The working principle of the invention is as follows:
when the refrigeration house products are sorted and put in storage, the products are weighed and classified and discharged after detection through the sorting conveying and discharging assembly 1, the classified and discharged products are classified and transferred according to categories through the tracking classification and transfer assembly 2, so that the automatic classification and collection operation of the refrigeration house is realized, the products are transported through the sorting conveying belt 3 when the sorting conveying and discharging assembly 1 runs, the conveying belt mounting rack 4 is used for mounting the sorting conveying belt 3, the products are weighed through the weighing mechanism 5 in the running process of the sorting conveying belt 3, so that the discharging position of the modified products is determined, the products are subjected to appearance detection through the detection mechanism 6, whether the products are qualified products is detected, the products are continuously conveyed on the sorting conveying belt 3, and when the preset discharging position of the products is reached, the corresponding classification and discharging mechanism 7 outputs the products to be pushed out of the conveying surface of the sorting conveying belt 3, realize the letter sorting effect, the transfer box 11 is used for carrying out the classified collection with the product of release, the completion is collected the back, the whole operation in predetermined track of the categorised transfer subassembly 2 of tracking dolly 8 output drive tracking, after reacing predetermined categorised freezer and depositing the district, X type elevating system 9 drives transfer box 11 and goes up and down, so that better carry out the unloading operation, the mechanism 10 output is emptyd in the deflection drives transfer box 11 and deflects, the tank wall mechanism 12 that opens and shuts outputs the lateral wall opening with transfer box 11, thereby be convenient for the product fall into the specified area from transfer box 11 and concentrate the frozen storage, and then realize the automatic classified collection effect of freezer.
The device/apparatus/method realizes the functions of the invention by the following steps, thereby solving the technical problems proposed by the invention:
step one, when the weighing mechanism 5 works, the horizontal fixing plate 16 is used for installing the weighing mechanism 5, the pressure detection sensor 17 is used for detecting the weight of a product positioned above the horizontal detection plate 15, so that subsequent classification operation is facilitated, and the horizontal detection plate 15 is used for bearing the product during weighing.
And step two, when the products are transported on the sorting conveyor belt 3, the products move to the position above the horizontal detection plate 15 through the feeding inclined plate 18, the pressure detection sensor 17 below the horizontal detection plate 15 weighs the products when the products pass through the horizontal detection plate 15, and the products fall onto the conveying surface of the sorting conveyor belt 3 again through the discharging inclined plate 19 after passing through the horizontal detection plate 15, so that the conveying process is facilitated to continue.
And step three, when the product moves on the horizontal detection plate 15, the rolling shaft 20 changes sliding friction into rolling friction, so that the product can move above the horizontal detection plate 15 conveniently, and the product is prevented from staying on the surface of the horizontal detection plate 15 due to insufficient initial power.
Step four, when the detection mechanism 6 works, the industrial camera 22 is used for detecting whether the appearance of the product is qualified, if the product is qualified, the classified blanking mechanism 7 is used for collecting the classified blanking of the product, if the product is a defective product, the classified blanking mechanism 7 does not work, the product is conveyed to the tail end through the sorting conveyor belt 3 and enters a waste collection link, and then the quality of the product is ensured.
And step five, when the sorting and discharging mechanism 7 works, the long shaft cylinder 23 outputs to drive the push rod 24 to push forwards, the push rod 24 drives the material pushing plate 25 to move synchronously, so that the products on the sorting and conveying belt 3 are pushed out through the discharging avoiding groove 26 on the second material baffle plate 14, and after the products are pushed out, the products fall into the transfer box 11 of the tracking and sorting transfer assembly 2 through the inclined material discharging plate 27 to be collected.
Step six, when the deflection dumping mechanism 10 works, the pushing cylinder 28 outputs and drives the sliding block 30 to move along the first guide rail 29, so as to drive the hinged rod 31 to rotate, the hinged rod 31 drives the transfer box 11 hinged with the hinged rod to deflect, and the deflection function of the deflection dumping mechanism 10 is further realized.
And seventhly, when the deflection dumping mechanism 10 works, the lifting and contracting rods 33 on the two sides are used for ensuring the stable deflection, so that the transfer box 11 is prevented from deflecting, and the second guide rail 32 limits and guides the movement of the bottom ends of the lifting and contracting rods 33.
Step eight, when the box wall opening and closing mechanism 12 works, the output of the servo motor 34 drives the driving wheel 35 to rotate, the driving wheel 35 drives the driven wheel 36 meshed with the driving wheel to rotate, the driven wheel 36 drives the rotating shaft 37 fixedly connected with the driven wheel to rotate, and further the hinged plate 38 is driven to deflect, so that the opening of the transfer box 11 is opened, and the transfer box 11 is convenient to perform blanking operation.
