Description

Antibacterial and anti-inflammatory Chinese herbal medicine fermented feed additive and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of feed additives, in particular to an antibacterial and anti-inflammatory Chinese herbal medicine fermented feed additive and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In the breeding industry, most of the livestock and poultry are bred at high density, and the livestock and poultry are easy to get ill, so people often add various antibiotics into the feed to ensure the healthy growth of the animals, improve the production efficiency of the animals and prevent various diseases of the animals. However, too much intake of antibiotics can not only remain in livestock and poultry bodies to cause antibiotic residues in animal products to affect the physical health of consumers, but also the excrement discharged by the antibiotics also contains various antibiotics to cause antibiotic pollution in the environment. Therefore, people mostly adopt Chinese herbal medicine fermented feed to mix with a small amount of antibiotics, so that the use amount of the antibiotics is reduced while the livestock and poultry are prevented from getting ill, and the pollution is reduced. However, when the existing Chinese herbal medicine fermented feed is mixed with common feed, the traditional Chinese herbal medicine fermented feed needs to be larger in 5% -15% and the like to have obvious antibacterial effect, so that the cost is higher.

In a further improvement, the mass ratio of the largehead atractylodes rhizome to the immature bitter orange to the hawthorn to the echinacea is 2.5:7:5:6:22: 18.
A preparation method of an antibacterial and anti-inflammatory Chinese herbal medicine fermented feed additive comprises the following steps:
weighing dried fructus forsythiae, radix isatidis, bighead atractylodes rhizome, immature bitter orange, hawthorn and echinacea purpurea, mixing and crushing the fructus forsythiae, the radix isatidis, the bighead atractylodes rhizome, the immature bitter orange, the hawthorn and the echinacea purpurea according to the mass ratio of 2-3:6-10:4-7:4-9:20-26:16-19, and then putting the mixture into a fermentation tank; adding a bacterial liquid of bacillus subtilis, bacillus amyloliquefaciens, bacillus belgii and lactobacillus rhamnosus cultured to a logarithmic phase into a fermentation tank, wherein the inoculation amounts of the bacillus subtilis, the bacillus amyloliquefaciens, the bacillus belgii and the lactobacillus rhamnosus are 0.2-0.3%, 0.5-0.8%, 1-1.3% and 2-2.5% respectively;
and step four, controlling the fermentation temperature to be 35 ℃, controlling the pH to be 4.0, fermenting for 2-3 days, and drying at 35-45 ℃ to obtain the Chinese herbal medicine fermented feed additive.
