Here, the connection in the present embodiment may be understood as being connected to each other or may be understood as being arranged at a certain interval.
As shown in fig. 2, the conveyor line may be divided into a plurality of conveyor units 11 that independently convey the products, and the conveyor units 11 are mainly composed of a conveyor body for contacting the products and applying a conveying force, a frame 111 for supporting the conveyor body, and the like. The conveying body may be formed by any one or a combination of a conveying belt body 112, a plurality of conveying roller bodies 113 which are arranged at intervals and in parallel, or a plurality of conical conveying rollers 116 which are arranged at intervals and distributed in an arc shape.
As shown in fig. 2, the conveying main section 1 has at least one sorting section, and a detecting unit 12 and a converting unit 13, which are arranged in sequence in the conveying direction of the conveying main section 1 and are connected to the corresponding conveying unit 11, are provided in the sorting section. The changing unit 13 is also connected to the corresponding transport limb for selecting the transport direction of the product. Here, the plurality of conversion units 13 in the sorting section in the present embodiment is preferably provided, and may be disposed in order along the conveying direction of the conveying main section 1. The products transported on the transport main section 1 are thus transferred as required to the corresponding transport limb 2 by means of the respective change unit 13.
And, as shown in fig. 5, the first reading device 3 is used for reading the product information matched with the product when the product reaches the detecting unit, for example, reading the identification code on the product to acquire the product information.
A control device 101, which is communicatively connected to the respective conveying units 11, the detecting unit 12 and the transforming unit 13 in the conveying line and the first reading device 3, and is adapted to control the conveying direction of the transforming unit 13 on the basis of the received product information.
From the above, it can be seen that: since the sorting device adopts the conveying line which can be divided into a plurality of conveying units 11, and the sorting section of the conveying main section 1 of the conveying line is provided with the detecting unit 12 and the converting unit 13 which are arranged along the conveying direction of the conveying line, when products pass through the detecting unit 12 under the conveying of the conveying line, the first reading device 3 can read the product information matched with the products and send the product information to the control device, so that the control device can control the conveying direction of the converting unit according to the product information, for example, the products can be sorted to the corresponding conveying branch section 2 or continuously conveyed, and the conveying path of the products in the sorting section can be controlled, so that the products can reach the required destination without manual sorting, the intelligent sorting of the products is realized, the sorting efficiency is improved, and the sorting cost is reduced.
In addition, because the conveying line adopts a plurality of conveying units 11 capable of independently conveying products, the conveying path of the conveying line can be obtained by combining the plurality of conveying units 11 according to actual requirements, the structure is simplified, the installation and the layout of the sorting device are simplified, and the sorting cost of the products is further reduced.
In detail, as shown in fig. 1 to 9, the conveying path of the conveying unit 11 in the present embodiment may be designed as a straight conveying path, or an arc conveying path, or a combination of a straight conveying path and an arc conveying path according to actual needs, so as to facilitate the layout of each conveying unit 11 in space, and facilitate the conveying of the product from the conveying line to the corresponding destination.
The conveying unit 11 in the present embodiment may be divided into different conveying units according to the difference in conveying paths, and when the conveying path of the conveying unit is a straight conveying path, it is a straight conveying unit, wherein the straight conveying unit may be divided into two types.
As shown in fig. 7 to 9, when the linear conveying unit is the first conveying unit 11a, it is mainly composed of a conveying roller body 113 for contacting with the product and applying a conveying force, a frame 111 for rotatably supporting the conveying roller body 113, and the like. Among them, the conveying roller 113 is preferably a plurality of rollers disposed at intervals in the conveying direction of the first conveying unit 11 a. Each of the conveying rollers 113 is disposed in parallel between the two frames 111, and the conveying rollers 113 are vertically cylindrical rollers. As shown in fig. 7, the conveying unit 11a in the present embodiment is exemplified by only eight rollers 113a, 113b, 113c, 113d, 113e, 113f, 113g for conveying the roller body 113, conveying the product in the direction shown in fig. 7 a.
As shown in fig. 8, when the linear transport unit is the second transport unit 11b, it is mainly composed of a conveyor body 112 for applying a transport force to the product, a frame member 114 for rotatably supporting the conveyor body 112, and the like.
As shown in fig. 9, when the conveying path of the conveying unit 11 is an arc conveying path, the conveying unit is an arc conveying unit, that is, a third conveying unit 11c, and the third conveying unit 11c is mainly composed of a plurality of tapered conveying rollers 116 provided at intervals for applying a conveying force to the product, a frame 117 for rotatably supporting the tapered conveying rollers 116, and the like, wherein each tapered conveying roller 116 is distributed in an arc shape between two frames 117. Wherein the frame 117 is an arc frame. Among them, as a further preferable, the tapered conveying rollers in the third conveying unit 11c may be laid out in an equiangular arrangement.
Here, it should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the frame 111, the frame member 114, and the frame 117 may be separate frame structures, or may be integrally formed frame structures, for example, a frame plate with a straight section and an arc section is designed along the conveying path, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, and the frame body of the present embodiment is preferably integrally formed frame body, which is not described herein in detail.
In addition, in most of the conveying units 11 in the present embodiment, the conveying bodies are preferably a plurality of conveying rollers 113 disposed at intervals along the conveying direction of the conveying unit 11, and when the conveying rollers 113 are disposed in parallel between the two frames 111. By forming one independent conveying body by the plurality of conveying roller bodies 113 to independently convey the products, the conveying units 11 can smoothly convey the products and simultaneously control the conveying interval of each conveying unit 11 according to the number and the interval distance of the conveying roller bodies 113.
In addition, as shown in fig. 2 and 7, the conveying unit 11 in the present embodiment further includes: the unit controller 119 is in communication connection with the control device 101 and is used for independently controlling the conveying of the conveying body, and the sensor 118 is in communication connection with the unit controller 119, so that the control of the conveying units 11 on the independent conveying of the products is realized, that is, when one conveying unit 11 stops conveying the products, the conveying of the products conveyed in the prior or subsequent stage by the other conveying units 11 is not influenced, and the sorting and conveying efficiency is improved. In addition, the unit controller 119 is further configured to generate corresponding position information according to whether the product passes through the conveying unit 11 detected by the sensor 118, and send the position information to the control device 101, so that the control device 101 determines a conveying path of the product according to the position information, thereby facilitating the control device 101 to determine and control the conveying path of the product. In addition, when the sensor 118 does not detect that the product is transferred to the conveying unit 11, the unit controller 119 may control the conveying roller 113 to stop conveying according to the number of signals sent by the sensor 118 in a set time or the number of signals not sent, so as to avoid the conveying unit 11 from performing useless conveying and save energy.
Further, as shown in fig. 7, as a preferable mode, the sensors 118 in the present embodiment are all disposed at the end of the conveying unit 11 in the conveying direction, so that the sensors 118 can sense the product after the product is put in any position on the conveying unit 11.
When the sensor 118 of any one of the conveying units 11 continuously senses a product at a set interval, for example, when the conveying unit 11 receives another product while conveying a product, the control device 101 controls the conveying units 11 adjacent to the conveying unit 11 and conveying the product later to stop conveying until the sensor 118 does not sense the product at the set interval, that is, when the control device 101 determines that the conveying unit 11 does not convey the product, the control device 101 controls the conveying units 11 adjacent to and conveying the product later to continuously convey the product, so as to avoid blocking or missing detection.
Similarly, when any one of the conveying units 11 fails to stop the operation, the control device 101 controls the conveying unit 11 adjacent to the conveying unit 11 and conveying the product later to stop the operation until the conveying unit 11 is restarted and the sensor 118 does not sense the product within a set interval, and controls the conveying unit 11 adjacent to the conveying unit 11 and conveying the product later to be restarted.
And, when any one of the conveying units 11 does not detect the product within a set time and stops running, if the sensor 118 on the conveying unit 11 adjacent to the conveying unit 11 and conveying the product later senses the product, the conveying unit 11 is restarted to avoid causing blockage, thereby ensuring smooth conveying and sorting of the product.
In addition, as shown in fig. 7, the sensor 118 in the present embodiment is preferably a correlation type photoelectric sensor, and the transmitting end and the receiving end thereof are respectively disposed at one side of the frame 111. Obviously, the sensor in this embodiment may be other types of sensors, such as an infrared sensor, a laser sensor, a microwave sensor, and other existing sensors that can detect products.
Further, as a further preferable, the product in this embodiment is preferably: the tray is externally provided with an article with an identification code and a tray loaded with the article and matched with the shape of the article. Obviously, the product in this embodiment may be an article with an identification code on the outer surface or an article without an identification code, and the corresponding reading device may read the product information matched with the product. Therefore, the present embodiment does not specifically define and describe whether the product is specifically a tray with the article or the article.
In addition, as shown in fig. 5, the detection unit 12 in the present embodiment may be constituted by a conveying belt body 121 for contacting with the product and applying a conveying force, a frame 111 for supporting the conveying belt body 121, a second sensor 122 communicatively connected to the control device, and the like. Wherein, when the products are sensed by the second sensor 122 on the conveyor belt body 121, the second sensor 122 sends a detection signal to the control device so that the control device controls the first reading device 3 to read the product information. In addition, the detection unit 12 in the present embodiment may preferably be constituted by the conveying unit 11.
From the above, the product information matched with the product can be accurately read in real time through the conveying of the conveying belt body 121 under the condition of avoiding shaking of the product, for example, the matched product information can be obtained by reading the identification code attached to the product, so that the effects of saving electricity and resources and prolonging the service life of the reading device are achieved. It should be noted that the second sensor 122 is disposed at a height lower than the height of the product so as to sense the product. The second sensor 122 is preferably a photoelectric sensor, so that the first reading device 3 is triggered quickly when a product is sensed, so that the first reading device 3 can read product information corresponding to the product in a product running state, namely, in a dynamic state. Meanwhile, the first reading device 3 is ensured to accurately read the product information matched with the product in the detection unit.
As shown in fig. 5, the conveyor belt body 121 may be composed of a conveyor belt 1211, a main conveyor roller 1212 for driving the conveyor belt 1211 to rotate, a sub conveyor roller 1213 cooperating with the main conveyor roller 1212, a conveyor motor for driving the main conveyor roller 1212 to rotate and communicatively connected to a control device, and the like.
Further preferably, as shown in fig. 10 and 11, the changing unit 13 may be constituted by a plurality of conveying rollers 131 disposed in parallel at intervals and for applying a conveying force to the product, a sorting member extended and submerged with respect to the conveying rollers 131 and for applying a conveying force to the product, a supporting member 135 for rotatably supporting the conveying rollers 131, a lifting mechanism for controlling a lifting height of the sorting member, and the like. Wherein the direction of the conveying force applied to the product by the conveying roller 131 and the sorting member is different; the lifting mechanism is used to extend and retract the sorting members from between the conveyor rollers 131.
When the lifting height of the sorting member is changed by the lifting mechanism, for example, the sorting member is protruded from between the conveying rollers 131 under the control of the lifting mechanism, the conveying direction of the product is changed due to the fact that the direction of the conveying force applied by the sorting member is inconsistent with the conveying direction of the conveying rollers 131, and the product is moved along the direction of the conveying force applied by the sorting member. When the sorting member is immersed from between the conveying rollers 131 under the control of the elevating mechanism, the product can pass through the conversion unit without changing the conveying direction under the conveyance of the conveying rollers 131, thereby realizing automatic sorting of the product.
In detail, as shown in fig. 10 and 11, the sorting member in the present embodiment is preferably a rotor 132 that is automatically rotatable, and the rotor 132 is disposed in a state of being inclined, for example, at an angle of 45 degrees, with respect to the conveying direction of the conveying roller 131. Wherein, the rotation speed of the rotor at the side connected with the conveying branch section 2 is slower than the rotation speed of the rotor at the side connected with the branch section 2.
The rotor 132 may be self-powered or may be driven to rotate by a corresponding drive roller, a pulley provided on the drive roller, and a web wound between the pulley and the rotor 132.
As shown in fig. 11, the rotor 132 in the present embodiment is mainly composed of a rotor body 1321, a rotor holder 1322 for fixing the rotor body 1321 and provided on the support member 135, and the like. The axial direction of the rotating shaft of the rotor body 1321 and the axial direction of the conveying roller 131 form an included angle.
In the present embodiment, the rotor body 1321 of each rotor 132 is disposed above the conveying roller 131 through the rotor support 1322, and the driving roller 1323 is disposed below the conveying roller 131 through the supporting member 135; the rotor support 1322 is provided on the support member 135. And the driving roller 1323 is provided with annular grooves 136 with different depths along the axial direction thereof, such as annular groove 136a, annular groove 136 b, annular groove 136 c and annular groove 136d shown in fig. 12, and is respectively sleeved with a winding 137a, a winding 137b, a winding 137c and a winding 137d, and each winding 137 is sleeved on the corresponding rotor body 1321, so that each winding 137 is driven by the same driving roller 1323, and the transmission speeds of each winding 137 a-137 d are different in unit time due to different depths of the annular grooves, so that the rotation speeds of the driven rotors 132 are different. In the present embodiment, the depth of each annular groove on the driving roller 1323 becomes gradually deeper from one end to the other end along the axial direction thereof, wherein the depth of the annular groove 136a is the deepest, and the depth of the annular groove 136d is the shallowest, so that the speed of the winding belt 137a fitted over the annular groove 136a is slower, and the speed of the winding belt 137d on the annular groove 136d is faster, so that the correspondingly driven rotor has a speed difference in the axial direction of the driving roller 1323. Therefore, as shown in fig. 2, when the product passes over the conveying roller 131, the rotation speed of the rotor body 1321 on the side of the transforming unit 13 adjacent to the conveying branch section 2 is slower than that of the rotor body 1321 on the side away from the conveying branch section 2, so that the product moves towards the conveying branch section 2 under the driving of each rotor body 1321, and sorting is completed.
In addition, in this embodiment, the driving roller 1323 may be sleeved with pulleys (not shown) having different diameters along the axial direction thereof, and the diameters of the pulleys may be gradually reduced from one end to the other end of the driving roller 1323, so that the rotational speed of the rotor 132 on the side adjacent to the conveying branch section 2 is slower than the rotational speed of the rotor 132 on the side far from the conveying branch section 2, which is not described herein.
In addition, as shown in fig. 11, the lifting mechanism 134 of the present embodiment further includes: a frame base member 1342, a lift motor 1344 provided on the frame base member 1342, a driving member 1343 rotatably connected to the lift motor 1344, and the driving member 1343 is connected to the support member 135. When the elevating motor 1344 is operated, the driving part 1343 may drive the supporting part 135 to ascend or descend such that the rotor 132 may be protruded or immersed between the conveying rollers 131 and be disposed to be inclined with respect to the horizontal direction. In this embodiment, the lifting motor is preferably a roller body with a built-in motor, and the driving member 1343 is preferably a cam. Obviously, the lifting mechanism in this embodiment may also adopt other existing structures such as a gear structure, a connecting rod structure, a worm transmission structure, etc. to realize lifting of the rotor 132. The support member 135 and the frame member 1342 of this embodiment may preferably have a frame structure, and the support member 135 may be a frame that is provided independently, or may be a structure that is integrated with the frame 111 of another conveying unit in the conveying main section 1.
In addition, the first reading device 3 in the present embodiment may be constituted by: k code scanners 31 for recognizing identification codes of products and reading product information, K code scanner brackets 32 for fixing the corresponding code scanners 31, and the like. Wherein, K is a positive integer, and when N and K are both greater than 1, each sorting section is provided with a detection unit, and a code scanner 31 is arranged above each detection unit through a code scanning bracket 32. The code scanner 32 may be disposed on the frame 111 or may be disposed independently, so that the code scanner 31 is suspended above the detecting unit 12.
In addition, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the conveying unit that is connected to the detecting unit 12 in the sorting section and is provided in advance is an adjusting unit 11d for adjusting the conveying direction of the product so that the product is located in the reading area of the first reading device when reaching the detecting unit.
The adjusting unit 11d includes: a plurality of conveying roller bodies 113 which are arranged in parallel at intervals and are used for applying conveying force to products, and a limiting frame 111 which is used for fixing the conveying roller bodies 113; wherein, the axial direction of each conveying roller 113 forms an included angle with the length direction of the limiting frame 111; and, the adjusting unit 11d further includes: the first guide roller 11d1 connected to the detection unit 12 and to one side of the limit frame 111, while the first guide roller 11d1 maintains a set interval with the other side of the limit frame 111. Firstly, the conveying direction of the product is gradually changed by means of the conveying roller 113, and then the product is touched by the limiting frame 111, so that the product is greatly turned, and the product can be directly collided with one side of the limiting frame 111 connected with the first guide roller 11d1, such as a Z-shaped conveying track, with a larger amplitude.
Further preferably, the adjusting unit 11d further includes: a second guide roller body 11d2 connected to the other side of the limit frame 111 while the second guide roller body 11d2 maintains a set interval with the other side of the limit frame 111; the product is guided by the second guide roller 11d2, enters above each conveying roller 113 in the adjusting unit 11d, contacts with the first guide roller 11d1 through the limit fit of the limit frame 111, and enters the detecting unit 12 after being guided. So as to be matched with the guiding of the first guiding roller 11d1 through the second guiding roller 11d2, so that the product moves towards the side of the limit frame 111 connected with the second guiding roller 11d2 as far as possible after contacting.
Further preferably, the included angle is 30-60 degrees. Preferably, the included angle in this embodiment is preferably 45 degrees.
Further preferably, the interval is equal to or greater than one half of the length of the conveying roller 113.
Further preferably, the spacer section is provided with a pad 11d3, and the height of the pad 11d3 is lower than the height of the first guide roller 11d1, so as to avoid the phenomenon that the product which is not successfully guided or not guided sinks into the spacer section when passing over the spacer section and is blocked. The shape of the interval section in the present embodiment is preferably triangle, and the width of the interval section gradually decreases from one side of the connection limiting frame toward the first guide roller 11d1 or the second guide roller 11d2, so as to avoid the product sinking to the maximum extent.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, the conveying main section 1 may have a first sorting section 14, which is formed by one sorting section, and a second sorting section 15, which is formed by another sorting section. Wherein the first sorting section 14 and the second sorting section 15 each comprise: a plurality of converting units 13, and each converting unit 13 is disposed in a row along the conveying direction of the conveying main section 1. The second sorting section 15 and the first sorting section 14 are arranged one after the other in the conveying direction of the conveying main section 1. Therefore, the products which are not sorted in the second sorting area can pass through the second sorting section 15 directly and then be transferred to the first sorting section 14, while the products which are sorted in the first sorting section 14 can be moved to the conveying branch section 2 which is connected with the first sorting section 14 for corresponding treatment, and so on, so that different sorting requirements can be met, and the sorting efficiency is improved. Here, it should be noted that, in this embodiment, only two sorting sections are taken as an example for illustration, and the number of sorting sections included in the conveying main section is not limited and described in detail.
In addition, as a preferred embodiment, the control device 101 in this embodiment may be one or more PCL (Programmable Logic Controller ) controllers communicatively connected to each of the conveying units, each of the detecting units, each of the monitoring units, each of the sorting units, each of the converting units, and each of the reading devices, and a control host, such as an industrial personal computer, communicatively connected to the PCL controllers.
In addition, in order to explain the working process of the sorting apparatus of the present embodiment, the control method thereof includes the following steps as follows:

step S23, the control device 101 judges whether the products need to be sorted in the second sorting section 15 according to the received product information;
if yes, sorting the products from the second sorting section 15 to a conveying branch section matched with the product information according to the product information.
And S25, if not, continuing to convey the product through the conveying main section.
Example two
The second embodiment further provides a sorting apparatus, as shown in fig. 13 to 21, which is a further improvement of the first embodiment, and is characterized in that, in the present embodiment, the conveying branch section 2 includes: engaged with the first sorting section 14. The first conveying branch 21 has a plurality of sorting units 23, and the sorting units 23 are arranged in a conveying direction of the first conveying branch 21.
Wherein the sorting unit 23 comprises: the conveying component 231 for supporting and conveying the product and the pushing mechanism 233 which is arranged on the supporting frame 235 and is in communication connection with the control device. Wherein the conveying members 231 are engaged with two adjacent conveying units 11, and the pushing mechanism 233 is used for pushing the products on the conveying members 231 from the first conveying branch 21 to the corresponding detection station.
From the above, it can be seen that: the products conveyed on the conveying main section 1 are conveyed to the corresponding first conveying branch sections 21 in the first sorting section 14 according to requirements through the conversion units 13 in the first sorting section 14, and conveyed to the conveying parts 231 of the sorting units 23 through the first conveying branch sections 21, and meanwhile, the products are accurately and smoothly pushed out and pushed to the corresponding detection stations, such as the workbench 30, from the sorting units 23 through the pushing mechanism 233 for corresponding quality inspection treatment. Meanwhile, the products on the first conveying branch section 21 and on the non-sorting unit 23 can be pushed to the corresponding detection station on the sorting unit 23, and then conveyed continuously along the conveying direction of the first conveying branch section 21 under the conveying of the conveying unit 11, so that the orderly proceeding of the product sorting work can be ensured, and the sorting efficiency is improved.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 14 and 17, the sorting unit 23 in the present embodiment is mainly composed of a conveying member 231 for supporting and conveying a product, a pushing mechanism 233 for pushing out the product on the conveying member 231 to a corresponding detection station, a first sensor 232 disposed below the conveying member 231 for sensing the product, and the like. When the product moves onto the conveying member 231 in the direction shown in fig. 14 a, the first sensor 232 senses the product, and the control device 101 is configured to stop conveying the conveying member 231 after the first sensor 232 senses the product, and push the product to the detection station through the pushing mechanism 233.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 17, when a product moves onto the conveying member 231 of the sorting unit 23, such as on a conveying line, the product is sensed by the first sensor 232, so that the first sensor 232 sends a detection signal to the control device 101, and further, after receiving the detection signal, the control device 101 sends a stop signal to the conveying member 231, so as to stop driving the conveying member 231, and meanwhile, the control device 101 sends a pushing signal to the pushing mechanism 233, so that the pushing mechanism 233 is started, the product on the conveying member 231 is accurately and stably pushed out to a corresponding detection station, manual intervention is not needed in the whole process, sorting and taking of the product by a worker are facilitated, quality inspection and other treatments of the product by the worker are facilitated, and sorting efficiency is improved.
Further preferably, as shown in fig. 16 and 17, the conveying member 231 in the present embodiment is mainly composed of a plurality of conveying rollers 2311 provided at intervals and for applying conveying force to the contacted product, a support frame 235 for rotatably supporting the conveying rollers 2311, and the like. Wherein each of the conveying rollers 2311 is disposed in parallel between two support frames 235 disposed opposite to each other. At least one of the conveying rollers 2311 in the conveying member 231 is a driving roller capable of providing power, such as a driving roller with an internal motor or a conveying roller driven by an external driving device. And, other conveying rollers 2311 are driven rollers connected with the driving roller through wedge-shaped belts 2312, so that when the driving roller rotates, other driven rollers follow the rotation to ensure the rotation pace between the conveying rollers 2311, and meanwhile, the number of the driving rollers is reduced, so that the cost is saved. In addition, the frame 111 of the conveying unit 11 and the supporting frame 235 of the sorting device in this example may be the same frame, or may be separate and independent frames, which are not described herein.
In addition, the conveying member 231 in this embodiment may be conveyed by the conveying roller 2311 as a member, and may also be conveyed by the above-described structure such as a conveyor belt body, which is not specifically limited and described herein. In addition, in this embodiment, the conveying roller 2311 and the conveying roller body 113 may use the same component, or may use different components, which will not be described in detail.
As shown in fig. 16 and 20, in the present embodiment, only seven conveying rollers 2311 and six wedge belts 2312 that are disposed at equal intervals are used as an example of the conveying member 231, and the number of the conveying rollers 2311 and the wedge belts 2312 that can be included in the conveying member 231 is not particularly limited and described. In addition, preferably, two adjacent conveying rollers 2311 are connected by a wedge belt 2312. It is obvious that the conveying roller in this embodiment is not limited to the wedge belt 2312, but may be another type of driving belt, and will not be described herein.
From the above, it can be seen that: the conveying rollers 2311 arranged in parallel are adopted as the conveying component 231, so that the product retention on the conveying component 231 is accurately controlled, and the pushing mechanism 233 is convenient to push out the product from the conveying component 231 in time.
As shown in fig. 17, the first sensor 232 in the present embodiment is located below a spacing area 236 between two adjacent conveying rollers 2311. The first sensor 232 senses the product, so that the conveying component 231 stops conveying the product, and meanwhile, the phenomenon that the product is easy to swing and cannot accurately reach the detection station or be pushed out when being pushed by the pushing mechanism 233 in a moving state is avoided. In addition, by disposing the first sensor 232 below the spacing region 236, it is possible to effectively sense the product while avoiding affecting the movement of the push rod 2332.
As shown in fig. 17 and 18, the pushing mechanism 233 in the present embodiment is mainly composed of a pushing motor 233f communicatively connected to the control device, a push rod 233a provided above the conveying member 231 for pushing the product, a link assembly having one end connected to the push rod 233a and the other end connected to the pushing motor 233f through the spacing area 236, a slide assembly connected to the link assembly and the pushing motor 233f, and the like. Wherein, the push rod 233a can reciprocate along the axial direction of the conveying roller 2311 under the driving of the pushing motor 233 f. Through this setting structure for push rod 233a can be in the reciprocal motion of delivery member 231 top, simultaneously after pushing away the product to corresponding detection station, other products still can be conveyed to delivery member 231 on, thereby when push rod 233a is at the in-process that resets, can promote the detection station of opposite side with the product that follows on being conveyed to delivery member 231, but does not influence the transmission of follow-up product, consequently improved the efficiency of letter sorting.
In detail, as shown in fig. 17 and 18, the sliding assembly in the present embodiment may be composed of a slide rail 233d connected to the support frame 235 and located below the conveying member 231, a slider 233c slidably disposed on the slide rail 233d and connected to the link assembly, a transmission assembly connecting the slider 233c and the pushing motor 233f and for driving the slider 233c to reciprocate in the interval region 236, and the like.
When the product is sensed by the first sensor 232 on the conveying member 231, after the conveying member 231 is stopped by the control device 101, the sliding block 233c slides smoothly along the axial direction of the sliding rail 233d by the driving of the pushing motor 233f and the cooperation of the transmission component, so that the connecting rod assembly connected with the sliding block 233c can reciprocate in the interval area 236 until the pushing rod 233a pushes the product on the conveying member 231 to the detection station accurately. In addition, it should be noted that the sliding assembly in the present embodiment is not limited to the above structure, and may be other types of sliding structures to achieve the same purpose, and detailed descriptions thereof are omitted herein.
Preferably, in order to save power and reduce the resistance of the push rod 233a during the movement, the transmission assembly may be formed by a screw rod disposed along the axial direction of the slide rail 233d and cooperatively connected to the output shaft of the pushing motor 233f via a gear assembly, a sliding sleeve sleeved on the screw rod and connected to the sliding block 233c, and the like. Wherein, the output shaft of the pushing motor 233f is perpendicular to the sliding rail 233 d. Obviously, the transmission assembly in the present embodiment may also use a belt transmission assembly instead of the gear assembly, so as to indirectly drive the slider 233c to move along the axial direction of the sliding rail 233d through belt transmission. In addition, since the output shaft of the pushing motor 233f is perpendicular to the sliding rail 233d, the pushing motor can be prevented from being exposed from the lower side of the conveying member 231, space is saved, and the operation of a worker is facilitated.
Further preferably, as shown in fig. 17 and 18, in order to facilitate assembly and disassembly of the link assembly, the link assembly in the present embodiment may be constituted by a link plate 233e connected to the slider 233c, a link plate 233b connected to the push rod 233a at one end and to the link plate 233e at the other end through the spacing area 236, and the like. The number of the connection rods 233b in the present embodiment is preferably two, and two adjacent spacing regions 236 are respectively inserted. In addition, the respective spacing regions 236 in the present embodiment may have the same width or may have different widths, for example, the width of the spacing region 236a for passing through the connection rod 233b is larger than the width of the other spacing regions 236 b. Of course, the conveying rollers 2311 in the present embodiment may be equally arranged according to design requirements, i.e. the widths of the spaced areas are the same, which will not be described herein. As shown in fig. 5, the number of the conveying rollers 2311 may be one or two or more, and the present embodiment is described by taking only one conveying roller 2311 as an example.
Further preferably, as shown in fig. 17 and 18, the sliding directions of the slider 233c and the push rod 233a are perpendicular to the conveying direction of the conveying member 231; the push rod 233a is parallel to the conveying direction of the conveying member 231 and is reciprocally movable along opposite sides of the conveying member 231. So that the push rod 233a can better push the product to the inspection station during the reciprocating motion in the direction perpendicular to the conveying direction of the conveying member 231.
In addition, it should be noted that, as shown in fig. 16, the axial length of the conveying member 231 in this embodiment matches, for example, is the same as or slightly larger than, the size of the received product. Here, in this embodiment, the product may refer to an article such as a mobile phone or a tablet computer placed on the conveying member 231, or may be a tray on which an article such as a mobile phone or a tablet computer is placed, that is, the size of the tray is matched with the size of the conveying member. In addition, the length of the push rod 233a in the present embodiment may be preferably greater than the distribution distance of the conveying rollers 2311 in the conveying member 231, so as to ensure that the product can be pushed onto the receiving plate 26 by the push rod 233a on the conveying member 231 to the maximum extent.
In addition, the first sensor 232 in the present embodiment is preferably a photoelectric sensor, for example, a diffuse reflection type photoelectric sensor. It is obvious that the first sensor 232 in this embodiment may be other types of sensors, such as an infrared sensor, a laser sensor, a microwave sensor, and other existing sensors that can detect products. Also, the first sensors 232 in the present embodiment may be preferably two to expand the sensing range.
Further preferably, at least two of the conveying elements of the first conveying branch 21 have different widths, each for matching the size of the received product. To meet the sorting requirements of different types and sizes of products so that the sorting device can sort a plurality of products. In addition, the width and volume of the first conveying branch 21 can be saved in this way, so that the production costs are reduced. In addition, the first conveying branch section 21 has a plurality of mobile phone conveying lines 211, a large conveying line 212 for sorting large products such as tablet computers, and the like, for example, the width of the large conveying line 212 shown in fig. 9 is larger than that of the mobile phone conveying line 211, so that sorting requirements of products with different sizes are met, the width of the conveying line is reduced, the structure is simplified, and the cost is saved. In this embodiment, only three mobile phone conveyor lines 211 and one large product conveyor line 212 are taken as examples for illustration.
In addition, as shown in fig. 16, the sorting apparatus further includes: a receiving plate 26 provided at one side of the conveying member 231 for guiding the product to the inspection station; the receiving plate 26 is provided with a plurality of spinning rollers 27 for contacting the product. After the pushing mechanism 233 pushes the product onto the receiving plate 26, the contact between the roller 27 and the bottom of the product can reduce the friction force on the product, so that the product can move to the detection station under the action of inertia, such as a workbench (not labeled in the figure), without manual picking and placing, thereby further facilitating the sorting of the product by the staff, and being particularly suitable for sorting small-size products such as mobile phones. In addition, the material receiving plate 26 can also play a role in transitional connection with the detection station and the conveying component 231.
Further preferably, the receiving plates 26 in the present embodiment are preferably two, and are respectively disposed at opposite sides of the conveying member 231. To the back and forth swing through the push rod with the product letter sorting to corresponding detection station, with improvement letter sorting efficiency.
Further, as shown in fig. 16, in this embodiment, the rollers 27 are distributed on the receiving plate 26 in an array, and the rollers 27 in each case are equidistantly disposed. The rollers 27 of two adjacent rows are staggered in the same axial direction. By arranging the rollers 27 in a dense and orderly manner, the bottom of the product can be uniformly contacted with the rollers 27, and the phenomenon that the product is blocked due to falling caused by overlarge spacing between two adjacent rollers 27 is not easy to occur.
Further preferably, as shown in fig. 16, the sorting apparatus in this embodiment further includes: the limit sensors 25 are arranged on two opposite sides of the receiving plate 26 and are in communication connection with the control device 101, and are used for enabling the pushing mechanism 233 to stop pushing when the product is positioned on the receiving plate 26, so that the situation that a certain detection station is backlogged due to the fact that the pushing mechanism 233 continues pushing the product, so that staff cannot process the product in time and the product cannot be detected through each sorting unit in sequence is prevented. In addition, the phenomenon that the pushing mechanism 233 drops the product due to the product being knocked over can be avoided.
In addition, the limit sensor 25 in the present embodiment is preferably a photoelectric sensor, for example, a correlation type photoelectric sensor, and the transmitting end and the receiving section thereof are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the receiving plate 26. Obviously, the limit sensor 25 in this embodiment may be other types of sensors, such as an infrared sensor, a laser sensor, a microwave sensor, and other existing sensors capable of detecting products.
In addition, as shown in fig. 13, the first conveying branch 21 of the present embodiment further includes: at least two conveying subsections, a detection section 214 disposed between adjacent two conveying subsections, etc., reference may be made to a first conveying subsection 215 and a second conveying subsection 216 shown in fig. 14.
Each transport subsection includes at least one sorting unit 23, and fig. 21 illustrates only one or two sorting units 23 as an example. Here, the connection in this embodiment may be understood as being interconnection, and may be understood as being disposed at a certain interval.
The sorting apparatus further includes: and the second reading device 4 is configured to, when the product reaches the detecting section 214, read the product information matched with the product, and send the product information to the control device 101, so that the control device controls the conveying of the product by the detecting section 214 according to the product information.
When the products sequentially move from the conveying unit 11 of the conveying line to each sorting unit 23 along the direction shown in fig. 14 a, the products can be sorted to the corresponding detecting stations by the corresponding sorting units 23, for example, to the corresponding work tables (not labeled in the figure) along the direction perpendicular to the direction shown in fig. a, so that the corresponding detecting operations, such as detecting the performances of the products like mobile phones, can be completed by the staff. In addition, the products detected at the corresponding detection stations can be delivered again to the conveying line, conveyed to another sorting unit 23 through the subsequent conveying unit 11, then sorted to another detection station through the sorting unit 23, and corresponding detection operation is completed, that is, each detection station in the embodiment corresponds to one detection procedure respectively, when the detection of each detection procedure is completed or in the detection process, after the product information matched with the products is updated through related equipment, the corresponding products can be delivered again to the conveying unit 11, so as to be conveyed to the next sorting unit 23 through the conveying unit 11, and therefore the products are sorted to the next detection procedure, and by analogy, the conveying line in the embodiment can complete the detection procedures of more than two different steps.
From the above, it can be seen that: since the first conveying branch section 21 can be divided into at least two conveying subsections, such as a first conveying subsection 215 and a second conveying subsection 216 shown in fig. 21, and each conveying subsection has at least one sorting unit 23, and meanwhile, a detection section 214 is arranged between adjacent conveying subsections, when the product is conveyed by the first conveying subsection, such as the first conveying subsection 215 shown in fig. 1, and sequentially passes through each sorting unit 23, the product can be pushed to a corresponding detection station through a corresponding pushing mechanism 233 for further processing, and when the product is conveyed to the detection section 214 continuously again on the first conveying subsection 215, the conveying of the product matched with the product can be controlled by the control device 101 according to the product information after the second reading device 4 reads the product information.
For example: judging whether the product needs to enter the next conveying subsection according to the product information, if so, continuing conveying, otherwise, stopping conveying. Still alternatively, the present embodiment may further determine whether the product has completed a corresponding processing procedure, such as a quality inspection procedure, according to the product information, if so, the detection section 214 may be controlled to stop conveying the product, otherwise, the product is not required to be conveyed to the next conveying sub-section. Therefore, the control device 101 can monitor the detection state of the product in real time according to the product information, for example, monitor whether the next conveying subsection needs to be entered to perform the corresponding detection procedure, if so, continue conveying, otherwise control the detection section 214 to stop conveying the product, so as to avoid the phenomenon of missing detection or unnecessary detection in the sorting process, and improve the sorting efficiency.
Specifically, as a preferred manner, the control device 101 in this embodiment is configured to control the conveying of the product by the detection section according to the received product information, that is, determine that the product completes the detection procedure corresponding to each sorting unit 23 in the first conveying subsection 215 according to the product information, and stop conveying the product after the product is not required to enter the second conveying subsection 216 for sorting, that is, after the preset detection procedure, so that an operator can take the product completed with the corresponding detection procedure off the conveying line, and further perform the next operation, or else, the product is continuously conveyed by the detection section 214, thereby avoiding useless sorting, saving time, and improving sorting efficiency.
It is obvious that, as shown in fig. 13, the preset detection process in the present embodiment may be any one or more detection processes set in the first conveying sub-section 215, which does not represent that all detection processes in the first conveying sub-section must be completed, and specific limitation and details are not repeated herein.
It should be noted that the first conveying branch 21 in this embodiment is only described as an example that two conveying subsections are preferably included, and thus, the present embodiment does not specifically define and describe whether the first conveying branch 21 specifically includes two conveying subsections or a plurality of conveying subsections.
In addition, it should be noted that the detection section 214 in the present embodiment is preferably the same as the structure of the second conveying unit 11 b.
In addition, in order to describe the working process of the sorting apparatus of the present embodiment, the control method thereof may refer to the first embodiment, and in the present embodiment, after the step S4, the method further includes the steps of:
step S51: the first conveying branch 21 updates the product information after conveying the product to the sorting unit 23 of the conveying branch for sorting, wherein the updated product information includes: detecting process information;
step S52: the first conveying branch 21 conveys the product updated with the product information to the detection section 213;
step S53: the second reading device 4 reads the updated product information and sends the updated product information to the control device;
step S54: the control device 101 judges whether to continue conveying the product according to the detection process information;
step S55: if yes, continuing to transmit the product;
step S56: if not, stopping conveying the product.
Example III
The present invention also provides a sorting apparatus, and the third embodiment of the present invention is substantially the same as the first embodiment or the second embodiment described above, except that in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 22, the conversion unit may be constituted by a plurality of conveying rollers 113 provided at intervals in the conveying direction of the conveying main section 1 and for applying a conveying force to the products, a frame 111 for supporting the conveying rollers 113, a shutter 138 rotatably provided on the frame 111, a rotation motor for driving the shutter 138 to rotate in the horizontal direction, and the like. Wherein, when the baffle 138 rotates to a preset position, the product changes the conveying direction under the action of the baffle 138. So as to realize the sorting of products and reduce the equipment cost.
Example IV
The fourth embodiment of the present invention is a further improvement of the above-described second or third embodiment in that, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 23, the length of the conveying roller 2311 in the conveying member 231 is longer than the length of the conveying roller body 113 in the conveying unit 11, so that the opposite ends of the conveying member 231 form a reserved space for accommodating the push rod 233a, so that the push rod 233a can stay in the reserved space when pushing of the product is not required, thereby not affecting the normal conveyance of the product on the conveying unit.
In detail, the opposite ends of the conveying roller 2311 are not on the same axis as the opposite ends of the conveying roller body 113 and are spaced apart to form two head spaces, i.e., a head space G and a head space H shown in fig. 12, respectively.
Example five
The fifth embodiment also provides a sorting device, as shown in fig. 24, which is substantially the same as any of the second embodiment to the fourth embodiment, and is different in that in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 24, the pushing mechanism 233 in the present embodiment mainly includes a pushing frame 234, a pushing motor 2331 disposed on the pushing frame 234 and communicatively connected to the control device 101, a pushing rod 2332 disposed above the conveying member 231 and used for pushing a product, and a link assembly having one end connected to the pushing rod 2332 and the other end connected to the pushing motor 2331 through the spacing area 236. The pushing rod 2332 is driven by the pushing motor to reciprocate along the axial direction of the conveying roller 2311. Through this setting structure for push rod 2332 can be in the reciprocal motion of delivery member 231 top, simultaneously after pushing away the product to corresponding detection station, other products still can be conveyed to delivery member 231 on, thereby when push rod 2332 is at the in-process that resets, can promote the detection station of opposite side with the product that follows on being conveyed to delivery member 231, but does not influence the transmission of follow-up product, consequently improved the efficiency of letter sorting.
Further preferably, as shown in fig. 24, the link assembly is mainly composed of a slide rail 2335 provided on the pushing frame 234, a slider 2334 slidably provided on the slide rail 2335, a connecting rod 2333 which connects the push rod 2332 and a drive shaft 2336 of the pushing motor 2331 and is reciprocable in the space region 236, and the like. Wherein, the slide rail 2335 and the slide block 2334 are both arranged below the conveying component 231; one end of the connection rod 2333 is connected to the slider 2334, and the other end is extended from below the conveying member 231 to above the conveying member 231 and connected to the push rod 2332. When the product is sensed by the first sensor 232 on the conveying component 231, after the conveying component 231 is stopped by the control device 101, the driving of the connecting rod 2333 by the driving shaft 2336 of the pushing motor 2331 and the matching of the sliding rail 2335 and the sliding block 2334 enable the connecting rod 2333 to stably drive the pushing rod 2332 to move back and forth along the setting direction of the sliding rail 2335 in the interval area 236 until the product on the conveying component 231 is accurately pushed to the detection station. It should be noted that, the connecting rod assembly in the present embodiment is not limited to the above-mentioned transmission assembly, but may be other types of connection assemblies to achieve the same purpose, and detailed descriptions thereof are omitted herein.
Further preferably, as shown in fig. 24, the sliding direction of the slider 2334 and the push rod 2332 is perpendicular to the conveying direction of the conveying member 231; the push rod 2332 is parallel to the conveying direction of the conveying member 231 and is reciprocally movable along opposite sides of the conveying member 231. So that the push rod 2332 can push the product to the inspection station well in the process of reciprocating in the direction perpendicular to the conveying direction of the conveying member 231.
As shown in fig. 24, as a preferred manner, the spacing area 236 between two adjacent conveying rollers 2311 in the conveying member 231 of the present embodiment may be larger than the spacing area 236 between two adjacent conveying rollers 113 in the conveying unit 11, so as to facilitate the layout arrangement of the first sensor 232, and facilitate the first sensor 232 to be able to sense the product relatively easily.
