The putty of the putty layer 2 is one of the general type (P) in accordance with the putty for the outer wall of JG/T building or the general type (Y) in accordance with the putty for the indoor of JG/T298-2010 building.

S7: and (3) rolling a semi-transparent covering paint material on the polished modeling leveling layer 5 by using a short-hair roller, and then drying to form a semi-transparent covering layer 6. The roller coating requirements are as follows: the roller coating is uniform and has no roller leakage, and the drying treatment conditions are as follows: drying at 28 deg.C for 4 h.
S8: adding water into the colored surface paint, uniformly mixing, roll-coating the colored surface paint on the semi-transparent covering layer 6 by using a short-hair roller, wherein the water adding amount is 10% of the weight of the colored surface paint, and then carrying out drying treatment to form a colored surface layer 7, wherein the roll-coating requirement is as follows: the roller coating is uniform and has no roller leakage, and the drying treatment conditions are as follows: drying at 28 deg.C for 4 h.
S9: and (3) roller-coating the finish paint by using a short-hair roller, and then drying to form a finish coat 8, wherein the roller coating requirement is as follows: the roller coating is uniform, no roller leakage exists, uniform luster is formed, and the drying treatment conditions are as follows: drying at 28 deg.C for 24 h.

The paint of the alkali-resistant primer layer 3 is a mixed material consisting of 40 parts of alkali-resistant closed emulsion, 15 parts of titanium dioxide, 6 parts of talcum powder, 12 parts of heavy calcium powder, 7 parts of auxiliary agent and 20 parts of deionized water; the paint of the texture bone material layer 4 is a mixed material consisting of 11 parts of styrene-acrylic emulsion, 3 parts of titanium dioxide, 5 parts of triple superphosphate powder, 3.5 parts of auxiliary agent, 71 parts of 150-mesh 180-mesh quartz sand, 1.5 parts of water-based color paste and 5 parts of deionized water, and the paint of the modeling leveling layer 5 is a mixed material consisting of 14 parts of styrene-acrylic emulsion, 5 parts of titanium dioxide, 8 parts of triple superphosphate powder, 1.5 parts of auxiliary agent, 62 parts of 120-mesh 150-mesh quartz sand and 9.5 parts of deionized water. The putty of the putty layer 2 is one of the general type (P) in accordance with the putty for the outer wall of JG/T building or the general type (Y) in accordance with the putty for the indoor of JG/T298-2010 building.

S7: and (3) rolling a semi-transparent covering paint material on the polished modeling leveling layer 5 by using a short-hair roller, and then drying to form a semi-transparent covering layer 6. The roller coating requirements are as follows: the roller coating is uniform and has no roller leakage, and the drying treatment conditions are as follows: drying at 22 deg.C for 5.5 h.
S8: adding water into the colored surface paint, uniformly mixing, roll-coating the colored surface paint on the semi-transparent covering layer 6 by using a short-hair roller, wherein the water adding amount is 10% of the weight of the colored surface paint, and then carrying out drying treatment to form a colored surface layer 7, wherein the roll-coating requirement is as follows: the roller coating is uniform and has no roller leakage, and the drying treatment conditions are as follows: drying at 22 deg.C for 5.5 h.
S9: and (3) roller-coating the finish paint by using a short-hair roller, and then drying to form a finish coat 8, wherein the roller coating requirement is as follows: the roller coating is uniform, no roller leakage exists, uniform luster is formed, and the drying treatment conditions are as follows: drying at 22 deg.C for 26 h.

1. A composite coating of cloud-type texture paint is characterized in that,
the composite coating comprises a coloring surface layer, a semi-permeable covering layer, a modeling leveling layer, a texture bone layer, an alkali-resistant primer layer and a putty layer from outside to inside in sequence;
the texture of the texture bone material layer is formed by rolling and pulling a hard plastic naked roller along different directions to form strip-shaped bulges and grooves;
the molding leveling layer is filled in the groove, and a part of the raised part is exposed outside the molding leveling layer.
2. The cloud-textured paint composite coating of claim 1,
the paint material of the semi-permeable covering layer is a mixed material consisting of pure acrylic emulsion, titanium dioxide, coarse whiting powder, an auxiliary agent and deionized water, and the contrast ratio is 0.5-0.6;
the paint material of the coloring surface layer is a mixed material consisting of pure acrylic emulsion, water-based transparent color paste, kaolin, coarse whiting powder, an auxiliary agent and deionized water, and the contrast ratio is 0.2-0.3.
3. The cloud-textured paint composite coating of claim 1,
the outer side of the coloring surface layer is provided with a surface layer;
the paint of the finish coat is a mixed material consisting of silicone-acrylic emulsion, an auxiliary agent and deionized water;
the paint material of the alkali-resistant primer layer is a mixed material consisting of alkali-resistant closed emulsion, titanium dioxide, talcum powder, heavy calcium carbonate powder, an auxiliary agent and deionized water;
the paint of the texture aggregate layer is a mixed material consisting of styrene-acrylic emulsion, titanium dioxide, coarse whiting powder, an auxiliary agent, 150-mesh 180-mesh quartz sand, water-based color paste and deionized water;
the paint of the modeling leveling layer is a mixed material consisting of styrene-acrylic emulsion, titanium dioxide, coarse whiting powder, an auxiliary agent, 120-sand 150-mesh quartz sand and deionized water.
4. A construction method of a composite coating of a cloud-flowing texture paint is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1: treating and checking a base layer of an object to be constructed until the surface of the object is flat and dry, and has no hollowness and cracking;
s2: at least one putty layer is scraped on the base layer, and a putty layer is formed after the last putty layer is dried completely;
s3: roll coating an alkali-resistant primer on the putty layer to form an alkali-resistant primer layer;
s4: scraping texture aggregate paint on the alkali-resistant primer layer, and immediately rolling and pulling the paint in different directions by using a hard plastic bare roller to form strip-shaped bulges and grooves on the paint so as to form a texture aggregate layer;
s5: scraping a modeling and leveling paint material on the texture aggregate layer, wherein the thickness of the modeling and leveling paint material is based on that the long-strip-shaped groove of the texture aggregate layer can be just filled up, so as to form a modeling and leveling layer;
s6: polishing and modeling the leveling layer;
s7: coating a semi-transparent covering paint on the polished modeling leveling layer through a roller to form a semi-transparent covering layer;
s8: and rolling a coloring surface paint on the semi-permeable covering layer to form a coloring surface layer.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the coating layer is a cloud-type texture coating layer,
in the step S4, the batch scraping thickness of the texture bone paint is 2-2.5 mm;
the roll drawing requirements are as follows: the roller has uniform tension, so that the texture of the strip-shaped raised part is in a cloud shape.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein the coating layer is a cloud-type texture coating layer,
the steps S4 and S5 both need to be dried before the next step;
the drying conditions were: the drying time is more than or equal to 8 hours at the temperature of 21-29 ℃.
7. The method of claim 4, wherein the coating layer is a cloud-type texture coating layer,
in the step S2, the batch scraping thickness of each putty is 0.8-1.5 mm;

rolling an alkali-resistant primer paint on the putty layer by using a short-hair roller, and then drying to form an alkali-resistant primer layer;
the roller coating requirements are as follows: the roller coating is uniform and has no roller leakage;
the drying conditions were: the drying time is more than or equal to 2 hours at the temperature of 21-29 ℃;
the specific steps of step S7 are as follows:
rolling a semi-transparent covering paint material on the polished modeling leveling layer by using a short-hair roller, and then drying to form a semi-transparent covering layer;
the roller coating requirements are as follows: the roller coating is uniform and has no roller leakage;
the drying conditions were: the drying time is more than or equal to 4 hours at the temperature of 21-29 ℃;
the specific steps of step S8 are as follows:
adding 8-12% of water into the colored surface paint, uniformly mixing, then rolling the colored surface paint on the semi-transparent covering layer by using a short-hair roller, and then drying to form a colored surface layer;
the roller coating requirements are as follows: the roller coating is uniform and has no roller leakage;
the drying conditions were: the drying time is more than or equal to 4 hours at the temperature of 21-29 ℃.
9. The method of claim 4, wherein the coating layer is a cloud-type texture coating layer,
the step S8 is followed by S9:
roller coating or spraying finish paint by using a short-hair roller, and then drying to form a finish coat;
the roller coating requirements are as follows: the roller coating or spraying is uniform, no roller leakage exists, and uniform luster is formed;
the drying conditions were: the drying time is more than or equal to 24 hours at the temperature of 21-29 ℃.
10. The method of claim 4, wherein the coating layer is a cloud-type texture coating layer,
the tools adopted for batch scraping in each step are scraping plates or spatulas.
