coating agent;
(3) and (3) performing oil spraying, powder spraying and coating on the granular fertilizer prepared in the step (1) by using the coating agent prepared in the step (2) in a coating cylinder, and then packaging.
10. The method for preparing a compound fertilizer containing biological enzyme as claimed in claim 9, wherein the amount of the coating agent is 0.1% -1% of the weight of the granular fertilizer.
