In addition, because the conveying line adopts a plurality of conveying units 11 which can independently convey products, the conveying path of the conveying line can be obtained by combining the plurality of conveying units 11 according to actual requirements, the structure is simplified, the installation and the layout of the sorting device are simplified, and the sorting cost of the products is further reduced.
In detail, as shown in fig. 1 to 9, the conveying paths of the conveying units 11 in this embodiment may be designed as straight conveying paths, or arc conveying paths, or a combination of straight conveying paths and arc conveying paths according to actual needs, so as to facilitate the arrangement of the conveying units 11 in space, and facilitate the conveying of the products from the conveying lines to the corresponding destinations.
The conveying unit 11 in this embodiment may be divided into different conveying units according to different conveying paths, and when the conveying path of the conveying unit is a linear conveying path, the conveying unit is a linear conveying unit, wherein the linear conveying unit may be divided into two types.
As shown in fig. 7 to 9, when the linear conveying unit is the first conveying unit 11a, it is mainly composed of a conveying roller body 113 for contacting with the product and applying a conveying force, a frame 111 for rotatably supporting the conveying roller body 113, and the like. Among them, the conveying roller body 113 is preferably a plurality of rollers provided at intervals in the conveying direction of the first conveying unit 11 a. Each of the conveying roller bodies 113 is provided in parallel between the two frames 111, and the conveying roller bodies 113 are upright cylindrical rollers. As shown in fig. 7, the conveying unit 11a in the present embodiment takes only eight rollers 113a, 113b, 113c, 113d, 113e, 113f, 113g as an example of the conveying roller body 113, and explains conveying a product in a direction as shown by a in fig. 7 as an example.
As shown in fig. 8, when the linear transport unit is the second transport unit 11b, it is mainly composed of a conveyor belt body 112 for applying a transport force to a product, a frame member 114 for rotatably supporting the conveyor belt body 112, and the like.
As shown in fig. 9, when the conveying path of the conveying unit 11 is an arc conveying path, which is an arc conveying unit, that is, a third conveying unit 11c, the third conveying unit 11c is mainly composed of a plurality of tapered conveying rollers 116 arranged at intervals and used for applying a conveying force to a product, a frame 117 for rotatably supporting the tapered conveying rollers 116, and the like, wherein each tapered conveying roller 116 is distributed between two frames 117 in an arc shape. The frame 117 is an arc frame. Among them, as a further preference, the taper conveying rollers in the third conveying unit 11c may be laid out in an equiangular arrangement.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the frame 111, the frame member 114, and the frame 117 may be independently provided frame structures, or may be integrally formed frame structures, for example, a frame plate with a linear section and an arc section is designed along the conveying path, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, this embodiment is preferably an integrally formed frame as an example for description, and details are not described herein.
In addition, in most of the conveying bodies in the conveying unit 11 in the present embodiment, it is preferable that a plurality of conveying roller bodies 113 are provided at intervals in the conveying direction of the conveying unit 11, and each of the conveying roller bodies 113 is disposed in parallel between the two frames 111. So that the products are independently conveyed by the independent conveying bodies formed by the plurality of conveying roller bodies 113, the conveying intervals of the conveying units 11 can be controlled according to the number and the interval distance of the conveying roller bodies 113 while the conveying units 11 stably convey the products.
In addition, as shown in fig. 2 and 7, the conveying unit 11 in the present embodiment further includes: the unit controller 119 is in communication connection with the control device 101 and is used for independently controlling the conveying of the conveying bodies, and the sensor 118 is in communication connection with the unit controller 119, so that the independent conveying of the conveying units 11 is controlled, namely when one conveying unit 11 stops conveying the products, the conveying of the products conveyed in advance or in the later is not influenced by other conveying units 11, and the sorting and conveying efficiency is improved. In addition, the unit controller 119 is further configured to detect whether a product passes through the conveying unit 11 according to the sensor 118, generate corresponding position information, and send the position information to the control device 101, so that the control device 101 determines a conveying path of the product according to the position information, thereby facilitating the control device 101 to determine and control the conveying path of the product. In addition, when the sensor 118 does not detect that the product is transported on the transporting unit 11, the unit controller 119 may control the transporting roller 113 to stop transporting according to the number of times of signals transmitted or the number of times of signals not transmitted by the sensor 118 within a set time, so as to avoid useless transporting of the transporting unit 11 and save energy.
As shown in fig. 7, preferably, the sensors 118 in the present embodiment are all disposed at the end of the conveying unit 11 in the conveying direction, so that the sensors 118 can sense any position on the conveying unit 11 after the product is thrown.
When the sensor 118 of any one of the conveying units 11 continuously senses a product within a set interval, for example, when the conveying unit 11 receives another product thrown in while conveying a product, the control device 101 controls the conveying unit 11 adjacent to the conveying unit 11 and conveying the product later to stop conveying until the sensor 118 does not sense the product within the set interval, that is, when the control device 101 determines that the conveying unit 11 does not convey the product, the control device 101 controls the conveying unit 11 adjacent to the product and conveying the product later to continue conveying the product, so as to avoid the phenomenon of blockage or missing detection.
Similarly, when any one of the conveying units 11 stops operating due to a failure, the control device 101 controls the conveying unit 11 adjacent to the conveying unit 11 and conveying the product later to stop operating, until the conveying unit 11 is operated again and the sensor 118 does not sense the product within the set interval, and controls the conveying unit 11 adjacent to the conveying unit 11 and conveying the product later to operate again.
Moreover, when any one of the conveying units 11 stops operating without detecting a product within a set time, if the sensor 118 adjacent to the conveying unit 11 and on the conveying unit 11 that conveys the product later senses the product, the conveying unit 11 operates again to avoid blockage, thereby ensuring smooth conveying and sorting of the product.
As shown in fig. 7, the sensor 118 in the present embodiment is preferably a correlation type photoelectric sensor, and both the emitting end and the receiving end thereof are disposed on one side of the frame 111. Obviously, the sensor in this embodiment may also be other types of sensors, such as infrared sensor, laser sensor, microwave sensor, and other existing sensors that can detect products.
Further preferably, the product in this embodiment is preferably: the product comprises an article externally provided with an identification code and a tray loaded with the article and matched with the shape of the article. Obviously, the product in this embodiment may also be an article whose outer surface is provided with an identification code or an article which is not provided with an identification code, and the product information matched with the product may be read by a corresponding reading device. Therefore, the present embodiment does not specifically limit and describe whether the product is a tray with an article or an article.
In addition, as shown in fig. 5, the detecting unit 12 in the present embodiment may be constituted by a conveyor belt body 121 for contacting the product and applying a conveying force, a frame 125 for supporting the conveyor belt body 121, a second sensor 122 communicatively connected to the control device, and the like. When the product is sensed by the second sensor 122 on the conveyor belt 121, the second sensor 122 sends a detection signal to the control device, so that the control device controls the first reading device 3 to read the product information. Further, it should be noted that the detection unit 12 in the present embodiment may preferably be constituted by the conveyance unit 11.
By last knowing, accessible conveyer belt body 121 is to the conveying of product, under the condition of avoiding the product to produce and rocking, real-time accurate reading with product assorted product information, for example through reading the identification code that the product is pasted etc. and acquire assorted product information, play the economize on electricity, resources are saved promotes the effect of reading device life-span. It should be noted that the second sensor 122 is disposed at a height lower than the height of the product, so as to sense the product. The second sensor 122 is preferably a photoelectric sensor, so as to quickly trigger the first reading device 3 when sensing the product, thereby facilitating the first reading device 3 to read the product information corresponding to the product in the product running state, i.e. in a dynamic state. Meanwhile, the first reading device 3 is ensured to accurately read the product information matched with the product in the detection unit.
As shown in fig. 5, the conveyor belt body 121 may be composed of a conveyor belt 1211, a main conveyor roller 1212 for driving the conveyor belt 1211 to rotate, a sub-conveyor roller 1213 engaged with the main conveyor roller 1212, a conveyor motor for driving the main conveyor roller 1212 to rotate and communicatively connected to the control device, and the like.
Further preferably, as shown in fig. 10 and 11, the changing unit 13 may be configured by a plurality of conveying rollers 131 which are arranged in parallel at intervals and are used for applying a conveying force to the products, a sorting member which is extended and retracted relative to the conveying rollers 131 and is used for applying a conveying force to the products, a supporting member 135 for rotatably supporting the conveying rollers 131, an elevating mechanism for controlling an elevating height of the sorting member, and the like. Wherein the directions of the conveying force applied to the products by the conveying rollers 131 and the sorting members are different; the elevating mechanism is used to extend and retract the sorting components from between the conveying rollers 131.
When the lifting height of the sorting member is changed by the lifting mechanism, such as the sorting member is protruded from between the conveying rollers 131 under the control of the lifting mechanism, since the direction of the applied conveying force of the sorting member is not identical to the conveying direction of the conveying rollers 131, the conveying direction of the product is changed to move the product along the direction of the applied conveying force of the sorting member. When the sorting member is withdrawn from between the conveying rollers 131 under the control of the elevating mechanism, the products can pass through the changing unit without changing the transfer direction under the conveyance of the conveying rollers 131, thereby achieving the automatic sorting of the products.
In detail, as shown in fig. 10 and 11, the sorting means in the present embodiment is preferably an automatically rotatable rotor 132, and the rotor 132 is disposed in a state of being inclined with respect to the conveying direction of the conveying rollers 131, for example, in an angle of 45 degrees. Wherein, the rotating speed of the rotor at the side connected with the conveying branch section 2 is slower than that of the rotor at the side connected with the conveying branch section 2.
The rotor 132 may be self-powered, or the rotor 132 may be driven to rotate by a corresponding driving roller, a pulley provided on the driving roller, and a tape wound between the pulley and the rotor 132.
As shown in fig. 11, the rotor 132 in the present embodiment is mainly composed of a rotor body 1321, a rotor holder 1322 provided on the support member 135 for fixing the rotor body 1321, and the like. Wherein, the axial direction of the rotating shaft of the rotor body 1321 forms an included angle with the axial direction of the conveying roller 131.
In the present embodiment, the rotor body 1321 of each rotor 132 is disposed above the conveying roller 131 through the rotor support 1322, and the driving roller 1323 is disposed below the conveying roller 131 through the support member 135; the rotor support 1322 is provided on the support member 135. And the driving roller 1323 is provided with annular grooves 136 of different depths along the axial direction thereof, such as the annular groove 136a, the annular groove 136b, the annular groove 136c, and the annular groove 136d shown in fig. 12, which are respectively sleeved with a tape 137a, a tape 137b, a tape 137c, and a tape 137d, and each tape 137 is sleeved on the corresponding rotor body 1321, so that each tape 137 is driven by the same driving roller 1323, and the driving speeds of the tapes 137a to 137d are different in unit time due to different depths of the annular grooves, thereby the rotating speeds of the driven rotors 132 are different. In the present embodiment, the depth of each annular groove on the driving roller 1323 gradually becomes deeper from one end to the other end along the axial direction, wherein the depth of the annular groove 136a is deepest, and the depth of the annular groove 136d is shallowest, so the speed of the tape 137a sleeved on the annular groove 136a is slower, and the speed of the tape 137d on the annular groove 136d is faster, so that the corresponding driven rotor has a speed difference in the axial direction of the driving roller 1323. Therefore, as shown in fig. 2, when the product passes over the conveying roller 131, the rotor body 1321 on the side of the conversion unit 13 adjacent to the conveying branch 2 rotates at a slower speed than the rotor body 1321 on the side away from the conveying branch 2, so that the product is driven by each rotor body 132 to move toward the conveying branch 2, and sorting is completed.
In addition, in this embodiment, pulleys (not shown) with different diameters are sleeved on the driving roller 1323 along the axial direction thereof, and the diameters of the pulleys are gradually decreased from one end of the driving roller 1323 to the other end thereof, so that the rotating speed of the rotor 132 on the side adjacent to the conveying branch 2 is slower than that of the rotor 132 on the side far from the conveying branch 2, which is not described herein again.
As shown in fig. 11, the lifting mechanism 134 of the present embodiment further includes: a frame member 1342, a lifting motor 1344 disposed on the frame member 1342, and a driving member 1343 rotatably connected to the lifting motor 1344, wherein the driving member 1343 is connected to the supporting member 135. When the elevating motor 1344 is operated, the driving part 1343 may drive the supporting part 135 to ascend or descend such that the rotor 132 may be extended or submerged between the conveying rollers 131 and be disposed to be inclined with respect to the horizontal direction. In a preferred embodiment, the lifting motor in the present embodiment is preferably a roller with a built-in motor, and the driving member 1343 is preferably a cam. Obviously, the lifting mechanism in this embodiment may also adopt other existing structures such as a gear structure, a connecting rod structure, and a worm drive structure to achieve the lifting of the rotor 132. In this embodiment, the supporting member 135 and the frame seat member 1342 may both preferably adopt a frame structure, and the supporting member 135 may be a frame provided independently or may be an integral structure with the frame 111 of another conveying unit in the conveying main section 1.
In addition, the first reading device 3 in the present embodiment may be constituted by: k code scanners 31 for recognizing the identification codes of the products and reading the product information, K code scanning brackets 32 for fixing the corresponding code scanners 31, and the like. Wherein, K is a positive integer, and when N and K are both greater than 1, each letter sorting district section all is equipped with a detecting element, and the top of each detecting element all sets up a scanning sign indicating number ware 31 through a scanning sign indicating number support 32. The code scanning support 32 may be disposed on the frame 111, or may be disposed independently, so that the code scanner 31 is suspended above the detection unit 12.
In addition, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the conveying unit that is adjacent to the detecting unit 12 and is previously provided in the sorting section is an adjusting unit 11d for adjusting the conveying direction of the product so that the product is located in the reading area of the first reading device when it reaches the detecting unit.
The adjusting unit 11d includes: the conveying device comprises a plurality of conveying roller bodies 113 which are arranged in parallel at intervals and used for applying conveying force to products, and a limiting frame 111 used for fixing the conveying roller bodies 113; wherein, the axial direction of each conveying roller body 113 and the length direction of the limit frame 111 form an included angle; further, the adjusting unit 11d further includes: the first guide roller 11d1 connected to one side of the check frame 111 in contact with the sensing unit 12, while the first guide roller 11d1 maintains a set interval with the other side of the check frame 111. The conveying direction of the products is gradually changed by the conveying roller 113, and then the products are greatly turned by the contact of the limiting frame 111, so that the products with larger amplitude can directly hit the side of the limiting frame 111 connected with the first guiding roller 11d1, such as a 'Z' -shaped conveying track.
Further preferably, the adjusting unit 11d further includes: a second guide roller 11d2 connected to the other side of the limiting frame 111 while the second guide roller 11d2 maintains a set interval with the other side of the limiting frame 111; the product is guided by the second guiding roller 11d2, enters the adjusting unit 11d above each conveying roller 113, and enters the detecting unit 12 after contacting and guiding with the first guiding roller 11d1 through the limit fit of the limit frame 111. To cooperate with the guiding of the first guide roller body 11d1 by the second guide roller body 11d2, so that the product, after coming into contact, moves as far as possible towards the side of the check frame 111 to which the second guide roller body 11d2 is connected.
Further preferably, the included angle is 30-60 degrees. Preferably, the included angle in this embodiment is preferably 45 degrees.
Further preferably, the interval section is equal to or longer than half the length of the conveying roller body 113.
It is further preferable that the compartment is provided with a pad 11d3, and the height of the pad 11d3 is lower than the height of the first guide roller 11d1, so as to prevent the product which is not successfully guided or does not need to be guided from sinking into the compartment and being stuck when passing over the compartment. In this embodiment, the shape of the spacing section is preferably triangular, and the width of the spacing section gradually decreases from the side connected with the limiting frame toward the first guiding roller 11d1 or the second guiding roller 11d2, so as to avoid the product sinking phenomenon to the maximum extent.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, the main conveying section 1 may have a first sorting section 14 formed by one sorting section and a second sorting section 15 formed by another sorting section. Wherein the first sorting section 14 and the second sorting section 15 each comprise: and a plurality of conversion units 13, and the conversion units 13 are arranged in a row along the conveying direction of the conveying main section 1. The second sorting section 15 and the first sorting section 14 are arranged in series in the conveying direction of the conveying main section 1. Therefore, the unsorted products in the second sorting area 15 can be directly transferred to the first sorting area 14 after passing through the second sorting section 15, and the products sorted in the first sorting area 14 can be moved to the conveying branch 2 connected with the first sorting area 14 for corresponding processing, and so on, thereby satisfying different sorting requirements and improving sorting efficiency. It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, only two sorting sections are taken as an example for description, and the number of the sorting sections included in the main conveying section is not limited and described in detail.
In addition, as a preferable mode, the control device 101 in this embodiment may be one or more PCL (Programmable Logic Controller) controllers communicatively connected to the conveying units, the detecting units, the monitoring units, the sorting units, the converting units, and the reading devices, and a control host communicatively connected to the PCL controllers, for example, an industrial personal computer.
In addition, in order to illustrate the working process of the sorting device of the embodiment, the control method comprises the following steps:

step S23, the control device 101 determines whether the product needs to be sorted in the second sorting section 15 according to the received product information;
if so, the products are sorted from the second sorting section 15 to the conveying branch section matching the product information according to the product information, step S24.
And step S25, if not, continuing to convey the product through the main conveying section.
Example two
The second embodiment further provides a sorting device, as shown in fig. 13 to 21, and is a further improvement of the first embodiment, in that in the second embodiment, the conveying branch section 2 includes: a first conveying branch 21 which is engaged with the first sorting section 14. The first conveying branch 21 has a plurality of sorting units 23, and the sorting units 23 are arranged in a row along the conveying direction of the first conveying branch 21.
Wherein the sorting unit 23 includes: a conveying component 231 for supporting and conveying the products, and a pushing mechanism 233 arranged on the frame 125 and connected with the control device in a communication way. The conveying component 231 is connected to two adjacent conveying units 11, and the pushing mechanism 233 is used for pushing the product on the conveying component 231 out of the first conveying branch 21 to the corresponding detection station.
The above results show that: the products conveyed on the conveying main section 1 are conveyed to the corresponding first conveying branch sections 21 in the first sorting area 14 through the conversion units 13 in the first sorting section 14 as required, the products are conveyed to the conveying parts 231 of the sorting units 23 through the first conveying branch sections 21, and meanwhile, the products are accurately and stably pushed out of the sorting units 23 through the material pushing mechanisms 233 and are pushed to the corresponding detection stations, such as the workbench 30, so that the corresponding quality inspection processing is carried out. Meanwhile, products on the non-sorting unit 23 on the first conveying branch section 21 can be pushed to the corresponding detection stations on the sorting unit 23, and then continue to be conveyed along the conveying direction of the first conveying branch section 21 under the conveying of the conveying unit 11, so that the ordered operation of sorting the products can be ensured, and the sorting efficiency is improved.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 14 and 17, the sorting unit 23 in the present embodiment mainly includes a conveying member 231 for holding and conveying the product, a material pushing mechanism 233 for pushing out the product on the conveying member 231 to a corresponding detection station, a sensor 232 disposed below the conveying member 231 for sensing the product, and the like. When the product moves onto the conveying component 231 in the direction shown as a in fig. 14, the sensor 232 senses that the product is conveyed, and the control device 101 is configured to stop conveying the conveying component 231 and push the product to the detection station through the material pushing mechanism 233 after the sensor 232 senses that the product is conveyed.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 17, when a product moves onto the conveying component 231 of the sorting unit 23 on the conveying line, the product is sensed by the sensor 232, so that the sensor 232 sends a detection signal to the control device 101, and the control device 101 sends a stop signal to the conveying component 231 after receiving the detection signal, so as to stop driving the conveying component 231, and simultaneously, the control device 101 sends a pushing signal to the pushing mechanism 233, so that the pushing mechanism 233 is started to accurately and smoothly push out the product on the conveying component 231 to a corresponding detection station, and the whole process does not need manual intervention, thereby facilitating the sorting and taking of the product by a worker, facilitating the quality inspection and other treatments of the product by the worker, and improving the sorting efficiency.
Further preferably, as shown in fig. 16 and 17, the conveying member 231 in the present embodiment is mainly composed of a plurality of conveying rollers 2311 provided at intervals and for applying a conveying force to a contacted product, a support frame 235 for rotatably supporting the conveying rollers 2311, and the like. Here, the respective conveying rollers 2311 are arranged in parallel between the two oppositely disposed support frames 235. At least one of the conveying rollers 2311 in the conveying member 231 is a driving roller capable of providing power, such as a driving roller with an internal motor or a conveying roller driven by an external driving device. Further, the other transport rollers 2311 are driven rollers connected to the drive roller through a wedge belt 2312, so that when the drive roller rotates, the other driven rollers follow the rotation to ensure the rotational synchronization between the transport rollers 2311, and at the same time, the number of drive rollers is reduced to save costs. In addition, the frame 111 of the conveying unit 11 and the supporting frame 235 of the sorting device in this example may be the same frame, or may be separately and independently provided frames, which are not described herein again.
In addition, in the embodiment, the conveying component 231 may be conveyed by using the conveying roller 2311 as a component, and may also be conveyed by using a structure such as the conveyor belt body, and the specific limitation and the detailed description are not repeated herein. In addition, in this embodiment, the conveying roller 2311 and the conveying roller body 113 may adopt the same component or different components, which is not described in detail.
As shown in fig. 16 and fig. 20, the conveying member 231 is exemplified by only seven conveying rollers 2311 and six wedge belts 2312 which are equidistantly arranged in the present embodiment, and the number of the conveying rollers 2311 and the wedge belts 2312 which can be included in the conveying member 231 is not specifically limited and described. Further, it is preferable that the adjacent two conveying rollers 2311 are connected to each other by a wedge belt 2312. Obviously, the conveying roller in this embodiment is not limited to the wedge belt 2312, but may be other types of driving belts, which are not described in detail herein.
From the above, it can be seen that: the plurality of parallel conveying rollers 2311 are adopted as the conveying component 231, which is not only beneficial to accurately controlling the retention of the products on the conveying component 231, but also convenient for the material pushing mechanism 233 to push the products out of the conveying component 231 in time.
As shown in fig. 17, the sensor 232 in the present embodiment is located below the spacing area 236 between the adjacent two conveying rollers 2311. The product is sensed by the sensor 232, so that the conveying component 231 stops conveying the product, and meanwhile, the phenomenon that the product is easy to swing and cannot accurately reach a detection station or be pushed out when the product is pushed by the material pushing mechanism 233 in a moving state is avoided. In addition, by placing sensor 232 below compartment area 236, it is possible to effectively sense a product while avoiding interference with the movement of push rod 2332.
As shown in fig. 17 and 18, the pushing mechanism 233 in this embodiment is mainly composed of a pushing motor 233f connected to the control device in a communication manner, a push rod 233a disposed above the conveying member 231 and used for pushing the product, a link assembly having one end connected to the push rod 233a and the other end connected to the pushing motor 233f through the partition area 236, and a sliding assembly connected to the link assembly and the pushing motor 233 f. The push rod 233a is driven by the pusher motor 233f to reciprocate along the axial direction of the feed roller 2311. Through the arrangement structure, the push rod 233a can reciprocate above the conveying component 231, and other products can still be conveyed to the conveying component 231 after the products are pushed to the corresponding detection stations, so that when the push rod 233a is reset, the products conveyed to the conveying component 231 in the following process can be pushed to the detection station on the other side, but the conveying of the following products is not influenced, and the sorting efficiency is improved.
In detail, as shown in fig. 17 and 18, the sliding assembly in this embodiment may be composed of a slide rail 233d connected to the support frame 235 and located below the conveying member 231, a slider 233c slidably disposed on the slide rail 233d and connected to the link assembly, a transmission assembly connecting the slider 233c and the pusher motor 233f and driving the slider 233c to reciprocate in the spacing region 236, and the like.
When the product is sensed by the sensor 232 on the conveying member 231, the control device 101 can stop conveying the conveying member 231, and then the slider 233c can smoothly slide along the axial direction of the slide rail 233d by the driving of the material pushing motor 233f and the matching of the transmission assembly, so that the link assembly connected with the slider 233c can reciprocate in the spacing region 236 until the push rod 233a accurately pushes the product on the conveying member 231 to the detection station. In addition, it should be noted that the sliding component in this embodiment is not limited to the above structure, and may also be other types of sliding structures to achieve the same purpose, and is not described in detail herein.
Preferably, in order to save power and reduce the resistance of the push rod 233a during moving, the transmission assembly may be composed of a screw rod disposed along the axial direction of the slide rail 233d and connected to the output shaft of the pushing motor 233f through a gear assembly, a sliding sleeve sleeved on the screw rod and connected to the slider 233c, and the like. Wherein, the output shaft of the pushing motor 233f is perpendicular to the slide rail 233 d. Obviously, the transmission assembly in this embodiment may also adopt a belt transmission assembly instead of the gear assembly, so as to indirectly drive the sliding block 233c to move along the axial direction of the sliding rail 233d through belt transmission. In addition, because the output shaft of the pushing motor 233f is perpendicular to the slide rail 233d, the output shaft can be prevented from being exposed from the lower side of the conveying component 231, so that the space is saved, and the operation of workers is facilitated.
Further preferably, as shown in fig. 17 and 18, in order to facilitate the assembly and disassembly of the link assembly, the link assembly in the present embodiment may be constituted by a connecting plate 233e connected to the slider 233c, a connecting rod 233b connected at one end to the push rod 233a and at the other end to the connecting plate 233e through the partition area 236, and the like. Of these, the two connecting rods 233b in the present embodiment are preferably inserted into the two adjacent spacing regions 236. Also, each of the spacing regions 236 in this embodiment may be the same width or different widths, for example, the width of the spacing region 236a for passing through the connecting bar 233b is greater than the width of the other spacing regions 236 b. Of course, the conveying roller 2311 in this embodiment may also be designed to be disposed at equal intervals according to design requirements, that is, the widths of the spaced areas are the same, and will not be described again. As shown in fig. 5, the number of the conveying rollers 2311 spaced between two adjacent spaced areas 236 may be one or two or more, and the present embodiment will be described by taking only one conveying roller 2311 as an example.
Further preferably, as shown in fig. 17 and 18, the sliding directions of the slider 233c and the push rod 233a and the conveying direction of the conveying member 231 are perpendicular to each other; the push rods 233a are parallel to the conveying direction of the conveying member 231 and can reciprocate along opposite sides of the conveying member 231. So that the push rod 233a can better push the product to the inspection station during the reciprocating motion in the direction perpendicular to the conveying direction of the conveying member 231.
Furthermore, it is worth mentioning that the axial length of the conveying member 231 in this embodiment matches the size of the received product, for example, is the same as the size of the product or slightly larger than the size of the product, as shown in fig. 16. Here, in the present embodiment, the product may refer to an article such as a mobile phone or a tablet pc placed on the conveying member 231, or may be a tray on which an article such as a mobile phone or a tablet pc is placed, that is, the size of the tray matches the size of the conveying member. In addition, in the present embodiment, the length of the push rod 233a may also be preferably greater than the distribution distance of the conveying rollers 2311 in the conveying component 231, so as to ensure that the product can be pushed onto the material receiving plate 26 by the push rod 233a on the conveying component 231 to the maximum extent.
In addition, it should be noted that the sensor 232 in the present embodiment is preferably a photoelectric sensor, such as a diffuse reflection type photoelectric sensor. Obviously, the sensor 232 in this embodiment may also be other types of sensors, such as infrared sensor, laser sensor, microwave sensor, etc. other existing sensors capable of detecting products. Also, the number of the sensors 232 in the present embodiment may preferably be two to expand the sensing range.
Further preferably, the width of the conveying means of at least two first conveying branches 21 is different, respectively for matching the size of the received products. The sorting device can be used for sorting various products according to the sorting requirements of products with different types and sizes. In addition, the width and the volume of the first conveying branch section 21 of the component can be saved in this way, so that the production and manufacturing cost is reduced. In addition, there are a plurality of conveying branches 21, such as the mobile phone conveying line 211 shown in the figure and the large piece conveying line 212 used for sorting large pieces of products such as tablet computers, and the width of the large piece conveying line 212 shown in fig. 9 is larger than that of the mobile phone conveying line 211, so as to meet the sorting requirements of products with different sizes, reduce the width of the conveying line, simplify the structure, and save the cost. It should be noted that, in the embodiment, only three mobile phone conveying lines 211 and one large product conveying line 212 are taken as an example for description.
In addition, as shown in fig. 16, the sorting apparatus further includes: a receiving plate 26 disposed at one side of the conveying member 231 and used for guiding the product to the detection station; the receiving plate 26 is provided with a plurality of spinning rollers 27 for contacting the product. After the pushing mechanism 233 pushes the product to the receiving plate 26, the friction force on the product can be reduced by the contact between the roller 27 and the bottom of the product, so that the product can move to a detection station under the action of inertia, for example, a workbench (not shown in the figure) does not need to be taken and placed manually, the product can be further conveniently sorted by workers, and the device is particularly suitable for sorting small-size products such as mobile phones. In addition, the receiving plate 26 can also play a role in transition connection between the detection station and the conveying part 231.
Further preferably, the two receiving plates 26 in the present embodiment are provided on opposite sides of the conveying member 231. To swing back and forth through the push rod with product letter sorting to the detection station that corresponds, in order to improve letter sorting efficiency.
Further, as shown in fig. 16, in the present embodiment, the rollers 27 are distributed on the material receiving plate 26 in an array manner, and the rollers 27 in each embodiment are disposed at equal intervals. The rollers 27 in two adjacent rows are arranged in a staggered manner in the same axial direction. Through arranging the rollers 27 in a dense and tidy manner, the bottom of the product can be uniformly contacted with the rollers 27, and the phenomenon that the product is blocked due to falling caused by overlarge space between two adjacent rollers 27 is not easy to occur.
Further preferably, as shown in fig. 16, the sorting apparatus in this embodiment further includes: the limiting sensors 25 are arranged on two opposite sides of the material receiving plate 26 and are in communication connection with the control device 101, and are used for enabling the material pushing mechanism 233 to stop pushing when a product is positioned on the material receiving plate 26, so that the phenomenon that the product overstock occurs on a certain detection station due to the fact that the product is continuously pushed by the material pushing mechanism 233 is avoided, workers cannot timely handle the product, and the product cannot sequentially pass through all sorting units for detection is avoided. In addition, the phenomena that the product falls off and the like caused by the product overturn of the material pushing mechanism 233 can be avoided.
In addition, it should be noted that the limit sensor 25 in the present embodiment is preferably a photoelectric sensor, for example, a correlation type photoelectric sensor, and the transmitting end and the receiving section thereof are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the material receiving plate 26. Obviously, the limit sensor 25 in this embodiment may also be other types of sensors, such as an infrared sensor, a laser sensor, a microwave sensor, and other existing sensors that can detect products.
In addition, as shown in fig. 13, the first conveying branch 21 of the present embodiment further includes: at least two of the transport subsections, the detection section 214 disposed between two adjacent transport subsections, and the like, can be referred to as a first transport subsection 215 and a second transport subsection 216 as shown in fig. 14.
Each of the conveying sub-sections includes at least one sorting unit 23, and fig. 21 illustrates only one or two sorting units 23 shown in the conveying sub-section. It should be noted that the connection in the present embodiment may be understood as being connected to each other, and may be understood as being arranged in a manner of being connected to each other at a certain interval.
The sorting device further comprises: the second reading device 4 is configured to, when a product reaches the detection section 214, read product information matched with the product and send the product information to the control device 101, so that the control device controls the detection section 214 to convey the product according to the product information.
When the products are sequentially moved from the conveying unit 11 of the conveying line to each sorting unit 23 along the direction shown in a in fig. 14, the products can be sorted by the corresponding sorting unit 23 to the corresponding detection station, for example, sorted to the corresponding workbench (not shown in the figure) along the direction perpendicular to the direction shown in a, so that the corresponding detection operation, such as performance detection of the products, such as mobile phones, can be completed by the staff. Moreover, the detected products on the corresponding detection stations can be delivered to the conveying line again, and are conveyed to another sorting unit 23 through a subsequent conveying unit 11, and then are sorted to another detection station through the sorting unit 23, and corresponding detection operations are completed, that is, each detection station in the embodiment corresponds to one detection process, and when each detection process is completed or detected, product information matched with the products is updated through related equipment, and then the corresponding products can be delivered to the conveying unit 11 again, and are conveyed to the next sorting unit 23 through the conveying unit 11, so that the products are sorted to the next detection process, and by analogy, the detection processes of more than two different steps can be completed through the conveying line in the embodiment.
The above results show that: because the first conveying branch section 21 can be divided into at least two conveying sub-sections, such as a first conveying sub-section 215 and a second conveying sub-section 216 shown in fig. 21, each conveying sub-section at least has one sorting unit 23, and meanwhile, a detection section 214 is arranged between adjacent conveying sub-sections, when the products are conveyed by the first conveying sub-section, such as the first conveying sub-section 215 shown in fig. 1, and sequentially pass through each sorting unit 23, the products can be pushed to a corresponding detection station by a corresponding material pushing mechanism 233 for further processing, and when the products are continuously conveyed to the detection section 214 again on the first conveying sub-section 215, the product information matched with the products can be read by the second reading device 4, and then the control device 101 controls the detection section 214 to convey the products according to the product information.
For example: and judging whether the product needs to enter the next conveying subsection according to the product information, if so, continuing to convey, and otherwise, stopping conveying. Still alternatively, the present embodiment may further determine whether the product has completed a corresponding processing procedure, such as a quality inspection procedure, according to the product information, if so, the detection section 214 may be controlled to stop transmitting the product, otherwise, the product does not need to be transmitted to the next transmission subsection. Therefore, the control device 101 can monitor the detection state of the product in real time according to the product information, for example, monitor whether to enter the next conveying subsection to perform the corresponding detection process, if so, continue conveying, otherwise, control the detection section 214 to stop conveying the product, so as to avoid the phenomenon of missing detection or unnecessary detection in the sorting process, and improve the sorting efficiency.
Specifically, as a preferred mode, the control device 101 in this embodiment is configured to control the conveying of the products by the detection section according to the received product information, that is, determine that the products complete the detection processes corresponding to the sorting units 23 in the first conveying subsection 215 according to the product information, and stop conveying the products after the products do not need to enter the second conveying subsection 216 for sorting, that is, after a preset detection process, so that an operator can take the products that complete the corresponding detection processes off the conveying line for performing the next operation, otherwise, the products are continuously conveyed by the detection section 214, thereby avoiding useless sorting, saving time, and improving sorting efficiency.
Obviously, as shown in fig. 13, the preset detection process in this embodiment may also be any one or more than two detection processes set in the first conveying sub-section 215, and does not represent that all the detection processes in the first conveying sub-section must be completed, and therefore, specific limitations and details are not described herein.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the first conveying branch 21 is only described as an example that preferably includes two conveying subsections, and therefore, the embodiment is not particularly limited and described as to whether the first conveying branch 21 specifically includes two conveying subsections or a plurality of conveying subsections.
It should be noted that the detection section 214 in the present embodiment is preferably the same as the second conveyance unit 11b in structure.
In addition, in order to describe the operation process of the sorting apparatus of the present embodiment, the control method may refer to the first embodiment, and in the present embodiment, after the step S4, the method further includes the following steps:
step S51: after the first conveying branch 21 conveys the product to the sorting unit 23 of the conveying branch for sorting, updating the product information, wherein the updated product information includes: detecting process information;
step S52: the first conveying branch section 21 conveys the product with the updated product information to the detection section 213;
step S53: the second reading device 4 reads the updated product information and sends the updated product information to the control device;
step S54: the control device 101 judges whether to continue to convey the product according to the detection process information;
step S55: if yes, continuing to convey the product;
step S56: if not, stopping conveying the product.
EXAMPLE III

Wherein when the baffle 138 rotates to a preset position, the products change the conveying direction under the action of the baffle 138. The product sorting is realized, and the equipment cost is reduced.
Example four
The fourth embodiment of the present invention is a further improvement of the second or third embodiment described above, in that in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 23, the length of the conveying roller 2311 in the conveying member 231 is greater than the length of the conveying roller body 113 in the conveying unit 11, so that the opposite ends of the conveying member 231 form a reserved space for accommodating the push rod 233, so that the push rod 233a can stay in the reserved space when it is not necessary to push the product, thereby not affecting the normal conveyance of the product on the conveying unit.
In detail, both opposite ends of the conveying roller 2311 and both opposite ends of the conveying roller body 113 are not on the same axis and are disposed at intervals to form two reserved spaces, respectively, as a reserved space G and a reserved space H shown in fig. 12.
EXAMPLE five

The push rod 2332 is driven by a pusher motor to reciprocate along the axial direction of the feed roller 2311. Through the arrangement structure, the push rod 2332 can reciprocate above the conveying component 231, and meanwhile, after the products are pushed to the corresponding detection stations, other products can still be conveyed to the conveying component 231, so that when the push rod 2332 is reset, the products conveyed to the conveying component 231 subsequently can be pushed to the detection station on the other side, but the transfer of the subsequent products is not influenced, and therefore, the sorting efficiency is improved.

Wherein, the slide rail 2335 and the slider 2334 are both disposed below the conveying member 231; the connecting rod 2333 has one end connected to the slider 2334 and the other end extending from below the conveying member 231 to above the conveying member 231 and connected to the push rod 2332. When the product is sensed by the sensor 232 on the conveying component 231, the control device 101 can stop the conveying component 231 from conveying, and then drive the connecting rod 2333 by the driving shaft 2336 of the material pushing motor 2331, and the sliding rail 2335 is matched with the sliding block 2334, so that the connecting rod 2333 can smoothly drive the push rod 2332 to reciprocate in the interval area 236 along the arrangement direction of the sliding rail 2335 until the product on the conveying component 231 is accurately pushed to the detection station. It should be noted that the connecting rod assembly in this embodiment is not limited to the above-mentioned transmission assembly, and may also be other types of connecting assemblies to achieve the same purpose, and is not described in detail herein.
