本发明涉及一种基于大麻二酚的纸尿裤及其制作方法,属于生物技术领域。包括表面包覆层、吸收芯层和底布,所述表面包覆层及底布由大麻纤维制成,所述吸收芯层由大麻纤维浆制成,所述表面包覆层上还涂抹有药水,所述药水由大麻二酚油、鱼腥草提取物及金银花提取物制成。本发明的有益之处是:将大麻二酚油、鱼腥草提取物和金银花提取物混合形成药水,将药水涂抹到尿不湿上起到杀菌止痛的作用,将表面包覆层及底布用大麻纤维制成,吸收芯层用大麻纤维浆制成,从而用大麻纤维制成纸尿裤,提高了纸尿裤的吸湿透气的功能。本发明工艺新颖,操作方便。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种基于大麻二酚的纸尿裤及其制作方法,属于生物技术领域。
背景技术:
大麻二酚即CBD,英文:cannabidiol是从大麻植物中提取的纯天然成分。大麻二酚分子式为C21H30O2。性状表现为白色至淡黄色树脂或结晶,熔点为66℃~67℃,几乎不溶于水,溶于乙醇、甲醇、乙醚、苯、氯仿等有机溶剂。大麻二酚具有较高的医用价值,其中大麻二酚具有消炎镇痛的作用,一直被用于临床治疗。
纸尿裤是日常生活中经常会使用到的一种产品,目前市面上的纸尿裤以不织布、纸、棉等材料制成,这些材质都不具有抗菌性能,吸湿排汗性能也较大麻纤维差,在纸尿裤内表面缺少抗炎止痛成分,穿戴时间久会有不适感。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种基于大麻二酚的纸尿裤及其制作方法,以解决行业中面临的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种基于大麻二酚的纸尿裤,包括表面包覆层、吸收芯层和底布,所述表面包覆层及底布由大麻纤维制成,所述吸收芯层由大麻纤维浆制成,所述表面包覆层上还涂抹有药水,所述药水由大麻二酚油、鱼腥草提取物及金银花提取物制成。
作为优选,所述大麻二酚油为水溶性全谱或广谱结构。
一种基于大麻二酚的纸尿裤的制作方法,步骤如下:
A、制备鱼腥草提取物:准备设定数量的干燥鱼腥草原料,将干燥鱼腥草原料粉碎装入加热罐中,在加热罐中加入水并搅拌形成鱼腥草水溶液,所述干燥鱼腥草原料与水的重量比为1:10,对加热罐进行加热使鱼腥草水溶液沸腾,提取加热罐中的水溶液,如上述方法提取三次,每次2小时,将三次提取的水溶液合并搅拌形成鱼腥草混合液,将鱼腥草混合液减压浓缩蒸发水分至比重d=1.10-1.15,得到鱼腥草提取物。
B、制备金银花提取物:准备设定数量的金银花原料,将金银花洗净,沥干,切碎,得到切碎的金银花,将切碎的金银花加至萃取装置中,向萃取装置中加入去离子水形成金银花溶液,去离子水与金银花的重量比为15:1,对金银花溶液加热并不断搅拌,萃取得到的挥发性气体冷凝至萃取瓶中,萃取3小时-5小时,得到第一萃取液;将萃取装置中的物质进行过滤,得到液体和废渣,其中液体为第二萃取液,将废渣置于容器中,水浴加热容器进行蒸馏2-3h,收集蒸发物冷凝至萃取瓶中得到第三萃取液,将第一萃取液、第二萃取液和第三萃取物合并,并浓缩得到金银花提取物。
C、分别称取大麻二酚油为1mg-100mg、鱼腥草提取物为50mg-500mg、金银花提取物为50mg-500mg,将上述三种物质放置到容器中搅拌形成药水;
D、根据实际需要,称取设定数量的药水,将药水涂抹于表面包覆层上即可;
E、将涂抹有药水的表面包覆层、吸收芯层和底布设置到一起即制成纸尿裤。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益之处是:将大麻二酚油、鱼腥草提取物和金银花提取物混合形成药水,将药水涂抹到尿不湿上起到杀菌止痛的作用,将表面包覆层及底布用大麻纤维制成,吸收芯层用大麻纤维浆制成,从而用大麻纤维制成纸尿裤,提高了纸尿裤的吸湿透气的功能。本发明工艺新颖,操作方便。

下面结合附图及具体实施方式对本发明进行详细描述:根据图1所示的一种基于大麻二酚的纸尿裤,包括表面包覆层、吸收芯层和底布,所述表面包覆层及底布由大麻纤维制成,所述吸收芯层由大麻纤维浆制成,所述表面包覆层上还涂抹有药水1,所述药水1由大麻二酚油2、鱼腥草提取物3及金银花提取物4制成。
所述大麻二酚油为水溶性全谱或广谱结构。
一种基于大麻二酚的纸尿裤的制作方法,步骤如下:
A、制备鱼腥草提取物3:准备设定数量的干燥鱼腥草原料,将干燥鱼腥草原料粉碎装入加热罐中,在加热罐中加入水并搅拌形成鱼腥草水溶液,所述干燥鱼腥草原料与水的重量比为1:10,对加热罐进行加热使鱼腥草水溶液沸腾,提取加热罐中的水溶液,如上述方法提取三次,每次2小时,将三次提取的水溶液合并搅拌形成鱼腥草混合液,将鱼腥草混合液减压浓缩蒸发水分至比重d=1.10-1.15,得到鱼腥草提取物。
B、制备金银花提取物4:准备设定数量的金银花原料,将金银花洗净,沥干,切碎,得到切碎的金银花,将切碎的金银花加至萃取装置中,向萃取装置中加入去离子水形成金银花溶液,去离子水与金银花的重量比为15:1,对金银花溶液加热并不断搅拌,萃取得到的挥发性气体冷凝至萃取瓶中,萃取3小时-5小时,得到第一萃取液;将萃取装置中的物质进行过滤,得到液体和废渣,其中液体为第二萃取液,将废渣置于容器中,水浴加热容器进行蒸馏2-3h,收集蒸发物冷凝至萃取瓶中得到第三萃取液,将第一萃取液、第二萃取液和第三萃取物合并,并浓缩得到金银花提取物。
C、分别称取大麻二酚油2为1mg-100mg、鱼腥草提取物3为50mg-500mg、金银花提取物4为50mg-500mg,将上述三种物质放置到容器中搅拌形成药水1;
D、根据实际需要,称取设定数量的药水1,将药水涂抹于表面包覆层上即可;
E、将涂抹有药水的表面包覆层、吸收芯层和底布设置到一起即制成纸尿裤。

1.一种基于大麻二酚的纸尿裤,其特征在于:包括表面包覆层、吸收芯层和底布,所述表面包覆层及底布由大麻纤维制成,所述吸收芯层由大麻纤维浆制成,所述表面包覆层上还涂抹有药水(1),所述药水(1)由大麻二酚油(2)、鱼腥草提取物(3)及金银花提取物(4)制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的基于大麻二酚的纸尿裤,其特征在于:所述大麻二酚油为水溶性全谱或广谱结构。
3.一种基于大麻二酚的纸尿裤的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:
A、制备鱼腥草提取物(3):准备设定数量的干燥鱼腥草原料,将干燥鱼腥草原料粉碎装入加热罐中,在加热罐中加入水并搅拌形成鱼腥草水溶液,所述干燥鱼腥草原料与水的重量比为1:10,对加热罐进行加热使鱼腥草水溶液沸腾,提取加热罐中的水溶液,如上述方法提取三次,每次2小时,将三次提取的水溶液合并搅拌形成鱼腥草混合液,将鱼腥草混合液减压浓缩蒸发水分至比重d=1.10-1.15,得到鱼腥草提取物;
B、制备金银花提取物(4):准备设定数量的金银花原料,将金银花洗净,沥干,切碎,得到切碎的金银花,将切碎的金银花加至萃取装置中,向萃取装置中加入去离子水形成金银花溶液,去离子水与金银花的重量比为15:1,对金银花溶液加热并不断搅拌,萃取得到的挥发性气体冷凝至萃取瓶中,萃取3小时-5小时,得到第一萃取液;将萃取装置中的物质进行过滤,得到液体和废渣,其中液体为第二萃取液,将废渣置于容器中,水浴加热容器进行蒸馏2-3h,收集蒸发物冷凝至萃取瓶中得到第三萃取液,将第一萃取液、第二萃取液和第三萃取物合并,并浓缩得到金银花提取物;
C、分别称取大麻二酚油(2)为1mg-100mg、鱼腥草提取物(3)为50mg-500mg、金银花提取物(4)为50mg-500mg,将上述三种物质放置到容器中搅拌形成药水(1);
D、根据实际需要,称取设定数量的药水(1),将药水涂抹于表面包覆层上即可;
E、将涂抹有药水的表面包覆层、吸收芯层和底布设置到一起即制成纸尿裤。
